Todo muy bien…..súper limpio….todo queda cercas del hotel para visitar sitios turísticos

Wonderful stay! Only thing I don't like is the open air bathrooms.

I thought they offered everything you could have asked for: drinking water, privacy cover and outlets at the beds, lockers, a towel and showers, they might have had laundry too but I didn't need it. All of that in a cool looking place and convenient location. When I was there, I think I was the only non-native Spanish speaker which means it's a good opportunity to practice what you've learned, but at least practice vocabulary for things you might need like the amenities mentioned. 👍

Very clean and comfortable stay in the male dorm room. Charging outlets by each bed. Roommates were respectful. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Close to nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The Wi-Fi didn’t work as well in the upstairs room I was in but worked well in the downstairs common area.

What I like about this property is the walking distance to everything, from museums, river walk, restaurants and street food, bars, shopping, etc. Also the price per night was great, and the help from the front desk was good, since I inadvertently got a room without a bath, and she was kind enogh to change it for us. But there were few things that I didn't like it, like the water from the shower wasn't draining properly, the bedding was wornd down, pillows also were not good, only toilet paper was there nothing else. The door of our room we cannot opened from the inside and i have to call the front desk to come and unlock it for us. Also on friday night the music all around the property from bars and restaurants was so loud that we cannot sleep. For us was an ok experience cominig from a hostel. I never before rented one, i guess that's why was not what I expected. May be for young people wanting to party is exellent but for us wasn't too too bad, I guess you get what you are paying for. Also the wheater didn't help us to enjoy the surroundings for was pouring rain every day.

Buena ubicación en barrio antiguo. La habitación reservada originalmente si estaba disponible (me la dieron pagando extra en efectivo) ya que al llegar me querían dar otra que no concordaba con la descripción original de mi reserva (numero de camas y baño).

Great location and price. Parking is a challenge. I think a little paint and cleaning up would go a long way as the place is rather worn and in need of some care.

A big, pleasant surprise. I chose this property for the price and location, with the preconceived idea that it was going to be a bad experience. When I arrived at the hostel, I was pleasantly surprised to see the property well maintained, located in a safe and very Instagramable part of the city. The rooms were bigger that I imagined and to my surprise very clean. The lower floor has about five showers and restrooms with privacy features to make guests feel safe. Unlike other hostels that I have visited, My Family, provides clean sheets and towels, toilet paper, napkins, and a kitchen room with everything guests need to store and microwave food. Check in and out was easy. The staff was pleasant and available 24/7. I traveled with a family of young adults and stayed in the quadruple room which has a big queen size bed good enough for someone 6'2" and a bunk bed with two twin beds. The room was huge and had a working AC ! a big plus when traveling to Monterrey. I totally recommend this place.

Cómodo y a muy buen precio

Muy buen lugar para descansar. Solo no estoy acostumbrado a los hostales, pero está limpio, la gente muy respetuosa y es una buena opción. Está en el mero Barrio Antiguo y eso es un plus ya que hay de todo a todas horas.

Agradable su estancia

Muy buena estancia para conocer un poco de Monterrey y sus alrededores, la cama muy cómoda, el agua caliente y la cocina equipada para preparar lo que uno quiera, sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente con ellos.

Estacionamiento

Solo cuenta con estacionamiento para dos autos y es complicado conseguir estacionamiento por la ubicacion. Cuidado donde dejes tu vehiculo ya que los transitos estan al dia multando.

Todo excelente, el único detalle que le resta puntos es que no tiene un lugar asignado para estacionamiento y tienes que andar buscando donde dejar tu coche.

El personal muy amable, la habitacion muy comoda, lo unico un poco incomodo es que no permiten modificar la temperatura del aire acondicionado y no hay servicio de limpieza en la habitacion durante los dias de la estancia, desconozco si asi funciona en los hostales.

El lugar está muy limpio y seguro, lo único malo es que solo tiene 2 espacios para estacionamiento. Así que si llevas carro, tienes que tener esto en cuenta, ya que de no alcanzar lugar, hay que pagar el día en algún estacionamiento público.

Es un lugar limpio, pero si creo que por el precio en habitación privada podrian poner shampoo,si quieres descansar no te recomiendo este lugar, hay demasiado ruido todo el dia y escuchas el ruido de las habitaciones de alado y el ruido en la cocina se escucha bastante.

Solo me quede un día por emergencia y todo fácil, limpio y tranquilo.
