Reception is really nice and helpful

Beds are uncomfortable, no AC, only one fan provided. Rooms are not cleaned properly. I specifically ordered 4 singles. I got 2 singles and a bunk bed. I requested more fans due to the heat and this was declined due to availability. Some of the sockets were wallking out of the wall. Not safe!

So I got a solo room. It was nice a big, the TV was small but it is what it is. I picked this hostel due to the reviews saying the internet was good. Which it was, till they changed the wifi channels a few days into my stay and it was wonky for a few days. The girls up front are nice and most speak English. They are helpful about things in the area. The hostel was doing remodeling, so they walls were being scrubbed and painted. The new color looks nice. That being said, I had booked this place for the wifi, and to work. That did not happen. I was place right above a shuffle dance studio that went on till 10pm everyday. I also was right next to the front desk where I got the pleasure of listening to loud men talk to the front desk all day and all night. Right out side my window would be the loud unsuccessful mating calls of drunk men, during the week, at 1:00am. This went on everyday, never giving ease for if it was a Sunday or a Wednesday. I could not sleep, nor hope to work since my job is all via chat and web camera. So if you came here to sleep, go somewhere else. 100%

As others have said , strange entrance way but the hostel is very well located . There is a lift to 3rd & 4th floor ( hostel) . The building is very warm which was nice in November . Staff lovely and friendly. We did book a private twin room though and apparently none were available so we were given a 4 bed dorm To use privately . I didn’t want bunk beds or I would have booked them , however they were very comfortable and the room was clean apart from snickers wrapper under the bed . If this was used as a dorm there is No where to lock your belongings . Used towels left in the bathroom for over 24hrs. Other than that clean with hot water . Kitchen area needs to be renewed , looks tatty . TVs only have polish tv on every channel , not even world news . I would stay here again due to nice location, friendly staff and it being warm and clean . Needs improving - curtains need to fit the windows !!!

Really close to the old town, clean, nice staff and a good budget option. Having said that it's on a busy road with a bit of an odd entrance and there's a dance studio below and no decent curtains so bring ear plugs and an eye mask.

Central location, clean, warm, quiet

I just needed a bed for the night. I git a single room which wass clean, warm and quiet. Staff were friendly.

Decent hostel

Decent, cheap place to crash for the night. I paid less than $20 for a private room with shared bathroom - the beds were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the temperature of the room - very warm even for October. Otherwise, decent stay!

Flying visit to Wroclaw

nd a microwave and fridge. Only downside is some noise from frequent trams in street outside. However this didn't matter as I am an early riser. I also found the room quite warm and the radiators cannot be turned down.

Quiet at the level of my room, clean, furnished

Took me more than 20 mins walk and googled from train station. They have rooms on their main level, I think is level 3 or level 5 (with lift), and also they have more rooms at the lower level amidst other offices and a dance studio next to it. I was allocated at the lower level, with common toilet and a smaller clean and furnished kitchen. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Security camera allocated along the hallway and corridors for the midnight reception to monitor. Hostel is very well furnish, neat and tidy, comfortably looking out the window to the main street and a building across the street. About 5-10 mins walk across road to old town square. The lady managing the area during my check-in and stay on 21-Sep-2017 was friendly, helpful and very accommodating despite being busy. She had the window curtain fixed when I told her that is slipped.

Great hostel

Great hostel. First time staying in a hostel however did booked room with ensuite facilities. Good location approx 200m from old town just across the road. Hostel located 3rd floor of building with lift no problem at night time accessing just ring bell and use key provided. Very clean quiet. Staff very pleasant showed us around hostel and facilities prior to showing us to our room. Easy to find after using airport bus. Breakfast very satisfactory for 20zloty approx £2 you got an individual plated continental 2 crusty rolls cheese cold meat jam nutella spread slices of tomato and cucumber plus yoghurt very satisfying setting you up for a day of site seeing. Deco recommend this hosterhostel

Great Location and Value

The location of this hostel is great you are less than five minutes away from the old town. The staff is friendly and you can get laundry done for free. Got a great deal on this hostel and would stay again.

Very well located.

It was my first ever visit to Poland and I had a really good time. A beautiful city but unfortunately it was raining almost every day on my stay. Plenty of places to visit. The hostel was very good for the price that I paid. The receptionist Igata was really nice and helpful as well. Overall it was a Great experience ;)

Nice, Clean, and Central

I stayed here for four nights and really liked it. I had a private room with a shared bathroom. There is a kitchen, no stove or oven, and everything is very clean and proper. Not a party hostel at all which I appreciated. It is in a rather loud corner of Wroclaw so you do hear street noise. There are no English language stations on the TV.

Moon Hostel, Wroclaw

We were here for a Stag do weekend in Wroclaw and it served our needs just fine. Nice and central and the price for our stay was the main reason for our booking. Everything about the hostel was as we expected given the price. Our only negative point was the temperature in the hostel. Being the peak of summer it was extremely warm in the rooms and your only respite was whilst having a cold shower. There were a couple of fans available in the hostel but not enough for every room. It was a good job we were only in the hostel for minimal time as it was quite uncomfortable in the rooms. To be fair air con seemed a bit scarce everywhere we went in Wroclaw so maybe they just choose not to use it in this part of the world. Other than that the hostel was spot on for what we wanted. Cheap, central, clean and friendly staff. If you are visiting in Summer maybe opt for an air conditioned hotel if the heat will hamper your comfort. If not book up for a cheap and central no frills option!

Very nice centrally located hostel

So nice, you feel like you're entering a big apartment. Everything is in a really nice blue colour scheme. There are at least 3 chill out areas and one even for kids enclosed in glass, so the kids could be left there playing. The kitchen is open like an open plan living area and very clean. I loved the big couch there to just chill out. The room are small but fine to sleep in because one can relax in the sitting areas. Everything is very clean, also the bathrooms. Everything looks very new but the hostel is already 5 years old I was told. I'd always stay in hostels if they were like this one. Absolutely loved it.

Friendly welcome, Hostel was good for the price and in a great area.

Everything was great. The only thing to improve would be to be more strict with silence after 11 pm or so, since it remains too noisy sometimes even after midnight.

Excellent Value

The location is very good, not far from the main market square, and you can reach the train station by foot from there too. Multiple tram lines at the gate. People working at the hostel are very friendly and helpful. Kitchens, dining and sitting areas are spacious and clean. I have two complaints: (1) our beds don't feel very comfortable, and (2) the shower water temperature is not very stable during peak hours. Another thing to note is that there is a dance club nearby. In our case (weekday night) the music stopped before 10pm and was not a big problem to us. Overall the hostel offers great value. I would stay there again.

Good, but noisy neighbours

Our double room was small, but layout worked well. Had table and chairs and wardrobe and TV. Kitchen handy, breakfast very basic. Very thorough and prompt cleaning of common areas. Shared toilets and showers set up was OK. Downside was noisy people in courtyard below at all hours. Thin walls and noisy fellas next door -- well it's a hostel. Close to tram stop and old town

We arked your operator if it was for 3 people and was told yes! but when we got there it was only 2 beds and we paid £100 for one night, it was rubbish!

Moon Hostel, Wroclaw: a very friendly place

I went to Wroclaw to attend an architecture and engineering symposium. I failed to follow the advice to book a hotel room well in advance, and found very little left, and nothing in the town centre. I was about to choose a hotel out in the suburbs, but decided to try the internet once more - after midnight. By luck, I discovered a room available in the Moon Hostel on the edge of the old town. It was situated just where I wished to be, within 5 minutes walk of the market place ('Rynek', the centre of the old town), two minutes from the Royal Palace, where there was a big exhibition of the paintings of the Breughels, and convenient trams to the symposium. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I liked Wroclaw a lot, and I shall be back: and the Moon Hostel is where I shall probably stay unless I am staying with friends.

Reception staff were lovely and the bathroom was very clean. Wifi was slow in my room but worked well around the reception area, which was good. Great location too

Hebergement à eviter. Sa seule qualité est son enplacement. Le reste est indigne : matelas, partie commune, absence de clim ou de ventilateur etc.

Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte gab es nicht. Ich bin wieder gegangen, den vollen Zimmerpreis habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen. Nie wieder!!!

Hostel godzien polecenia

Największym plusem hostelu jest oczywiście lokalizacja. Przechodzimy przez ulicę i pyk jesteśmy na rynku. Należy pamiętać że jest to hostel a nie 5* hotel. Pokoje czyste, łazienki wspólne też utrzymane w czystości. Ważna informacja jest taka że na 2 piętrze znajduje się szkoła tańca(zajęcia czasami do 22) więc dla rodzin z dziećmi polecam jednak piętra 3 i 4. Natomiast jeżeli przyjeżdżacie do Wrocławia żeby pozwiedzać i wracacie po 22 to spokojnie można bookwac pokoje również na 1 piętrze. Część pokoi znajduje się od strony ulicy Krupniczej gdzie ruch tramwajów jest dość spory więc jeśli ktoś ceni sobie "spokój" to polecam pokoje od podwórka. Podsumowując Moon Hostel jest jak najbardziej warto polecenia ale po dokonaniu rezerwacji warto skontaktować się z recepcja i ewentualnie ustalić sobie lokalizację pokoju dostosowana do "swoich preferencji"

Gutes Hostel in zentraler Lage

Hostel befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und man findet die übliche standardmäßige Ausstattung eines Hostels vor. Der Zugang zum Hostel erfolgt nicht über die angegebene Adresse, sondern über den Hinterhof Kazimierza Wielkiego 27. Auf der Ebene unterhalb des Hostels hat sich eine Art Fitness-Studio angesiedelt, dessen technomäßigen Geräusche manchmal etwas aufdringlich sind.

Hostel położony iealnie w samym centrum. Miłe zaskoczenie - pomimo że obiekt dysponuje dużą liczbą pokoi jest tu cicho i spokojnie. Kilka kuchni z jadalnią eliminują tłok przy śniadaniu, plus za serwis kawowy 👌. Wprawdzie mieliśmy pokój z prywatną łazienką, ale w korytarzach jest sporo toalet i zamykanych na klucz pomieszczeń z prysznicami więc też OK. Zmienialiśmy hostel i zamiast tracić czas w oczekiwaniu na zameldowanie (lub dźwigać torby po mieście) Pani z recepcji udostępniła nam przechowalnię bagażu, co było dla nas super opcją 👍. Hotel czysty o zaskakujaco dobrym standardzie jak na hostel. Wnętrza odświeżone zachęcają do noclegu (bez pobudzania wyobraźni:co tu się wcześniej wydarzyło? 😳🙆😜). Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i będąc ponownie we Wrocławiu z chęcią do Was wrócimy🤗.

Er was redelijk veel lawaai 's nachts, zeker dichtbij de receptie. De ontbijtservice kan beter, je moest je eigen afwas doen, maar er was weinig uitleg. De ligging ten opzichte van de stad is wel heel goed!

Очень хороший хостел в самом центре Вроцлава. Ратуша через дорогу, Доминиканская галерея недалеко, супермаркет Бедронка близко, Королевский дворец рядом. Отлично! Останавливаемся уже третий раз. Большие окна, высокие потолки. Удобно, уютно, хорошая мебель, в комнатах есть всё необходимое, везде очень чисто. Персонал доброжелательный, помогает решить любые вопросы. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, что в хостелах бывает не всегда. Большое спасибо пани Эдите! Мы с радостью вернёмся к Вам снова.

Polecam ten hostel. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko od rynku. Pokoje i łazienki czyste. Wyposażenie kuchni również bardzo dobre. Plusem jest też parking przy hostelu.

C’est très j’ai passé un bon moment

Location good / 2 nights no sleep

Location of the hostel is really good. Everything can be done by foot. I am a tall guy 6‘3 so I didn’t fit into the bed. Even worse was the noise level. Both nights it was that loud that it was impossible to sleep. The paper thin walls and doors couldn’t do much and to locate a kitchen with a table and seats directly in the hallway didn’t seem to be that smart to me. I’d recommend to go somewhere else even if it means to spend 5€ more per night.

Miły pobyt

Pobyt był bardzo miły z pewnym zastrzeżeniem.Dostalismy pokój 3-osobowy,a nie 2-osobowy.Utrudnieniem w zwiazku z powyższym było spędzanie jednej osobie czasu na łóżku piętrowym.które dawało dyskomfort .Poza tym wszystko ok.

Bardzo dobry hostel w doskonałym miejscu

Bardzo dobry hostel, który od starówki wrocławskiej dzieli tylko ulica. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa do dyspozycji 24 godziny na dobę. Pokoje skromne ale całkiem przestronne i czyste a co dla mnie również ważne - bardzo ciepłe. Na pewno nie ma problemu z podłączeniem sprzętu gdyż ilość gniazdek jest wystarczająca na stworzenie małego centrum dowodzenia:) Opisuję trzecie piętro bo tam właśnie byłam - w pokoju są wygodne łóżka oraz stół z dwoma krzesłami a także szafa, szafka nocna i małe lusterko na ścianie - nic więcej nie potrzeba. Toaleta z 5 kabinami i 3 umywalkami jest jedna na piętrze ale nigdy nie było kolejki, prysznice są w dwóch pomieszczeniach - kabiny nowiutkie, czyste i bardzo przyjemne. Hostel proponuje śniadania za 10 zł - dwie duże bułki, dwa plasterki szynki, dwa plasterki sera, masło, dżem, jogurt i do dyspozycji kawa rozpuszczalna i herbata. Dostęp do kawy i herbaty jest przez całą dobę. Okna wychodzą na ulicę, gdzie jeżdżą tramwaje i jak ktoś ma lekki sen to może się nie wyspać - ja tego problemu nie mam. Polecam to miejsce.

ganz normales Hostel

Ist ein ganz normales Hostel. Nichts besonderes und nichts groß schlechtes. Hat eine gute Lage. Rezeption ist schwer zu finden innerhalb des Gebäudes. Das "moon" im Namen habe ich nicht ganz verstanden, waren halt alle Wände blau gestrichen.
