Stayed one night, cannot fault anything, from the staff to the cleanliness, dining at night and breakfast was amazing.

This is one of my favorite hotels anywhere in the world. It's elegant with great service, dining options, location to STR and a good value.

No room service after 10pm

An airport hotel that stops serving any food even room service at 22:00hrs. After arriving at 9pm from the UK and going straight into an online meeting for work I rang room service who politely informed me that all food service stops when the restaurant closes. For an airport hotel with people arriving late and departing early this seems ridiculous.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Stuttgart Hotel. The staff at both the reception and the bar were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While some of the furniture seemed slightly outdated, everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the stay met my expectations, and I had a great experience with excellent service!

I received a bill from the hotel however I already paid in full via Expedia website. The charge is a mistake which I need to communicate with hotel to take it back. Suggest to have a better handover with hotel on payments such that guests won’t pay double the charge.

Wonderful experience.

Initially they gave us a room with a twin bed, so we went back to the lobby. We were immediately given a room with a queen bed and it was very spacious with all around windows. Wish we would have been spending more than the one night. Breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Convenient, clean, beautiful room and bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent restaurant. After delicious breakfast walked accross the street and boarded flight to London.

Next to Stuttgart airport so do not open the window - super loud. Poorly equipped gymn - one out of 2 trett mills doesn't work. No wifi in gymn. Restaurant very good

Very nice hotel and clean but didn’t really get much use of it though due to flights cancellations causing a very short stay in Stuttgart.

This beautiful Property is a 1 minute walk from the Stuttgart Airport. The rooms are Huge, to include the bathroom. Despite its proximity to the airport, I never once heard any aircraft sounds. The included breakfast can only be described as magnificent. I recommend 100 percent.

Proximity to the airport is outstanding. It’s the only reason to stay. Staff service is just ok. No coffee in the room. They tell you there is instant coffee in the room but that is hit and miss. One night I stayed they had sweetner & creamer but no coffee. A week later that only had decaf in the room. They seem to not really care. Bar service is just okay as well. Food was good. For me it’s all about the airport ….

Beautiful rooms, great service

Overall I had a really good stay with them. The only issues I would say I had with them was in the breakfast. The people were very rude, stuck up, and looked down upon me for no apparent reason. Some of the guest even said rude comments to their people that were in their table. I heard "she's American, she doesn't belong in this class" but they had said it in their language so I do not know exactly what was said but I did hear those two things. My friend also had left socks in the counter for reception to give to me. For some reason they are gone and not there kind og fishy with that.

I booked for one night on Sept. 12th via Expedia. When I got to the desk, they first couldn't find my booking. Then they mistakenly found it for two nights starting on Sept 11th and charged me double. They said I need to deal with Expedia to get a refund, but so far that has been unsuccessful. We requested a wake-up call for early in the morning to catch an early flight. They never called! We woke up by chance at 4:30 am, an hour after they were supposed to call, and had to run in panic to catch our flight. NEVER use this hotel!!!

Very dated. Food was not cooked properly at the bar restaurant. Bartender was very rude. Breakfast was very good in the main restaurant.

Good base for touring

We booked this hotel as we planned to tour the local area up to 120km distance and this proved a perfect base with direct access to the motorway in all directions. Hotel service and cleanliness could not be faulted. Parking was extra but that was not made clear at time of booking which would have been useful to know. Breakfast was high quality and plenty choice.

Steps away from the terminal and the S bahn, quiet, and a beautiful spacious room. Great place to stay before catching a morning flight.

An excellent hotel steps from the Stuttgart Airport. We stayed there the night before an early flight out the next morning.

Everything is great. Super clean. Super close to STR airport, 2 walking minutes from the hotel exit to my check-in counter. I got a very nice upgrade. Big cheers!

Get more staff

The service was terrible - you have a huge staffing problem. I could not get room service, the operator would not pick up the phones, the safe in the room was broken, my wife could not call my room as the operator would not pick up, the lines to check in were very long, I could not get a simple dinner at your place and ate at the Wyndham hotel instead. Your restaurant staff and room cleaners were working very hard and very pleasant people.

Staff were great when I checked in. Informative and friendly and thoughtful.

All around, an excellent hotel, in excellent condition. Steps from the Terminal at Stuttgart airport. Extremely convenient.

We stayed only one night because we had an early flight out of Stuttgart and wanted to be close. This is very convenient to the airport. You can walk to the terminal. Expensive.

The overall hotel was nice , 500 sq ft room Tub and a shower in the room. But the bathtub was not cleaned it had a Dirt Ring around the tub, The room had not been dusted , it was dust around the glasses (which were not clean) the Bose radio / alarm clock. And the hotel lacked a full body mirror. The decor of the room was nice but made it cramp if you were staying more than a day.

Room was comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Beds nice. Pillows were too soft but the staff provided firmer ones to us. The restaurant had awesome food!
