Would stay again
Great place to stay. Decent breakfast, simple but as expected with eggs and cereal, bagels, yogurt.. We had a issue come up and had to leave day early.. Their policy would indicate they don’t have to compensate us for night lost but they did, high cusps and applause!!!
Nice, but it could be better.
Nice, but it advertised a breakfast, and when we got there, they had canceled the breakfast for the next several weeks. They would not lower the price since the breakfast was supposed to be included and was not.
Very clean and nice room 👌 excellent.
Multi day stay
Awesome place to stay to visit Arches, Moab, Dead Horse and Canyonlands.
Comfortable stay in Moab
Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and comfortable room.
👍
Aside from the front desk employee being extremely rude and confrontational, it was easy to check in and out. considering the last minute pricing, the room was nice enough, but it was very old and run down. The sheets and comforter had holes in it.
They advertise a pool but it is not in service.
Great staff/front desk. Truly helpful. Best in town that way. Breakfast wasn't 5 star material, but better than expected. This was easily the least expensive place I stayed at Moab (I stayed at many different ones) but I stayed there only on my last day, If I had known, I'd likely have booked another day or 2 here. Older building than some others, less luxury "looking" but good place to sleep/park and be near Arches, Canyonlands, and downtown eateries etc
Comfortable place to rest your head
False Advertising
When I got to the hotel, they had a sign up that said No breakfast being served Dec1-Feb 25. I told the man at the desk that one of the reasons I booked this room was free breakfast and he couldn't have cared less. He said it was put up on all the sites, which it was not when I booked my room. The sign on the outside of the hotel says "Breakfast Included;" it's on the sleeve that the room key card comes in. That put me in the position to have to find, and pay for breakfast for the 2 mornings I should have got it from the hotel. Plus, I paid for the breakfast I didn't get since it is built into the cost of the room. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Every time they coughed or sneezed, and their TV blaring.
Excelent place to stay. Nice and clean. A
The room was very good. The pool and hot tub outside have been let go and would be a good duck environment with plants growing out of the hot tub. ALthough it's off season, I don't think they were functional over the summer either.
Nice people at the office.
The room was clean but very outdated. The bed was so stiff and uncomfortable. There were multiple areas that had been fixed and were not finished and other things that were still broken. The faucet in the bathroom was wrong, hot water came out of the cold and cold came out of hot. The staff was very nice and helpful, no problems with them.
It met all my needs.
Hotel is worn. Looks like they maybe planning to start updating but hotel and rooms don’t match listing.
Needed to contact a human that speaks English
I needed to change my reservation but couldnt talk to a person.
great stay. clean, quiet, convenient, and staff was friendly
The room was easy to get in and out of. We were greeted within a minute of arrival. There appeared to be a patched hole behind the door that hadn't been repainted to match yet and the dresser looked slightly worn. Other than that, the room was in good condition and clean. The did have the normal continental breakfast. When I travel I'm usually there to get out and see the sights, not to hang out in the room the whole time. I would stay there again when visiting the area.
it was an ok stay. close to stores and arches park.
This property is so rundown nothing like the pictures. The carpet was shredded in the room and filthy in the rest of the building that I saw we had a cockroach in our room. The sign in the pictures said that the rooms are updated, but when we arrived, there was some sort of tape over the sign out front covering the updated rooms, the pool and the hot tub amenities. It is very misleading
Room had a weird smell..
Disgusting! Run down! Just NO
This hotel needs to have an extreme makeover demolition style. The rooms are rundown, they stack boxes of fluorescent lights (and broken ones) right in view, and apparently the “pool” is closed for maintenance. The bathrooms are disgusting and I’m pretty sure not one door in the place closes correctly. The outside is not maintained and the staff is less than helpful. Breakfast? No thank you. Coffee is gross as well! Pay the extra $50 per night and stay somewhere else! They should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do!
Good value for the area!
Very good value for the price and it was outside of town away from the hustle and bustle
Outdated
Room was too close to main road and the lobby.
This, my friend, is something that you don't even wanna consider! trust me, there are a tons of properties around this area, had I known, I would have never stayed, complete trash from A to Z!! there was litter outside around the hotel!!! nobody seems to care, it is not appealing at all, this is being turned into a dump. I felt unsafe bad coming into the parking lot!! I had to check my car every now and then, everything inside was dirty and of flimsy quality, the soap and shampoos, lowest quality! I've never seen that around here! the curtains were literally torn, this is not a healthy family place, there is a consistent foul aroma smell, they take you for idiots, I would keep on driving, for the price you can do much better. Stay Away!!!!!
Don’t expect much
Didn’t expect much from this place besides a good place to sleep but unfortunately their mattress was caved in on the middle so if you tried to sleep on the sides you’d end up rolling back to the middle. Made for a good laugh when my husband and I tried to sleep the first night but besides that was highly disappointed in this place. Dont expect much out of the breakfast either. We also had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs. No coffee maker or microwave in the rooms. There is a communal microwave and coffee in the lobby. Luckily my husband and I can go with the flow but if we knew the quality of this stay we would have booked another spot. Also it says there’s a pool there but you cannot use it since there’s not water in it.
Run down
Could use a little cleanup but rooms were good.
Pleasant stay in Moab
Wonderful accommodations with no complaints in an ideal location. Enjoyed the free breakfast with lots of options to choose from, and the friendly staff who were always present.
No lock on the side door to the hotel was wide open for anyone to come inside
Plenty of better choices
There is an odd smell upon entering the lobby. We chose this place over another as they advertised laundry, when got there we were informed laundry was out of service. There was mold in the bathroom, paint peeling, and spots in the dry wall that had been repaired but left unpainted. The box springs had stains and the fitted sheet was so thin you could see through it. We were on the bottom floor and you can hear everything above and in room beside you.
The only thing good was the coffee.
Good staff and rooms
3 out of 5 washers didn’t work, 5 out of 6 dryers didn’t work, coin detergent dispenser and pop machine didn’t work,
Would not recommend, may be cheaper then other places but management doesn’t take care of the place and everything just feels absolutely gross
Nice room
Nice clean room comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Great location
Mattress was worn out. It looked like the door had been knocked down. The wall was patched and the security lock was broken. Do not recommend.
The breakfast was sub par
Run down motel which is in need of substantial maintenance. Breakfast just about acceptable and room was clean. Waterproof cover on mattress so if you’re a warm sleeper you are going to need the air con on cold. No microwave or coffee maker in room but these are available in lobby.
Location is good. No coffee or microwave in room Large empty space for bathroom but nothing to set anything on.
Good location near downtown.
Good
Areea around the propertycould be cleaned up better.
This property is kind of a dump but, um, “cost competitive” in the Moab market.
this site is quite nice. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is normal and well prepared. The only shortcoming is the sound proofing of the room. I can hear steps in the corridor.
Disappointed breakfast
Continental breakfast needed some work. Milk should have been in fridge, instead of just sitting out on counter in a gallon jug. Advertised donuts but while they were donuts they were not fresh donuts.
Clean and friendly staff.
Best price in town. Facility was clean and simple. Hard to access charging outlets in room.
Pool and hot tub were disgusting
Nothing to complain
It was clean and inexpensive. Nice to have breakfast. Only complaints are that it smelled weird and the walls were very thin - heard everything.
Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Rooms are outdated.. Staff is not friendly & the overall check in & out experience left a bad taste. Will not stay here again. Not worth saving some money on lodging in Moab.
Ok room for the price
Rooms were very nice and clean
Stay anywhere else
Worst bed, sleeping on rocks would have been better. The free breakfast is basically food you would find at a local food donation. Basic, a little stale, and not completely put together. For $80 bucks a night definitely not worth it. Spend the lil extra and stay at the days inn. The paint in the bathroom was chipping to show the terrible paint job below it. Small towels. All around def a waste of money.
Not particularly friendly at the front. Staff touches food with bare hands when putting out for breakfast and again when removing food after breakfast is over. Presumably, the same food will be served the next day.
Nice relatively inexpensive place.
Hôtel très convenable. Ménage quotidien ( change des serviettes de toilette...)
Nice surprise inside
Place has been remodeled. Everything was nice except no pool. They are still working on the pool.
Very good value, clean, convenient
I arrived early before check in time and was welcomed by the staff. Was thankful for the availability of a room before actual check in time. One concern was the satellite TV reception was pixelated and sometimes near impossible to view. Everything else, comfortable bed, clean room, Amenities, etc. were very nice. Would definitely stay again, great value.
Comfortable beds. Clean.
Greta value for money, clean and quiet.
Easy to find right off the main highway. Quiet location and nice clean breakfast to start the morning with.
While this property has seen better days, it was still a pleasant and clean room and stay .
Construction around the building
This is an old motel in need of refurbishment. Room and bathroom was dirty
Good deal
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Enough parking for a trailer. Convenient to have breakfast offered.
Clean room, comfortable bed and space for the stay. Linens and bathroom towels had clean, and sterile scent.
Coffee and waters are provided. but the Bathroom supplies was not enough and fan is too loud.
The room smells bad and the cloth hanging rack is installed on the wall between the bed and the door to the bathroom. The rack is right in the way to the bathroom. If not careful, your head or eyes can bump right on to it creating a hazardous situation. The property is pretty rundown. There is no power outlet on the wall other than one behind the light stand next to the bed.
Smells musty or mildewy.
Great cheap option, but breakfast was very limited. Other than that I liked it!
a
The pool and hot tub is out of service. But it is advertised on the reservation app
The property was just ok. Bedding and pillows could have been better. The place needs a little updating. Looks like they have new flooring. Good location. When we arrived we found they would be turning off the power for a few hours after 11p. We were concerned because of the temp outside but it ended up being ok. Didn’t try the continental breakfast.
Convenient place for one night !
Great location and easy access. Nice and clean. We just heard everything out in the hallway and next rooms… unfortunately we were next to the ice machine so got woken up everytime some used it… I would stay here again. I’ll just try out the 2nd floor next time.
The pool was empty. When you have 100 degree temps a working pool would be nice. The breakfast mainly consisted of cereal and waffles.
Room is clean and big. Bathroom is clean. Water runs well in both sink and shower.
Room was clean, but needs updated. Breakfast was fair. Staff nice. The entire place needs updating. Cleaning up the pool area outside would help. An eye sore.
The gentleman that checked us in was very personable and welcoming. The property was pretty clean and in a good location. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work. The pool and hot tub were “under construction”. The breakfast was fine but the creamer and sweetener options were minimal.
Good property for the price however laundry facilities were not working.
The pool was out of service. Everything else was great.
Get what you pay for
Staff was not very friendly, place a bit rundown,
Guest Laundry wasn't working and they didn't make our bed one day.
Pool was a swamp.bed was so uncomfortable and the “breakfast” was a joke.
Great location and breakfast, and very clean room
Nice hotel. Nice view
Clean
Good
Very easy access from highway.
The Moab Gateway is a nice stay. Was clean and comfortable for a nights rest. The bathtub/shower was peeling. And the laundry room was out of service so we were unable to wash clothes. But overall it was a good place to stay. Continental Breakfast was decent had waffles, bagles bread to make toast , cereal, yogurt, coffee , juice , milk and donuts!
Room was out dated, bed was hard as a rock my wife and I could barely sleep, room was clean for most part, wife said hotel had bad energy, and don’t let pictures fool you, pool was have full and black water, guys said it’s been that way for couple years and that maybe it we’ll get fixed in next 2 years
