Convenient, hotel even has its own restaurant by the lobby and there’s dining options outside the hotel.

This hotel with the staff and proximity to so much, never disappoints.

The employees were very helpful, and it was a nice clean hotel.

Exceptional staff

Its a clean property w parking. Its adjacent a nice restaurant...and Carl's Jr (if you like that). Also very close to the main boulevard without all the noise at night. Front desk could be friendlier, but overall very attentive.

Bathroom very small. Hallways smell like cigarettes.

Convenient to walk to doctor and dentist appointments. TIJ airport is only 15 minutes away and easy to get an Uber. I stay here often and have seen the hotel go downhill. Negatives, rude female at check in, lots of hallway noiseall day and night, plus the sink was very slow draining and shower was not scrubbed. Positives, housekeeping staff is nice, restaurant is good, conveniently located to restaurants, safe, and well-priced. I will stay again, already have next month's reservation made, but I wish there was a better option.

They do not have a streeming televisions, so you can not conect and wach Neflix Amazon Prime. HBO etc,

Noisy. I had to switch the first room given to me because the room was very small and no windows. I was then given another room, same size but with a window. I will not return.

Weird loud noise in the walls , reported to front desk and they did not care. Cold water does not work and so the hot water burned me . Young man at front desk ws rude and overworked and rude

It’s a good place, and located in a good area but Front desk employees and cleaning staff are rude not friendly at all.

Clean. Comfortable. Staff was great. Good restaurant on the premises. Rooms are tiny. Walls are paper thin. NOT sound-proof at all.

Television internet is not reliable. Had difficulty viewing Youtube channel three times in 3 days.

Close to Revolution ave

Walkable to Revolution Ave. On site parking. Clean room. Bedsheets in good condition and no stains. I guess since guest are required to sign an agreement to maintain the bedsheets in good condition, otherwise, you'll be charge for any mishaps. Bed was comfortable. Good selection of tv channels with HBO. No trouble or inconvenience during check-in/out.

Everything was ok

hotel room is nice & clean . But staff are very rude , ask for one thing and they give you attitude . Prices change on every visit . Went one week it was x-amount and went the next week and price was elevated

Noisy Corridor water sink clogged shower no pressure at Mission 11

No hospitality, it is less than a motel, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are dirty, there is no towels whatsoever, the drain in the shower won’t drain, the water runs into the room, there is no phone in the room, AC doesn’t work, TV doesn’t work, there is no staff to complain to. The worst experience I have ever had at a motel if you can call it that. I wonder why the place stays busy it is not that cheap there are much cheaper motels in TJ charging half the price. Extremely disappointed

Good nice clean place

Property was cleaner and more well kept than I expected. Housekeepers were very professional. Great options to eat around area. Parking was small but we never had an issue. Security was very helpful

Nice lobby, location, but terrible rooms. The room we got didn’t have a window, had yellowish sheets and towels, and had a moldy shower. Pictures were definately deceiving.

Be very careful they have several rooms with no ventilation, no windows. They do not explain anything about it. The bathroom is very small can't close the door! I will give a 2 stars.

This hotel is not in the tourist center as stated, but not too bad a walk. The distance is what makes it's very good rates possible. I found the shower temperature hard to regulate. The one real hassle is the wifi: now you have it, now you don't.

La manager de ese lugar que está por la mañana o la encargada es un verdadero peligro mal servicio despota grosera y abusiva con los precios de las cosas q venden ahí los de la recepción dicen un precio y si ella escucha lo cambia intenta robarte en todos los aspectos

I accidentally made my reservation for the wrong day. The front desk told me they couldn’t help and had to call Expedia. When Expedia tried to call the hotel the receptionist ‘Leslie’ hung up on the first agent because she couldn’t understand her, I had to do the whole process all over again with a Spanish representative from Expedia so they could talk to her and she never answered the phone. After 2 hours of waiting I decided to take the loss and book another hotel room, when we arrived to the room it smelt disgusting like sewage & there was a half drank water bottle on the night stand. We went back down to reception & she gave us another room that had 3 black stains on the sheets & a yellow stain on the comforter. Long dark hairs were found on the other bed but at that point we were so tired we had to use my 2month old baby’s blankets to sleep on the bed. Absolutely disgusting hotel & staff.

Uncomfortable and Dirty Hotel.

Bed smelled like awful sweat. Hallway light can infiltrate in rooms due to lack of proper door dust blocker. Sound can be heard from everywhere, neighbors can be heard talk and TVs. Bathroom had hairs from previous guests. Picture are real but untill you can experience the place you would see what i am talking about.

It is a new and modern, reasonably priced, elevator building hotel in zona centro. Convenient, comfortable, great staff.

Nice hotel, good location, room clean, those are the only good things I can say, one thing I didn't like is the girl in the reception, did not gave back my credit card, I was leaving, I told her is that my card card she looked at me and she look serious and said o yes here. I was suspicious how she looked at me. Another thing I didn't like is the night club/Bar they have down stairs music was very loud, people singing screaming after midnight, dogs burking in the middle of the night, and the next morning people playing loud music, could not sleep comfortably.

This is a good Hotel to spend a night or a couple of days. The food area attention is pretty bad, but the Lobby attention is good.

The bathroom was too small and the shower head was ready to fall off.

Convenient location, always clean

Our room was clean. We stayed on the first floor after exciting the elevator there was a horrible smell of rott coming out of the first room even with the door closed. Who knows what it was but it was pretty bad. Room was basic but clean. Out ac kept clicking all night and so did the bathroom vent which also served as the light

Very clean and good service. Its just small, has no fridge and tv didn't work.

El personal es increíblemente amable, súper dispuestos a dar servicio, nuestra habitación estaba sobre el bar, y debido a lo ruidoso, nos cambiaron de habitación. Lo único malo, es que a pesar de estar aparentemente recién remodelado, muchas cosas se están cayendo, una puerta, la cortina enrollable, el seguro de la puerta, la regadera, etc.

Nice newer hotel with construction on rooftop amenities to come. Comfortable beds. Shower hot water a little tricky to calculate but works fine once you get it. Lol. Work in progress but shouldn't be getting more expensive at the rate they are going.
