This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in and one of the less expensive, too. Staff are always happy and willing to serve. Rooms are very clean, ample and quiet, loke the neighborhood. The bufé breakfast has lots of options. A huge mall is at walking distance, so are many local and fancy food restaurants. Chipichape Hotel is worth and superlative for the price. I recommend it 💯👏🙏

Esta propiedad es muy hermosa. Renovada y el desayuno fue muy delicioso. Muchas opciones. El cuarto faltaba algunos reparaciones y faltaba un hervidor de agua en la habitación. A parte de eso, el equipo trabajan muy bien y diligente!

Awesome place

La habitación no tenía agua caliente, el ascensor no es bueno, las personas de la cafetería no son muy amables y el desayuno no es muy bueno, siempre hay una persona de la calle en la puerta. Conclusión hay mejores lugares con mejores precios

Very nice staff, very good location, rooms are big, good air conditioner, nice shower. I only did not like that breakfast from Monday to Friday is only until 9am, but weekends until 10am. Close to big Shopping Center Chipichape. I would recommend this hotel.

This review is for room 206. We stayed nine nights. The staff downstairs was amazing. The breakfast was good and plentiful. our room was large, the bathroom unbelievably small. impossible to dry off in after a shower. Also, there’s no chair in the upstairs bedroom. Hope this helps.

The worst hotel ever, dangerous area, a lot of noise,

Staff very pleasant and rooms comfortable

I like the area. I felt safe all the time. It's close by car to many good restaurants area, such Granada( give minutes taxi). The property is located in a quiet area. The bathroom is very updated like the room too. The included breakfast very diverse. I received a $19,000.00 ( Colombian pesos) in bonus.

Loved the room, comfortable beds. The free breakfast was fabulous. I wish all hotels were like this. Very close to Chipichape Shopping Center, where you can get all you need. Totally recommend staying at this hotel.

Excelente place, clean, nace people. All better than expected.

There were too many steps and taking your luggage to and from your Roof was difficult. My key didn't work well and I still had problem after changing it. I wouldn't recommend or ever stay there again

Good economic Hotel Friendly staff

I have enjoyed my stay! Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Quiet room and street, yet very Central location. Just a short block from main ave, about 3 blocks away from Chipichape Shopping Center. Good location to access all attraction. The young lady at breakfast was very kind. Even though I arrived a minute before closing, yet she was very helpful. I would definitely be back.

Clean and attention from the staff

I stayed here previously and based on that experience I came back. The employees here are top notch. The neighborhood has various restaurants of all type and less then a 10 minute walk to the mall.

Well it was disappointing because the first and only day of my staying there they didn't do the cleaning of the rooms, they came with some dumb excuse. Also the benefit of the VIP was lame. Anyway I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was comfortable, great location walking distance to Chipichape Mall. My room was a suite, although you have a small kitchen no kitchen ware cups, plates or cutlery was supplied, that was strange and impractical. Unfortunately on leaving very early 4:00am on the 31st the guy in reception overcharged me, i had one drink from the vending machine and he charged 25000 pesos he had no change so it cost 30000 pesos, more than half of the cost of the taxi back to the Airport. I stayed 10 days the lady in reception was excellent.

Rooms are Noisy and you can hear everything, horrible beds, bad location with lots of noise outside. I left after only 3 hours. Not recommended.

Close to the airport. Old building, not quiet environment, internet very slow, high prices for the mini bar items, poor breakfast. You can find better options for the same money.

I booked a room in the hotel. I got there at 10:30pm and they said that I was out of luck no rooms available. Ended finding one at 1:00am. Tired after the long flight to get there and for the staff to tell me to go get elsewhere. They could do nothing 😡😡😡😡

Management failed to make a difference

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Overall my experience was poor based upon the solutions offered my management. The first 3 days I stayed in a room with a restroom that did not function properly. My family and i was forced to use the restrooms in the lobby. After multiple attempts to unsuccessfully fix the restroom I was finally moved to another room. The second room was much better until the second day when loud noises began to come from the Air conditioning unit. A day thereafter, the Air conditioning unit began to leak water on to the wall and floor. Management was advised of the issue and again refused to come up with a better solution than simply stating that they were sorry. At check out i requested that a 10-15% discount be subtracted from my bill as compensation. Management refused. I moved my family to the Sheraton in Barrio Grenada on 10/29, and had a fabulous stay there for the remainder of my vacation.

Return to Cali

Our stay in Cali was great the wife connected with many of her family members. First time back in 22 years. The location was convient to all. Walk to restaurants and mall. Will be back

The location was great. The staff isn't friendly at all. No one helped with our luggage. I lost my key and the employee working the front desk was a bit rough.

Modern, clean, quiet area and great location. Near Chipichape mall. Rooms very clean, equipped with flat screen tv and air conditioner.

Expected more!

The first night I got a room with strong humidity odor. I switched rooms the next day and the bathroom had issues. I switched rooms again. The front desk was not proactive for all the issues I had

A nice stay

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Slow wifi-not good for business travellers. Cleaning staff were stingy with the toilet tissue and extra blankets and towels. Had to ask for items a few times but they were always delivered. Breakfast every morning was nice with many kinds of breads and fresh fruit. You could request a custom omelette.

Easy check-in, property close to several fast food places. Only stayed one night...

Hidden gem in Chipichape

Very professional yet extremely friendly and caring personnel. They helped me every time I needed anything and went above and beyond their call. Excellent location with super personnel.

The hotel is close to the mall and many restaurants but that's the only positive thing about it. The receptionist was horrible. They didn't give us enough towels. I think they wanted us to share or something. Not a good experience. This is the first hotel where i didn't get a receipt at the end of my stay.

Great location, very close to the airport, they let us check in early and even though we only planned to stay one night we are extending it!

Mini bar has only chips and stuff drinks and a couple beer but prices are insanelly high. And if you dont speak spanish dont go and no hot water 75% of fime and no hot tub just a dirty old outside one you fill yourself. Moved me 3 times in one week into different rooms and still had the nerve to charge me 100usd for a few items at mini bar

Good hotel no compassion

I went there after a medical procedure. They promised to deliver my breakfast to my room, considering my situation. At the next day they denied that service.

El martes 9 de Abril me apersoné al hotel a las 10:04PM y la persona de Recepción no reconoció mi pago en Expedia y me dijo que no tenían habitaciones. Indicó que ese problema es regular y que Expedia debería devolverme mi dinero. He puesto mi queja en Expedia y ellos me dicen que no pueden comunicarse con el hotel. Exijo resuelvan su error y me devuelvan el pago que se me ha cobrado.
