Our stay was great! Nice big room and very clean!!

Nice

The place was average and clean, had the basics. Lets get to the negatives. Front desk employee checking me in was rude right off the bat after telling me that I should have emailed them to reserve a special dog friendly room. She also told me that no smoking anywhere (that was fine wife and I are not smokers) but the policy there is $150 fine and kicked out on first offence. Yikes. No dog bags in the grassy area. Water pressure was really bad, thought I was in California. House keeping was great and really helpful.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

Clean room, had microwave and fridge, but no table in room to eat at. Had to eat on the bed. No bedbugs was found.

They were very nice

Very nicely updated and really comfortable beds. Pillows aren’t too great but stack them and it works! CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!! Will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful little hotel

This is a wonderful little hotel to stay in if I'm ever back in Branson I will definitely stay here again

Great value for families or single people needing a hotel room on the strip in Branson. Rooms have been renovated, and the facility is in decent shape. Area around the property needs to be improved. Bonding on the ingress and egress areas leading to the stairs to access the second floor hotel rooms in the rear building.

Great pull off the highway for shower / sleep

Great place for the price for those needing a place to spend the night and move on the next morning. Clean bed, floors, shower/bathroom.

They are friendly and rooms clean. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We stay at this place for the pass couple of years.

Room was clean. Air conditioner works, and we had fresh towels brought to our room daily. Cheap and convenient.

The beds are a little tall for short people, otherwise no complaints.

Love the history and location

Wonderful motel

I was very happy with our stay at the Branson Motel 6. We tend to stay at Motel 6 as we travel with our dogs. We have stayed in dome "tired" Motel 6s. This one was definitely one of the best we have stayed at.

Nice clean room

Bad weather with lots of rain and flooding cause ceiling to leak but management went above and beyond to take care of us and get us another room.

Dirty

I had indicated that I was bringing a pet with me, a small Boston terrier who is about 25 pounds, but when I arrived, I was told that Hotels.com doesn’t let them know when someone is bringing pets, which I find hard to believe. I also booked this room because it was smoke free. Interestingly, enough, when I walked into the office, it reeked of smoke. The room smelled fine, but when I lifted up the mattress, there was hair on there, there were stains, and little yellow, what looked to be eggs, from some kind of insect. I was on my way to a camping site nearby, and I brought extra blankets and pillows, so I put those over everything instead and left the bed made. Also, when I went to go let my dog out with my bags to pick up after him, I noticed there had to be, maybe 100 piles of poo where you’re supposed to take your dog out. I also noticed that they had a pole with a box that was supposed to have bags in there for you to pick up after your dog, but there were no bags. People should bring their own bags with them, but if you wanna make sure or at least encourage people to pick up after Their dogs, you should probably put bags in there. Will not stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. I got into Branson a little after 10 and Katie the desk agent stayed up to wait for my arrival. Room was clean and the shower was hot. Minimal amenities but good place to stay for the price.

Accommodating, and helpful every problem I had was fixable. Not a lot of pillows but I was able to request and get more. They were very easy to get a room for my grandmother on crutches to get a room downstairs.

Not great like ratings

First impression when you step in office to register is knock you backwards with cigarette smoke. You will stink after just going in a few minutes. The lady was short and unfriendly. Television would not work in room. I was going to report that upon checkout, but office was locked. No hair dryers, no coffee machines in rooms. May have regulars staying there, not sure. Only coffee and tea in breakfast room, no food. Loud traffic noise through door. First time staying there, won’t stay there again.

Toilet was caked with poop

It was fine but the beds were very uncomfortable and it was a motel lol

It overall was a good stay

I have to admit I didn’t expect much for the price point that we were paying. The reviews that I read here convinced me to book a 2 night stay. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are thin. You can hear your upstairs neighbor if they are having a “good time”, but in our case traveling with a box fan drowned out that noise. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and for the money saved in hotel fees we would stay again!

Wife and I stay here every time we go to Branson, which is about 8 to 10 times a year they have Memory foam beds in all the rooms. All the rooms have the wooden floors. They also have walk in showers in every room. Needs a little updating on the outside property. But other than that parking lot a little small but a very good place to stay. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, this place is great! We were just in town for one night, and it worked out perfect. The sheets and towels were a little scratchy, but it was clean, looked to be newly remodeled, and only $55. The lobby smelled of cigarettes and needs a good cleaning, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Toilet lid was broke. Slid sideways. Door was difficult to lock. Had to lift hard on door to lock it.

Good value for the price

We stay there at least 4 times a year. Beds are so comfortable but they won't let you know who they get them from.

Not very many amenities, but the desk clerk and maid was courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable, and the location is in a good spot

The only issue we had was check in. Check in was at 3pm, we showed up around 2:50 and no one was there. We realized we were early so no big deal, we waited in the car. 3pm comes around and no one is there or answering the phone. After a bit we ended up calling the main office just to get through to someone but they were also unable to get in touch with the property. Spending 40 additional minutes sitting in the car after a 4 hour car ride with an angry toddler while not being able to get in touch with any staff was frustrating. I will say though, the room was affordable and one of the cleanest and more comfortable motel rooms I have ever stayed in. If not for the check in issues this easily would be a 4/5 star stay especially for the price.

Check in Attendant eas very nice and helpful!

Katie the property manager was such a delight and so helpful in our short notice of needing a place when the storm hit. The place was very well clean and well kept up. Very pleased with our stay.

Satisfied

Last minute trip to Branson to check on my daughter’s (who is at college) car and we just needed a warm bed for one night that didn’t break the bank. This room fit the bill. Clean and cozy. Only thing missing was a bedside lamp and an extra blanket.

Our stay was just fine. Attendant was really nice. Not many in motel which was also nice. Room was ok. I will probably use the Motel again.

Convenient location and staff accommodating. Only complaint was the floors could have been mopped, I realize the place is pet friendly but the bottom of my son’s feet were black from the tile floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Motel

It was definitely a good motel, was able to bounce between work and here during the winter storm which was definitely helpful.

Open and clean

Love the fact that the beds were up and could see under them. The tile Flores were so much cleaner than nasty carpet. I was not a fan of the memory foam mattresses.

The room was clean and spacious. Location was really good. Right on the Branson strip. But what I didn’t like was walking into the check in area and breathing in all the smell of an ashtray. Also, the king size bed had no real support under it so it felt like it was going to collapse if you moved just the right way.

Nicer than I expected for a Motel 6. Looked like the rooms had been upgraded in the last year. Beds were comfortable, foam type mattress. We would definitely stay again. One negative was the parking lot size. Very small and hard to maneuver my large SUV.

Check-in and check out was easy. As we checked in, owner asked if the smell of smoke bothered us as our booked room was near smoking area and switched our room at no cost when we mentioned it did. Very considerate of her! Our housekeeper was Jenn and she kept our room very clean and offered us clean towels as we were still in our room when she came by. Did not have cash to leave her a tip, but very satisfied with the cleanliness and her service! Would recommend to anyone wanting a clean no frills stay at a low cost!

Branson trip

Our stay was great! Super comfy beds, very clean room and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying here again!

It was not a good experience for us at all. The beds was a foam mattress on a metal frame, there was 3 sheets with a really thin blanket, it was cold in the room, we had one pillow each that was so thin that even folded in half it was flat, we woke up the hearing the people above us stomping around an the ceiling creaking loudly. However the staff was very polite and helpful we woke up early an went to the office an told them we was checking out early an they had no problem refunding the rest of our days.

The room was noisy. There was trash left in the trashcan. The check-in lady was rude. We never stay there again. It was a franchise smoked Health six The only thing that I liked was the Christmas decorations when they were erected.

One of the best Motels I've ever stayed at. I booked the room last minute. The lady working at the front desk was super friendly and the room was more than I expected for the price. Super comfy beds.

Needs more parking

The room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials I needed. It had a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and a quiet atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was convenient. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly accommodation!

Everything was very very clean

Hotel from a nightmare

From beginning the manager was rude and stated she doesn’t rent to locals after talking to her the day before and indicating that my boyfriend and I both had work so it would be right after work. When my boyfriend arrived to check in she was rude and not nice, they apparently only have her there that runs the place so the office closed down at 1130 pm. After laying down in bed we felt something crawling on us(bedbugs) after us trying to contact her and the first rep trying to as well we could not get her to answer the phone, finally she answered for the second rep and agreed to give us a refund full since she didn’t want us there to begin with. Katie needs to be looked into she also made my boyfriend explain to her why we needed a room to begin with and then told us don’t be bringing that drama to her property.

Girls weekend trip!

It is a very nice hotel! Rooms are upgraded and very nice! Quite place! Easy access from the freeway! Asked for directions to stay out of traffic! She gave excellent directions! Have stayed here 2 years in a row! Great place!

Great location

Great place and recently renovated. Just a short ways from the Branson Landing.

Pictures online are very deceiving. Not enough pillows so ask for mom when checking in. There was literally a bed nightstand and tv. The noise from other rooms was terrible

The lady at the front desk when we arrived on Wednesday about 3 o’clock was very helpful. We didn’t want our room cleaned, but we did want towels and towels were provided. It was a safe place. The parking was good. The lighting outside was good. It would’ve been nice to have a little more soap And some better coffee options . We were looking for a economy and that’s what we got

Exterior looks a bit rough, interior was totally redone and we where happy with everything other than the exterior looked a bit shabby, I believe they met be working on updating the exterior as well, I would go again

Clean and friendly

Very clean room, we were in a room facing the main strip in Branson and car noise is a little loud so I’d probably request a room in the back next time. Overall very nice stay, very friendly and welcoming staff, good location &price.

We were packing up this morning to leave and found bedbugs. My wife has multiple bites on her and now we have to take precautions to ensure we do not bring these bugs home! The beds are cheap as a matter of fact we had to get a different room because the bed in the 1st room was broken. Very terrible experience never going back.

It was ok for the price. Fresh towels every day. Ice maker was turned off. Worked when we turned it on. No coffee in the room.

They have been remodeling and the choice of beds they made were not the best. One thing I wished they had was some form of breakfast.

No tissues! Only 1 chair. No table. Cold floors. No coffee in room. Had to walk across property for a cup of coffee.

Its a nice place to stay and close to where my son lives. The only thing i would have not so good to say it that they need to clean up all the paper and wrapers out of dog walk.

The service was great, the lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She recommended a nice restaurant for dinner too! No breakfast but coffee was available.

Over all, good stay. Pipe under sink was not connected, so had water leaking, shoved back together, but probably needs to be fixed.

everything was clean but the floor, we were there for 5 nights, on the second night I felt grit on my bare feet during the night when I went to the bathroom so I told the desk clerk that the floor needed sweeping. On the morning we were leaving (Sunday 10/06/2024) I got up to go take a shower, I was barefoot from the bed to the bathroom, I turned on the water and got it to the right temp and stepped into the shower at the back, then move up under the water and looked back to where I got in and there was 2 dirty (black) foot prints. I finished the shower, got out; walked to the bed with a wash cloth in my hand, wiped the bottoms of my feet and I was amazed at the dirt that was on the wash cloth. There is no reason or excuse for a motel floor to be this dirty. I told the same desk clerk what had transpired and she apologized and said "it will be taken care of". I had told their only desk clerk that I was expecting an important package on Thursday when we checked in, the shipment was there on Thursday but the clerk had closed the office and went home to feed her animals, so I had to wait until Friday afternoon to get my meds, again, there is no excuse for this either.

They're doing a little bit of remodeling and painting very nice.

First there were no bedspread on beds but was clean no amenities such as coffee maker or hair dryer only 2 sets of towels and we had 3 people. We knew not able to check in until 3 but it was right at 3 before anyone was there also coffee room was supposed be open at 6 and wasn't until 730 almost. It was clean and good AC and door locks and lights

Great place to stay, very nice. Staff rooms were great. All rooms have memory foam beds, plank. Wood Flooring walk in showers very nice. The only downfall with parking lots a little small. But my wife and I stay here alot.

Love the esthetics. Clean, comfortable, alowed dogs as well. Restaurant was nice and food was good.

Our rooms were on the second floor. The stairs and walkways were being power washed. A little unsafe, I felt for people in their seventies. Water ran into my room and made quite a puddle.I cleaned it up and didn’t have any other problems. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. That’s really all we needed. I .

Nice hotel! It’s older, but has been remodeled and looks great!

Hard to get in and out of property due to traffic always being busy along with they do not let you smoke anywhere on property even though it is outside .

The room had dead bugs on the floor. Shower wouldn't drain after each use. Went to use the pool and it hadn't been cleaned out. There was alot of dead bugs and leafs floating in the pool. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

It was very affordable. It was just a room with 2 beds and a bath. All that we needed for a vacation. It was run down, but it looked like it was being worked on.. This is the second time we stayed here.
