Staff were really friendly, great location with close proximity to Europa park and key amenities like Lidl for getting some shopping. Would recommend as the hotel has a great vibe!

Besides a stink bug problem (common in the autumn months), our stay was pleasant. Very close to Europa Park. Nicely decorated hotel for the holidays. Nice buffet for breakfast.

A Saturday night in Rust

We arrived in Rust after a day of travelling from the U.K. and an early start. We got to Rust around 1830 and checked in as normal. They wanted all the details from my passport (more than normal) and other info however I was advised when I asked this would be destroyed in due course. I collected the key and we went to our room. However there was some confusion as on here - Hotels.com I reserved a double sofa bed and double bed room but it would appear this room type doesn’t exist! I was slightly frustrated as I had taken the time to message the hotel through the app prior to my visit to confirm the room type and there was no issue flagged. Anyway the ladies on reception were very helpful, could understand where the error had occurred and could see I had tried to confirm the room etc before and acknowledged there was a language barrier. As compensation for the inconvenience they offered us a complementary breakfast. We accepted and I am told the single sofa bed was comfortable. I would happily stay here again but will take note of the room type when I book. The hotel itself is very modern, has nice communal areas and the breakfast is a very thorough selection. We used the secure parking under the hotel at €10 a night and I was happy with this. You can park outside the hotel for €8. Hotel is was a lovely find and I will look to stay here again in future as it’s within 10mins of Europa Park.

Decent and comfortable

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mattress a little on the firm side, but OK for me. Facilities could do with improving - I was unable to connect my phone to the room's TV as advertised. Breakfast is decent but not extensive; it is slightly overpriced for what is on offer. Staffing continues to be an issue; on one evening the bar appeared to be closed due to only having one member of staff, who was dealing with check-ins. However, staff friendly and English-speaking. Cost per night is expensive but in keeping with other accommodation in the area.

Very well located between Rulentica and Europa park. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast divers and good. However the offer of restaurant outside of park is a little bit poor. Very good hotel to stay. Definitly recommend

Great for visiting Europa Park with family

This is a lovely hotel, it was our second stay and we love it. It is very clean, staff were friendly, very close to Europa Park, we walked there in 15 mins. The pillows are not very comfortable, I would recommend, if you are driving bring your own pillow. Everything else was great.

We used Moxy for a couple of days while visiting the wonderful Europa-Park. The hotel is fresh and funky, although wi-fi was poor! Service was also slow, perhaps as everything was so slow. Breakfast was not worth 15 Euro. But location is very close to the park if driving...only a few minutes. And walkable in about 20 minutes.

Great hotel near to Europa Park

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car in the underground car park, after we paid the fee the ticket enabled us to come and go throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had great air conditioning, the bathroom was small but the shower was a nice size and soap and shampoo were provided. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from Europa Park and Rulantica. There are lots of places to eat around the area. The only thing the room lacked was a chest of drawers it meant we had to live out of our suitcase.

Clean hotel and nice service

Enjoyed our stay at moxy. Staff were excellent. Local shops and eateries, breakfast and snacks on offer at hotel. Loads of parking at reasonable price, we just left the car at the hotel and walked to and from the parks and restraunts.

We stayed here after spending the day at Rulantica. It was very close to the park. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed all the games. Breakfast was fine, though I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them. Would stay again.

All round excellent stay! Perfect location for Europa park and Rulantica. Secure parking available, very modern and clean from the reception/bar area to the rooms. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Bring your own pillows. Good: The hotel is close enough to Europa Park to walk, and there are grocery stores and restaurants close by. Bad: The shower temperature fluctuated pretty wildly from cold to hot, and the room feels cramped and unfinished due to stylistic choices like concrete walls. The pillows are flat and there are no extras.

It was really good

Overpriced for what it was. No coffee /tea making facilities. No safe in the room either. I am all for being trendy but there was no information about what was available and the staff didn't offer up the info. I had high hope as this is a Marriott hotel

What we liked about the property was the convenience to the parks, staff was amazing!! They all spoke amazing English!! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays..

The staff was SO nice and made pleasant conversation during check in. The room was clean and simple and the AC was amazing, especially during the heat of May.

Great but could be improved

We stayed in the family room. I am doubtful that the accommodation was worth what we paid. Check in was smooth and welcoming. The second single bed in the family room is very small could be larger. The bathroom and toilet also tiny, no closet and no room to hang clothes or even wet towels. Overall clean but dusty on the window sills and corners made my allergies flare up.. Breakfast not worth 14 Euros per person. The only hot food items were sausages and scrambled/boiled eggs. There was buffet with cold foods with breads and cereals etc I would stay again because of the convenient location. Walking distance to both Europa park and Rulantica water park.

Spent 1 night at the MOXY Hotel and was very impressed the inviting entrance to the hotel. The hotel staff spoke excellent English, were professional and friendly! The hotel and our room were very clean. There is easy onsite parking as well. The hotel is a 3 minute drive to Europa Water Park. There are two grocery stores a couple blocks from the hotel as well! Highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness and cleanliness!

One night stay in Feb

Quick stay to visit Rulantica. No bad comments about the room, the AC worked but may not be super efficient during hotter months. The hotel only had one person on staff for the bar, but we were able to get some wine. There was a small room with games, which was nice but the condition of them we’re definitely worn. There was some free parking out front, bed was comfortable too. About 3 min drive to Rulantica

Modest but basic

Modern, basic hotel located next to Europa Park, about a 15 minute walk from the main entrance. Rooms are small and basic, but ok for a short stay. Don’t expect in-room tea and coffee facilities, for example.

Great hotel for the Europapark

Great location, new hotel with up to date interior, friendly staff

I didn't like the behaviour only of the one employee in the reception and bar service. When I asked to order some food from the hotel, he did not recommend it because he was bored preparing/serving it. I think He was the only man working on that shift and this happened on Monday, Oct 18th late afternoon/night. When a lady came to bar, She was very polite and prepared food for us.

So nearly fabulous

This hotel is a good hotel but fails on the small things. They insist you use your room card to make the lift work - it takes minutes of faffing to get it to work and WHY?? The door to the stairs is wide open. Charging 10E a night for parking is not appreciated. There is a great TV which says "connect your device" essentially chromecasting - but doesn't work.

Ho passato due notti c9n marito e due figli durante la nostra visita a Europa Park e Rulantica. Il parco è raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel è di una pulizia impeccabile. Le stanze sono moderne e la nostra camera familiale disponeva di mezzanina con letto singolo, molto apprezzato dell'adolescente! Il bagno anche moderno e pulitissimo con doccia molto spaziosa. Manca un po' di spazio per gli effetti personali ma per pochi giorni va benissimo. Personsle molto gentile, ci hanno offerto il patcheggio a Rulantica il giorno della partenza.

freundliches Personal, ruhige Zimmer. Der Fitnessraum ist extrem rudimentär, es gibt ein paar Hanteln, einen Boxsack und 2 Fahrräder. Ich hätte mir einen Zugpunkt gewünscht (Klimmzugstange, Schlingentrainer). Das Frühstück war entgegen einigen Bewertungen an meinem Frühstückstag sehr reichhaltig und gut.

nous avons réservé pour un certain montant sur votre site officiel et ensuite arrivé à l'hôtel on nous a demandé 190 frs en plus .. je souhaite être remboursé les dates saisies étaient correct à ce moment là car nous avons pas pu séjourner dans l'hôtel eisberg faute d'accueil et personne pour nous accueillir ou avoir la clé de notre chambre .. nous nous sommes rabattus sur l'hôtel Moxy et l'accueil fu catastrophique . personnel non accueillant et nous avons dû payer in supplément comme discuté de plus encore un débit de 10 frs supplémentaires et les 120 à l'hôtel inadmissible ! réservation depuis votre site et je répète un supplément de 130 sur place inadmissible .. merci de bien vouloir extourner le montant de la transaction !

Alles hatt gepasst, besonders gut fand ich das die schlüsselkarte die ich verloren hatte nicht extra berechnet wurde.

Wir sind ein grosser Fan der Moxy-Kette. Tolle Einrichtung und schöne, saubere Zimmer. Lage zum Europapark ok, könnte besser sein, da er ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist. Das Zimmer war dieses Mal sehr hellhörig und man hörte ständig alle anderen Zimmertüren knallen (dies Türen kann man ohne Knallen leider gar nicht schliessen).

Malheureusement quelques petits hics : une ampoule défectueuse, le flacon de gel douche terminé et le lavabo en voie de se boucher. Petite surface et pas d’armoire pour ranger ses affaires c’est surprenant. Le prix me paraît donc de ce fait un peu disproportionné, sans doute du au week end de Toussaint et la grande proximité avec europa Park (10 minutes hors Resort) Cependant la chambre était très propre et insonorisée, la literie de bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Personnel d’accueil très agréable et serviable.

Wir haben eine Übernachtung gebucht. Ein- und Aus-Checken ging reibungslos. Zimmergröße war i.O., das Badezimmer könnte ein wenig größer sein. Frühstück Buffet Preis/Leistung Top. Kritikpunkt wäre, dass Kinder nur bis 11 Jahre beim Frühstück frei sind, ansonsten wird der normale Erwachsenen Preis von 15€ fällig.

Hotel bien placé pour un accès facile à Europa Park. Mais plusieurs déconvenues telles qu'une carte de snacking avec beaucoup de produits non disponibles, un serveur clairement débordé et de multiples empreintes bancaires sans raison. Ayant demandé à l'accueil les raisons il m'a été très difficile de pouvoir contrôler ce qu'il restait à payer sur la chambre.

Het was een leuk en top verblijf. De bar was spijtig genoeg wel gesloten op de 2de avond door personeels gebrek, wat jammer was want we hadden dorst. Geen spek of vers fruitsap bij ontbijt, te weinig tafels om het ontbijt te nuttigen.

Moderne, schicke, saubere Einrichtung. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel convivial. Pas de bruits. Propre et confortable. Il manquerait juste une bouilloire, tasses et autres en chambre

Très bon hôtel, très proche d'Europa Park et Rulantica. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre. Attention cependant le matelas est très ferme, nous avons donc passé une nuit pas vraiment réparatrice. Un surmatelas moelleux aurait été le bienvenue. Autre remarque, le parking souterrain est à 10€ par jour, ce que je n'avais pas remarqué lors de la réservation. C'est assez cher.

Tutto molto bello e piacevole, peccato che c’era scritto che parlavano anche italiano e francese ma le uniche lingue con cui siamo riusciti a comunicare (e anche male) erano l’inglese e il tedesco.

Super gepflegtes Hotel, top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ist jeden Cent wert. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr umfangreich. Top.Beim nächsten Besuch in Rust bin ich wieder da. Weiter so.

20min d’attente pour l’enregistrement le 27/08 à 17h50. Une seule dame à l’accueil, puis une autre a fini par arriver en renfort sans se soucier de la file d’attente déjà établie, et qui aurait fait passer des gens arrivés après nous s’ils n’avaient pas eu l’honnêteté de nous laisser passer

Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage für einen Parkbesuch im Europapark. Vom Hotel muss man etwa 15 Minuten zum Haupteingang laufen. Das Frühstück war ordentlich und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer selbst war für eine Übernachtung ausreichend groß. Das Bad könnte größer sein.

Un peu loin de l'entrée du parc, on a du prendre la voiture. Hotel propre et bien tenu. Rien à dire.

Fantastische nachten gehad in dit hotel. Echt een aanrader als je naar europapark en rulantica wilt. Fantastische moderne kamer, heerlijk bed. Moderne badkamer en goed ontbijt. Kortom: Top!

Hôtel à conseiller sans problème

Agréable hôtel pour y passer 2 nuits et profitez des parcs à thème autour. Salle de bain étroite pour 4, et restaurant de l'hôtel fermé un soir (les autres soirs nous n'avons pas essayés) mais à part ça, les équipes sont agréables et les espaces sont top pour les enfants.

Fancy Hotel, insgesamt alles sehr gut & empfehlenswert. Den Europapark erreicht man allerdings nur via Haupteingang, das sind 20 - 25 Minuten zu Fuss. Laut Personal gibt es keine geeigneten Busse (dennoch hatten wir dann einen erwischt), da finde ich, dass es an Infos fehlt. Zumal es mehrere Haltestellen auf dem Weg hatte.
