Great!

Great stay! The staff working there were kind and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and accommodating and the location was perfect for visiting the city center! Parking was also easily accessible (on premises). I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is situated in the most beautiful area of Lithuania, it has the most beautiful walk towards shops,cafes, chapel and is lit up every night making it a pleasure. The hotel is so quirky, every table is full of games to play, the staff are amazing and their english is very good making it easy to ask for anything. The rooms are beautiful very modern, there is no wardrobes to store your stores nor no tea/coffee facilities this is my only disappointment of the hotel. The hotel is spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent hotel, really friendly staff and very hospitable. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Stayed for 3 nights and could easily have done more.

Sleepless in Kaunas

This is a party hotel with lively bar that never seems to stop. Loud music throughout the night and in the lifts . We were kept awake until 4am and 8am all night. Inexperienced staff in training often working with little supervision. If you don’t need or want to sleep this is the place for you. We cancelled a future Moxy booking after this experience. Sadly aside from that the hotel location and vibe were excellent.

No mini fridge in the room

Nice place but the concept of the lack of the mini fridge in the room is not understandable. Unless it's a pressure to buy drinks even a cold water in the bar. If I should choose, probably, a mini fridge would be preferred instead of a big television in the room.

Decent hotel

Hotel is in a good location for Liberty Avenue. Nice bar area with games etc. Room was clean and comfortable for 1 night however I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities.

Arrived on Thursday after a long day of travelling to a massive party in the lobby/reception area. Was not even possible to communication with the staff re obtaining a further duvet as they were too busy serving people drinks. The music continued till about 2am making it impossible to sleep. I do not understand why people are not being made aware before booking. Would not recommend and would definitely not stay again.

Comfy bed in a quirky hotel in the city centre

Simple and basic, yet well thought through room design with quirky details. I was really happy with comfy and firm bed mattress 😊 Lovely staff were really helpful and even offered a welcome drink.

Give it a miss

This hotel was not for us, very young crowd which is not a problem, room very dark and cold, did mention this at reception but grumpy girl couldnt of cared less, bit disrespectful, we are in our 60's, bed was very hard and pillows were useless, on a good note, breakfast was better than expected, worse hotel we stayed in while in Lithuania

Great value hotel in good location

Stayed here for 12 nights as a solo visitor to Kaunas, room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great for with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Pros-hotel was in an excellent position within the city centre. Breakfast was great, a good choice on offer and quality was good. Cons-staff customer service was virtually non existent ( even allowing for language barrier), not friendly or helpful. No wardrobe or drawers in bedroom. Toilet did not flush well.

Perfect location in city center with great staff and clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast was great and would definitely stay here next time I visit.

Relaxing ,comfortable

Great location, so as nice breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. However, staff NEVER smiles- no sense of enthusiasm or ‘happy to help’ attitude. As hospitality professional, I would recommend management to have training with FOH team…

We always stay at Moxy in Kaunas. Its great location, very child friendly, my niece loves it. Friendly competent staff, comfy rooms and there is a gym, which i love ❤

It was close to the walking street that had lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room so we ended up get a new room the second night!

In its attempt to be cute and funky. The Moxy neglects basic amenities like dressers and closets. In essence, you are forced to live out of your suitcase. A wire rack and a couple hangers won’t cut it. What were the designers thinking? The bathrooms are too small and sinks lack adequate counter space. The table on one side of the bed is too small. Also, the airconditioning doesn’t work properly.

Very Enjoyable Stay

The stay was very enjoyable, in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful, kind and polite. I also loved the theme that the hotel displayed. Would stay there again.

Modern and uncomfortable

It is a very "modern" hotel, possibly very popular for the Baltic mentality, but I prefer the comfort of a wardrobe to hang my clothes, a table to work at in the room, a chair to sit comfortably. I didn't like it. I do not recommend it.

We need more Moxy hotels around! Great location, stylish, friendly staff. Breakfast could be better (bread and croissants were stale).

There was nothing wrong with the Moxy or its location, it was very clean and close to all of the monuments. But the service was less than ideal. Their internet was down my intire stay and I had no way of being able to work while staying in the hotel. The staff was not helpful and did not even provide me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Had I known their internet was going to be out of order I would have stayed at another hotel. Overall not happy with my time at the Moxy in Kaunas.

good place to stay in Kaunas

Great location for 1st time stay in Kaunas. Walking distance to so many places of interest. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel in a great location

We were freezing!

We liked the hotel, it is quite central, with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel seems quite new. The only problem is with the temperature in the rooms. We were freezing for 5 days, since the thermostats were pre-set in all the rooms! This is a reason to avoid the hotel in the future!

Low temperature in the rooms

The hotel is nice, but the temperature in the rooms is extremely low. They effectively blocked the thermostat. The staff is nice, but unprofessional, had issues with the invoices. The rooms are in good condition and very clean. Breakfast is decent.

Very cool hotel! Great vibe and cocktails

Central and cool, but very loud

Parked downstairs, where entrance was very narrow. Without a handraid separating the walkway, it would have been fine, now had to drive very slowly to avoid scratches on sides. Lobby area was extremely loud, as it was also a bar. Which was fine otherwise, but during breakfast it was just annoying and loud. I don't want to listen rap music at 7am.

Everything was clean, simple and easy. Clothes ironing station common to the floor was a better configuration. Packaged food (sandwiches) available for purchase at bar at late hours. Parking was very tight in the underground location. I barely made it outwith my tiny rental. Street parking is better for larger cars

This is a hip young hotel with a lot of fantastic decor and fun happy staff - so I was surprised to find the parking lot was full and we had to park on the street. We forgot about our welcome drink but got it the next night. A few electric things worked oddly: the elevator key card sometimes glitched and the light that was motion sensor under the bed would flcker. But in general the place was terrific and the location was great too. Very bustling and happy, young clientele.

It was very comfortable hotel staff so friendly and bar and food service was great . I do think the rooms need small table and chairs to sit on with kettle in room and phone to reception as some guest need these facilities but over all lovely hotel and I would stay again thank you 😀

Nice space but disappointing cleanup

The room was nice, however no cleaning service artenden the first day (ok as we slept in) but attended the second night, without cleaning anything, only made the bed. Also the toilet flush pressure was so high it sprayed against the lid making the seat wet. Unhygienic

Great stay, but weird and annoying advertising

The stay is good, comfortable, clean and fresh hotel, however they are trying very hard to market this hotel as some wild sex fantasy place? in many details hinting to do that and to get that done in their hotel, seriously? That made our stay annoying

The reception was very stylish, casual and homely, I found the unpainted walls and ceiling strange initially but added to the ambiance actually.

Bad service concept, bad housekeeping

It's a beautiful and modern hotel in a great location. But that's the only positive point. The hotel bar and reception are combined, which seems like an interesting idea, but it just doesn't work. I once waited 45 minutes for a simple drink because they had lots of people trying to check in. On the second day, housekeeping didn't clean the room or replace any of the wet towels. When I went downstairs to ask about it, I couldn't talk to anyone about it right away because they were all busy making drinks for the bar customers. They then promised the room would be cleaned the following day, but housekeeping skipped it again for no reason. So in fact we stayed there three days without anyone coming to tidy up a single time. For the cost of this hotel, it's really just not worth it. You can come here for the bar without being a guest. I would recommend staying elsewhere in Kaunas.

Great place to stay and a great location. In my room I didn't have a refrigerator, microwave or dresser but perfect for a minimalist. The room was clean and I had a new large TV. The bar was nice and a great place to have drinks with friends. For parking, I parked on the street at night and I left for work before 8am, so I wouldn't get a parking ticket.
