Staff is friendly and the room is quite spacious for a single person. No work table but that’s not a negative point for me since I was there for a holiday! All in all, it was a pleasant experience and will consider to stay again in the future when in need of a place to stay in Munich. It’s in a very convenient place with regards to public transportation and dining options.

Put signs on doors

The only issue when you arrive there the door on street level is locked and code or key actuated. You have to up a massive set of stairs to get to the lobby. Then when you get there they ask why you didn’t use the elevator on street level. After you say it’s locked they say why didn’t you just press ok button twice to call the desk. Well there is no sign that says that or way of knowing that. That needs fixing. Because struggling to luggage up them stairs was horrible

Room was missing phone, fridge and coffee/tea machine. I undestand this is to keep their brand but in my openion it was a poor service. For sure won't consider to stay in future.

The place itself is EXCELLENT. Everything you need for a short stay. The only thing we didn't like was the location, it was a bit far from the city center and the dining options were limited.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the hotel is unique. We checked in late and stayed 1 night. Their staff was polite and greeted us upon arrival.

Modern, basic hotel, without the frills, but with lots of flair. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern, providing only what you need to relax, sleep, and refresh. The reception, dining, and breakout area, is one big open plan space decorated with quirky fun stuff. I found that this removed all formality and made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable. My only criticism is that the “desk” provided in the room was too narrow to comfortably use a laptop. So I was forced to use the reception area.

Great New hotel experience in Munich

Brand new hotel, part of the Marriott group so standards are good. As its new, clean and fresh throughout. Location is great - its in the middle of an area of Munich thats being redeveloped so a lot of building work in the immediate area. 5mins walk from Ost Banhof with central Munich close by. Service was excellent - hotel had a lively buzz with a central bar area serving reasonably priced drinks and the flatbread was superb. Would recommend for those looking for something a bit different from the usual hotel experience and prepared to look outside a central location. On my list of preferred hotels for Munich.

Lage super, sehr freundliches Personal. Ich bin wenig Komfort gewöhnt, die Zimmerausstattung war mir allerdings ein bissl zu minimalistisch. Morgends um 5 wurde der Rewe Markt beliefert und obwohl wir in der 5. Etage wohnen durften hat das Piepen der LKWs genervt.

Nice hotel, good location near Ostbahnhof - easy to reach airport and the City center. Matress was a bit hard, basic breakfast, everything else was good. Wellcoming drink was a nice touch!

Ich bin grundsätzlich sehr gerne in dem Hotel, dieses Mal war ich mit der zimmerreinigung nicht so zufrieden, es wurde kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt obwohl es leer war und Inhalte aus meinem Badezimmermüll waren im Eingangsbereich auf dem Fußboden verteilt.

Standardgemäßes Hotel. P/L in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist ganz gut, 5 Min vom Ostbahnhof entfernt. Derzeit ist eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und war an sich auch sauber. Allerdings lagen im Bad Haare und die Toilettenbrille war fleckig - das geht nicht. Verstaumöglichkeit im Zimmer ist begrenzt, da es keinen Schrank gibt. Allerdings gibt es auf jeder Etage Kleiderständer, die man sich nehmen kann. Das Frühstück ist gut (Pancake, Miniwaffeln, Smoothie, Obstsalat, frischer Aufschnitt), für 20€ allerdings ziemlich teuer. Geparkt werden kann direkt im Parkhaus, das kit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar ist (24€ pro Tag).

Es war ein großes sauberes Zimmer und der Service war super.

Service

Meiner Ansicht nach müssten Handtücher nicht täglich getauscht werden. Einmal-Zahnputzbecher müssen nicht sein.

Neues sehr modernes Hotel im Münchner Osten. 5 min fußläufig zum Ostbahnhof und Viertel Haidhausen. Demnach gut gelegen um verschiebende Touren in die City zu starten. Zimmer groß, modern eingerichtet. Ebenso das Bad. Es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Personal sprach leider nur sehr schlechtes deutsch sehr parken teuer, das ist aber das einzige negative was zu sagen wäre. Ansonsten war alles top.

Nouvel hôtel très correct. J’ai bien aimé l’ambiance jeune de cet hôtel et la gentillesse de l’accueil. Ma chambre était vaste et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Seul bémol pour moi fut de trouver l’hôtel. Je pense que mon gps ainsi que l’application d’hôtels.com n’étaient pas très affûtées car j’ai dû appeler la réception pour m’aider. Les restaurants sont situés à environ 500m de l’hôtel situé dans une zone en cours de construction.

Hotel für Hellseher: Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. ABER: der Lift funktionierte nicht. Später kamen wir dahinter, dass er erst mit der Zimmerkarte aktiviert werden muss. Sagte einem aber keiner. Tiefgarage: das Parkicket wurde an der Rezeption entwertet ... dachten wir. Ausfahrt funktionierte nicht. Der Kassenautomat wollte dann €20. Rangieren, parken und wieder rauf zur Rezeption. Jaha, wir haben einen Rabatt von sagenhaften €4 auf das Parkticket gebucht. Toll, was? Also €20 für einen halben Tag. Ohne Hinweis zuvor. Diesem Hotel bin ich mit meinem Intelligenzquotient nicht gewachsen. Und 2x €19 für ein mittelmäßiges Frühstück ist auch happig. Da tröstet es mich, dass mein altes Moped als Deko in der Lobby parkt, auch nicht. Nochmal Moxy? Ungern ...

Positiv: Sehr modernes Hotel, Rezeption und Bar 24/7 geöffnet, leckere Pizza und Cocktails, sehr nah zum Ostbahnhof, gratis Internet Negativ: Dusche war unten an der Schiebetür leider schmutzig, Waschmittel für Haare/Körper und Conditioner Flaschen in der Dusche waren sehr staubig, nur eine große Decke im Bett für zwei Personen

Für eine Städtereise ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Das Frühstück ist gut und nett angerichtet. Man kann bei gutem Wetter auch draußen auf dem Innenhof frühstücken. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und spricht jüngere Reisende an. Etwas ungewohnt für meinen Geschmack ist die Innenarchitektur mit den nicht verputzten Wänden aus Sichtbeton und den offen liegenden Lüftungsrohren. Das ist nicht so mein Fall, ist aber Geschmackssache. Sonst alles in Ordnung. Der Fußweg zum Bahnhof München-Ost ist ca. 7 Minuten.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Recht freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Auf etwaige Wünsche wurde reagiert und man ist entgegengekommen.

Ich war mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, würde auch wiederkommen, wenn ich mal wieder in München bin. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt per S-Bahn ist sehr gut.

Ideal für München-Aufenthalt

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, durfte schon einige Stunden früher ins Zimmer, mein dritter Aufenthalt in einem Moxy, mir gefällt der Stil sehr gut, mir war bewusst, dass die Einrichtung im Zimmer minimalistisch gehalten ist, also nur Garderobe statt Schrank. Bett bequem, sehr ruhig, habe prima geschlafen, Wlan prima, mehr brauche ich nicht bei einem Städtetrip. Mir ist eine zahlbare Unterkunft und gute Erreichbarkeit mit ÖV wichtiger, das ist hier mit Ostbahnhof gegeben, ebenso fand ich Lebensmittelgeschäfte gleich nebenan praktisch. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in einem Moxy und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach super! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, was mir fehlte, war ein kleiner Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Das Frühstück ist auch immer gut, angemessen für den Preis und immer frisch. Ich kann die Moxys nur weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und groß genug für zwei. Frühstück zum absolut fairen Preis von zehn Euro. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Allerdings trotz Hotelrabatt viel zu teuer. Um das Hotel herum gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Anfahrt etwas umständlich wegen einer Baustelle. Navi hat uns nicht richtig geleitet. Letztlich aber kein Problem. Eingangsbereich befindet sich oben am Treppenende. Schade das keine Räder zum leihen vorhanden sind. Evtl. wäre eine Kooperation mit dem 100 Meter entfernten Recycling Bike Geschäft sinnvoll.

Das Hotel hinterlässt einen gepflegten Eindruck, ruhig gelegen, wir haben von den Baustellen herum nichts mitbekommen. S/U/Straßenbahn fussläufig erreichbar (H Ostbahnhof) Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür
