Good location, good communication, bedspreads and pillows looked old yellowish and like they have never been washed. Linen sheets were clean though

Considering we are a family of 5, parents and 3 teenagers,. we need sufficient space and this apartment gave us space. We stayed 12 days. Understand you are basically left on your own. Laura, our host, provided quick service when we needed it, including with the shower head and toilet. Laura also did a good job arranging the cars to and from the airport. This was especially helpful when we landed and then finding the keys and apartment. It worked for us and we appreciate Laura's efforts.

Recomend for a good stay while in Roma

Very comfortable and easy to get around

This property is very misleading. It is not an "apartment" per se it is like staying in a hostel or college dorm. It is an apartment but you share the commons area, kitchen, and fridge. The AC went out the first night I got there and didn't get fixed until the last day I was there. I was there for 9 days! the room did have a escaling fan but that was not enough.

It is very dusty. The sofa bed is not in good condition. The AC is off at night and doesn’t work properly. Location is good.

The listing was very misleading. It makes it sound like you have the whole apartment but you only have a room with a private bath in the apartment. Air conditioning didn't work in the middle of June so I only had a fan. When I ran out of towels I was told that there was no way to get fresh ones forcing me to reuse dirty ones. Bathroom was cramped and hard to take a shower in. The area was convenient and walkable. Lots of great shops in the area. Overall would not recommend!

We had a great stay!

Apartment is not as advertised - no working washing machine, no dryer, no air conditioning. Apartment is shared with 3 other rooms which are rented out (not advised before hand) Shower is minuscule, TV is also not as advertised. Host does not answer messages in a timely manner, and did not offer any solutions to problems brought to her attention. Has keys to the apartment and rooms, and comes in as she pleases.

Clean spacious apt. No air-conditioning but there was a fan and good ventilation so we were comfortable. A little noisy being in town with windows open but acceptable.

Stayed here for 5 nights, large unit at a great location right next to a subway stop making all of Rome's most toured areas very accessible, special thanks to the property manager as she provided very clear instructions for check in and check out! Highly recommend staying here!

Shared apartment so I did expect some noise from other guests. My last night was particularly noisy with guests arriving and then using the shower after 11pm. The plumbing and drains were not quite unfortunately. Property itself was no frills but it served its purpose ok.

Enjoyed the stay. checking in and out was easy. Room was clean.

There are very few positive things about this property when traveling with a family with kids which are accessibility and location close to bus and metro stations. There is a fridge and microwave that can be used, although there is an electric stove top I didn’t try to use it. The main experience throughout the stay in the property though overwhelms the positives. 1. The furniture is so old and dirty that it feels like it’s going to break when being used, which includes the bed and sofa bed. The main bed and sofa bed were super uncomfortable and caused pain in the back. The bed squeaks and is cheap material. 2. The host during the stay only responds like every 12 hours to messages which I found to be unreliable. 3. Garbage bags were not provided so once we ran out I had to go buy my own 4. The apartment was super cold and there weren’t enough blankets and the portable heater is broken. The insulation in the apartment is terrible. We had a toddler and a baby and it was super cold for both. 5. When I asked the host about the broken portable heater I was told not to use it because it consumes a lot of power. Why is that my problem? 6. Not enough extra towels or beddings in the apartment, I had to request for sofa bed beddings to be able to sleep and it only was done on the 2nd day so we slept without any beddings on sofa bed for 1st night 7. Heads up – The city tax and cleaning fee must be made in cash, it was never mentioned anywhere in the booking that only cash is accepted

Great space in a great location near the metro. Clean, filled with cooking supplies, and comfortable. Felt very safe as well. Thank you!

Pretty good

Nice little place. No shampoo/cond/shower soap and water was only hot for 1-2 minutes, but place was otherwise mostly comfortable. Somewhat challenging to figure out how to get in, but we did it. Great location. Pizza/pasta place down the street that you could see from the apartment window - yellow sign, was delicious!!!

The only thing that was a plus was air conditioning in each room. The shower did not have consistent water temp. The toilet button was not qorking to flush the toilet. Bath tub was unsafe to enter and exit. The bath towels were nice. Beds were hard. No streaming for TV. Wifi was good. Elevator was super small. They property we thought we booked was not what we received. We purposely booked to be by the subway.but we were ar from it.we wiyld not recommend this company at all.

There was a misrepresentation of their property, instructions were not clear, AC was not working they try to explain they did something but never showed up to change if it was working.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The property looks outdated versus the pictures displayed in Expedia. They show pictures of several different apartments but just one picture corresponds to this apartment. They pictures should clearly identify which apartment they belong to. I was told this was a VIP apartment but other pictures looked better than the one we got.

Lovely accommodation

Lovely apartment in a perfect location in the city. It was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was excellent too and we could leave our bags there before check in which was very helpful.

They charged extra for cleaning deposit. They charged extra for us when it said that it could accommodate four people.

Check in instructions are pretty vague. There was no one at the desk and the apartments are not numbered.

There was a bus stop right outside. Train station was a short walk away (10 minutes) 16 minute walk to Colosseum. Groceries around the corner, lots of cafes and restaurants around. Looks nothing like the photos, it is much smaller. The shower was tiny. There is a washing machine but it is on the balcony and looks dusty and I did not want to put my clothes in there.

The photos showing this property are deceptive. Although the property was very clean and the management receptive and helpful, the home itself was far from its description. The shower is very small and inadequate, although hot water was available. The kitchen is equipped with old dishes and utensils and not inviting to use. I did not even make tea or coffee and preferred not to use the kitchen, which was disappointing. The price for this apartment far exceeded its quality. I definitely do not recommend it. I would say what was good was its cleanliness, quietness, location, and gentleness of the neighbors who helped us retrieve the key at check in and carrying our luggage. Also the management was responsive when I asked for some solution to using the shower by opening its doors because it was very difficult to take a shower with ease. I am very sorry about this review, but I think it is necessary, especially as the photos are nothing like the apartment itself and the price quality ration is very poor.

I liked the proximity to the Colloseum. The hot water in the shower did not flow long enough if at all. The shower needs updating. The shower head needs changing.

Great apartment, great location. Connected by metro and bus. Laura was available at all times.

The location is perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean. I would go back.

Laura was very helpful checking us in. She gave us a lot of recommendations and tips for getting around the city, and helped with transportation to the airport. Plenty of space for 5 people, and was clean. Great for three days in Rome. Biggest issues were that the apartment was a bit far away from the main city center. If you don’t mind walking then it’s alright. Wifi wasn’t very good and the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Overall highly recommend for a short stay in Rome with a large group!

Pretty disappointed with this accomodation to be frank. Especially for the price point - luckily we got a huge discount on it, but pretty upset that we wasted our accumulation of points on this place and can't at all see how it is a VIP hotel! For starters the hotel is not at the location supplied to Expedia. When we book hotels for holidays we take into account the location and it's place near metro's/transport etc. The address was listed as directly opposite the metro but it was actually a good 10 minute walk away. Not at all what we were after in the middle of the Italian summer! The upkeep of the apartment was poor and it needs to be thoroughly cleaned and repainted at a minimum. If you plan on having a nice shower, forget about it! The shower is so small and claustrophobic that my husband couldn't even lift his arms up to wash his hair (and it was a push that I was able to) and we had to shower every day with the doors wide open and clean up the water after. The kitchen is okay, but lacks even minimal equipment...no cups, no spatula, no chopping board! Room was large, it has aircon, and a washing machine - probably the only positives we can think of.

Really good location a minute from di Rona Metro station makong the appartnent accessible to all the sites and Termini station. Jasmine was so helpful throughout our stay making us very welcome and providing great advice on where to eat and what to see. The appartment was clean and located on a quiet street. I would recommend highly.

This apartment was comfortable and simple. It was close to the metro and there was a coffee shop downstairs. The property managers were wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at M & L. The apartment was not as grand and spacious as the photographs but it was still a cozy space to spend several nights in. Great location near shopping, many good restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. Our host Jasmine was awesome. She made check in and check out very efficient and gave us lots of great recommendations to restaurants that we ended up loving. Having a washer in the apartment was also a great bonus!

The location is close to the subway with shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and spacious. We could even walk to the Colosseum in 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay here.

Was really a good place, for sure going back here in case I will plan another trip to Rome

Liked: Very clean. 10 Minutes walk to center. Secure building with helpful security. Spacious. 2 large bedrooms with AC. Comfortable. Nice outside terrace. Very friendly, helpful & informative greeting by Laura. Kitchen with oven & range. Fridge/Freezer. Local small shops. Not liked: Microwave & BBQ would have been nice. Cleaner switched off AC units. TV was a bit complicated. Takeaway companies wouldn't deliver. Taxi numbers provided didn't seem to work.

The property is quite close to metrorail. Jasmine is helpful. However, the aircondition of one of the rooms was down on our first night and for the next 3 nights, it was quite hot. We ended up opening the door of the adjacent room so that a bit of cool air flows to our bedroom.

Is a nice place to stay but consider another place if you have small children like me. The microwave didn’t work and we notified the lady and she set she ordered a new one but it will arrive on our check out date and also make sure if you are traveling with other friends or families ( my brother’s family) in my case that the apartments are close to each other because we had to walk to met every day like 10 min from one apartment to the other one. Except for that inconvenience everything else was excellent. A/C excellent specially if you ate traveling on summer and hot water , nice bed. Thanks

Fast to respond, beautiful place, near all the tourist attractions, within 30 minutes walking distance of you don’t mind walking to colosseum and Trevi Fountain and shops. Lots of local restaurants near by, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Had a lovely stay at M&L apartment. Jasmine was very helpful and friendly. Our appartment was very close to the metro which made it easy to travel around Rome. We were in a nice area next to shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The staff was excellent, Cecilia & Jasmine were very helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was close to the Metro and Coliseum. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and air conditioned.

The most amazing thing about this apartment is its location -- you barely have to cross a street from the San Giovanni metro stop. We walked to the Colosseum and Forum easily, and of course the San Giovanni Basilica is very close by. There is a grocery store and pharmacy and gelateria and other kinds of shops within a 2 block radius. Other big plusses: Air conditioning in the living room and also the bedroom made it bearable in late July. The building does turn it off at night, so we had to open windows at night to not absolutely swelter, even with electric fans. Also, Jasmin who checked us in was amazing with her recommendations and directions. I think she also upgraded us free of charge so that we would have more space with our young kids. All her suggestions for the city were spot-on. We didn't go out at night, but during the day we felt safe and comfortable in the area. Don't expect a luxury apartment; it was probably last renovated in the 70s. And the kitchen is only big enough for one person at a time. But everything worked and helped make our trip affordable. Close to everything

Great roomy apartment close to sites but not too many tourists. Great kitchen. Don't plan on washing too much in the washer and bring extra pins to hang your clothes out to dry on the line.

Great place

As an apartment there is no front desk. The communication and directions before hand were superb. When shown through the apartment I was given a map of Rome with everything I wanted to see and do. It made the short windows of time I had in the city so much easier. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. Don't understand why it got good reviews before because that was why I chose it. Property not in good area although close to metro station. Poorly maintained building and inside the apartment is also very bad. The door knob was broken and they blamed me for the damage. Never had such bad experience in my many years of travel.

Unexpected difficulties

I had to make unexpected payments (final cleaning), and the keys for luggage storage did not work properly. I also made airport travel reservations and at the end they did not arrive (my flight was delayed, but they ensure me that they were tracking it); this caused me a lot of problems.

Apartment with washing machine that does not work.

Washing machines is quite old one and did not work. After wash all clothes were wet and soapy. Also hot water in apartment is not sufficient for 3 person to bath. Third person will have to bathe in cold water. It takes 2 hours for 80 liter tank to heat up.

Good location, helpful staff

Clean, good condition, good location. I would recommend it. We were met by a staff member who let us into the apartment and she gave very helpful advice about Rome, market nearby and metro.

We stayed at Via Vercelli. Loved the location- it was so conveninent to the metro station and the surrounding neighborhood was very good as well. The M&L agent, Jasmine, let us check in early and walked us through a map of Rome along with a recommended itinerary, which was incredibly nice of her. They accepted credit card for the tourist tax and cleaning fees. The place itself was lovely, very clean, and had all the amenities we could need. Kitchen was nicely stocked.

Cute flat in the heart of Roma!

Nice flat. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Close to the metro train station. Nice coffee shop on main level of building. Easy to find.

Convenient location in a clean apartment

Nice comfortable appartment, that is 10minutes walk from the colosseum and a metro station; very convenient for family vacation. There is a 24/7 carrefour express, few minutes away from the place. Clean. We enjoyed our stay in it and in Rome.

Dreadful!

Didn’t get the apartment with bath that we wanted. Apartment 403, Via Appia Nuova is in need of a face lift. Blind was broken so could not raise it. So low on power points that bedside lamps, toaster, microwave cannot be plugged in conveniently, had to put them on a table in the lounge area to use the extension cable provided. Heaters don’t work. Spare pillows provided but no pillow slips. Small throw provided instead of spare blanket not big enough to cover bed. Tiny shower, bidet leaking, smell from drains. Air vents filthy! Noise from other apartments, flushing toilets, showers & general movement loud & traffic noise horrendous. This is such a dreadful shame as the location is so convenient for the Metro & trams. The only reason all of this did not ruin our stay was because we wouldn’t let it.

Nice place

Nice place, near the tube station and shops. It could be perfect if apartment where I was staying had a balcony... Staff absolutely brilliant, always available on the phone. Plus they have give me few tips which was very helpful during my trip.

Great apartment in a nice area of Rome

We like to travel independently as a family and often prefer to live like a local rather than staying in anonymous hotels, apartments often work out much cheaper also. We stayed in a lovely apartment at Via Gallia 96 on the 7th floor, we were welcomed by Veronica who gave us lots of useful information to help during our stay. The apartment was lovely, a small living area with galley kitchen and 2 big bedrooms with very comfortable large beds and very clean. We only ate in at breakfast and the kitchen was fairly basic, there were not really enough useful utensils to cook anything other than very basic. The location is good being 12 min walk to the metro at Re di Roma, or a 20 minute walk to the Coliseum, we felt very safe walking in the neighbourhood and enjoyed a nice meal plus drinks at the bar on the corner Robivecchio. Overall I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for an authentic living in the city experience.

37 Appia Nuova

I do not know about the other locations but the apartment at 37 Appia Nuova at Rome the A/C is disconnected at 9PM thru the morning. (We stayed in the hot summer in years!) They need to tell us before we booked and we decide. They inform about it the same day of our arrival...to late...The rest was OK. Comfortable and clean.

Nice appartment in great location

Nice, safe, modern with flare , well located appt. 12-min-walk to either Re de Roma or San Giovanni metro stations. 2-min-walk to grocery store (Carrefour 24/7), nice gelateria or bus 628 (centro turistico). 10-min-walk to Terme di Caracalla. The only thing: limited supply of cooking utensils and bowls.

We needed a base so we could visit the sites of Rome . This appartment gave us this in multitudes.

Easy to access. On-time and accurate attention, courtesy welcome with good local information. Although the apartment is not located in the city Center, it has EXCELLENT access to the tube station (1 min walk) and the bus station is in front of he building. Secure, convenient, spacious and clean. Would definitely recomended for 2-4 people stay.

Nice aparthotel close to certain touristy places

Location good. Very near Mrt. Thanks to both Cecilia n Silvia they are good host. Email reply very prompt even to the least important question. Overall was good and we enjoy our stay. Will definitely come back.

Be careful when booking. Confusing location

Disappointing and unclear. we booked the hotel through hotels.com, using the map supplied we booked what appeared to be an apartment close to the metro. When we arrived at the hotel on our check in date we were advised that we were at the wrong address (even though I used the address provided on hotels.com). The new address was nowhere near a metro. We were offered no assistance to get to the other address so needed to walk 20 minutes across Rome with 2 suitcases and a 7 month old baby in the middle of the day. We should have been provided with a taxi service given it was not our fault. We were sent a later email with the address of our apartment from Laura but this is unclear and does not tie in with the map available on hotels.com or on the app, which I used to find my way when I arrived in Rome. I think it is the hotels responsibility to make sure that the right information appears on hotels.com, but apparently when speaking to M&L apartments this is all my fault. Okay lol. The apartment at Via Gallia 96 was alright. Clean enough with good wifi. The shower was absolutely terrible though, enjoy the intermittent hot and cold showers you'll experience during your stay.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Before our stay at the Apartments, Laura emailed us directions on how to arrive at the apartment. The apartment is just down the street from a metro line and there is a grocery store close by as well. We were greeted warmly by Laura upon our arrival and she spent time going through instructions for the apartment as well as giving us suggestions on getting around and sightseeing. We liked that the apartment was just outside of all of the touristy areas, making it quiet and relaxing, but it was also close enough that we could walk to many of the main tourist attractions and sightseeing. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very family friendly. The wi-fi was fantastic and it was nice to have a kitchen to make a couple of meals and have some snacks on hand.

At First I had the wrong address, because it was the only one I found. But the apartment was clean and everything worked smoothly.

When you rent a room, it says on the website that you get the whole apartment for yourself. This is not true. There are several bedrooms which you must share common area with. There was almost no sound canceling, I heard the conversations of the people in other rooms and you can clearly hear when someone uses their toilet. Also there where people getting it on loud and clear several times a day. There were also a glass wall between two of the bedrooms, which was covered in black paper with tape to prevent insight. The shower and walls were also dirty. Overall not a pleasant stay.

El departamento es cómodo y bueno para el precio, tiene algunos detalles del uso pero en general mi experiencia fue buena. Está cerca de la estación de San Giovanni y es muy fácil llegar a cualquier lado.

Vraiment une des pires expériences, l’appartement ne corresponds pas à la description ni aux images. Le climatisation est gérée au niveau bâtiment. Je vous laisse pense ce que ça donne à 35 degrés dehors. J’ai eu un ventilateur de plus qui a rien fait en vrai.

Tuve una mala experiencia con la persona del alojamiento. Estaba paseando con mi familia y me insistía que le enviara mi tarjeta de crédito. Sin siquiera haber llegado al alojamiento. Tuve que dejarle el importe que cobran aparte en el alojamiento para que entrara cuando ya estábamos alojados. Lo cual no me parece correcto ya que estás rentando y no debería ingresar terceros mientras estás ahí. El alojamiento cumple con los servicios. Es algo viejo. Un poco falto de mantenimiento el baño ya que el cancel de la regadera se te va encima y es súper chiquito; pero todo limpio y ordenado.

Muito difícil de localizar a estadia, porém está em ótima localização, viemos do aeroporto até o local com um motorista que tinha sido indicado por ela, perfeito, super educado, nosso voo atrasou mais de uma.hpra e ele ficou aguardando, chegando no apto tinha toalhas penduradas no banheiro sujas, cama boa, ar condicionado difícil pois não somos quem controla, então fica quente quando eh para ficar frio e fica frio quando eh para ficar quente.

Everything was great

The accommodation was well located, there are many resturants and bars in the area. You can walk to the metro in a few minutes, making it very convient. The accommodation itself was ok. Some of the walls were modly, the bed linen was covered with strange stains, in the bathroom the tiles were already falling off the walls and it was also modly there. The were also no blankets bit only bed covers with a smelly woolen blanket.

Precio- calidad muy correcto. Ubicación muy buena ya que la estación de metro está a 50m. Supermercado cerca. El apartamento es fincional y tiene todo lo necesario.

Cuando reservé me dieron una dirección diferente a la que me aparecía en la reserva en la web, cuando reclamé me dijeron intentat cambiarla como "favor". Luego mencionaron varias veces el " uprade" que supuestamente nos habían hecho, intentando llevarse mérito cuando fue error suyo. Parece que al tener varios apartamentos no tienen bien indicado cuál es cuál, porque he leído más comentarios con error en la dirección. Poco antes de llegar al alojamiento la persona encargada de recibirnos me dijo estar enferma y que no iba a poder estar. Tuvimos que estar escribiéndola y llamándola, haciéndonos perder más de media hora esperando que nos diera indicaciones de cómo acceder al alojamiento. El alojamiento normalito como esperábamos al ser de los más baratos de Roma. Las fotos sí que están bastante retocadas para que parezca más amplio y más moderno. Pero la verdad es que estaba limpio y la comunicación para acceder al centro y sitios para visitar es muy buena. Para mí lo peor la gestión de la agencia.

Séjour de 5 jours agréable

Séjour convenable, appartement pas très bien entretenu (meubles cassés, frigo en état d'usage, chasse d'eau à revoir..etc) mais propre. Dommage que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas de 23h à 07h du matin surtout avec plus de 25°C en pleins mois d'août... Proche des transports en commun (métro et bus) et bien situé dans la ville en général.

appt une chambre, pas de problème particulier, nous étions 2, facilité pour le métro et bus à 100 m! pas de problème non plus d'eau chaude, mais attention, tous les équipements annoncés le sont suivant la grandeur réservée!.pas de balcon, pas de four, et une cafetière italienne d'1 personne. lit très confortable. bien pour un séjour à deux d'une semaine.

1. 숙소 위치: 저는 via gallia 96 을 예약했고 이것은 숙소 이름이 아니라 주소임을 로마에 가서 알게 되었습니다. 도착전에 몇번이고 메세지를 주고 받았지만 이 부분에 대한 언급이 없었고 저는 이탈리아 주소 체계를 몰랐기에 페이지에 나와있는 메인 주소에 가서 다시 예약한 숙소를 찾아가야만 했습니다. 2. 숙소 직원: 위에 언급한 문제로 호텔스 닷컴에 나와있는 주소에서 만난 리셉션의 직원이 정말 끔찍했습니다. 저를 보자마자 "노 잉글리쉬, 이탈리안" 이라고 말했고, 처음에는 깨닫지 못했지만, 이는 인종차별이었습니다. 저는 여러 아시아 국가를 비롯하여 스페인, 포르투갈, 프랑스와 같은 유럽의 비영어권국가를 여행해왔고 그들중 누구도 자기네 나라말을 쓸것을 강요하지 않았습니다. 직원의 영어실력은 상관없습니다. 언급한 나라들의 직원들중에도 영어를 구사하지 못하는 직원은 있었지만 그들은 모두 저를 적극적으로 돕고싶어했습니다. 이 끔찍한 리셉션의 젊은 남자 직원은 나를 정말 돕기싫어했고, 제가 구글 번역어플로 한국어를 번역한 이탈리아어를 보여주자 자신은 일본어를 못한다며 보고싶어 하지않아 했습니다. 당연히 일본어를 보여준 일은 없었고, 그는 단지 저를 귀찮아했을 뿐입니다. 그는 마치 아시아 언어를 접하면 오염이라도 될것 처럼 굴었고 이러한 인종차별의 경험은 제가 로마에서 있었던 모든 즐거운 경험으로도 덮히지 않았습니다. 그는 내가 만나본 모든 종류의 숙벅업소 직원중 가장 역겹고 끔찍했습니다.-이후 저는 로마를 이야기 할때마다 이 직원이 벌인 인종차별을 언급하게 될 것입니다.- 그는 결국 나의 담장자를 연결해 주었고 담당직원인 마담 Laura는 친절했으며 저를 최대한 도와주려고했지만 주소문제로 오후 일정을 모두 취소해야했습니다. 3. 숙소: 첫인상은 깔끔했고 침대가 넓은것과 엘리베이터가 설치된 것이 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 위치가 관광을 하기에 적합하지않았고(버스정류장이 근처에 있었지만 로마의 버스는 자주 연착되어 저는 한번도 관광지에 예상한 시간에 도착 한 적이 없습니다) 욕실이 너무 좁아 샤워하기 매우 불편했습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 옆방에서 발생하는 모든 소리가 들린다는 것인데, 특히 물을 사용할 때마다 제 방에서는 끔찍한 소리가 들렸습니다. 특히 옆방에서 화장실 변기를 사용했을 때, 그 끔찍한 냄세마저 제 방으로 들어와서 저는 마치 남의 집 화장실에서 자고있는것 같은 생각이 들었습니다. 첨부한 사진은 이 모든 끔찍한 물소리가 났던 제 방에 설치된 하얀 박스인데 아마 수도가 이쪽으로 연결된것 같습니다.

Not really as it was in the photo. They own many apartments in Rome, so you don't necessarily get the one you have seen. Also, getting the keys was not as convenient as it should have been. The place itself wasn't nice. Needs a cleaning and paint.

Mejorar comunicación de ubicación y ent. de llaves

Relativamente cerca de transportes y muy cómodo y muy equipado para ahorrar usando la cocina. Podrían mejorar un poco el mantenimiento de los duchadores y desagües. En líneas generales es un 8. Lo realmente malo es que no coincida la ubicación del MAPS de la página donde dice "Como llegar" a donde realmente debemos ir y la comunicación debería ser mejor para evitar problemas logísticos e incertidumbre además de perdida de tiempo y dinero. Las chicas de la limpieza un amor y muy empáticas con las circunstancias es pero en lineas generales es un 8

Nos quedamos sin electricidad y sin luz durante un día entero y porque nos íbamos al día siguiente, no nos dió una solución, la comida que teníamos en la nevera se estropeó por dicho problema, por no hablar de estar 3h en el mcdonalds para tener bateria en los móviles! PATETICO!!!!!! La única luz que entraba en el apartamento era la de la calle, y de noche NADA!
