Very quiet. Only 2 pools were open others were empty, wasn’t any entertainment on a night which was a shame but the view down at the sea made up for it

Was my 3rd time at hotel and apert from getting eaten alive by flies and moses witch this was the first ever time this has happened in Arenal still.had a good time met some good people who made holiday goood. And i will come back hotel soon its good location and fantastic value for money

Our building was a poorly marked labyrinth. The room we got first was not cleaned. When calling the lobby to see if we could change rooms nobody answered - so we had to lug all our bags back down through the labyrinth and haul it through the streets to get back up to the lobby. Customer service was non existent. New room was ok, but was missing blankets, when we noticed, we phoned the lobby again but no one ever answered. Ever. Hotel does not have its own parking. The one positive: Perfectly close walking distance to the beach.

Terrible hotel

All inclusive does not mean alcohol, which isn’t stated before booking. My room was filthy, the air conditioning was broken and my bed was stained and uncomfortable. You need a euro or 2 to use as a deposit for a very small plastic cup which again this information was not stated before booking. Staff are unhelpful and very rude. I can’t say I’d rerun or ever recommend

I understand you get what you pay for. However this hotel should not be rated at 3 star if the fact is that it’s a 1 star. It’s clearly a rundown hotel managed by a slum lord. There is mold in the bathrooms, roaches in the room and lobbies, the air conditioning does not work, the beds were itchy, I hope there were no bed bugs. The room was not cleaned by any service there was still sand on the sheets. The area is dangerous. The drink machines were empty. Overall this was a terrible experience based on expectation of at least a 3 star location. Had they said 1 star, then I fully understand. But this place should be condemned and shut down.

Staff are rude and unhelpful! When we arrived after a long queue and a very poorly hand drawn map of directions we arrived at our room in an anex of the hotel. The room stank of dirty toilet , but even better the air con had broke leaking and leaving mould around the ceiling dripping dirty water over the floor and into a bucket that was over flowing and a filthy floor. After nearly two hours of waiting and been sent back and forth by staff I got a key to another room which wasn’t as terrible but still wasn’t clean with also no towels in any rooms ! After this i waited another 2hours for the manager that was rude when approached and then after asking for a refund said the hotel doesn’t approve refunds , and there was nothing else she would do , she said she’d change rooms again ( but they had over 800 rooms so she can’t spend time to check these rooms before sending us so if it’s dirty she just shrugged her shoulders) and gave us 6 drink vouchers, but in no way would we get our money back ! We then moved to a room with the views of the inside of a high rise block of flats but in fairness was clean but only had one pillow and no towels . The air con didn’t work at all so which lead to been shouted at my the night manager and the security. Who between them couldn’t build a box fan together after another 1 hour 45 minute struggle for assistance , to be pushed out and told to call the policia! We left this hotel about 45minutes later at 4;40am !

Mediocore with comfy beds

MLL Palma Bay Club was very budget friendly that's why we chose it and overall it was short of satisfactory but reached ok. It's a short walk to the seaside and off street parking is fairly easy to find. The check-in/check-out service took quite a long time and it would be nice to have more staff available during the busy check in/out times. The front desk staff were doing their best but clearly overwhelmed with the amount of work they had to do with little help. The rooms we stayed in (Hawaii) were outdated and in need of a makeover. The walls of the room are quite thin so you could hear very clearly what the neighboring guests were doing, slightly awkward at times. We got the breakfast dinner package, the food wasn't amazing and coming for late dinner service there was little selection and the food wasn't that warm, it would be helpful if there were signs posted above the self-serve drinks with clear instructions. (Translated in the various languages about what is allowed to be had, I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't include soft drinks with dinner service, only water is served in dinner package). Also the walk to the dinner hall in Copacabana was pretty dreary and slightly confusing. There was an overwhelming amount of drunk guests (not the hotels fault) and culturally not family friendly if you're not used to topless women sunbathing around the family pool.

What I liked? The hotel served its purpose-a place to rest and shower plus 3 meals a day and 3 cocktails a day (of which I didn’t utilize). Staff was kind and fluent in different languages. Also they were prompt and courteous. Requests were fulfilled in reasonable time. 5 minute walk to the beach. It had a tv (which we didn’t use). Towel service was prompt. What didn’t I like? I don’t know where to start. Please keep in mind, this is the first time I had ever been to any part of Europe. Nothing bad happened. I guess I’ve just been spoiled by the American way. No micro fridge. No coffee maker. The double was actually 2 twins pushed together. The room felt like a closet. Food was subpar (all you can eat Buffett). We were on a busy street with lots of noise during the day and night. No alarm clock. Thin walls (we could here the guests next door having simple conversation). Like I said, the room served it’s purpose. Not the ritz, nor holiday inn and not the red roof.

The meal (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Everything was clean. People were kind. It wasn't easy to park our car at all. We had to park quite far away. In the night it was really noisy from the street

It´s been almost one month now since we came back from our stay. We had some issues. Below is the email i sent MLL and my booking agency still haven't heard any word back for some sort of compensation. Here are the days where things where not functioning: The Wifi was Out from Sept. 5-7th The AC (Air Conditioning) was Out from Sept. 5th never got fixed. Thank You --------------- pros: - great location - front desk/security are friendly cons: - It felt like a cheap college dorm rooms. (USA) - I would skip the meals and just go eat out - its outdated but has potential Note: I hope they can resolve my case again have emailed both MLL Hotels and travel agency. I will update the statues of the case when i hear back.

The facility does NOT have laundry on site as stated when we booked. The air does not work all that well and if you leave the card in for the air too long, the water won’t work for awhile. They seem to play other languages as far as music but not so much English or Spanish music. Pools closed by 6:00pm which was horrible. Had to pay 1-2 euros every think you ask for a drink (refundable though). Food wasn’t all that great and it was the same thing every day. No microwave or fridge in the rooms which would have been more convenient. It gets VERY loud.

Terrible service. I queued up for 30 min to check in. This took me till 1.50 pm, and then was told to come back at 2 pm to collect my key. I complied and at 2 pm tried to reach the counter staff but they were busy doing check in for other people. So by the time I got my key it was 2.20 pm - one hour after I arrived!! This was because the staff took a very long time for each guest - they kept going into their office and out at the reception, back and forth for each customer. The same staff who attended each check in also in between attended to guests who were checking out. Ridiculous!

The anex builing to the resort was dispointing , you could hear all the noises from other room.Comfort is basic and the neighbourhood not very nice! Should not be rated as a 3 stars hotel but as a 2 stars !Its just an old block of flat that has been turned into a hotel ! Not recommended

The hotel is ok, the location is great, is it very close to the beach. The breakfast was awful, we paid for 1 week, we went the first day and we left right away without gatting anything, just wasted money on breakfast.

Lovely break

Had a lovely family stay at the copacabana resort. Food was fantastic and plenty. Room was clean and big enough for 3 of us. Location was ideal. And daughter loved the park and kids pool. There was a initial issue with rooms but was quickly resolved. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, would stay again x

Good hotel in a good location

Good hotel in a good location, not far from the beach, plenty to do in summer months.

Room in Copacabana was top. We got All incl. services not from Check in to Check out - we got it from arrival to departure, thats great! One deficit: The food was cruel. Really inedible, everything.

As you would expect for three stars but expensive for what it is. Property and facilities a bit tired but room was clean and comfortable other than very bad air con that took ages to cool a sweltering room. Big breakfast selection but quality was average. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Don't expect the ritz. You get what u pay for

Booked here for a week in late April on a very cheap deal. It's not all bad. Security on site very good and rooms were cleaned daily. Pool area clean but water freezing cold. Hard going at meal times . Food almost always cold. The most annoying thing was the downright rudeness of the Spanish pensioners that swamp the hotel. Barging in front of queues no manners whatsoever. Hotel staff seemed to bend over backward to their needs rather than the brits and Germans staying . We stayed in Rio. Very basic rooms which we expected for the price but a very grim view from balcony. El arenal and playa Palma as a resort is great with many bars and restaurants with great range of foods. Hotel in a decent location not far from centre of beach and very close to airport.

Hotel was lovely and the staff were very but.....

The food in the hotel was lovely we were never short of something to eat and the entertainment was amazing but the holidays makers staying there were not very desirable as a few of the parents that were on all-inclusive got that drunk all day and night they couldn't stand up and children were left to fend for themselves whilst eh parents got plastered! When you are a very caring mother as i am myself it is very upsetting to see this behaviour. It is for this reason and this reason alone we will never travel to this hotel or Majorca again.

Overall value for money. Hence a 3 star. Could have improvements when it rains.

Everything you need in Arenal

Third time staying in Club Palma Bay which is actually in El Arsenal. Second time all inclusive despite being out all day sailing. Handy for the beach and not too far to the marina but not in the noisiest parts of town. Multiple towers and apartments eating in a few restaurants so plenty of food choice and little extras like honey and Tabasco. Also a shop open all night and a snack bar in case three meals a day isn't enough. Or, for some reason or other, you missed breakfast.

Only there for one night

I was just there for one night B&B after a very late arrival. The room was OK, the complex looked quite nice and the breakfast was not bad. I would consider going there for longer All Inc.

Extremely basic room, walking distance to beach

A very basic room which when I booked was a double, when we arrived it was three single beds, and when we put two of them together one was smaller than the other, and the third was broken at the wheel. We only had bed and breakfast, which I'm very glad about as we went out eating a lot, even the breakfast wasn't great, your average buffet breakfast for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very noisy, we were fortunate enough to have neighbours wake us up every night of our stay anything from 12am-4am, we understand it is a holiday resort and people like to enjoy themselves but it was crazy, with loud screaming, slamming doors etc. When I enquired the hotel staff about excursions, I was told it was for Spanish guests only, which I thought was very rude, so we found a very lovely lady in a shop along to beach front to book with. This hotel is extremely basic and I would say for young people (lads and girlie holidays) and the Spanish. Hotel staff made our beds everyday and changed our towels. It is a 30 min trip to the airport and a 5 min walk to the beach. There is much nicer hotels along the beach front to consider when booking.

Decent Hotel

Food is decent, staff are happy to help. hotel has nice pools and is just a short stroll from the beach. It's not a 5* resort but its a pretty good 3*

Friendly staff

Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff breakfast and snack bar are good , lunch and dinner are more suited for the Spanish and Germans only two minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from the airport

Hotel needs work room had paint falling from the Celing it needed to be skimmed and the large shower which was very good leaked onto the bathroom floor

Every day if you ran the water, flushed the toilet or ran the shower a smell of sewage entered the room. Awful smell. The bar area was like it was catering for binge drinkers. Ok to stay in but certainly not for the all-inclusive part. Fairly noisy at nights when everyone seemed to be drunk.

Everything you need in Arenal

Second time at Club Palma Bay Resort, but first all inclusive. Good mix of families, parties,solos with various hotel blocks on or near the site. You might stay in one and eat in another. As much food and drink as you can take in. Reasonable quality and I had fish for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Strange lack of coffee and cold drinks(except from machines) at night.Beer and wine with dinner but you have to go to the bar for a coffee(which is excellent). There is a shop on site open all night and a snack bar open when the restaurants are shut. It is a nice site on a slope with trees and grass, shows and sports(I came last on airgun but won the darts!) Very helpful at reception and security patrol at night.

Really nice staff (special thanks to Patrick), clean rooms and other facilities. Very good value for money

Hôtel très bruyant du a une certaine catégorie de personnes les allemands trop bruyant sangene excentrique etc cuisine variée personnel très compétant en salle je recommande pas cet hôtel pour les français hôtel fait que pour la fête et non pour du repos donc je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Die Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber, aber auch bei weitem nicht so schlecht wie es in vielen Bewertungen stand. Ich habe nach dem Buchen die Bewertungen gelesen und mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet. Dafür wurde ich dann recht positiv überrascht. Wir waren eine Gruppe die hauptsächlich für den Partyurlaub da war. Die Entfernung zum Ballermann 6 ist total in Ordnung. Preis ist unschlagbar gewesen und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es dann auch wirklich voll in Ordnung. Ob ich nochmal dieses Hotel buchen würde, weiß ich allerdings nicht. Die „Haussicherheit“ geht absolut nicht, sehr aggressiv und eskalierend.

Un peu vieillot mais propre

Wurden im 10 Uhr morgens vom Housekeeping angeschrien, dass wir gehen sollen. Checkout ist um 11 laut Buchungsbestätigung. Das Zimmer roch muffig nach Schimmel. An der Decke, Türen und Wänden schwarze Flecken. Generell ungepflegte Anlage, die darauf aus ist möglichst viele Zimmer zu verkaufen. Mit Qualität hat die Anlage nichts zu tun. Auch wenn man nur 30€ die Nacht gezahlt hat und zum Duschen/Schlafen dort war, ist Schimmel ein absolutes no-go. Das selbe Problem hatte ich letztes Jahr im selben Hotel. Werde dort nicht mehr buchen. Es interessiert sicherlich auch niemanden vom Management.

Die Aufenthalt ist reibungslos gelaufen.Die Gruppe von den Hotels MLL kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Jeder findet was für sich, ob ein Single, ein Paar oder eine Familie.Ich finde alle Leistungen Preisgemäß

Sport vacation with friends

We spend 14 days all inclusive in this hotel. The price-quality ratio in this hotel is excellent. The breakfasts were good, nothing to complain about. The buffet lunch and dinner is versatile and quite good for the price. The hotel area is clean. Because we trained during the day, we went to bed early and on several nights there were disturbing sounds and noises late in the evening and at night. In any case, this is understandable in this hotel. The security guards at the entrance also gave a sense of security. At this price level, I would come again.

Sadly, I was getting a room in a elevated cellar level with many evidences of earlier moist problems - incuding mold/mould. In the hallway were a big mould spot that was not removed although I told about it twice. General conditions is worn but they seem to have done some renovating, though. Apart from that: fine stay.

Personal and service was good. Room-cleaning was insufficient. Restaurant was noicy and the wine-service very slow.

Leider schlechter Kaffee. Aber ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Dommage que la chambre sentait l’humidité, des champignons dans la douche. Pas de couverture en plus… La wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Peu largement mieux faire

The worst ever.

There's nothing good about this resort, its a 1star maximum. Our hotel was outside the resort with no security officer or receptionist, it looked like an abandoned place. The entrance was flooded, there was blankets to hold the water, buckets on the floor, only 1 elevator working in a weird maze of rooms, and the elevator in one of the nights had pee on it. People drunk, screaming and shouting in the hallways, you could literally hear them inside the room. The food had no quality, plastic cheese, the bread was horrible, the coffee was watery, the juice was more water than fruit, the eggs were the only good thing, my friend took a cup and there was a little bug in it. On top of that they closed 1 restaurant of the hotel because it was the "day off", in a hotel ? Who closes a restaurant of the hotel like that? We went for a drink in the bar, the barman was so rude and wanted to charge me only in cash because he needed deposit for the glasses, ridiculous a resort charge for the glass acrylic, in a resort trying to force us to use cash. The room had good furniture, the rest was falling apart. Paint, mold, infiltration, toilet seat was loose, the bathroom windows never have been cleaned, the shower temperature even though you tried to control it, it changed by itself constantly, extremely cold or hot. Both the bathroom and the room had only 1 light working each. The room service was as basic as changing towels, making the bed and emptying the trash, not even the floor was moped.

Por el precio no se le puede pedir más, la limpieza más que mejorable es el punto que menos nos gustó. Los alrededores muy turisticos sino llevas coche las zonas más naturales estan minimo a dos horas en transporte público. De las tres comidas el desayuno lo mejor. Lxs chicxs de animación, clases muy simpáticxs y atentos

Komplette Katastrophe. Falsches Zimmer erhalten und ein anderes mussten wir 3x wechseln weil entweder Lattenrost oder eine Türklinke defekt war. Sauber war leider nur 1/3 Zimmer. Untergebracht waren wir im Haus Rio Bay außerhalb des eigentlichen Geländes. Separate Beschwerde kommt per Mail.

Abends war es zwischendurch durch die anderen Anwohner sehr laut (jedoch eher durch rumgeschreie als durch laute musik). Ebenso sind Security mit laut gestelltem Walkytalky durch die Gänge gelaufen, was dem eine weitere nervende Geräuschquelle hinzufügte. Der Zustand des Hotels kann man mit heruntergekommen betiteln. Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Bad, denn die Toilette war nicht mehr richtig im Boden verankert, weshalb man jedes mal angst hatte, beim aufsetzen sie gleich umzureißen. Die Dusche war auch kaputt und auch nicht wirklich geputzt (es lagen noch einige Haare und komischerweise Klopapierreste in den Ecken). Zum Glück hatte ich Flipflops dabei und konnte die Dusche daher trotzdem nutzen. Man musste jedoch aufpassen, da die Halterung der Brause alles andere als stabil war. Am ersten Abend hatte ich es nicht bemerkt und normal geduscht und als ich fertig war und das Wasser abgedreht hatte, kam mir der Duschkopf auf den Kopf gerasselt. Jetzt auch mal ein paar positive Dinge: Es gab wirklich viele Security-Mitarbeiter auf dem Gelände, was es zumindest innerhalb der Mauern zu einer sicheren Umgebung gemacht hat. Es gab wirklich viele Aktivitäten, welche man auf dem Gelände ausüben konnte und auch ausrechend Pools, sodass keiner der Pools wirklich voll war und man jedes mal Schwimmen gehen konnte und einen Liegenplatz bekommen hat.

Du får det du betaler for! Veldig lytt, hørte at han/hun over oss kastet opp hver morgen når vi var på badet. Visste alltid når noen gikk i gangen,lytt ja! Banket noen på nabo døren, åpnet vi! Hele området var fullt av Tyskere mye ompa ompa, fyll og rai rai i gatene rundt hotellet. Hotellet hadde 6 forskjellige bygninger og flere bassenger å velge mellom. Rent og pent! Hyggelige ansatte som løftet hotellet positivt. Frokost helt ok.

La gente de recepcion la info que te proporciona es mala, en el check in tendrian que darte habitacion y no volver a hacer la cola para que te resuelvan el problema, la comida mala, no tiene gimnacio tendrian que sacarlo de la pagina ya que lo contrate por ese motivo ya que habitualmente voy, no me gusto

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht um zum feiern am Ballermann auch der Pool ist recht hübsch. Leider jedoch ist das Personal teils unfreundlich und auch nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind in der gleichen Kategorie sehr unterschiedlich in der Ausstattung. In meinem Zimmer hat es sogar übelst nach Rauch gestunken. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war jetzt für mich in diesem Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wurden ins Nebengebäude verfrachtet, über der Klimaanlage Schimmel, Steckdosen waren nicht ordentlich in der Wand montiert, ekelhaft schmutzig und stinkig!

Es un alojamiento indicado para turistas extranjeros sobre todo. El buffet del desayuno tiene muchas opciones saladas como huevos, salchichas, bacon, tortilla o ensalada, mientras que lo dulce se queda muy escaso. El café y los zumos también dejan mucho que desear. Suele haber mucha gente, incluso a veces toca hacer cola para poder desayunar. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones (el edificio "Acapulco" por lo menos) se ven bastante usadas y con algunas deficiencias. La ubicación no es idónea si buscas tranquilidad, está situado en la zona más fiestera de la cuidad, donde se concentran la mayoría de turistas extranjeros que buscan hacer turismo de fiesta y todo lo que ello conlleva. La parte buena es que se encuentra cerca de la playa y las piscinas del hotel están bastante bien.

Lo mejor los 3 vigilantes por su preocupación y amabilidad

Das Zimmer war in einem miserablem Zustand. Die Betten waren dreckig, Staub überall, Schimmel im Badezimmer. Selbst der Safe war verrostet. Wer hier unterkommt, wird seinen Aufenthalt zu tiefer bereuen.

La habitación estaba bien, la limpieza también. Pero les hace falta personal, sobre todo en recepción. Tienen 3 recepciones pero solo funciona una. Nunca te contestan el teléfono por la misma razón, eso si, todos muy majos.

Unsere Ankunft war um 4:00 Uhr, wir wussten das der Check in um 14:00 Uhr ist und als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir sofort unfreundlich begrüßt. Ohne essen und Verständnis, das wir Kinder bei uns haben wurden wir dort gelassen. Sie haben uns stattdessen einen kleines, Hässliches und unhygienisches Zimmer angeboten, wofür wir jedoch für zwei Zimmer gezahlt haben, wir lehnten dies ab und Beschlossen bis 14:00 uhr zu warten. Das essen war der Horror! Es gab immer das selbe, Schweinefleisch stand immer im Tages Gericht, überall Schwein! War es im Salat, Suppe, Pizza oder komplett! Man konnte nichts mit Fleisch essen ohne Angst zu haben das es wahrscheinlich mit Schweinefleisch ist. Über Fisch wollen wir erst nicht anfangen, es war genau so wie beim Schweinefleisch, über den Reis mit Meeresfrüchten möchte ich nicht sprechen. Das Zimmer in dem wir waren wurde oft gesäubert jedoch die Handtücher nie gewechselt, Man musste immer Bescheid geben weil man sonst keine Handtücher mehr hat. Sie nehmen die dreckigen mit und hinterlassen keine frischen. Das personal das für Unterhaltung sorgte war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, jeden Tag gab es spiele, Freude und eine Menge Spaß. Jeden Abend gab es so zu sagen einen „Mini Club“ das für Kinder da ist. Es wird getanzt, Gelacht und Geschrien. Tagsüber (Wenn die Mahlzeit nicht da ist) gab es eine Snack Bar, die eigentlich gut war. Es gab immer Pommes, Chicken Nuggets, Hot Dogs und oft auch Hamburger (das leider auch Mit Schweinefleisch

Das hotel war schrecklich unsere dusche war voller haare und das wasser ging nicht in den abfluss. Meine Frau ging am ersten abend duschen und das nur 10 Minuten und dann war alles überschwemmt bodenlose frechheit. Wir haben es gemeldet doch sie reagierten nicht. Schlussendlich musste ich es reparieren. Ich würde dieses Hotel schliessen. Empfehele es sicher nicht weiter.!!!

Dirty and awful smell

When we arrived in our room in Sahara the ac didn’t work. Also it was a dirty towel and bucket underneath the ac because of the water that was dripping. It looked like muld from the roof. Overall the room was dirty and smelled awful. The door was open when we came and could not lock. We got transfers to another room in the same building that was dirty as well. After the first night we got transfers to Habana, a ok standard room. Breakfast is in two different locations, which was two different standard on the food and location. Ok breakfast, but not worth the money. The staff in the reception was at first not very helpful. The tried to excuse the first room with the climate in spain, and that that’s the reason for what we explained as muld, but for the reseptionist was climate affections. Not very helpful and for us it felt like a “fight” to get transferred to another facility.

Du grand n’importe quoi que soi soit l’animation, le logement, le nettoyage dans les chambre ( je n’avai même pas de clim et aucune solution apporter) et la nourriture tout compris mais chaque jour le même repas !

5 nuits en famille du 22 au 27 juillet 2023 en pleine canicule. Grand complexe avec plusieurs hôtels et 3 piscines surveillées. Chambres propres et spacieuses, équipements de base. La climatisation fonctionne bien mais seulement lorsqu'on est dans la chambre. Repas : buffet correct (assez similaire entre le midi et le soir et peu de variations dans les desserts). Personnel sympa et disponible. Plage de sable pente douce à 5 min. de l'hôtel. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un 3*

Desaconsejable. Primer dia y nos entregan la habitación sucia, sin nevera y con manibela del baño rota, despues de seis dias nos fuimos sin que la arreglaran. Aún con el "todo incluido" te EXIGEN depósitos de dinero para que te sirvan bebidas en unos vasos de plástico reutilizables, y si pides cafe te lo dan de máquina expendedora y no de cafetera, y si lo pagas de cafetera te lo sirven en vaso de cartón. En horas puntuales sin agua en el baño para ducharse. Pleno mes de julio y te cierran la piscina a las 18:00 horas, y si te pasas los empleados te echan de malas maneras. La comida de mala calidad, mucha comida embasada, congelada y muy repetitiva. Solo se lo aconsejaría a mis enemigos. Tuvimos que cumplimentar una hoja de reclamaciones antes de irnos, en fin, ejercer el derecho al pataleo

Do NOT go to this hotel! There are so many problems so i will list just a few. Our room AC and shower didn't work so we complained 3 times and nothing happend even tho promissed. Next day they gave us another room which had water damage (water coming at the sealing). The next room was last one and the balcony door didn't lock cos it was installed wrong. Anybody can come into your room thrue that and that same mistake was every room in that building. After all that we went back to the first room and no one fixed AC and shower durind the whole trip. Some woman with her baby got stuck in the elevator and again no one was helping her even tho she was yelling, crying and pushin the emergency button. We got her out by searchin the securityman. Hotel is truly security risk. Outside under the rooms there is a bar that plays music and people are yelling long to the night and it is loud in the rooms too. They advertice spa and massages, spa is the pools and massage is possible but it's outside in some sort of carbage shed. You also have to wait in line to reseption at least 1,5 hours cos everyone are complaining about their rooms. Staff are recless and they will lie just to get rid of you. Everything here is broken so if you want to play minigolf, that is also in bad shape. So if you have a choice, go somewhere else and enjoy your trip!
