Very nice place, clean and had everything we needed. Had a 2 queen room and there are windows between shower and bedroom which is weird, so we bough tape & newspapers that cover.

The beds were changed regularly which was nice. The room and bed was large. No laundry was difficult. Check in and check out was easy. The cafe is cash only and there was no sign to explain this. Overall good but not incredible. It worked for us since our needs were low.

The property was central and very close to transit.

El hotel es muy acogedor y familiar, además que bastante tranquilo. Me daba miedo porque me tocó una habitación en la planta baja y no quería que fuese ruidosa, pero al contrario, muy silenciosa. El desayuno y el recepcionista genial! Aunque la habitación individual sea algo pequeña, es muy cómoda para una persona. El único fallo que podría poner es que la lámpara pequeña de noche cercana a la cama no funcionaba, pero por lo demás perfecto.

Avoid staying in this hotel. It is not safe. I saw drunk men urinating in the courtyard entrance to the rooms when i was getting in and there were loud noises impossible to sleep most nights. Safety is a high concern. The front desk is open only till around 2 pm.

No elevator. Hot rooms upstairs. A proprietor who seems to enjoy arguing with people.

Location is good

Small quaint rooms, Great Location, Parking was manageable. Flexible enough. I'd have given 5 stars, but the Manager was a bit Grumpy. But it all worked.

Rude cockroach motels

The area itself was fine, close to bakeries and the metro, what was not fine is the rude gentlemen who was working receptionist, absolutely rude and no help in regarding our daughter who was in a wheelchair. Accessible means you have to get the room on ground floor, no elevator. Also the ramp that is for wheelchairs ends at a parking lot, so making it extra hard to exit the ramp with cars parked right there. Ridiculous! Cockroaches in the room also! Nope, would never stay here again, you have been warned!

10 day trip into Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. This hotel was, by far, the worst. Put my 87 year old father on the second floor and there was no elevator. The caretaker was extremely rude. The continental breakfast was a joke. It was, however, very convenient to catch public transportation. The room itself was fine but the other factors grossly outweighed the room quality. I would definitely not suggest, ever, spend their hard earned vacation dollars at this location. In fact, i should contact Hotels.com and request a refund. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe for many years and have not encountered this level of unacceptable service yet. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this facility as an option as it tarnishes my confidence in using this site. Hotels.com please feel free to contact me and we can discuss my refund.

Just a quick stopover for the football, and this hotel was ideal. Automatic check in machine that dishes out the room keys. Very clean and modern inside. No complaints at all.

The hotel is modern and location is great, however, the room size is the smallest I have ever seen and not ideal for more than 1 person.

Nice hotel super convenient to U-Bahn station

We were greeted with professionalism. We had single rooms which were clean and comfortable. The entrance to the U-Bahn was steps away from the front door. One of our rooms had a dangerously high step on tile (slippery when wet) to enter the walk in shower was the only bad thing. Breakfast was really good.

Far from a first choice.

Wanted hotel close to Hauptbahnhof. (Oktoberfest was on.) Taxi journey (very wet night) cost Euro 15. Next day used U-Bahn. Automated entry/reception. Late arrival but luckily found pleasant restaurant nearby.

very unprofessional service!

I arrived at the hotel, to an automated check in, my details came up on screen but got message to use an intercom to call to speak to reception. I was told, they had double booked. They had cancelled my room and had not informed me at all. I was left to book other accommodation on my phone standing outside in the rain. MK hotel was very unapologetic and refused to help me find another accommodation.

This hotel is fine for a short stay

There wasn't anyone at reception, so I used the automatic machine. The room was very basic and I couldn't find any instructions for the wi-fi. Breakfast is ok, but again, there wasn't someone waiting here, taking your room number, so it took a good 5 minute for me together my tea. That being said, the room was clean, the location is great, so this hotel is great for a quick stay.

Arrived after reception had closed and used the self check in kiosk. Hotel is right by the metro stop. Room was on the Tokyo/London side as far as size and bathroom layout. Bedding was covered in hair from the previous guest but no reception to bring the issue to. It was probably a one off housekeeping oversight but still a bit gross. Dirty bedding aside; for the price point and location I'll look at a place closer to city center next time.

Good value basic hotel

Pleasant stay at a budget hotel near the centre of town and right next to a great jazz club. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quiet. Very close to the underground and bus stop. Great value and I would recommend it.

the place is way too expensive for what it offers, and the personnel is very very rude, didn’t even have us a key, we had to talk to him for him to open, each time we got back to the room, in check out we were still on time, and they kept entering the room, for cleaning.

Quartos muito limpos e organizados, com bom espaço interno. O atendimento foi muito cordial e eficiente. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende muito bem. O estacionamento é pequeno, mas haviam vagas disponíveis todos os dias. Recomendo o hotel, pois tem um ótimo custo-benefício e é próximo ao transporte e ao centro da cidade.

Zimmer sehr klein, aber fast alles da. Würde mir noch eine kleine Garderobe bzw. Haken für die Jacke wünschen; blöd diese in das "Regal" zu der anderen Kleidung zu hängen wenn nass. Praktisch, ruhig, sauber, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Personal freundlich - alles gut !

L'hotel si trova in una zona comoda per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi o coi mezzi. La stanza è essenziale ma luminosa e pulita, ideale per soggiorni di qualche giorno. Il chek-in/chek-out elettronico ci ha dato qualche problema ma chiamando al numero indicato il problema è stato risolto e abbiamo ottenuto la chiave scheda. Avremmo preferito che gli asciugameni venissero cambiati ogni giorno invece che ogni due. C'è un parcheggio nel cortile molto comodo che si paga a parte (12 euro a notte). Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione e quindi non possiamo giudicare. Nel complesso l'hotel è sicuramente consigliabile

Area was a spot on close to everything. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Beds was good! But. The air conditioning is something horrible and jesus lord the bedroom with too small sliding door was a total joke. If you’re able to find out the things by yourself, ok! If the technology doesn’t work - good luck!

Schöne zentrale Lage. Leider hatte der Fernseher keine Funktion. OK musst dich nicht dringend habe, weil ich nur eine Nacht da war…aber trotzdem schade. Dusche hat sehr lange Vorlaufzeit bis es Warm wird…geht viel Wasser weg…

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Dass die Rezeption nur bis 14h geöffnet ist und selbst in dieser Zeit schlecht erreichbar ist nicht gut.

Klare Empfehlung für einen Kurztrip. Hatten mit zwei Kindern das Vierbettzimmer. Waren zufrieden. Sauberkeit war ok. Lage war super.

Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch. Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, Handtücher und Utensilien vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Zimmer allerdings etwas nüchtern. Im Bad gibt es einige Ecken, die renoviert oder gründlich gereinigt werden sollten. Und es ist nicht geeignet für Paare, die sich nicht lange kennen, denn trotz geschlossener Tür hat man im Bad wenig Privatsphäre 😉

Unfreundliches Personal, Gesamtzustand unterdurchschnittlich

Das Beste an dem Hotel war die Lage am Max-Weber-Platz. Ansonsten: Zimmer ungemütlich und schlecht gereinigt, offene Dusche, die bei Benutzung zwangsläufig zu Überschwemmungen im ganzen Bad führt, kein Service. Der Versuch, auf digitale Prozesse zu setzen, ist kläglich gescheitert. Weder Check-in noch Check-out haben online funktioniert, der Check-in-Automat ist nicht angeschlossen, die Rezeption fast nie besetzt. Eine einzige Katastrophe.

Kühles Zimmer

Zimmer war ungeheizt, daher Nachts etwas kühl. Musste zum Schlafen Pullover anziehen. Hätte gerne Zimmer mir Maestro Karte bezahlt um Gebühren zu sparen. Beim auschecken war aber die Belastung bereits auf der Kreditkatte abgebucht, die ich eigentlicj lediglich als Sicherheit bei der Reservation angegeben hatte.

Lediglich die Lage ....positiv!

Badezimmer sehr klein, schwer gängige Schiebetür, Handtuchhalterung defekt (kam aus der Wand), Wasser stand auf dem Boden nach dem Duschen. TV zwar vorhanden, das Schauen war jedoch nur im Stehen möglich aufgrund der sehr ungünstigen Befestigung des Fernsehers

Rent mindre værelse midt i Munchen

Hotellet ligger i en gård væk fra Einsteinstrasse, hvor der normalt vil være en en del trafik. Vi overnattede tre døgn under Covid-19 nedlukningen. Der var absolut ingen støj. Bilen stod sikkert parkeret i gården. Der er dog kun plads til fem biler. Check in foregår elektronisk i en opstillet boks. Dejlig morgen-buffet i et lokale med afspilning af behagelig jazz. Så trods nedlukningen og de mange restriktioner var det en god oplevelse.

Not the best choice if you need to work from your room.

Zimmer in Ordnung, aber nur für Paare oder enge Freunde geeignet, da eine Bettseite an der Wand und Bad sehr hellhörig und "durchsichtig". Zimmer sonst schlicht und einfach, völlig ausreichend. Nur leider wieder kein (teures) Feierabendbierchen aus dem Automaten - der frißt das Geld, die Dose bleibt stecken! Sehr nah am Klinikum rechts der Isar, und es gab sogar einen Parkplatz, super!

Alles soweit in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war sauber. Groß genug und mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der Check In: Rezeption ist nur bis 14 Uhr besetzt danach nur mit Automat möglich ( der Touchscreen reagiert nicht korrekt, konnte aber über Hotline geklärt werden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Flasche Wasser geben würde.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhiges Hinterhofgebäude. Parkplätze im Hof. Kein Fahrstuhl.

Innenstadtnahe Unterkunft mit ansprechendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider kein Hinweis, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, deshalb war das schöne Zimmer im 2. Stock durch Gehbehinderung nur mühsam beziehbar.

Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und SKY Fernsehn auf dem Zimmer. Schlechter unpersönlicher Service und kein Frühstück inkl. (entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung)

Besonders gut war die Lage und der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Angenehm und funktional

Sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhof gelegen; für mich top-Lage, da nur wenige Gehminuten von dem Restaurant entfernt, in das ich eingeladen war. Tipp für Jazzfreunde: Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich die "Unterfahrt", Münchens einschlägiges Jazzhotel. Ansonsten: Ein- und Auschecken digitalisiert, sehr übersichtlich gemacht, klappte sofort!

Hotel was in renovation so it was hard to get a proper experience. Staff pretty cold

Im Hotel finden Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Ich habe am Voarabend ein Konzert gespielt und wollte vor meinem Weiterflug nach Asien gerne ausschlafen. Dass ich als Gast bei der Buchung nicht darüber informiert wurde, dass um 8:00 Uhr Bauarbeiten im Flur vor meinem Zimmer beginnen ist nicht aktzeptabel.

Das Hotel ein eigentlich ein schöner Ort. Es liegt im Hinterhof und damit trotz Lokalisation an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ruhig. Mein Zimmer war klein, mit moderner Anmutung, sauber, hell und mit einem guten Bett ausgestattet. Das Frühstückkaffee strahlte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Der Check-in geschieht ab 14:00 Uhr durch einen Automaten, der leider gleich die bereits bezahlte Übernachtung nochmals meiner Kreditkarte belastet hat. Eine Rückbuchung war vor Ort nicht möglich. Gegenwärtig finden im Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, die meine Nachtruhe bereits kurz nach 6:00 Uhr beendet haben. Verständnis Information oder Ausgleich gab es dafür hotelseitig nicht.

Hotel nel complesso pulito, tranquillo. Pessimo il giudizio sul personale: assolutamente scortese, ai limiti della maleducazione. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più.

部屋はきれいで衛生的。2泊したけど掃除もとても行き届いてました。何と言っても地下鉄の駅からとても近くて移動に便利でした。中庭があって静かでロケーションもよかった。
