A very economic choice. With the low price, it delivers the basics that you would need in a short stay. Things are satisfactory.

Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places.

Small room if u need simple shower n bed only. But ok for us for quick stay.

The staff was nice and the hotel is centrally located to food and services. The actual room was not super clean; the bed linen was clearly dirty. I only needed the room for about 12 hours so it was okay.

The thing I like about it because it is very closed to the Jalan Alor Hawker street where we can get our foods

Worst night stay

First time I stayed one hotel there in no cabinet to hang clothes even not have any hanger . My room number was 612 . I complaint reception but no arrangements . Then form 10 pm no water , they didn't even provide water without shower checked out . 11 am , 23 hrs no water in a hotel room and they did not supply any water for use toilet . Imagine how terrible .

Hotel very old and not suitable for family stay...room and toilet not so clean and need a lot improvment and renovate....breakfast also limited and nothing much to eat...horrible conditions!

I cannot find anything good about this hotel. The receptionists and managers were extremely rude. We had 3 rooms, one of our rooms still had a dirty towel in the room when we checked in. They didn’t provide any toilet tissues and the soap dispenser were broken in two of our room. The sink was clogged up and so we spoke to receptionist and they did not do anything at all. We spoke to the manager the next day and she didn’t do anything at all either. They were merely speaking in their language and smirking at us. Their reason for bad service and dirty room was because “it’s a two star hotel”. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Out of my many stays in a hotel, this was the first time I’ve had an extremely bad experience.

Bed Mites in room, poor cleaning services provided

Great price, VERY dirty bedsheets

Dirt-cheap comes with dirty sheets, apparently; there were mysterious arrays of red and yellow stains all over. Also got a twin room instead of the booked double. Reception gave the excuse that twin rooms were under maintenance. They should have informed me beforehand.

Hotel location in Bukit Bintang is perfect and easily accessable to, Alor St, Chinatown, Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion. Lot10, Fahrenheit, Sungai Wang Plaza and many sidestreet shops and plenty nice & reasonable price foods. It is also within walking distance to Monorail and MRT station at Bukit Bintang.

Bed bugs in two rooms!

The dirtiest hotel I have been to in almost all my travels to malaysia (more than 20). I was given a room, upon checking in, I found the bed sheets to be dirty and asked the reception to change them with no response. Woke up the next day to find my bed infested with fat bed bugs!! a sign that they had a good meal. Asked reception to change the room and it was changed, seemed cleaner but still had bed bugs. The reception reaction was very calm which means they know about the problem. Im pretty sure the entire hotel is infested with bed bugs so do the world a favor and dont carry these disgusting creatures with you back home by staying in this hotel!

Water heater not working

Our bathroom and basin/sink flooded with water.and i need to shower my baby with warm water. But water heater not working. And no other room available to change room.

Terrible hotel

All hotel smells like cigarettes even inside the room. Room very dirty and bathroom was really disgusting! Mold everywhere, flor was sticky, sheets and towels full of stains. Wifi did not work, very weak signal. Receptionists very rude, special Katherine, and not helpful at all.

Theres no park area..it was horrifying as i have to face the congested traffic..the bathroom was clogged n the bed given was 2 single bed instead of 1 queen bed.

A very normal hotel in city centre

Had been to this hotel and stayed twice before in 2011 and 2012...But this trip in 2016 I shd say we were not that happy. The management seems to have changed & reception staff not knowledgeable. Breakfast is horrible. Rooms are not to the standard.

Needs to upgrade the housekeeping.

Locationwise it is very good. There is 7/11 and a food stall next to it. The reception staff was okay and a bit slack. The room looks like it needs a good mantainance. Everything seems unfinished and the painting and everything is roughly done. There was a pipe next to the toilet which was let uncovered during our whole stay. We asked to cover it but it was left like that. The hair dryer was covered with red stains. Both the uncovered pipe and hair dryer were gross. My husband saw a baby bottle teat under the bed and on the last day we saw a panty of the last occupants of the room. On my son's bed cover there was a big Green stain. One morning a room attendant woke us up and kept knocking at the door to clean up and when we came back to the room at 5pm the beds were not even made. Beds are old and not too comfortable.

Great budget hotel located in the heart of KL

Great hotel for its price and location. Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful (for the most part). Rooms and bathrooms were quite small (can't complain much considering its price) but is clean and tidy. Free wifi is spotty and the mobile reception in the room is also quite weak. The 7-Eleven next door, as well as the 24hr hawker stores nearby, are a convenient way to get some supper if one does not fancy a long walk. Unfortunately the nearest subway/MRT station is a good 15 minutes walk away, but on the flip side, Berjaya Times Square is just a 10-minute walk down the road. The only "complaint" I have is when I was denied a late check-out by the morning reception staff even though I had confirmed with the night staff the day before on the late check-out. I settled with leaving my luggages in their storage areas.

b4 i booking the hotel i call the staff n he answer nicely n clear explanation.then i ask for morning calling,top level stay n cleaning service so they direct key in at computer so it will make all needed true when check in.the room also big n have space to walk around the room.suitable for family that have kids.

the room is clean but the wifi and phone network was terrible. asked for toilet paper personally from the receptionist as well called them from my room but I didn't receive any and no follow up calls to ensure I received it..

Is this a bedbug I see before me?

Typical midrange KL hotel. When I awoke on my second morning, I noticed what looked like bite marks on my right hand. The next morning I had what looked like more bites on my right arm. I was staying with a retired doctor in Nilai when not in KL, and I asked him to look at my bite marks. The first thing he said was, "Bed bugs?" (I have experience with these critters, and the bite marks were a bit different from what I'd experienced before. Bigger and farther apart. But then, these might be Malaysian bedbugs.) I stripped down in my friend's living room, and we laundered my clothes immediately. I also took a shower. Hopefully I haven't imported any little friends back to the USA. In other news, the desk staff tended to be indifferent to guests' needs (though the doormen were very helpful). The cellphone service on the 6th floor ranged from 3 bars to NO SERVICE, mostly staying at the low end. There are 2 restaurants in the neighborhood -- a charming and expensive (for me) Chinese place that also sells trinkets, and a roti place that isn't the cleanest I've been to, though it's fresh and cheap. Overall, in this range I'd rather stay at the My Hotel in Brickfields (the one over the White Coffee, not behind the YMCA). Or my favorite, the slightly more expensive Hotel Sentral (though stay out of their coffee shop!).

Get a good room first time.

1st room - no wifi connectivity in standard rooms 2nd room - baby cockroches crawling around on the bed 3rd room - at 1 am fine.

Good enough stay.

Nice location. Affordable rates especially if using a booking site such as Expedia. Buffet food is ok. Easy access to the train station. Few steps away from the food strip.

Short cab ride to KL Sentral, central markets, China town, etc. What else do you want for a stop-over hotel. And completely sufficient for a longer stay. Do it. Do it now

Hotel close to popular dining and shopping

Bed & air Cond is excellent. Mobile phone signal is too weak due to hotel surrounded by taller building. Bath room is flooding.

Great hotel, nice and polite staff

Location was great, me and my mom stayed there for two days but each day was booked separately so the first day we stayed in standard room, the second day however we booked the standard room the staff at the counter told me that their standard rooms were full so they upgarded our room to superior it was awesome, hereby I send my gratitude to the kind staff of this hotel specially the counter and doorman. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to be in peace and secure room, but bear in mind that the standard room doesn't include the minibar and safe deposit, the same mistake I've done.

Ok lah for S$32

The location is close with jalan alor, bukit bintang, berjaya just in walk distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. But unfortunately my room was smelly.

Good location

The hotel was in a good location easily accessible with restaurants around. The staff are very helpful. They initial gave us two rooms at different floors but quickly changed it for us. Will surely come back.

Really cool

Value for money for basic faculties, convenient to access eating and shopping area. Glass top table broken didn't replace and noted one bath tower got red and black stain, can be further improved.

Nice Stay except faulty wasbasin drainage

The washbasin drainage could not be corrected in room number 906 inspite of repeated complaints. Overall stay was comfortable. The room was of satisfactory size and dimension. Microwave oven would be of added value. The bedding and linen was one of the best in class. Internet connectivity was satisfactory, except for few drop outs.

My first exprience with my hotel , Bukit Bintang.

Staffs are friendly, hotel room is clean, location consider quite near to various shopping malls, around 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor. Easy to take cab. Price reasonable.

all the staff are very helpful..i dont mind to go there again..but only abit worried about the parking place as they dont have proper parking place.

This is the place close to food and shopping minutes away. Good vlue for money and next door to Sky express hotel next to 7Eleven and walking distance to china town.Taxi to airport only 80 Riggits save the hassle of taking taxi to bus or train station if you travel heavy. Nice breakfast and lunch indian spicy but tasty..

Best place for crashing after a bus ride

Best thing about this hotel was they had a car rental and tour desk inside the hotel itself, which helped us plan our last minute trips. The room and bathroom were clean. But don't expect anything extra. Would definitely stay here next time, just for its location.

Wonderful Hotel

Arrived at the hotel abt 2.30am. Check in was pretty fast as they have prepared my documents in a file. I was impressed with that. It took us less then 5mins to get in our room. An electronic card was given. Hotel condition was well maintained. Location of the hotel was just opposite the Swiss Garden Hotel so if u take a cab just tell them Swiss Garden Hotel if they dont know. U will just need to cross over to get to my hotel. Well at abt 3am we were hungry and decided to walk ard bukit bintang and surprisingly there were still lots of people at that area so u dont have to feel afraid. My Hotel was a clean and comfortable 3 star hotel. From the hotel make a left turn and walk straight pass the first junction traffic light and continue again untill the 2nd junction and make a left turn and walk straight until u see an LRT station called "IMBI" oh ya not forgetting the huge Time Square mall smacked in front of the station. From there its easy to go anywhere.. Actually i rather walk to or take the LRT. Malaysia Cab u need to negotiate with them. Never i saw a good cabbie that turn on his meter. Well thats KL anyway... Its not hard to get around.. Food wise not to worry at all.. Plenty of food. "Kampung Bahru" has a stretched of Seafood for a reasonable price. Happy Holidays guys!

Basic hotel for short stays

Just a basic hotel where one can stay overnight or two. Basic breakfast. For the price, can't complain much. Just don't expect to much, then you´ll be fine.

this hotel is very nice one. very easy to go shopping and everything. go and see....

The wifi is very bad, almost non existent. Also dont use their laundry service, they ruined our clothes. Rooms clean and nice breakfast.

wasstay was quite comfortable, one would have rated it 4 but for the breakfast, which was far below standard.

Great Location and Good Frienly Staff

The location is great as it's not too near to the busy Bukit Bintang main road but still within walking distance to major shopping malls and monorail station. House keeping staff are very friendly and with prompt service.

Hotel is quite new and was very clean. Rooms not big but comfortable enough with all necessities. I booked with breakfast included but would definitely not include breakfast the next time as it not very good and just wasn't worth it and with all of the eating places in the area one can do much better outside the hotel. Hotel does not have parking facilities but there is a parking lot only 1 block away.. Monorail station is about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Overall, not a bad place to stay but not sure if I will return there for another stay.

Motel with cockroaches

Our room had cockroaches in it, after complaining we were shown an alternative room (even though they said they were full). This room also had cockroaches and other bugs upon inspection. We were then given the 'penthouse' as a final option for 1 night ( as it was 2am). I wouldn't call it a penthouse but certainly better then the other rooms. First thing the next day we checked out and found alternative accommodation. Staff struggled to deal with customer complaints but the night staff did try there best to help (finally). Would never go cheap again.

Las sábanas parecían sucias y en la cama tenia ácaros y/o pulgas. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña y no te dan toallas! La verdad me decepcionó!

洗面所が汚れたままで、部屋を変更してもらいました。スタッフには快く対応してもらいましたが、タオル交換の不備、ケトルの故障、テレビは見れずで、少し居心地は良くありませんでした。朝食は値段相応でした。

立地以外最悪

ドライアーが無く貸してもらったが壊れていた。 水の補充もされていないし、バスタオルもこちらから言わないと補充されてなく最悪。

感想

2泊しました。コスパはいいので、あまり言えませんが、シャワールームの水が抜けず詰まり溢れそうになり、フロントにも伝えても、改善されず。冷蔵庫もなく(たまたま、故障か何かで、取り外されていたのでしょうが…)セキュリティボックスもないので、設備的にはどうか？ 寝るだけでしたら十分ですが

Biasa saja

Menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama slot pintu tidak bisa dibuka, resepsionis tidak begitu menanggapi keluhan sampai harus naik turun 3 kali, alasan ada gangguan kartunya, sampai kita marah baru di panggil rekan nya ikut ke kamar untuk buka pintu. Posisinya hotelnya tidak begitu jauh dari jalan alor. Kebersihan lumayan cuma petugas bersihin kamar jam 5 sore loh.

チェックアウト時のデポジット返金に注意が必要です。

チェックインの時に3日間の滞在の保証金として300リンギット預けましたが、チェックアウト時の返金提示額は28リンギットでした。 どういう事か尋ねると返答はなく無言でPCを打ち始めた後に奥の部屋に行き、しばらくして戻って来ると確認書にサインしろと言われ300リンギットは戻りましたが、返金後も無言なので手続きは全て終わったのか尋ねると「終わったから帰って良い」との事…。 英語が苦手でもおかしいと思ったら確認した方が良いです。独特なアクセントの英語なので聞き取りづらいですが、聞き直せば理解はできます。

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Hotelzimmer, sauber, aber Matratze etwas durchgelegen. Abgesehen vom Zimmerservice ist das Personal sehr mundfaul. Hatten ein paar Magen / Darm Probleme nach dem Frühstück.

Freches Personal an toller Lage

Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet und sauber, zudem liegt das Hotel direkt im Zentrum (Bukit Bintang, neben Jalan Alor wo sich auch ein Streetfoodmarkt befindet). Das Hotelzimmer und die Flure haben jedoch sehr nach abgestandenem Zigarettenqualm gestunken! Die indische Rezeptionistin hat sich in jedem Satz sehr im Ton vergriffen und benahm sich uns gegenüber sehr frech (bediente zuerst andere Gäste, ging mitten im Satz ans Telefon, wollte uns am Schluss nicht das ganze Depot zurückgeben, worauf wir mit ihr rumdiskutieren mussten...). Wahrscheinlich da wir 'weiss' sind und nicht indisch. Zu indischen Gästen hat sie sich viel freundlicher benommen und einige indische Gäste sogar gratis frühstücken lassen. Wir haben uns wirklich schlecht behandelt gefühlt, so ein Verhalten an einer Reception ist untragbar!
