Very nice place to stay only jacuzzi was colder than a pool at the time I was there.

Bad coffee, great hotel

Great hotel at a great location. Need to invest in a better than instant coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the fountain and walking part, hotel is quite big and has a lot of space. Room was Ok, there are works going opposite of the hotel, so can be a bit noisy in the day if you open the window, but no sound if closed and AC works well. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

Amazing place to stay

Awesome stay in Zlatibor. Swimming pool and wellness area have a bar and very available staff. Enjoyed and would recommand.

Great location, lot of construction going on in town.

This hotel deserves 5 stars, but they don't have an outdoor pool. Probably the best hotel overall my family has ever stayed at. The food was absolutely amazing! Fresh every time, and had a wide variety. The spa was exceptional! There's also little indoor daycare/playground for kids for the rainy days. Definately coming back!

Great experience

Excellent place, very nice people.

You can feel smell in all hotel. Also in the bathroom is smell.The service is very very bad. You are wait for half hour for drinks. Very bad experience. This is first time and last time in this hotel.

Not very well maintained! Room and bathroom were not clean. Bathroom had hair all over the place left from previous guests. They don’t have conditioner for hair!!!

The hotel only good things are: it location in the center next to shops and restaurants and rich breakfast. We got dirty room with bugs. Then the change our room for 2 twin bad. The maintenance is very poor. Carpets are dirty and the room smells funny.the heated pool was cold. This one - NOT value for money.

Good stay at hotel, entire town under construction

The stay at the hotel was good. The entire town was under construction at the time, however, including the street directly in front of the hotel, which was removed without notice on the first day of our stay. But we enjoyed it.

Staff is amazing, ready to help, hotel's condition is outdated and is screaming for update. We did not like that part of the hotel is still smoking part and that Lada bar is smoking as well. Smoking inside the building is big NO NO everywhere in western countries and it has to be introduced in Serbia urgently. Wellness center needs to fix hot tub's jets and to advertise "unknown" temperatures in tubs and pool as it claims 29 deg C in pool but it is for sure 5-6 degrees lower and there is no chance that hot tub has 34 deg C, more like 28 or so. Also, you can not keep window open in the room during the night as there are so many street dogs around that bark whole night and you can not sleep, this is not the hotel's issue but someone from there needs to talk with city staff about this problem.

Hotel overall was really nice, modern and comfy! The weather was cold, I’ve been driving for hours so I finally decided to get a room at this hotel since it had a really nice spa picture on the road in a billboard and a pictores online looked nice! I booked, got there, checked in and relaxed, used the spa....while I was excited for the jacuzzi the water was not hot and sauna was no where at a high temperature. So therefore I did not feel relaxed! This hotel will not give you the relaxation satisfaction you need if you feel like RELAXING and eating from a 5-7 hour drive! Not hot water only COLD! Don’t stay here if all you want is to use the spa! Not worth it.

Beautiful hotel and nice professionall stuff

Not sure it is worth the price.

We stayed in a superior room. The size was excellent. The room was clean like it had been cleaned by teenagers after a party. Clean on the surface but with stains on sofa, floor and pillows. The room was non smoking (one always needs to make sure in Serbia). The wellness center was well visited. Book treatments in advance. The pool was full of children before six. Avoid it at all cost before that unless you like loud children that are not told to follow the few simple rules the hotel have for visitors. The bar in the wellness center had a nice selection of juices and teas. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of local foods. Especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Good Hotel but pricey for families

Good Hotel but expensive. Rooms are spacious and clean, but plain and show wear and tear and should be in better shape for the price. Pool and SPA areas are very nice, especially the health bar at the pool. Food is good, good selection of local and international dishes. Overall satisfied except for the price.

Amazing location, in the middle of Zlatibor centre. Nice and clean rooms, beautiful swimming pool area and spa centre. Amazing choice of food for breakfast!

Very nice hotel in Zlatibor

This is the only option from Expedia for Zlatibor, a 4 start hotel literally next to the tiny town center. They offer free parking. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. I booked the hotel on the spot using Expedia app, (which provides great rate comparing to their rack rate) and by mistake I hit the wrong check in date. It was non refundable but they were nice to honor my rate for that night, and let go the wrong date I put in. The breakfast is included in the rate, quite extensive options. The only thing I am not sure is the lack of air conditioning. The day when I checked in the temperature dropped to 10c, but in the hotter days it could be less comfortable.

Better service needed

The guestservice staffneeds to learn to smile in heneral. Polite in general, but they do not ealk the extra mile. Excellent breakfast buffet, butlack of service and attention. Starts removing the second after closing time with out even bothering to ask if the few ones left would like to have anything before closing.... Otherwise excellent stay and rooms.

Nice hotel close to everything to see

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel actually looked like the pictures. They have free parking which helps and the restaurants were great. The rooms have a nice view could use some carpet cleaning but overall it won't disappoint. I wish I had a few more days for the spa. It was so cheap and it was 5 stars. In the states they would charge an arm and a leg for the same services. So take advantage of the indoor pool and spa.

Great location

Everything was fine, except the carpet in our room needed cleaning. Didn't think much of the meal we had in the restaurant. In fact we sent the soup back it was so bad. We ordered home made beef soup and when it came it was greasy and tasted of instant chicken noodle soup, complete with noodles with a few tiny cubes of beef at the bottom.

A relaxing short break

The hotel itself was lovely even though work was in progress. The waiting staff and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and polite and did a superb job. However, the reception staff were a whole different breed. They were not very helpful or polite. In fact on one occasion we considered asking for excursion information from a different hotel reception. Similarly when trying to clarify our bill, the man at reception came across as very impertinent. The spa facilities were great and again staff in this part of the hotel were lovely and very respectful. All facilities were clean and well maintained. The fact that children must leave the pool and spa area after 5pm was fantastic. The food was of good quality and value. Despite visiting out of season, the external main tourist information staff were extremely helpful and organised a driver to take us around the wider area at a reasonable price.

Restaurant wie zur Tito Zeit

Das Hotel war gut mit gutem Service, aber die Bedienung im Restaurant erinnerte an beste Tito Zeiten. Unfreundlich und arrogant. Ich habe mit ein anderes Restaurant gesucht.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse här även om det bara var en natt. Smidig parkering och nära till allt. Frukosten var över förväntan och personalens service och bemötande var världsklass!

Not fully ready

No one really seemed to care about our stay, except a young guy and girl working in the restaurant. The refrigerator was broken and there were towels missing in the room. One bed wasn’t even ready.

Vacation stay

The staff in the Pansion restaurant did nothing by those who did not use bandages when they also came up to pick up more food, a lot of noise from children, but generally a good hotel, but also no more, the room on our stay was very worn, and no hot water in the sink, only in the shower

Okej för en natt

Det var lugnt och det vi ville ha. Vi var dock väldigt besvikna på spa delen då personalen sa att det ingick men inte att fram till 18.00 var det mer som en pool för barn. Den stressfria zonen vi letade efter fanns inte. Blev mer stressad trots skyltar att man ska tänka på andra gäster och hålla nere ljudnivån vilket är svårt om barn hoppar, skriker, kastar boll och föräldrar lär sina barn simma i den poolen som är avsedd för avkoppling. Fin restaurang.

Dålig luftkonditionering.

Det var väldigt kallt i rummet då luftkonditionering gick inte att stänga av trots att vi ringde receptionen. Öppna fönster ifall ni vill stänga av den, det verkade vara det ända sättet. Frukosten var god. Spa center är väldig liten men ok.

Odličan hotel. Udobni kreveti, veoma čisto, osoblje i više nego ljubazno. Spa dobar. Naplaćuju saunu. Smijesno. Ali, ok. Zadovoljni smo, i nas izbor na Zlatiboru uvijek ce biti Mona.

Sehr zentral gelegees Hotel

Freundliches Personal, grosszügiges Wellness -Angebot. Leider war der Pool und die Räumlichkeiten am Pool viel zu kühl.

Красивый, модный и современный отель. Хороший и сытный завтрак. Хорошее расположение - с одной стороны сосновый лес, в то же время отель совсем недалеко от центра города. Плохой вай-фай в номерах, спа-зона с хорошим бассейном и сауной

WC Spülung funktionierte nicht, Abfluss der Dusche verstopft, verdreckter Teppich im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, keine Entlüftung im Bad, Parkplatz nach Glück verfügbar, im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben, der keine Gegensprechvorrichtung hat, Essen langweilig und lieblos

Leider kann das Hotel den guten Eindruck, den es von Außen macht in den Zimmern nicht halten. Der Teppichboden wurde wohl noch nie gereinigt, die Toilettenspülung ist sehr "sparsam" und die Duschwanne läuft über, da anscheinend der Abfluss verstopft ist. Wir sind im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben, der nicht mal über eine Not - Kommunikationstaste verfügt. Der Koch hat sein Handwerk wohl in einer Großkantine gelernt - das Essen ist langweilig und lieblos. Von Halbpension ist dringendst abzuraten, in jedem Restaurant in der Gegend isst man besser. Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage, auch keine Entlüftung im Badezimmer. Da das Hotel an der Hauptstraße liegt, die sehr stark befahren ist, insbesondere mit Baufahrzeugen, ist an Schlafen beim offenen Fenster kaum zu denken. Die Kinderunterhaltung fängt um 12 Uhr an, eigentlich dann, wenn die kleinen ja mal wieder ins Bett sollten, ab 18 Uhr müssen die Kinder den ohnehin recht kleinen Schwimmbereich verlassen.

נהננו מהמקום. שירות אישי משפחתי. חדרים סבירים. לאוהבי הליכה ברגל ניתן להגיע לכל מקום במרכז העיר העתיקה. תחבורה זמינה קרובה. מומלץ.

Выезжал из отеля 27 июля 2013 года в 8 утра. К сожалению, по техническим причинам во всем отеле не было воды ни горячей, ни холодной. Если бы руководство отеля, зная об этой ситуации, направило в КАЖДЫЙ номер по 1,5 литра воды, чтобы гости банально смогли умыться, то этот шаг повысил бы лояльность клиентов к отелю.

Un bon hotel pour se reposer et bien placé

Tous les membres de l'hotel ne parlent pas Anglais. Le petit déjeuné laisse à désirer. Sinon hotel calme et plaisant avec des multiples activités pour un prix raisonnable.
