Aircon was not cooling properly
The room and staff was good, just sometimes they would stare at us weridly. Especially around the time we eat breakfast. The bathroom was not that good, we had found a spider on the toilet and a couple of ants on the room desk.
Staff were incredibly friendly and housekeeping was done everyday, so state of cleanliness was good. The hotels breakfast buffet was incredible, they served fresh fruits which was amazing. The only room for improvement would be in regards to the hotels restaurant Thyme. Some dishes from the restaurant were average but some were good. Overall, loved staying here!
Close to shops and restaurants.
Good
Loves it Nalagi
Lovely people, beautiful food…amazing pool!!
Great customer service by front desk and ground staff. Stay was great. Room has couple of cockroachs. Had bad experience with staff on roof top pool. Went to grab towels and she only gave one upon inquiring, why, she said only 1 towel per room. Had a quick look at the pool towel log and could see thatb2 towels had been issued previously. Asked front desk about this and she was great and said its per person and not per room. Felt discriminated as she didnt even give an explanation also , started talking in fijian with other staff as i inquired.
Good and comfortable. Close to a lot of places near by
The pool needs cleaning from time, just a bit dirt floating around.
Roof top pool and views unbeatable Staff very friendly and nice Hotel could do with some updates
Short and sweet stay
Short and sweet Overnight for early morning flight
Short stay Nalagi.
Clean room excellent service Second instant where no towel was on the room. Had to request for it. Instant service was provided.

The hotel was good value for money . The area wasn’t the best but you could book taxis from the hotel which made it easy to get around . There’s was also an IGA up the road and a nice coffee shop
Below average
Very welcoming and friendly staff. They really try to accommodate you at their best. The quality is not 4-star, though. It definitely can be cleaner for a 4-star service. The breakfast area definitely need a better cleaning as well as toilet at the rooftop. Lack of towels and other needed things in the room. Also there is no guests onboarding such as maps with nearby shops, beaches etc… View from the rooftop and a nice view from the rooms as well.
Nice room ,comfy bed, cupboard door and fridge could be better .
Prompt service, tidy rooms, good staff Friendly atmosphere, clean dining hall Good food
Lift was really annoying during stay. We couldn’t use it half the time as only one of two were working and would take a long time to come. Overall very average. Could do with some renovation! Bed bases were very old.
First of all the, service were very nice. The breakfast and food service were nice. The view from the rooftop and the pool were very baffling. The room was also very comfortable. Only downside was that the bathroom was a bit smelly when we entered. Recommend for visitors in Fiji.
It was too noisy in the night for three nights, informed the front desk but nothing was done. One night I had to call reception around 1:30am as the noise was too much and we couldn’t sleep. The property manager should know how to accommodate the best for in-house guests. Stayed here for the first time and wasn’t impressed.

A hotel that refuses to put the customer first. Arguing directly with customers about requests including snide remarks overheard in the background. A complete lack of any entertainment options at the facility itself including rubbish tv with 4 channels that never work out of 8 overall! One that works is an ad channel! Reasonable wifi which occasionally did funny things but, was certainly okay. The tour desk was okay, they tried. Do not take an offer to go to Smugglers Cove on a rainy day, nothing there to do. Do use their driver services but, be prepared to negotiate prices as often there is no reason for them to be $5-10 more than a taxi. It is in a better location than many resorts making it easy to go to and from many areas. Housekeeping is very poor. Often not replacing anything emptied/used towels. The cleaning itself often lacking also. They'd get really frustrated if you asked for more things and 3 times, never came back. Had to chase front desk 4 times one night. One thing that has to be said to consider, we copped heavy rain most days. Often flooding meant you couldn't go anywhere or at least not far and all tours were cancelled most days.
All went as planned very hard work and dedicated staff
Check-in encountered some issues, even though I had already paid when booked online. I was told to present other ID numbers. Towels were not fully provided for (only 1 was given despite stating that the booking was for 2 adults, floor towel and face towels were not provided). Exhaust fan in bathroom was giving out dust and needed cleaning. TV didn't seem to work.
Overall a pleasant stay only complaint air con too noisy

convenient
Really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Nalagi as one of my top 5 hotels to visit. Just a little improvement needed with regards to the air conditioning in the room. Other then that everything is Splendid.
Air conditioning issue in every room, stayed last two days of our Fiji trip here. Left A/C at 16degrees. Room still felt like it was 25deg. The resort we had spent the rest of our trip had no issues at all. Property has not been maintained well. We have previously stayed at this hotel before our flights and it was much much better. Staff are great.
Very smelly washroom
I loved the hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful . The place is clean and comfortable. I all return again I loved Fiji!
Worst hotel ever. If it had negative ratings I would rate that instead. If you wanna be greeted by bed bugs, clogged toilets, broken toilet seats, then its the place for you. I spent majority of my stay just changing rooms after rooms due to issues. When arrived at the hotel I was never offered a welcome drink, where else others were offered. Maybe because I was brown skinned? that's why I wasn't offered? I had to go ask for one! how embarrassing. The hotel has a weird smell like s***, I wondered why that was until I encountered problems with the rooms. I asked to checkout but was not offered my refund and had wait for expedia, which I feel is unfair. I was given a voucher for the unconvince which we spent at the restaurant, which wasn't too bad. But morning breakfast that's included is not the best, at one point there was no chef and hardly any food. Staff said due to no chef they cant serve food, understandable but as a so called 4 star hotel you should prepared for situations like this. On one occasion they were serving stale curry to all their guests. Even after we pointed it out to them. Beyond ridiculous. The owner apparently stays there and does not give a damn about their customers nor the staff. This place has so much potential but it lacks so much things. I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY HERE, PAY LITTLE EXTRA GO ELSE WHERE, UNLESS YOUR ARE HAPPY WITH STALE FOOD, CLOGGED TOILETS, BROKEN TOILETS, BED BUGS, ETC.
Nalagi Experience
Nalagi is a very nice resort with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, showers are really nice, their rooftop pool is amazing, and their house maids do an excellent job cleaning your room. The area is close to the airport and the resort is great to help you book and excursions you might be interested in. They have a fair price for late check out so don’t be afraid to ask if you can check out late to accommodate your travel needs
Thank you Nalagi ❤️
Amazing! Facilities was clean and the staff were super friendly and accomodating! Loved the breakfast as well! Cant wait to get back to Fiji

Staff could not find our Expedia booking, we had no wifi or tv, and to top it off we both got food poisoning and were very sick for two days
We really enjoyed our stay and trip in Fiji.
Dinning options near by and excellent rooftop pool.
Overall liked the stay! Staff are very friendly and nice.
Very bad
Convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service did not makeup our room every day. Only four days of the seven we stayed which was a little bit frustrating. Overall the stay was comfortable, enjoyable and we would stay here again.
Dirty and bad management Great staff Can you?
The hotel is beautiful, featuring one of the best swimming pools. The receptionist was very accommodating, allowing us an extra hour for check-out. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The only downside was that the internet went down at night, but it was clear they worked hard to restore it. Overall, we had a great experience.
Loved rooftop bar and pool....... Amazing Hated the internet, could not connect
Great staff, love the pool! Great food! Clean!
Location is excellent. And the rooftop swimming pool is amazing.
Do not stay at this hotel until they tidy it up ve
On arrival only one lady on reception constantly answering the phone as it was reception , document to sign not legible obviously printer ink running out , tv didn’t work and when it did it paused every few minutes, floor was dirty , no pool towels . Holes in the bath towels and no towels on arrived had to ask for them and then find the staff myself . Lifts walls very dirty . Porter staff and breakfast staff very good , bar staff at roof top pool also very good
Roof top pool wad amazing. The place seemed to have limited towels there was no towels in the room and no pool towels to be seen anywhere?!
Do not stay here Room was dirty and smelly Nothing is good about this place We had no towels and staff said don’t know when they willl get towels Spend your money somewhere else
Maciu and his fellow mates in breakfast time very much appreciated and also the porters and front desk ppl Vry helpful
No recommend to anyone
The rooftop.pool.opens @ 8am..it not convenient for those who wake up early for yoga ..
Basic accommodation, substandard breakfast for the price
The room we stayed was mould smelling, also there is construction building outside, noisy even it was 7pm in the evening.
.
Staffs are Vry helpful
They don't have enough parking in front so have to park at the back and in the raining time no back door to come in have to go all the way around and you get wet and the rooms smells like smoke and the a/cs don't work properly
Staffs are vry helpful
Room ok But notice vacuum/ mopping is not done anywhere Cleaner changes sheets , towels and wipes Only Also same in Floor foyer area and bins in same condition throughout our stay Managers Need to address this area
Very goood
Staffs are just awesome above and beyond helpful
Property was undergoing construction. But despite that, the service and room were fine. Door was a bit sticky and tricky to open at times but the food in the dining room/restaurant was good and plentiful.
Nice hotel.. The rooftop pool is an absolute dream after long hot days and has 360 views so can see sunset and sunrise (tho locked until 8am so not an option sadly). Let down by no towels in my room and asked but didn't get one.. Used a pillowcase to dry myself in morning! WiFi in room didn't work. Breakfast ok for included. I would stay again if needed to stop over in Nadi
1st stay at Nalagi
We were happy with everything except that when we checked there were no towels in the room. Upon request only bathing towel was provided.
There is a foul smell coming from the toilet that seems to be flowing back from the down pipes
Stain in carpet. OtherwiExcellent and welcoming staff
Airconditioning poor
Pathetic
Great!!
Great rooms with clean, comfortable living. Wifi is the only issue.
Staff was not helpful at all. No towels in the room and took 4 hours to get it.
Ongoing construction around the property
Not value for money. Very noisy and dusty from construction work. Cockroach infested rooms. Dirty and mouldy bathrooms, fridge in the room did not work, door didn't lock properly. Very pricey for a sub standard accomodation.
Could be a great hotel if someone took care of it. Looks pretty run down for a relatively new hotel. Breakfast poor. Roof top bar struggled to get served a drink or food. Parasols broken so unusable. Could be great of staff/managment cared but they seem not to
The hotel seems older in age than actual, room smelt damp and shower water was not well contained, staff very friendly.
Very friendly staff at reception especially Jobe who went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Sadly the rooms smell musty and mouldy. Paint feeling off the walls. Bathroom and showers were mouldy and smelly. Housekeeing was substandard. Did not stock up on towels in a timely manner Food was very poor quality
Les serveuses ne sont pas assez disponibles pour les clients, je suis obligé d'aller récupérer mon verre de vin au bar et pourtant il y avait que 4 tables de 2 personnes et moi pour 3 serveuses, c'est mon avis personnel.
The breakfast was great
First time in Fiji so wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel was good, but probably wouldn't stay there again. There was a few roaches in my room so I got upgraded but there was also roaches there too. The cleaning staff were also loud which was annoying cause I tried to have day rests. There was alot of doors banging too. And my neighbours had a party which was loud and went late into the night. The elevator also took ages.
DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed one night and they had bed bugs. I AM BIT EVERYWHERE. It’s so excruciating. I want my money back!
They waived our bond which was great.
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel
I love that there is WiFi in the rooms, the rooftop pool and bar is amazing with great views. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned properly. However the smell that come from the bathrooms was not pleasant. I think the plumbing for tge sink is missing a p-trap to avoid having the smell come through. Had to spray with air freshener often. The tv did not work in this room but I didn’t bother asking for assistance. The amenities kept me occupied. I like the efficiency of the room, power off when you leave. That is clever and resourceful. I enjoyed the windows in the room. Slept with the curtains open so I could wake up naturally with the sun.
Yes
Staff was amazing but management policy wasnt been exception
A new hotel although rooms are quite basic (however very clean) but spacious. nice roof top pool.
Close to all locations and Enjoyed the Breakfast.
Loved everything about this hotel. Especially the lovely staff and the spectacular sunset view from the pool :)
Toilet had a bad smell. Too noisey corridors. Not enough towels. Waited 45mins for check in.
Good price compared to other places, free breakfast is included.
The room
Great price compared to other hotels in the area, the buffet breakfast has good variety and food options. Only 6 km from the airport and 3km from Nadi centre
Although it was better than most it wasn’t as good as it is advertised. Room had a yucky smell and decor was dated. Dinner staff were rude!
Nice hotel, excellent roof area with pool and bar. Would be nice if elevator was card activated to improve security. Not that we had any issues. The restaurant adjacent was very good and they did takeaway. Excellent. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Hotel staff very nice and they helped arrange taxi and tours at local prices not tourist pricing. Would be nice if the hotel had tourist information in the room. McDonald’s was close by for that coffee pick me up. We enjoyed our stay.
Very nice and clean . not happy one of the staff open my room and let another guest went in my room.staff should get permission to open the room.thanks.
Not enough lights in the room
Dirty smells
It’s just okay for short stay
Close to main highway and international airport.

The gym area was not air conditioned- old, stuffy and literally rusted equipment. Dining- food was good but very sketchy environment. Staff was nice but I wouldn't say friendly.
