Excellent service with an amazing restaurant attached on the top floor.

Modern with a view

Clean and modern. Beds super comfortable and staff made everything easy from booking massages to getting transportation in the city. This is U.S. standard in all the right ways with a beautiful top floor restaurant.

If you happen to be in LaPaz this is a great hotel, great position, the hotel itself has also an amazing restaurant with view!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to speak both Spanish and English well. Great restaurant here. Will definitely return to this hotel. Overall excellent experience.

We arrived around 11am, luckily there is a room available for us. The staff provides us with breakfast for the next day due to our early flight. The restaurant with the view and the food is very good. I would share this hotel with my friends who will be visiting La Paz, Bolivia.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was quick and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was okay, about a 20 minute walk from the main tourist sites. The hotel has a restaurant w amazing views. Breakfast buffet is included and includes eggs, bread, pastries, fruit, and juice, coffee, and tea. Overall a good value and great stay.

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Stayed one night. Check in with Clara was great! Internet was great! Room condition was great! I did not like the music in the hallway by the elevators on the 4th floor. You will hear your neighbors. Be prepared for room inspections and waste 5-7 minutes before you will check out—this hotel will count towels and pillows to make sure you did not steal. The area was great! There is a market not far away. You can walk to Telegerico station named: "Obelisco," which is around 20-25 minutes. I loved the cable cars! What a beautiful experience! I did not try breakfast in the hotel but took pictures—looks very basic. The view from the restaurant over the city looks amazing! 4 out of 5

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The view on the 8th floor for dining was phenomenal. The breakfast was simple, continental style, but was delicious. The hotel was very modern and the staff spoke both English and Spanish. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing

Our stay at Mitru for a total of three nights was amazing. They went above and beyond to help with taxi service, having breakfast to go if you’re unable to be around for breakfast, and any other inquiry. The service was great and the hotel was safe and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is also really close to the town center such as Plaza De Murillo.

My friends and I were lucky to meet this amazing, supportive team of staff in this hotel, who have helped us contact multiple restaurants for reservations and answered our inquiries patiently. The room is also comfortable with everything we expected included.

Everything inside the hotel truly exceeded my expectations however when you arrive after 9 pm there is no way to get food delivered to your room. I was so hungry so I had to eat snacks. Not a good idea when you have high blood pressure. Anyway I would come back again

Liked that the staff were very helpful and wake-up calls happened. Very tidy, excellent views from 8th floor restaurant and restaurant staff spoke good English which was a total bonus.

This is an excellent property. It's modern and clean. Staff was just excellent. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She got us the room super early cause our flight got in at 6am. The restaurant at the top of the building has a panoramic view of La Paz. You don't even need to go any where to get the perfect view of the city. The breakfast was excellent for the price. The wi-fi was excellent. The hot shower never ran out. I would love to suggest to any one to check out this property.

Really generous about early check-in. Great location in terms of closeness to bus station and airport. Nice sized room and bathroom. Heating control was not working and room was too hot. Waitress at restaurant got snappy about her mistake in terms of ingredients in a dish, with very low empathy about food intolerances. Situation got so uncomfortable that I had to ask her not to be aggressive.

Everything was okay except it was very loud. The constructions, every passing cars, dogs barking you could hear from the room.

We stayed 1 night in February - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. The room was fabulous - clean and modern, with excellent in-room facilities including the bathroom. But as discussed with operations manager, we encountered substantive issues during our stay on the 7th Floor. This can surely be a 5-rated stay for many guests, even if it wasnt for us. Hopefully, the hotel will be able to report in its comments that it has taken steps to resolve the particular issues that we encountered.

I booked 2 nights at Mitru Express during my stay in La Paz. The standard room was big, clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good location, most attractions are walkable.

Excellent hotel in a so-so area. You can clearly tell the hotel is new by quality of the furniture and beds.

I checked out a week early because of altitude sickness and they charged me for a week I didn't stay. They refunded 137 bucks. It's dishonest.
