Wonderful boutique hotel, conveniently located to major attractions of Istanbul yet quiet and peaceful. Superb staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help with advice and arrangements. Muła Hote is one of the places where reality is still nicer than very nice pictures. It’s definitely worth returning to Istanbul just to stay there again.

Beautiful property in a quiet area of SultanAhmet, within 5-10 minute walk to the water, excellent restaurants and the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi. Above all, friendly staff provided excellent service and local recommendations. Truly an outstanding place that enhanced our Istanbul experience!

The place is amazing it is truly 5 stars plus, the area is great quite enjoyed the stay my room was street view not sure about the benefit of sea view as I noticed the train runs in front of the hotel on the sea side. It was quite in my side didn’t hear it running. Definitely will come back if I’m visiting Istanbul.

The views from the Blue Mosque room were excellent. But honestly the best thing about the hotel was the amazing service. The entire staff went above and beyond. The include breakfast was also excellent. The only thing that I should mention is that the calls to prayers may interrupt your sleep.

The best hotel I have stayed in

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Located a stone throw away from the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The service here was impeccable and all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. There was an incident where we had even missed the time for breakfast and yet the hotel still decided to give us the full breakfast as normal. The attention to detail was immaculate and the little gestures that they left in our room will never be forgotten. A stay to remember and I will be back there for sure.

Perfection!!!!! I could not find a single thing to complain about at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming that I almost felt like royalty. The hotel has everything you need and more. I felt completely safe and there was so much to do in the area. If I can return, I will stay again! This hotel has the best staff!!!!!

Great people good atmosphere

Pictures are nothing like the ones shown online. Transport was ridiculous, was given a room in front of a seafood store- you could smell it. located at a side away from main shopping areas. Dining options were non existent. Breakfast was just ok and the food was overly priced. Would not book again and I don't recommend.

Hotel is right in middle of it

Love the location. Staff was very attentive and courteous Concierge was very helpful. She helped us reserve a table at near by salt bae restaurant which was awesome Everything we wanted to do was walking distance. Beautiful view from room. Receptionist was very polite. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience at this hotel was. The staff were impeccable! Room, breakfast, service, all first class, right down to a surprise birthday cake at breakfast, which was must welcome as I was travelling on my own. I highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room did not match the description at all, and the quality and amenities were far below expectations. To make matters worse, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism. When we had to leave early due to an exceptional family situation, we were clearly told at the reception that we could request a partial refund via email. However, after following their instructions, our request was flatly denied, with no consideration for the circumstances. It's unacceptable to be promised one thing and then be told the opposite. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that treat their guests with respect, offering rooms and services that actually meet expectations. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will certainly not return.

Esse Hotel é espetacular. Logo em minha chegada já me deram o upgrade de quarto. Pequeno e intimista, cada hóspede é tratado como se fosse único. Todo o staff é extremamente gentil e atencioso, especialmente o Ozcan, muito simpático e divertido. Todos os dias passavam em nosso quarto para nos entregar chocolate e para saber se precisávamos de algo. O café da manhã é sensacional, e a vista do restaurante é de tirar o fôlego. E como se ainda não bastasse todo esse mimo, ainda nos deram um presentinho no check out. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, muito perto dos principais pontos de Sultanamhet. Enfim, se tivesse que dar uma nota seria 11.
