The place was a filthy dump.

The front desk people, especially Mike and Rosa were exceptionally helpful and kind.

Covers are burnt in a non smoking room and one room smelled like weed there were limited towels

This was the worst looking property I've ever seen, I didn't even stay we grabbed our keys went into the room, saw it then went and returned the keys and stayed somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Missing peephole on door. Sheets are not clean and have stains/holes everywhere. Bathroom is rusted. Only one pillow and one towel given. Reeked of cigarettes. Everything was dirty…

Horroble room

The room smelled old and the floor felt like it was falling in. Parking lot has plenty of holes. This motel is more like an extended stay.

Sheets and cover had cigarette burn holes and curtains were torn and ragged, roaches present, water faucet sprayed water on you when attempting to use. No toilet paper. Very noisy with dogs barking in rooms. T.V. did not work, air conditioning did not work. Non smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke! Very disappointed. Someone should inspect hotel owners claims!

The fact that they make you pay a 50$ deposit tells you a lot. Only one towel and the drain on the hand lavatory was plugged.

The room had paper in the toilet when I arrived, no soap or toiletries and the table and nightstand looked like they had been hastily wiped there was residue of whatever had been on there previously.

My room was dirty. It looks like they may have given it to someone else because my room had a dirty towel and only one half towel. There was roaches. When crowded over my leg while I was watching TV in the middle of the night...never again

The room was clean. But the furniture are old, one of the beds had a missing leg. There was a roach in the bathroom. The bedspread was burned. We didn't get the tv control. If you ask me if I would stay again, yes a would.

Wont do that again

It was economical but the room smelled like cigarrette smoke although it was labeled non-smoking. Also, the first room offered to us had no power.

Disgusting properly and disgusting staff. I have never had a problem like this before even with lower budget rooms. Also a dangerous location. I was yelled at and called names by staff after trying to get my issue resolved. Orbitz also did nothing to help me get my funds back after they said I could check out early and get a refund on the day I left.

The place was roach infested, had load girats arguing outside for most of the night & charges way too much for the low level accommodations they offer.

Ugly

I needed a place for my dog and I to stay for the night while I looked at rental homes. I should’ve known a motel for less than $50 would have very limited amenities but there wasn’t even a mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. The bathroom had literally one towel and was the size for maybe a child to use and not an adult. The motel stated being pet friendly but there was no area for me to safely walk my service dog or have her use the bathroom. I had to google dog parks and those were a pain to navigate to. Staff were very friendly which was a positive. Wi-Fi was slow but I was able to manage. There were bugs in the room I had to kill but no bugs in the bed. Overall it was an okay bed to stay in for the night as a (super) last minute option, I felt safe enough, (I carry my own weapons and my dog is trained to protect) but others may not feel so comfortable staying here. Bring your own cooler if you plan to have any meals at this place. (Might want to bring your own towels too)

Stay away from here

The area is full of homeless and drug addicts. Outside all day and the rooms are degusting and unclean. This was a last minute due to sold out hotels. Would rather sleep in the car over this place. The price was high for what you get.

The room was clean, but there was a lot of roaches, and the bath tub was dirty and only 1 towel that was extremely stained

The staff was rude, the whole building was filthy full of roaches, noisy, thrashing outside the rooms, and people hanging out partying and smoking. The assigned room linen was dingy, ripped, and stained, the toilet was clogged, the pillows did not have pillowcases, and only one towel per room. When I informed the staff of the toilet issue, she brought a person/ tenant who was hanging out smoking and drinking to look into the issue. This was a terrible horrifying experience, I would never book at this location. Hotels.com should not even have this location on their website. All sorts of people hanging outside their rooms drinking and smoking drugs is not a pretty, safe view.

Great staff decent rooms.

I show up around 2 pm and I ask for the room and to my surprise they wanted me to pay another extra amount to let me in 1 hr before 3 pm. On top of the rate. The place was poorly in everyway. Seems nothing like the pictures it was like an abandoned building. Since I was denied the room I request to cancel because my reservation because I was not going to wait in such unsafe location and for that I was ripped off with cancelation fee. Terrible place.

Bullets flying in the dark

I stayed 5 nights, 2 nights there we people shooting at eachother, people running around whole night, noisy and dangerous, cockroaches all over in room . Dogs lay outside without any water. What a disgrace. Curtains full of moth holes and rooms are just very bad smelling. Bathtub is brown and stained. Very bad hotel

My boyfriend and I ended up only being in the room for an hour as our plans changed and not only were they unwilling to give us a refund, the room itself was disgusting. I wish I took pictures but the floor had dirty spots all over, the floor was sticky, the corner seat was dirty and my boyfriend went into the bathroom and said behind the toilet looked untouched.

Roach motel

We stopped here momentarily for a few hours of sleep while passing through and it was horrible! Biggest mistake we've ever made as far as staying goes The place is trashy, the room had nothing in it. No towels, no hair dryer, no iron, no kind of basic hygiene products shampoo conditioner nothing. When I told the guy we couldn't even shower because we had no towels he snapped at me that it was checkout time and told me I should've asked the front office. The phone doesn't work, and I have never had to ask for a towel anywhere ever. You couldn't even wash or dry your hands or anything. If you have children, stay away from this dump. Better yet, just stay away unless you're renting it for an hour or something because this seems like that type of establishment. I've been to other Motel 6's in the city I live in and they are renovated, clean and comfortable. This one is a failure.

I had to leave within 20 minutes of checking in…. UNSAFE MY GOD. Begin setting my belongs down, had to kill two roaches. Within 25 minutes crackheads were banging on the door “WHOS IN HERE” Nope. Had my boyfriend not been in there to make sure I got in, who even knows… DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOURE READY TO USE YOUR PIECE

One star doesn't suffice. I'm not exaggerating when I say it doesn't deserve a star. Now I figured it would be ghetto but when I arrived there were many people hanging out on the stairs and the walk way. Some people sleeping on the stairs. I let it slide because I had no intentions on being out anyways. When I walked in the first room the first thing I noticed was the sheets. They were brown and had burns on them. The pillow cases looked sad and saggy. They were beyond dirty. My kid noticed a roach on the wall. The bathroom didn't have a shower head. I went to request for another room and the next room wasn't any better. Same thing and they actually down graded me from fridge and microwave to no fridge and microwave so I requested a refund. Now I have to wait 5 business days for a refund. This place should be shut down and that's me being nice.

The staff was quite friendly. The room was clean too. However it smelled bad inspite of being a non smoking room, no TV and they only gave one pillow for the bed. Other than that not too bad

Bad, even for Motel 6

The room was dirty when we walked in. Pillows were stained, beds were unclean, trash was present from the people who stayed before. At night, multiple guests were rowdy until as late as 4 am. We did not have access to wifi and the ac was struggling to cool the room until late into the evening. We had trouble getting towels from the front desk. The property was shady, especially at night. Trash overflowed from almost every visible trash can. Dogs wandered unleashed.

The bed was by far the worst part of my stay (aside from the roaches, but that kind of stuff doesn't really bother me). It literally felt as though I was sleeping on a wooden plank with a sheet covering it. I couldn't properly sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there, and had constant body aches. Also, the shower didn't work. Everything else was good, the staff and people there were really nice. But, that bed . . . awful.

Do not stay here. There were gun shots heard, people arguing & making noise, not a safe place.

This is one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty. No towels in the room. Dirty sheets, dirty pillows, dirty floors, dirty walls. A ball of toilet paper stuck to the wall. Nasty. Front desk service was ok.

It's a little run down and the rooms ac wasn't working but the staff was great and they let us use the microwave in the front office. This place also has a pool, vending machines and a laundromat. Lots of places to dine and shop.

worst trip ever

it was horrible, we didn't even complete our stay . The air conditions were hardly working, the heat was unbearable and the roaches greeted you at the door.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Holes in everything. Bugs crawling all over the bed and the walls. I walked into the room and walked right back out.

Well the room didn’t have no fridge or microwave the pillow cases weren’t very clean had stains on them the toilet didn’t flush very well there was homeless in the area pool was dirty….the plus is the area had lots of restaurants to choose from

This place is disgusting. They have drug addicts cleaning the rooms. Rooms smell like marijuana filthy bed no towels. Vagrants sleeping all around the property. Felt very unsafe this Motel 6 needs to be shut down.

Worst stay ever

Non smoking rooms and the rooms smelt like smoke one room ac didn’t work remote didn’t work dry blood on sheet smelt horrible no hot water on our last day in room 238 also had room 240 roaches on bed biting us while sleeping (not bed bugs) room smelt like smoke it was the WORST motel my family and I had ever stayed at while visiting SanAntonio!! I was so grossed out every time we left and came back cause the rooms smelt horrible and it just was an ugly vibe had Lysol and air fresheners and still stunk thankfully we take our own blankets to put on bed we don’t even use there sheets blankets nor pillows

The room had cigarette butts, roaches, burn holes in the bedding & bath tub.. we had to request a shower curtain, trash can, towels, toilet paper, batteries for the remote, the microwave did not work & we found trash from previous guests stay.. we were originally denied the towels.. the door jamm was broken & the smoke detector was removed because the battery needed replacing & the maintenance man didn't feel like dealing with it our entire stay.. we took a video.. the workers were rude & unaccommedating

Terrible hotel

We couldn’t sleep all night. Stay away from here. We were just taking a brake night from a long road trip and there’s was constantly disturbance over the night. Multiple police unit coming to the hotel over different domestic fights in rooms. Lots of noise all night. Don’t stay here if you really want to rest.

Terrible, smelled of smoke, unclean.

The room initially booked was the worst I’ve ever been in. It smelled of cigarettes, was not very clean…hot and small with no refrigerator. I complained and they offered me an upgrade for $25 which I took because the room had two beds, was cool albeit not very clean. I will never stay at this specific property again.

WORST HOTEL IN SAN ANTONIO

Never in my life experienced anything is horrible as this stay. I was put in a filthy room that had no towels, toliet tissue and clearly not been cleaned I'm adding pictures of the room , I will spare the image of poo left in toilet . I had turned in key and requested refund for the room being dirty room and was denied my refund and denied re-entry to room. There was an event in town and most hotels were booked solid. 4 hrs later I was able to find a room to stay. 20 miles out my way and triple the cost.

When i arrived motel 6 front office. Went to another side night small box with window. Not in person enter front office. I checked in and gave my I'd card she said charged $65 i said no its not correct and i get my cellphone and show her hotels.com information then she made room #264 gave. Me hotel card and i went move in then i opened door and saw nasty room not cleaned then i went back office complaining about room #264 and the lady go checked room and saw nasty room so she switched different room to next room #265 the room cleaned and changed room key card. I moved in until next day Thursday morning after 11am checked out. But when i took bath and changed clothes after that i just pulled out all dirty bed sheets and towels on the floor. I found there bed mattress are ugly like dried blood on mattress never changed. I took pictures of them showed office but during daytime by 11 am front office still locked door wow its looks no good SMH

We booked a nonsmoking room, but as soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke slapped you in the face. While waiting to check-in, a roach crawled out of the microwave and another was crawling on the dryer. Th place was so disgusting we left. Motel 6 and Travelocity have been no help in getting our money back.

I lost my booking paid the hotel for nothing had to look for another hotel due to being charge $100for a security damage deposit quite embarrassing due to we only took was what necessary to stay and go to six flags with gas and eating

There were cockroaches in the room, people that must "live" there tied their dog to the fence for hours letting it bark the whole time, room next to me had visitors at all hours of the night, disturbing me and my dogs. The water was shut off 3 times during my stay. The sink was clogged. Ice bucket cracked, towel racks broken, towels very old and raggedy.

Rooms reeked and for a non smoking room sure smelt like someone been smoking in it and leaving burn marks all over, ceiling was bubbling up from water leaks which adds to the mold smell and the ac was horrible… not safe and the owners or managers will wash their cars there but not clean their rooms. Also found cockroaches.

This place was NASTY. Their idea of cleaning is mop where feet go not everywhere. The sink was leaking, the tub is stopped up. The "bed" was a 2" thick mattress that was probably pulled out of the trash. We were worried that our car wouldn't be there in the morning. People were screaming all night, cars dragracing all night, sirens blaring all night. We would have gone elsewhere but i couldnt afford to loose the money I paid. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR THE PAIN IN YOUR BACK.

I paid for a queen bed and we didnt get a room with one. It was kinda eh for 1 night while stopping for the night on vavation.

Mini fridge was leaking. Only one towel. Water pressure was terrible. Door did not seal all the way. Only one pillow on each side of the bed. Have to mess with bathroom door for it to close. Could hear lots of yelling from pool due to door not sealing completely. No one at the counter to check in or out. Sign said be back in 5 but it was more like 20. Never staying again

Quiet needed place to rest. Came to San Antonio for a fresh start.

So, we had no toiletries, no trash can, no rags, a non-smoking room with blankets with cigarette burns, and either dirty or badly stained towels. The hotel is right next to highway with a train nearby so wouldn't exactly call it quiet, but didn't have any noise problems from other guests. The a/c worked, but did not seem to go to high setting, but it stayed a decent temperature throughout our stay despite the 100 plus degree weather. When I brought up having no trash can to the office, they immediately found me one and the staff was friendly. No one ever came to our room though during the 4 day stay to give us fresh towels or take our trash or make sure we had what we needed, which we didn't. I just went to Walmart and got some travel sized stuff and things we needed, but I shouldn't have had to. They don't come with minifridges or microwaves for some reason, but neither did a couple others I looked at in the area. I don't understand that. It's more expensive than some other places in town that have more space, more ammenities, and it's not in a high tourist side of town, so the prices don't make sense for only providing you with a pool, beds, a couple stained up towels, and bathroom (which also has no ability for taking baths, only showers). While it is on the cheaper side for the area, it still should have provided basics, such as trash can, rags, toiletries, mini fridge, and microwave. I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was expecting more.

Good but need to improve

It was good and comfortable, if I might suggest please try to make the rooms look cleaner, don't get me wrong it was clean but it looks dusty, maybe if some maintenance happens there (some paint, detailed cleaning, etc)

The most horrible experience and stay I've had. All though this place had roches I passed by that. But wanting to charge deposit twice is absolutely an abuse towards a customer. On top of the bad management they had the audacity to lie and say they never charged a deposit twice and finishing it off with total lies. Beyond disgusted.

Terrible room conditions

The hotel room was in a terrible condition. There were obvious stains penetrated on the bed, the blankets were torn and with burn marks all over. There was blood near the bathroom entrance, the tub was backed up we couldn't even shower in it. Once we saw the terrible condition of the room we booked elsewhere and ate the additional cost because of course we were offered any type of refund. This hotel is defiantly not recommended especially if traveling with children. Gross hotel, do not book!

Only one person brought the toilet paper when told there was none. You had to go to check in to get towels and bring the ones you used. Loud partying at night in the parking lot in front of room till late.

The beds are not confortable ,and only has a thin sheet so quick tip carry your comforter if you plan to visit . Also felt kinda unsafe have to keep my eye out for our vihicle but then again thats most of san antonio...

One nasty and ghetto establishment.

The first room I was given had roaches. I asked to be moved to another room. They obliged me. The second room had a group of people hanging out in front. Opened the door and there was a stench. I pulled the sheets back and there were stains. The restroom smelled and the tub did not look clean. I asked for a refund. And the only thing they gave me was the deposit back. And refused to refund my cost for the room

No breakfast. The room was decent for a 1 night stay and the pool was pretty good. I wouldnt stay here again but for the price and last minute booking it was pretty good.

The front desk folks were nice but the room was terrible.
