Garden and pool just very very nice

This was the second time we stayed at this resort. I was with two kids in a 3 persons room. The room was on the ground floor with a small terrace. The room is ok, it would be nice to have an extra fan because the extra bed is in a corner. The first time we had a 3 persons room on the third floor which was bigger. The main reason to coming back here is the swimming pool. A really nice swimming pool with a shallow and deeper end. surrounded by seating area. The location in South Pattaya, a bit out of the main bus route. 10 minute walk for the bus to Jomtien or Pattaya. Close to a big night market that is open every day. We enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed for only one night but would have happily stayed for longer. Excellent swimming pool, surrounded by great bar/dining space (with wonderfully eclectic decorations & a friendly macaw) serving a wide-range of tasty & nicely priced food & beverages. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Rooms and furniture are definitely showing their age, but the bed was very comfortable & the air-con worked well. No complaints, especially considering the low price. Would recommend for singles, couples or families.

Stay was good , but internet speed sucks

The room was very old and the front sliding door could not open one side as the sides were damaged. The Wardrobe floor had rotted away the doors were only just hanging. The safe was only just bolted down and if you pulled on it it would have been removed due to the condition of the wood. Very poor room..

Stayed here as we were attending a local event close by. Meet our needs perfectly and the hotel is very pleasant.

very eclectic place

Was a one night stay to attend an event nearby. Hotel was an inexpensive option, and was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No wifi. The bed was so soft make my back hurt. They charged me $50 for the dirty bed linen.Even not that much dirty A very bad experience

Although I booked a room for nine days they wouldn't grant me an early check-in so I had to sit for three hours waiting for my room. Then, I asked them to clean my room for the first time after five days and they did but they didn't change the sheets, pillow cases, or comforter cover, all of which were clearly dirty. Last, when I checked out I had to carry my heavy bags 150 meters to the main road to get a taxi.

The place is like a gem in the middle of a giant city. Even if older it is well kept and enjoyable. The room was a good size, with just a few repairs needed. More than two pillows would be a good comfort addition. The large balcony was also a good feature, sitting outside with all the mature trees was very soothing. Check-in was easy, staff is very nice and you will get the occasional hello from the Blue Macaw. The food is very good but sometimes takes a bit long to get to the table. One downside, the restaurant opens at 9am so no early breakfast. I haven't tried the bar. I will consider Momento for my next visit to Pattaya for sure.

This family-run resort is worth to stay at and well maintained. Rooms have different levels of comfort, all at an affordable price. Recommended only if you've your own mean of transportation.

Best value for money in Pattaya

The Momento Resort is far, far better than it seems looking at other, pretty strange and to us: Unfair reviews! The softest bedding usually only to be found in 5 Star Hotels. A large swimming pool with perfectly clear and warm water. Efficient staff and whisper quiet aircon. Hot water at an awesome pressure. A fridge. TV. And a romantic restaurant dotted around the pool. A choice of rooms and bungalows all at a most amazing rate. Highly recommended.

A totally underrated resort! It is far, far better than other negative reviews suggest. Perfect swimming pool. And the most snug and soft bedding we have ever enjoyed anywhere. Perfect mattresses. High water pressure. Great romantic poolside restaurant etc. Fantastic value for money. Efficient staff, too.

A Bit Out Of The Way But Amazing Value !

Check in was smooth. They clearly get some questionable guests here, as we had to leave a 1000 baht deposit at check in. But for the price we paid for a pool view room (£16 a night), it's completely understandable. The room was basic, but functionable, as was the wifi. The real gem here is the pool area. Beautifully landscaped with a generously sized pool. We didn't eat here, as the food was a bit pricey, so can't comment on the quality. We ate 200 metres up the road at The Punch and Judy Pub. Good grub ! Distance wise, Momento is 1 mile from Thappraya Road, if you want to access the baht bus route to either Jomtien Beach or Pattaya. If you want a "do nothing and sit by the pool all day" break, then I can heartily recommend Momento Resort.

Nice hotel in fairly quiet area

The hotel itself is quite nice. Staff are great and the restaurant has a good range of meals. The pool is clean and in good surrounds. It would be nice to be able to use the pool after 6 pm but, I can understand why it’s not. The location is quite good, not too far from Jomtien and Pattaya beach but still far enough away to be fairly quiet. I would recommend this place to friends and family

Boring hotel nothing around very far from city.

Very bad. very much far away from city. There’s nothing around here. If u want to eat at somewhere restaurant u have to spend 500 Baht for travelling to get to the restaurants I eat. This hotel is out of town Just wasted time and money.

Would definitely stay again, great value

This was a great stay! The pool area is gorgeous and the food and drinks are delicious! The beds were super comfy which was a nice change, and there were a few good English channels on the tv which was awesome. Only downside was that the bathroom was dirty and we had ants in our room (but then again it’s Thailand so the bug thing wasn’t a huge deal). They need to really power wash the bathroom walls or redo them so they’re easier to clean. Also it was quite loud at night but I’m guessing it’s quite the place to party! It would’ve been the best if the pool was open again after dinner service!! Beautiful and well landscaped place, best if you like to party :)

Excellent hotel !

I intended at first to stay here only for a couple of days, and ended up staying here during 3 weeks. The rooms are big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have a nice swimming pool and the decoration and overall atmosphere of the hotel is super nice. They also have a very good restaurant with a great variety of excellent food at very affordable prices. Motorbike rental service is available at the property. Very convenient location, just in between Jomtien and Pattaya with an easy access to both places. I will definitely come back here and recommend the Momento Beach Resort to anyone keen to enjoy their stay in Pattaya area.

L'ambiance générale n'est pas bonne. Mis à part le tape à l'oeil de la piscine et du parc , Personne ne nous parle en arrivant et si vous ne consommez pas, ils ne sont pas aimables. Quelques mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Rien à dire pour la chambre vue sur le parc, c'est agréable avec les petits écureuils

Rigtig lækkert sted. Værelserne er ikke ret godt lydisoleret? Man kan høre hvis naboen slår en lille prut.

ホテルのプールは強烈な消毒液の匂い。 それくらいしないといけないのだろうが... フロントスタッフはとても明るく優しい。 ホテルも感じは良い。プールサイドとかも雰囲気でて凄く良い。 プールサイドで食べたガーリックシュリンプはとても美味しかった。部屋はベッドがデカすぎて嬉しい。プールビューだったけど、私が泊まった部屋からは下のトタン屋根が半分以上だったので残念だった。 でも、また泊まってみたいホテルだった

Kleider Schrank Katastrophe fâlt auseinander

Jamais un bonjour de la part du dirigeant ainsi que du personnel de salle. On sent que l’on dérange à l’ouverture du bar à 9hoo pour avoir un kf. Les chambres sont très médiocre, mobilier très vieillissant et une odeur de renfermé a cause des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Musique très forte de 10hoo à 23hoo. Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changées assez régulièrement. Seul point positif, les femmes de chambres sont très agréables et souriantes. La piscine est envahie par des hommes accompagné de leur rencontre d’une nuit et se raconte leurs exploits nocturnes…. Bref, si vous cherchez un logement , allez voir ailleurs !!!

Bon rapport qualité prix, il y a restaurant, bar, salon de massage, piscine, location de moto pour vos déplacements, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Dålig städning. Byte av sängkläder va sjätte vecka, handdukar var tredje vecka. Annars ett fantastiskt hotel.

Nice place good food but people don’t smile

Das Hotel wird seit etwa 10 Jahren von einem französischen Ehepaar geführt, viele Gäste sind Franzosen. Das Restaurant ist exzellent, wie man es von der französische Küche kennt. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, vor allem die Badezimmer sind dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind ruhig und sehr schön gestaltet.

こちらの不備はあったものの、何ら融通効かず宿泊できなかった。フロントの対応は非常に横柄で旅行者の困りごとを真摯受け止めることなく、問題解決に向けた対応もなく、突き放す対応であった。

Ruhige Lage aber die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man hört jedes Wort und die anderen nächtlichen Geräusche deutlich. Die AIR-CON ist nicht regelbar auf Sparsamkeit eingestellt ebenfalls der Kühlschrank nicht einstellbar wer seine Medikamente kühlen muss hat hier Probleme. Das Personal unaufmerksam und wenig hilfsbereit was für Thaiverhältnisse sehr ungewöhnlich ist.

Små dyr i sengen.

Room service var dårligt. Vi måtte selv spørge efter rene håndklæder. Det var små dyr i vores tøj og i sengen. Jeg sagde det til hotellet, de ville sprøjte for de små dyr. Hjalp ikke noget om aften vi skulle sove var der dyr i sengen og i vores nyvasket tøj igen. Vi skiftede til et andet hotel dagen efter.
