Horrible service and staffs. Never go back this hotel.
Wonderful hotel to start our honeymoon in! The room was up to date, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed walking around and exploring Ginza/Tokyo from this hotel. The service was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
Could done better with check in
Nice location. Close to GINZA. Staff are friendly.
The room is small and ild condition for a 4 stars hotel.
High Tier Business Hotel - Family Friendly
Our second or third time staying in this chain. It’s a mid range family/tourist friendly hotel with multiple bed options. I feel like the facility felt more updated than before, but there is always a layer of dust on the reading light and bed head light fixtures, lol. EVERY TIME. Bedding was fine. Toilet had a lot of black mold on the left side where the water comes out. Service was overall great. Check in staff was very sweet and helpful. Check out staff was a little gruff and spoke less English (talk man who kept sighing and saying something in Japanese low tone not sure what he was saying). There was so much luggage they were holding when we were leaving in the lobby, that we ended up just taxing out to our next hotel for luggage hold. Breakfast was much better than expected, and was quite delicious despite limited variety. 2 combo laundry machines in the laundry facility. One night was crowded and one night wasn’t. Public bath was a plus, and I used it at 6:00 am so it was near empty. Overall, we will stay again if we are in the area and if this is the best option, but wish they would up their cleaning for the toilet hygiene and dusting in the room.
Hotel is in a great area, friendly staff, however hotel rooms are a bit old.
Great
Great hotel
Love the stay
It’s near a metro exit & walkable around Ginza. Our room is not that big but not tiny either. Staff are helpful & accommodating. It’s in a relatively quieter area which is a much needed retreat from the sensory overload that is Tokyo.
The location is great, close to subway, luxury shopping and restaurants. The staff service was wonderful. The rooms can have better layout. I booked a premium queen room but not exactly premium compared to American brand hotel. But It did the job.
No parking
The location is just excellent. Higashi Ginza takes you both Narita and Haneda airport. Walking distance to Tsukiji. Location is super nice. The room is rather small. Bathroom sink is super low, I’m 5’3” and felt very low. My husband is 6’ he needed to knees down to use the sink. Furniture everything was small. Breakfast was their weak point. Semi-buffet and force you to pick from three options. They were not tasty at all. I recommend only book rooms, no need to add breakfast. Staff were nice and clean.
Centrally located
great location in the middle of Ginza district, business-type hotel, small room suitable for 1 person hardly (I was alone myself)-toothbrush with toothpaste were missing
Great breakfast
Great property and super convenient for Ginza
Great place to stay. Really enjoyed the location and the staff were lovely.
Unlike other hotels, Mitsui Garden Hotel was spacious and we did not feel cramped in the room. Loved the facilities, and look forward to returning again.
Thnx
Helpful check-in after a full day's travel. Quiet in the room, enjoyed the location and overall an excellent stay. Thank you.
Quiet, friendly and convenient.
very convenient location with ginza shops and restaurants within walking distance and right next to higashi ginza station with a lift!
Location is good
Nice staff
The space in the room is very limited. The food is average, the buffet is not that good. The location on the other hand is great, close to ginza street and subway stations.
Much better than the Mitsui garden hotel premier… last time I stayed in premier and the bathroom silicone was all moldy
All good but the bathroom has a foul odor after a while if not in use.
Made you check in terminal even with staff doing nothing. Hard pillows
Short family stay
Firstly , we were not allowed to check in even 15 mins early. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room is just not sufficient. We told the front desk and they had the engineers check and we were told it was normal. The room was warm and absolutely no airflow at all. We had a triple room which was an average size for Tokyo. Location is fine , nearest metro is a few minutes walk away. I'll stay elsewhere in the future.
Very good hotel! Excellent breakfast!!
Nice and upscale property at a great location for food and shopping. Also super close to multiple train stations and subways. Recommend getting the breakfast too.
Great hotel
Super nice staff. Hotel is clean and quiet and in a great location.
Recommend this hotel to everyone.
The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to the Tokyo metro system, making it a perfect choice for travelers. However, a minor inconvenience is the limited availability of laundry machines, with only two in the hotel which are often busy. It would be greatly appreciated if more laundry machines and an ice machine could be added to the building for guests' convenience.
This property was very nice, clean and in a great walkable location to Ginza. The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we had while on our 10 day trip to Japan. We would highly recommend this property and absolutely stay there again!
Convenient hotel, great staff, need room upgrade
Loved the hotel’s location as it’s walkable to shops in the Ginza area with a convenient store right across the street. Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I booked two rooms and appreciate their staff making sure my two rooms were next to each other! We stayed in moderate double rooms and they need an upgrade - carpets were grimy and the bathrooms smelled.
Very good location. Has everything you need
Feel like this is the budget line of Mitsui garden
Nice rooms great service and right on Ginza!
An expensive budget hotel
The toilet is small and no water is provided. Slippers has only one size.
The hotel is a bit old but in general everything is okay.
It’s in a convenient location. The room was perfectly adequate. Nice place for a business trip.
We were here for 6 night. It was a lovely stay. The location was very convenient and also close to lots of restaurants.
Convenient location and great air conditioning. Good amenities but need more washer and dryers, two for a hotel that size is not enough.
Very good access to shopping and other attractions.
Clean rooms , close to train station. Close to shopping
위치 좋고, 직원분들도 친절해요.
Close to metro station and ginza 6 mall
Excellent customer service.
One of the best hotels in Tokyo! Onsen was great after a long day of walking and shopping. Size of the room was spacious and comfortable. Location served well for our purpose.
Clean and spacious.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Lovely facilities Room a bit small but to be expected in Japan but comfy enough for 2 people Great amentities in the room including chromecast, Phone cables, pjs Close to shops and trains
Would stay again
Fantastic place to stay, almost a New York feel to the place, helpful and friendly staff. Would be happy to stay there again. The room was a pretty decent size and well done out.
Pretty good. Would go here again.
Tokyo stay
Its average Tokyo hotel, good to stay for location. Staff are extremely nice, go above and beyond. We have issue with shower.
Great location in Ginza that’s walkable to shopping, eating, and mass transit. Rooms were nicely sized for Tokyo, staff was super helpful and kind and the hotel has numerous onsite amenities we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.
I thought it was a little overpriced.
Mitsui Garden Awesome hotel! Great service! Walking distance to the fish market and high end shopping. Our hotel room was very clean. They also do luggage transfers to other hotels and it arrives there the next day. Storage for luggage was also another plus. We kept some luggages at the hotel when we left for Osaka for a few days, which was complimentary, no charge. I was also able to leave our luggages with the hotel prior to our 9pm flight back to the US, while we walked around Ginza without having told lug them around the whole time. This hotel has complimentary toothbrushes, hand towels, combs, so no need to pack those. We got the moderate room with extra bed. The room had 3 full size beds (US sizing). I would define stay here again. The only downside was that they only had 2 washer/dryer machines, so unable to do laundry because it was always occupied when I tried. Overall, this is a great hotel for families.
Stay here every year it’s amazing :)
I cannot compliment the staff enough -- they are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be helpful. The room I stayed in was super clean and the room service was phenomenal in keeping it that way during my week-long stay. The hotel is in a great location with several subway entrances close by and also a multitude of dining options, too -- plus a late-night Lawson just a block away. Highly recommended! A Look forward to coming back soon!
Satisfied Stay
It’s a pleasure stay (clean and proper) but late check out will be chargeable.
Very convenient from airport and shopping
Superior staff
Very good hotel in great location
Very convenient location . Great to have a proper onsen in the hotel for relaxing after shopping
Great staff and helpful. We did love our stay here.
We had enjoyed during staying at the hotel. Thank you!
I will stay here every time I am in Tokyo
Location was good but everything was not good
Great for family stay
This hotel is Great for family stay. One of the greatest hotels in central Tokyo area.
very good
Convenient stay in Ginza
Convenient location in Ginza and easy to get around using the metro. The Hotel room (standard) was quite small, and very humid. The public bath, consisting of a hot pool, was nice. Gym is small, no free weights.
Everything was good
Stayed four nights, the room was clean, had all the amenities that you would need for staying: free daily bottles of water, USB/phone charger, a freezer, toiletries, and also a public bath to enjoy! A great location to enjoy Ginza, a nearby subway station can take you everywhere also. The property is well kept and we really had a comfortable stay.
A great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza. Check-in was quick and the staff was helpful. We found the room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. We definitely recommend this hotel.
It was almost perfect to stay at this hotel except there were children running around on our upper floor for 2 nights, but it wasnt hotels control. Very close to shopping areas and restaurants, highly recommended!
Excellent hotel
The hotel is fantastic. Clean, great location, highly recommend.
Located at the main 5 chome. Surrounded by eateries, shopping arcade and nearby to train station. Room and bed is comfortable and clean.
Super convenient location, very friendly staff, and clean room and facility.
Hotel well located!
We stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome in November. It was steps from the subway and very easy to get to from Haneda. The self-check in and check out were very convenient and easy to use. The toiletries by the front desk allowed us to grab what we needed at any time. It rained a few days and umbrellas were provided by the front door. The 7/11 and Lawson by this location were also great. The rooms were very quiet and clean. Would stay here again.
convenient hotel in Ginza
Hotel is very convenient for shopping, sightseeing, talking subway. Hotel room is very functional even though it’s small. Enjoyed the stay there
The three-bed-in-a-room feature is nice and unique.
A very nice and clean hotel with a public bath for hotel guests. The men's bath was under repair for most of our stay, but it was an enjoyable experience the one time we were able to use it.
Nice hotel, great location
Awesome location, great service. Decent restaurant that satisfied our travel-weary needs on night one. Breakfast options are nice, and there are coffee shops and convenience stores on the block for alternatives.
Bathroom had bad smell
Good
The hotel is well located in Ginza. The metro station is nearby. Across the street, there is a Lawson. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Mitsui Garden.
Excellent location and nice hotel. Staff at reception very helpful. Room was decent size too. Cons: Cleaning staff - very poor job cleaning daily No room service. Overall very good hotel and i would recommendations
It is quite easy to go shopping and very convenient for all the restaurants.
Nice hotel and staff, but not their breakfast.
Overall this is nice hotel. Nice rooms, nice lobby and front desk area and very friendly staff. Hotel is clean and excellent, quiet location close to subway stations! One thing I would do next time is not book the breakfast package which was $30 USD for two daily. They serve drip coffee that did not taste good, did not have sweetener—so I had to bring my own coffee and sweeter for the next 6-days. Plus, it was a very basic breakfast and nothing was cooked on-site. If I stayed at this hotel again, I would walk diagonally across the street to the Aloft Hotel and pay $40 USD for two and have a much better buffet breakfast each morning.
Great stay in lovely rooms
Lovely property close to dining, transport
Room was ready by 1pm. Situated in Tokyo's Ginza district, this hotel sits within walking distance of several subway stations and restaurants. Wekk-kept with its own restaurant, laundry facilities and guest-baths.
Good location. Nice rooms. They need a better breakfast and it would be nice if they had a bar
Right in the middle of the action during the day, super quiet at night. 10 minute walk to the fish market, 10 minute walk to some of the best shopping in the world. Metro/subway footsteps away. Perfect
Close to subway and shopping area but lack of food around. No shower cap.
