We had a fantastic stay! Great value, friendly staff, and very clean!

It wasn’t well shovelled when we arrived. The ceiling had little or no sound barrier. The long term tenant made noise until 2 AM. So that ruined our sleep

Small but comfortable room. The host allowed me to check-in early, which was super helpful because it was chilly outside.

Limited pet friendly options at reasonable prices brought us here. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Mold in the shower. Filled the need for the one night we stayed but wouldn't go back

Everything from towels to bedsheet so clean, no dust at all. Smells fresh too, and we had two rooms with kitchenette.

Very good price for 2 bedroom and a sofa bed with kitchenette and a full sized fridge. steve the owner is very friendly and accommodating too. i love the playground close to the place, me and my daughter had fun when we went there. it was a good stay and this motel is also pet friendly so i was able to bring my pup. this is a good place and i would definitely repeat my business. They didn't disappoint.

Rocky Mountain Springs Motel is a good place to stay in. It’s dog-friendly first of all, easy access to places and the pools of course. We will definitely book our family again.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and kitchenette were nice. Family suite has beds for 6. Recommended breakfast at Beginnings in Invermere downtown was excellent.

Mountain Springs exceeded our expectations in every possible way! The property was clean, the owner very friendly and helpful, and most importantly, every need was provided for during our stay at the motel. Highly recommend this property, especially if you're visiting Kootenay on a budget.

More than we bargained for

Des (Pappa Smurf) was super friendly and kind. He felt like another buddy to me more than a manager of a motel. The room was dated, but clean and warm. Two bedrooms, with a kitchenette for the price, was awesome! Located near a decent pub. This was more than we expected actually. Des allowed us to take their hot springs towels and leave them with the hot springs 'after' checkout. how cool is that?! We'll be back!

Older hotel but clean. We loved having 2 rooms when booked 2 queen beds. Quite spacious. Awesome quiet location close to everything. Highly recommend.

Very proper place and price

Owner and staff is friendly. Room is actually have one bed room one more bed. Great for privacy. Fridge, microwave, coffee and hair dryer. Everything you need and everything works. There is patio furniture and BBQ for cooking as well. I’ll comeback this place for sure.

Good for stay if visiting Kootenay or Yoho

We were here for just 1 night as we ended our day trip thru Kootenay NP. The motel itself was good. We were apprehensive at first but then the 2-room layout and proximity to nearby town and playground/splash pad etc made it so fun! it was perfect for our 1 night stop.

The property was great for a couple of a single. Fire alarm beeped periodically through the night and the staff was prompt to respond to the request but could not be fixed without an electrician. Would stay here again.

Beds were comfy and the room was really clean. The price was reasonable and the fellow who checked us in was 12/10 friendly. The rooms seemed like they actually put some intention into them. Nicely made beds, with cozy linens. We did bring our own pillows though and were glad we did as theirs were quite large and we would have struggled with how big they were if we had to sleep with them. Our only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom other than blue hand pump soap. So we had to use that for when we showered, carting it across from the sink into the shower in our hand. Lol. Otherwise, we'd stay there again.

Property was convenient on a detour through Radium Older style motel with external doors - 2 floors. Increased noise because all traffic was routed through Radium.

Owner so friendly and accommodating. Bed very comfortable and everything very clean. Location close to many things yet quiet.

The property location was excellent as we were in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was well maintained and clean. The gazebo & access to BBQs was a nice addition.
