The building manager and property manger both work with you and get what you need done just ask and they have on site washer and dryers

It was unpleasant and very dirty. Area has alot of crime once the sun goes down. Lots of homeless people and it looks like a safe haven for drug addicts. With the final four taking place in San Antonio the weekend of my visit Hotel would not let me cancle my reservation. We parked our truck 3 miles away at a safe location and Uber dropped us off. About 2 hours of sleep because the noises and the constant knocking at the door. Regulars probably looking for a supplier

I won’t be staying at a Motel 6 ever again! The sheets were dirty, the room floors dirty as well, people moving furniture around in the middle of the night, loud music…. Terrible

It was a place you can go that's affordable and quite for the most part , just the room stink really bad like poop or sewer I'm not sure but it was a terrible smell other than that it was okay

There seems to be a lot of laxness in the offices of this chain. Two different cities and neither one had anyone at the desk. The rooms were still dirty, especially in the bathroom. Broken ice machines and urine smells in the elevator indicate a lack of investment in maintenance.

This was a terrible stay. Lots of loud ghetto people, roaches and broken internet they said use your phone but it won’t work on the phone either.

The room condition was horrible! Not clean, dirty towels, holes in walls and doors. Smelled of mold and bathroom floor was disgusting. Would not recommend at all!

Beds were extremely small. I would say a little bigger than a twin size, the AC kept turning off & there was no way to stop that from happening. Not familiar with the area but I’m guessing it wasn’t the good side of town. I kept getting harassed by homeless people the moment I would walk to my car. Since I do have small children I most likely won’t ever book there again.

Price is Right… if you are willing to take a risk.

The motel front desk clerk was very friendly we had to pay $30 deposit for the room that was refund 3 days after our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked newly painted and remodeled. The swimming pool water looked like it needed a good chemical treatment. My husband & I were fortunate to get a room close to the office and slept well , other family members had a nightmarish stay. Their rooms were very run down. no bathroom door, roaches , and literally no sleep because of people in room next door staying up all night and hanging out with other people in the parking lot ALL Night. The price was right and it served our purpose. Just beware of the risk of what kind of room you might get etc. Like I said we got lucky with our room and no complaints just felt bad for other family members.

Good value. My room had condom wrappers in it. My daughters room, the bathroom switch didn't work unless you had something in there to keep it on. People are loud and inconsiderate, this is a long stay place so it appeared that people live there. The first night we got there, there were 3 cops there. We asked if it was okay to stay, they said yes so we did stay. Overall, if you have paranoid kids, this is not the place to stay but if you just need a place to somewhat catch some zzz's, this place is okay.

Bed bugs bit me. Had a roach crawling on my face and their was a centipede under the covers. I told some older man there and he said the bed bugs were dust. With legs?? They refunded my money for the second night I was supposed to stay there. Will never stay at another motel 6

Everything was fine for the most part, only issue was they had little roaches running around the room, so much so that I put my luggage back in my car after I used what I needed to try and reduce the chances of bringing roaches back to my place.. Everything seemed clean enough other than that.

I got there to check in and was told the hotel canceled my reservation.. i was 4.5 hrs away from home.. i called to tell them id be late they told be i could check in anytime before4am. At midnight they told me it was cancellled by the hotel and was told i could have the same room for an additional $109.. (they canceled my room stating the roomi reserved was unavailable) the money was out of my account already.. but if i paid an extra $109 on top of what was already taken out i could get my Queen size bed i originally reserved... i ended up having to leave and drive home the 4.5 hours cause i couldnt afford to pay again. Thank you for ruining our weekend getaway.. when i contacted booking the hotel told them i had already checked in for the night!!!

This location scammed me out of my security deposit because I was 40 minutes late for their standards. Absolutely not right and they probably only said that because I paid the deposit in cash. They probably already spent it never staying here again

Roaches everywhere and our room dripped water from bath 24/7 NON STOP

Room's air quality is terrible.

The first non-smoking room smelled a lot of cigarettes. The second room we received after asking to switch rooms smelled fine at first. The AC started smelling bad throughout the night and I was awoken several times due to my allergies acting up to the smell. The room's appearance needs to be remodeled because there are so many broken items like the walls and furniture. Lastly, the towels smelled trouble. I would not recommend a family to stay here, especially for children who should not be inhaling these smells.

Only 1 female Hispanic housekeep with shorter dark hair was helpful and friendly but didn’t get her name, I’ll try to next time but besides her- it’s nasty dirty. Theres roaches and the water has been running nonstop all week in a nasty looking dirty bathtub. Only stayed because its to hard to move a 83yr old many in and out of rooms so happy to be gone when our new home is ready any day now! .

It was very noisy at night. The toilet didn’t work, you will almost fall down.

This place was gross. The images on Expedia DO NOT match the actual property. The property itself feels unsafe; homeless people walking throughout the parking lot, and from what we witnessed, dope deals happening in the stairwells. Externally, the property was grimy and smelly; the inside of our room smelled like urine and sweat. Our room was filthy; miscellaneous stains on the walls and doors, the bedding & towels provided were dingy, stained, smelly and unclean.

I didn’t like anything about this place. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was 2:00 a:m and was tired from my drive I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. The screws and lock on the entrance to the room where not secure. The water was leaking in the tub. I reported it to the front desk and when maintenance came to repair the leak he responded by saying it was a small leak and left without repairing it. The air conditioner had no vent cover so the air was blowing straight on you. The door was not sealed properly cause a gap. And I killed to roaches and a third get away. My stay was for two nights but I left the next day. I would not ever recommend the dump to even my worst enemy. They also as for a $20 dollar deposit before I checked in. They were somewhat reluctant to tried to return my deposit. They also refused to give me a receipt saying that I left Saturday instead of Sunday my appointed check out day. If at all possible please done recommend the place and if all possible please refund my stay or at least my last day.

1/10 bad place to stay

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel, first of all when we arrived to the room there was a roach crawling on top of the bed sheet and the room was really small for a “deluxe queen room” the room didn’t even come with shampoo or conditioner just the hand soap they provide. Also when we were there overnight the room felt so humid and moist like it was damp and the floor felt disgusting after the night passed like wet floors. I would consider anyone thinking of staying here to just spend a little extra somewhere else and actually get your moneys worth. I do not recommend anyone stay here what so ever.

Room was not particularly clean. It was in poor condition. Shower had rust or old blood on it. Curtains were stained. Bed was barely sufficient. Door didn’t want to open upon entry.

No hot water. Bed had stains and sheets smelled. Room was so much smaller than the pictures online. False advertising. Hair dryer didn't work.

Don’t ever get room 324. People tried to break in 4 times in room. It’s like they knew the door was easy to get in. Luckily I had the latch on or they would of got in. Someone kept calling me treatening me. Asking for an girl named Tiffany and they tried to say I didn’t even pay for the room and they work front test. It was an terrible night. They kept coming to the door knocking. I couldn’t even sleep

There were roaches everywhere, we booked for two nights but only stayed one after realizing the bugs were everywhere, we did not even bother asking for a discount or a refund for the 2nd day, due to conditions we just wanted to get out of there.

It was okay for the price nothing to really complain about.

Initially the first date that I came to this motel I was beat up and robbed the management did not care they did not look up the cameras they put me all the way on the third floor they did not have a pulley or a dolly for for your suitcases they were very rude I was 30 minutes late but my rooms have always been reserved ahead of time and they treat me like I am less than I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they move me to the first floor but it's it's even more worse because they're just watching you hounding you talking about you they speak Spanish and they're very very rude if you're like 30 minutes late they make you seem like you're a peasant and you're poor and why can't you pay on time and like you owe them they do not believe in customers are right they do not have friendly customer service the woman is like well you're always late what's the problem very in my business you know being in this area is stressful and it has made my a priorities inconvenience and I don't have a vehicle so the nearest bus stop is maybe a mile or half a mile away the plumbing is very bad it's hard to bathe a shower because it's clogged up I gave them the blanket they have never returned a blanket back I just been in this room with no blanket yeah I the only reason why I had to stay in this area was because of work and because I do not drive but if I did I would have been gone the day I got jumped I had to make a police report

Booked a queen we got a full. Shower was leaking, ac didn’t work well. The shower had burns all over it. Half the lights didn’t work. The wife was so disgusted we ended up staying somewhere else. We just went back in the morning for or stuff.
