Best Vacation yet!
This was my first international trip with my two daughters (10 and 13 years old). At first, I was a little nervous, but once I arrived at Mystic River Resort, I realized this was probably the best decision I've ever made. From the start of our trip, the services and resort were amazing. Our flight arrived late (5:00PM) into BZE. It was a 2-hour drive to the resort, and upon arrival it was dark. I had no idea where to go. However, I was greeted (by name somehow) in the parking lot by 3 resort workers, who took our luggage and walked us to our room. The continental breakfast was delicious, my kids loved the chocolate chip pancakes, and all the fresh fruit while watching the birds eat the fruit set out for them. Dinner was quiet, peaceful and delicious. The fire was nice. My kids loved watching all the wildlife sightings at the resort. Leslie was an amazing, knowledgeable guide throughout our entire trip. We did a night hike and cave tube tour with him. He was an expert, and we were in good hands. My kids loved going on the adventures he had in store for them. All the activities/services offered through the resort were awesome! The complimentary morning birding session was amazing! At nighttime, we heard howler monkeys-very cool experience! All of the hotel staff was incredible. The pool was refreshing after a long day. The entire trip was incredible, and the resort was amazing. The country is beautiful. I didn't want to leave! We will be back very soon!
The property is absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful and the tours we arranged and tour guides were amazing!
Beautiful, magical place. Super helpful arranging adventures. Wonderful food!
I will definitely stay here again! We stayed as a family of 4 with younger kids (5 and 7). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They were very helpful in booking adventures and making the experience kid friendly and memorable. I loved waking up to jungle noises, seeing beautiful birds and iguanas and being immersed in the jungle while also having the comforts of on site electricity and drinkable water. The food at the resort restaurant was also excellent.
This is an exceptional resort. We stayed in the Mahogany cabana and it exceeded our expectations. It backed the river and was so pretty. The restaurant overlooks the river and is beautiful. The goat cheese platter was one of my favorite items on the menu. They make their own cheese. Be sure to visit their farm. We toured the Mayan ruins and also did the river tubing tour. We had a great time!
Lovely grounds, beautiful suites, extremely attentive staff
The property is beautiful and the staff could not have been any nicer or more accommodating to make our stay wonderful.
The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond for everything we needed during our stay.
Jungle Paradise
The people here are so kind and friendly. We felt safe and well taken care of. The food was good, but needs a little improvement. The accommodations were great. We stayed 4 nights and on the last day, we had a few bug problems which were quickly resolved. After all it is the jungle. The ability to kayak on the river and the view of the river was great. Hiking around the place was fun as well. I would recommend this place for sure.
Amazing place in the jungle. Nice room with own pool and river view. But icluded breakfast was very very simple. No hot food or you need pay extra. Only few cakes and hot beverage. Acommodation price is high so you expect better breakfast. Restaurant overpriced. Prices in USD dollars. I'ts strange. Not all quests are from USA. Road to resort terrible with low car. Overall I will give 4 stars not 5 for this resort.
Belize Mystic River
The staff, the food, the service all excellent. Only comment is that having a massage during the rain on the yoga platform was not up to your standards. We had to ask several times for our massage to be in our rooms instead of freezing out in the open. Other than that our stay was very good and I would highly recommend Mystic River to anyone going to Belize.
Super nice and friendly staff. The property is beautiful and the rooms remarkable.
A beautiful serene place to spend a few relaxing days ! Staff was amazing! Our every need was met!
Lovely, peaceful, commodious, great cocktails & dining, delightful staff, native wildlife, nice pool, sitting on balcony listening to the river & rain are just some of the pleasures to be had. Unfortunately, we came with Tropical Storm Sara, so there were no river activities or tours available. The inversion factor with the weather caused the neighboring cabins woodsmoke from their fire to pour into our cabin and I suffered asthma attacks our entire stay. The cabins aren’t air conditioned so my husband was so uncomfortable because I had to have the cabin closed up. Factors of our timing & placement within the fully booked resort and not the resort’s fault. Just something to consider as you book. Don’t come during hurricane season or if you have asthma. Our family of four are all gf for health reasons, not by choice. The dining staff went to great lengths to prepare safe dishes to eat for us which was greatly appreciated!
What a beautiful resort buried deep in the jungle. I appreciated how friendly all the staff was, and they genuinely seemed to want my son and I to have a great stay. We were offered a complimentary bird-watching tour, which was nice, and we elected a resort sponsored tour of the Barton caves, which was magnificent! Daily breakfast is good, with fresh pancakes and fruit. Bartenders are all nice and make a good drink. Thanks so much!
Fantastic resort! We loved everything about it. What you may want to know: staff was just amazing! Getting there was tricky, but not too hard. All paved roads from the airport to the drive, but the driveway is long and unpaved. They take care of your bags and if needed you can drive up to your walkway to your bungalow. No TV, in room but I didn't need or want one. The restaurant and bar areas are open air, allowing a view of the jungle and the river. Food was great, and not expensive, 2 new specials every night. Bar drinks about 9 compared to 15 in San Pedro. They will set up any trips or events you want to do ahead of time, ring coffee and banana bread to your door at 7 am. Hike, walk, be lazy in your dip pool on your private deck, or go to the main pool. Lunch available at the pool. Everything surounded by beautiful jungle plants, trees, flowers. They out out fruit for the birds in the morning by the restaurant, so we saw Tuccans, iguanas, and one evening we saw an armadillo. All the staff is friendly and calls you by name. Amazing place. We will be back.
Amazing place. Staff were incredible. Would love to come back.
For the price, I expected more. it wasn't anything special. But the staff is awesome. There is no AC in the rooms or on property so comfort level will have to be adjusted.
Loved it!
Great food! Great staff! Great time!
Overpriced for what it really was
The resort in itself is very well located overlooking the Macal River. We paid extra to get a "Cloud 9 Suite) with a little pool in our terrace but unfortunately that little pool was too cold to soak and enjoy. Other than that, the room was comfortable even though the faucet and shower were of poor quality. Our biggest disappointment was the quality of the food which was also overpriced for the quality and size served. Also, we thought that offering a "continental" breakfast, when you pay your room a total of $320/night, was a little stingy since they always charge extra should you want eggs. It's better to add $20 to the daily rate and offer a full breakfast. Overall, we had a good time but it was just ok and certainly overpriced for what it was.
My husband and I had an amazing experience. It far exceeded our expectations. A beautiful little resort in the rainforest. All of the staff were so nice. All welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again. I cannot say enough nice things. They really took care of us and made our stay magical.
The staff Would be nice to have a small fridge in the unit ( for personal drinks, medications) The property was wonderful. Dealing with Expedia was not pleasant.
What an awesome experience at Mystic River! After researching several places to stay in the Belizean jungle, my girlfriend, friends, and I decided on this one. The staff went above and beyond for our stay, even throwing a thought out surprise dinner for our friend’s bday. Steve, Leo, Sylvia, and Darwin were top notch and provided both great service and a wonderful experience with conversation and suggestions. The ambiance was everything we were hoping for and love the secluded jungle environment. Would highly recommend booking any tours through them as well, especially the ATM one which exceeded all expectations. Thank you Mystic River!! 10/10
My wife and I stayed a few here for our 10 year anniversary and absolutely loved it! The staff was great and very helpful, our room and the adjoining private plunge pool were clean and well built, the restaurant was amazing, the facilities were well cared for. Definitely will be coming back next time we visit Belize! The tours and massages were also very good! Would recommend!
I love the poperty, beautiful, and quiet. Bar and restaurant had great options but wanted more authentic food.
Wonderful staff in a wonderful location.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for needs. You can tell they want to make this as enjoyable of a stay for all visitors as possible. They went above and beyond for a birthday as well. Very great people.
Loved the pool where you could come and sit after a day of excursions!
The resort is beautiful, the staff was super helpful and patient with our group of 12 :) We had an amazing time and will stay again when we visit Belize again.
It was amazing. The food was delicious. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. The only problems we had was the room had no AC or mini fridge. If it had it this resort would be a five.
It was exactly what the Dr ordered: peaceful, quiet, serene, tucked right in the jungle with nature. Couldn’t get enough. Almost cried when we had to leave. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in San Ignacio!
Very clean and updated rooms in a secluded area in the jungle. Sounds of birds and beautiful views of the adjacent river to wake up to.
Gorgeous jungle property with high comfortable attention to detail.
Everything was excellent, safe, clean, and as promised.
Our stay at the Mystic River resort was fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights and I am glad that we were there for that amount of time. There are so many great activities to do in the area and we used the lodge as a base. We spend 1 day doing local activities and relaxing in the lodge. Highly recommend their tours as they are flexible and private. We just booked the night before. The restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend the lodge as a place to decompress and enjoy nature.
This was an amazing property and we had a wonderful time. It is off the beaten path. There is no air conditioning so when it is sweltering it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. We had plenty of fans and slept with all the windows open.
Excellent true jungle experience.
Mystic River Resort feels like you are staying in the Congo with an amazing staff, food, drinks, and rooms. The rooms do not have AC so we recommend staying here in the winter/spring unless you are used to the humid heat. The excursions available all around are awesome! And the food/drinks within town are amazing and CHEAP! We will definitely be back to the resort in the winter for a cooler experience as we see more temples.
Staff are attentive and helpful. Property provides many amenities and options for touring around the San Ignatio area. If I find myself coming back to San Ignatio I would strongly consider staying at Mystic River again.
Staff was great and they setup great tours with excellent guides.
This is a beautiful property and the staff were wonderful. The dining on the property was really good as well. You can book all excursions through them. Drinkable tap water was nice. Beautiful rooms and property. Please keep in mind you are in the jungle so big beetles/bugs can make it into your room. You Also can be woken up in the middle of night by loud animal noises. I thought it made the experience pretty cool but it did freak me out the first time. Would recommend and stay here again.
Excellent Service
The service here was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful.
We loved our stay at Mystic River! Beautiful resort, lots to do one site, close to town and so much to do in this area of Belize.
This property deserves its high ratings. Staff is exceptional. The good and slightly inconvenient issue with the property is its location. In good side, you really feel like you are in the jungle and river views are spectacular. The downside is the property is a short drive outside town so no walking to town or getting a quick taxi. Need to plan activities ahead.
Thought the staff was great. Property was cute and it was a great value. Location was beautiful. We were there 2 days and could have stayed one more. Defiantly recommend it
The staff is so friendly and took such good care of us. I highly recommend Mystic River! It exceeded our expectations
Everything was perfect for us.
Awesome Jungle Experience
We had an amazing stay at Mystic river. The food, staff, and accommodations were incredible. The tours can be booked daily before 6pm with knowledge and safe guides. We were concerned about the lack of AC - but the evenings were pleasant and the plunge pool helped. Their private gardens are all organic and the food was very tasty. We highly recommend!
Silvia, the front desk concierge/manager/person in charge (I'm not sure what her exact title was), did a fantastic job arranging out daily outings and customizing it to meet our requests and giving her recommendation to make out 4 night stay for our family of four memorable. The dining staff made special arrangements to make my daughters birthday special, it was a great surprise for all of us.
Great place
Very nice place with excellent service.
Great little resort. River, birds, jungle, excursions. To ATM and Tikal
Great stay
Staff were so kind, food was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Truly appreciated the attention to detail! We had a birthday celebration and they went out of their way to make it very special in the room and at dinner!!
Everyone was so kind, and personable. Many made it a point to know our names. Amenities are great and the property is beautifully cared for. We felt so spoiled here! All the tour guides were knowledgeable and fun! We cant wait to return.
Excellent location, beautiful location, several eco opportunities nearby and within 1hr
Excellent slice of heaven in the middle of rain forest
A Touch of Paradise in Belize
Everything about Mystic River Resort was fantastic! We traveled with 7 couples and the staff made our stay perfect and memorable. The accommodations were luxurious, the restaurant was excellent, the tours were great, and it was a perfect getaway in the Belizean jungle. What really made everything perfect at Mystic River was the gracious, kind, and helpful staff. They were amazing! We would highly recommend a stay at Mystic River.
Serene, picturesque, naturally beautiful
Great vacation place
It’s a beautiful place to stay
Mystic River has a lovely set of villas by the river in the Belize rainforest. We had two 1-bedrooms and one honeymoon suite. The good things about this property: beautiful grounds, amazingly helpful and friendly staff all the way from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff to the drivers/tour guides. They take a lot of care with the room set-up; fresh flower decorations on the beds and bathroom were really pretty. The food at the restaurant was good though not amazing. The resort is a good jumping off point for a number of excursions in the local Belize area and we also visited Tikal in Guatemala. All our excursions went smoothly and were enjoyable. There are some areas that the resort could improve though. The furnishings in the room feel old; in particular, the mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. I think with some updating, it could really be great again. Some of the resorts had light bulbs that were a very harsh white light; others had a softer spectrum light that would have been appreciated throughout. In general, more lamps would be helpful, especially in the one-bedroom villas. We were traveling at the end of the rainy season and there were some days where it rained lightly; in some parts the flagstones were a bit slippery for my elderly parents and if I were traveling again with them, I'd probably need to chose a different place for their comfort. On the other hand, my husband, kids, and I were not bothered by that.
Mystic River is wonderful! The setting is peaceful, lush and well maintained. The rooms are top notch; great sitting areas and decks; comfortable beds. The staff is fabulous; very friendly and attentive. This is a first-rate resort with a down to earth feel. We also booked a tour through them which was well-organized and excellent (ATM Cave). Highly recommend!
Include Mystic River in your Belize trip!
Mystic River staff knew our names from day one and were always extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The setting and accomodations are beautiful. I highly recommend Mystic River!
Amazing people and place to stay!
The service and people are amazing. Everyone asked your name and remembered it. They provide coffee and a bread of your choosing that they deliver to your room every morning. They food was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. They set you up with knowledgeable tour guides...ask for Mike! They will drive you just about anywhere you want for a very reasonable price. Takes lots of bug spray!!!!! We'll definitely go back.
Our 4 night stay at Mystic River was fabulous. Rooms are clean, staff is organized and friendly, food and drinks are delicious (a special shout out to Steve in the bar and Nigel in the restaurant for their exceptional service). We hiked up the trails and enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The staff helped us book excursions and even dried our sopping wet clothes after ATM cave tour. In the room we enjoyed allspice scented homemade soaps and salt scrubs and the cooler service each morning. Try the cheese board with homemade cheese from the goats on the property. You won’t be disappointed. Every morning we observed several tropical bird species while dining in the restaurant. The grounds and gardens are fragrant and flower filled. We’ll be back!
We stayed for 4 nights for our Anniversary. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This resort is in the jungle and had more humidity than I was expecting, luckily the resort offered laundry service. Food was excellent!
Staff was excellent, the rooms were very clean and quiet. Loved the hiking trails on site.
Where to start? This was the best experience I’ve had at any resort. The property itself was designed to compliment the surroundings and not overshadow it. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean, well furnished and had a stunning view. The property grounds offered a lot to do with a lot of free perks. Birdwatching tour, night tour, use of canoes and equipment, yoga pad and equipment, etc. They set up a couple incredible tours for us and we’re extremely accommodating to our schedule changes and last minute decisions. The food and drinks were great too! The absolute best part was the staff. They have an all star staff, each and every employee and guide. They were so friendly, personable, and very professional. Everyone knew our names, they were attentive without being pushy, and they went well out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. They even surprised me with an incredible birthday dinner. Private, intimate table, decorations, candles, cake. I was shocked. They went far above any other resort. They are in a league of their own. I truly appreciate them and will be sure to return one day.
We had the most wonderful stay at Mystic River! My husband and I are budget travelers who like to treat ourselves every now and then to an eco-friendly stay while traveling. We chose Mystic River for the amenities and the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the forest for a couple of days. I cannot speak highly enough of our entire experience. We booked a transfer from the airport directly to the resort and our driver was kind and informative. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a tour of the property and our cabin. The Palapa Bar and the Restaurant offered delicious treats! The food especially felt fresh and prepared with care. We noticed on the drive in that the resort had a garden so we ordered salads at dinner And they were divine! True farm to table dining! Our cabin was peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed lounging on the deck looking out at the river and listening to the birds and insects. We spent an entire day at the resort simply lounging by the pool, kayaking in the river, and hiking the trails on the resort property. While there were countless excursions to choose from, we enjoyed a restful day on the property after a long travel day. On our final day we were able to tour the farm and milk the goats. This was the highlight of our stay! We got to hold 3-day-old goats!!! We ended our stay with a tour to Barton Creek to canoe into the caves and again, I cannot recommend this tour enough! I would recommend Mystic River to anyone looking for a peaceful stay!
Great place.
Excellent customer service!
What a hidden gem. This is the perfect escape from everything. The staff is absolutely amazing and the place is perfectly maintain with amazing smiles getting you everywhere you go. This place takes you away from all your stress. I recommend this to everyone.
Property was beautiful. Staff was so friendly. Lynn is the best. Good food options and drinks. Pool was fantastic.
The staff here is amazing. The property is so pretty and there is so much to do while you stay here. I wish we would have spent an extra day or two at this resort
Resort exceeded all expectations.
Petra, Peter, Sylvia, Penny & the staff made us feel so at home from the moment we stepped on the property. The welcome was on an open aired porch surrounded by lush foliage, butterflies and chirping birds. The property is well planned out to give privacy from each cabin / room with a tucked away pool site, hammocks for relaxing, and beautiful views of the jungle and river. We were impressed with how well staff took note of our preferences and remembered them each day. The cabin was comfortable and, while no AC, the breezes kept us cool and even chilly at night (for which they had already prepared for with a down comforter on the bed). My husband especially enjoyed the 7am coffee service basket and fresh baked banana bread delivered quietly to our door. Having no WI-FI in our room gave us space to unplug, decompress, and rejuvenate. We highly recommend Mystic River to singles, couples, families. There are fun activities to do on site (birding, kayak, floating down river, hiking, relaxing by pool) for a low-key getaway. This has definitely become our go-to resort in Cayo. Home away from home.
Mystic River Lodge was the epiphany of a jewel in the rainforest. With the setting on the Macal River, it provided a perfectly calm environment where the different sounds of nature created a meditative experience of its own unique kind. The staff were friendly, caring and very accommodating and made sure to take care of our every need. I loved that they gave us towels for all our water excursions away from the hotel. The lodge is about 15 minutes from San Ignacio and was perfect since we rented a car from the Belize airport, and this allowed us to explore a lot of the region on our own, different restaurants being our main focus! We extremely enjoyed the ATM and Pontoon excursions and would highly recommend that everyone do these. The pool, tubing and canoeing were available at no cost on the property, giving an opportunity to enjoy and relax on one of our days. The restaurant was perfect for when we needed it. The menu is usually A La Carte with a varied selection for all 3 meals. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and carry lots of mosquito repellant😝 That was the only negative aspect of stay there. Thank you to Team Mystic River
Great place to stay. Foods good. Excellent staff. And a great place to start many adventures.
Mystic Mountain Resort is definitely off the beaten path, being about 7 miles into the countryside away from the village, but I wouldn’t want it any other way! Mystic Mountain is definitely a nature lovers paradise, with great pools, hiking options, bird watching and more. We were able to see so many birds and animals around, just by quietly enjoying our patio area. We even learned that Mystic has a sister resort across the river, which you can visit by crossing the river. The staff are very friendly and attentive , so we never wanted for anything. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a even larger bungalow, with a lovely private patio and soaking pool that overlooked the river. The chefs are amazing , so our breakfast and dinner were 10/10 (The snapper and the Stuffed Jacks are a MUST). They are partnered with a number of tour companies, so we booked activities through the resort .They even send packed lunches along for tours that may not offer lunch. Overall, I’m in love with the place and we’re definitely coming back for our next visit. Thanks a million guys!
Just absolutely gorgeous! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Amazing staff, beautiful accommodations, don’t let the no air conditioning stop you from coming. The rooms cooled off wonderfully at night.
The grounds of Mystic River resort were stunning and private! So much beautiful wildlife and vegetation to see everywhere you look. The staff was attentive to our every need. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!
Beautiful property right on the river. All cabins have a private balcony overlooking the river. The hour of free guided bird watching was great as was the tour through the farm providing the restaurant with much of its veggies, fruits and herbs. We used the canoes to visit the botanical garden across the river, then paddled to Cristo Rey where the resort picked us up. Wonderful place, however no AC and I wouldn’t visit again this time of year (late May).
Perfect quiet jungle resort with all services provided. Friendly helpful staff. Love love this resort from a veteran traveler.
Nestled in jungle is this resort that offered just the ambiance I was seeking: relaxing, serene environment for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. WiFi is on property in the common areas; NOT in the cabins/rooms. No A/C - this is clear in the listing - and it was fine. One suggestion is maybe add a mattress topper to the beds for a true luxury feel.
Mystic River is a jungle resort on the Macal River. It's fairly isolated, but that was what we liked about it. We had a view of the river and jungle from the back of our cabana, and enjoyed watching birds and wildlife from our little back porch. Every night, at dusk, we would sit there and listen to the sounds of the jungle (we were in cabana 1, which is just off a resort trail). The staff is lovely. Very warm, kind and helpful. Our interactions with them were one of the highlights of our stay. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, and vegetarian and children's options are offered. You don't have to get a meal plan. If you don't order multiple courses/drinks, you may save by ordering à la carte. Things I wish we'd had time to do: the free birding walk; taking a canoe across the river to Sweet Songs resort to go to the botanical garden; exploring more of the resort trails in the early morning/evening. The ATM tour from the resort was incredible. Absolutely do not miss. We did it with our 16-year-old son, and he loved it. We were there during dry season. The cabana cooled off at night and was consistently comfortable for sleeping. The cabanas do take some time to cool off in the evening. The road to the resort can be rough. When they tell you to use/hire a 4x4, listen to them.
Isolated area in the jungle, exactly what I was expecting. Rooms are very nice, as are the surrounding areas. Dining is somewhat limited, and though the food is not bad, we found it a bit bland. Staff was helpful and tour booking/planning was made very easy by the staff.
I couldn't wait to give this place 5 stars!!
This place is amazing!! Gorgeous view, attentive, friendly staff, the most beautifully decorated room I've ever seen with flower petals arranged on the bed, and an office manager who did surprising extras like hand me a bag before my tour with towels, a plastic bag for our wet clothes, and tp. We canoed and floated on innertubes during our stay. I hope to come back here again some day!
Our stay was an amazing jungle resort experience. Everything was at or exceeded our expectations. We had a car and did our own excursions but they offered a variety of tours around the area.
A great stay
Mystic River Resort was really lovely. They were very helpful in making transit and tour reservations. The bedroom and bath were huge and very attractive. We had a nice balcony over the river, and enjoyed the beautiful setting. The meals were great and we were able to watch toucans at the bird feeder by our table.
Gorgeous property and wonderful staff. Can’t go wrong staying here, IF you can tolerate the heat and humid. I would not go back until they add A/C, but that’s unlikely because they are off-grid. They do have fans in the room, and they help at night. This is your best bet if: 1) you are not bothered by the uncomfortable weather, or 2) you are doing tours all day and will be here only in the early morning and evening. The weather becomes quite pleasant at those times.
This place is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! We stayed here for 5 nights and by the time we left we felt like family. The staff was amazing and so accommodating to all of our needs. They were always available and happy to help us. Every person from the front desk to the restaurant attendants to the cleaning staff was always happy and kind. The property is breathtaking. We love Mystic River and will stay here again if we are ever in Belize.
One of the best resorts. A small paradise with Beautiful surroundings, amazing, helpful, polite staff, delicious food and drinks. Excellent activities on the premises. We can’t wait to visit it again.
Amazing property, amazing staff!!
We had the best stay! The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful! The food was phenomenal! The facilities were clean and convenient! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!! We cannot wait for our next trip to Mystic River!
Wonderful time at Mystic River. Casita was spacious and very comfortable. Food at onsite restaurant quite tasty. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.
Loved it! Very attentive and friendly staff, great amenities and onsite activities and everything felt taken care of for us.
Beautiful and peaceful resort in the jungle. Staff was so friendly and attentive. The perfect mix of relaxation and a variety of interesting tours as you may choose. Shout out to Jamie and the the entire staff. Thank you! We look forward to our return.
Beautiful location and super friendly staff. Highly recommend
Lovely property, intimate, friendly staff, great service. Plan for some variety in meals, eating at the same restaurant every night gets old. Breakfast is amazing.
Pleasant stay
The entire staff was very friendly and so welcoming! You couldn’t go anywhere without anyone greeting you or offering to assist you in someway. My friends and I really enjoyed the ambience throughout the resort, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eco friendly adventure!

I would return to M.R. The staff were fantastic and the grounds were lovely.
