Convenient location for early morning tour

We chose the hotel based onthe location, we needed a hotel close to taksim because our pickup for out tour to Troy was at 545am. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Shower water was hot , we didnt experience aything else of the hotel as we arrived almost at 9pm . Lots of places to grab a meal within the same little Street

My suite had the jetted tub in it an it was amazing. The architecture in our room was lovely along with the painting.

Not worth trying again

The location is very noisy up to 4 o'clock in the morning. It is more a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned well. The reception is a disaster. Comparing to the pictures they have put on their website, the hotel and the rooms are small and not good located.

The hotel itself is nice but the bed sheets and the towels had stain and the bathtub has hair everywhere. However if you like the noisy busy Taksim location the this hotel is a good choice but, you have 0 access to taxi and have to walk so much to get to main roads, plus the hotel is right next two night clubs with constant loud music until 3 - 4am. The hotel staff were polite but we did not like the neighbourhood nor the shisha places surrounded. I was disappointment of the hotel and the price we paid for it.

Everything was perfectly

Very small rooms with nice interiors bathrooms are extra small car or taxi cannot come to the hotel have to walk with luggage to the property club noise throughout night till morning in rooms very disturbing lift very very small. Staff very few people and elder people not facilitating. Not a place to live with family. Only hobeymooners or individuals.

most horrible trip

My family and I stayed there for 7 days; I could not sleep till 3 am (there is a noisy club right next to the hotel that plays music till 3 am every NIGHT) it was the most horrible trip that I ever had.

Never again. Ever. Not even to my own enemies.

The stay was terrible. Pictures below. Noise, until 8AM banging club music. The manager? Shrugs his shoulder and does nothing. The reception? Calls me at 7AM 2x wrong room. Bloody bed sheet. Broken power plug. Holes in the towels and stain. Walls and furniture, cracks, and other damages. White slippers? Yellow! Like someone pee in them. The hanger in the closet fell off, right on my foot as I hanged my 2nd jacket. I would recommend this only if you: 1. Don't want to sleep at all. 2. Dont care about the service. 3. It's the only option left on earth. Unless your floor is 5th (highest floor) skip this experience. Even this floor was banging loud. As a hotelier myself, I understand some issues but not at this degree. No way in hell I would recommend this to my enemies. We have 1st floor, 2nd floor, 4 and 5th floor experience for all that I wrote. Several rooms. Not judging based on 1.

Good location for shopping (off Istiklal). Very busy & noisy around the hotel at night (clubs & live music bars). Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable & spacious room (suite with jet bath), but needs a refresh

This hotel is located on an alleyway by İstiklal Street, the main street for food and shopping in Taksim Square. Great location and quiet room despite being so close to one of the busiest streets in the world. The room was good, comfortable bed, but the shower pressure and temperature was continuously variable, scalding me at times. The lift was slow and the staff were just ok, nothing to praise about. The aircon failed for a few hours but the staff tried to fixed as soon as possible. When I asked about the mini fridge not working since I arrived, I was told it is just for “storage”! So if you’re looking for cold drinks in the hot summer weather, forget about it! The hotel is ok, but I still recommend it due its location. Amenities and staff could do with little improvement.

Great location but small room

The location is excellent in the first quarter of istiklal st. in a very busy area, but the corridor where the hotel is crowded with Arabic cafes which make it a little noisy. The hotel overall is very good but be aware the room is small it's almost for a single use.

I loved that it was right on Taksim, great part of town and close to the subway, the only downside was the music which rocked on until about 7am. For us it was no problem as we were so pooped when we got home that we all just crashed out straight away. If you are a light sleeper, consider somewhere else. On the other hand we could not hear the 5am call to prayers. Staff were so helpful all the time, rooms were clean, even though they were small the décor was bright.

water problem

It was a cool room but water was really terrible. we booked this room for jakuzi but we waited water many times. they should fix water problems other than that it was okay but if you're booking a room for jakuzi, water is really important that's why I couldn't rate others as positive.

Bad experience

I was wondering why this hotel was so cheap, so central and looked so amazing in the pictures... I got it’s inmediately approaching the street. It is located in the middle of the clubs area, souranded by very loud clubs. The room windows are not properly isolated and it’s like being in a club, until 5am... Also the room was ridicously small, nothing to see with the pictures in the website. Same style, very cute and equipped but to give you an idea the double mattress touched both walls Also the stuff was limit rude at check in when I asked if we could have a quiet room, they laughs at me. We just went out, bought ear plugs and got drunk to be able to sleep. So if you are planning to get out till very late, this is the perfect spot. If you want to rest not!!

It should have been called as Mirrors Night Club

If you want to sleep and have some rest like every people do during their stays in a hotel, you should stay away. Although the location of the hotel looks just great on the map, in fact, it is not. There is one bar just near entarence of the hotel where you can hear live music starting from 5 in the afternoon and keeps playing 7 in the morning (yes its hard to believe but true.). You hear all the music playing downstairs and you hear another club music and shouting of people coming from the building just across the room where you stay. If your main intention is sleeping and feeling a bit relax, then you should not book this one. If you think these noise related comments could be just exaggeration, than you are welcome to try but believe me you are going to regret every second you spend in your room.

It was an okay stay. The bath tube was for only one person. It looked bigger in the pictures. TV was nice. Area is a little bit orientic.

Excellent for price and location

The hotel is relatively new. The best part of it is the staff- very helpful and friendly. The hotel is showing signs of slight wear and tear though still relatively new compared to the hotels in older building. The location is great but the Main Street is going through construction right now. I find the bed n pillows comfortable and I am rather particular about that. Overall, the value is good compared to some musky smelling hotels and convenient stores are just around the corner.

I had very bad experience in this hotel I been two days in this hotel for my birthday and I had a lot of problems with this hotel and very on kind staff.we arrived early morning with out any welcome even we asked extra blankets they said we don’t have it. I can understand how come?? I’m no recommend this hotel because it closed to the club and very noisy I’m not recommend

Stay away. Too noisy

It's impossible to get a good night's sleep at this hotel. It's right next to a Turkish folk music bar which plays live music way too loud till 5 AM. We were staying at the first floor and couldn't sleep all night because of this. When I went down to ask the receptionist to change our room he said all the rooms are the same in terms of noise and he can't do anything. Also, our room was like a closet, way too small. It was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Stay away from this hotel.

Central Hotel

Central to Istiklal, lots of places too eat, drink and shop around. Not really suitable for children.

Great Location and staff members

This is one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul. Great location and great staff members. It feels more like home . And Ali at the reception is always so friendly and smiley. The only possible disadvantaged is the noise but it has greatly improved since I first stayed there. I always made a point to stay there a few days.

Pleasant hotel, centrally located but very noisy

The hotel looks amazing in pictures - the finish looks luxurious and high quality and it is very pleasant looking in reality too. It is right above 2 bars though, so no matter which side of the hotel you are - IT IS NOISY at night! The music pumps loudly until 4am, no matter if it's Thursday or Sunday... They should be offering ear plugs as part of the room facilities. The water in the shower was not hot enough, it was much hotter in the sink. When I asked the staff if they could do anything about the temperature, they didn't believe me, but offered to move me to a different room. Very poor acoustics with the room above me - when someone was walking around it, it sounded like the ceiling was about to collapse. Overall, good if you're coming to Istanbul for the nightlife of Taksim and intend to be out until very late. Not great if you're planning to sleep before 4am.

great location and staff

The location is perfect, right off istikal street and near food and shopping. The hotel is relative new so everything looks great and functioning well. The slight draw back is the noise from the bars besides it. However, I think they have changed new windows as the noise is much softer now as I have stayed at this hotel several times this year. Overall, it is a great deal for the price and service.

Great Hotel

I kept coming back to this hotel because of the staff and location. The hotel is very clean and new and great for the price. Again, the drawback is the noise at night - good for a party-goer but might affect someone's peaceful sleep. Other than that, I will probably book the hotel again when I visit Istanbul the next time.

Nice hotel with convenience

Front desk staff are so friendly. During my stay I met Ali and Borak and they both were so helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location and there are many restaurant cafe and bar around. Really enjoyed my staying.

Nice hotel, very near Taksim

Hotel is ok, but rooms at street side are very nice because off opposites bars. Very loud music till very late in the night. That a big turnoff. Facilities rooms, bathroom are very good.

I love the staff there. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Ali is still my favorite! The location is very convenient and right off Taksim. I stayed here before and returned for another stay. What I also like about the location is that it is near stores and I could easily grab a bite.

prolonged stay

The hotel is new. I have written a review on the hotel on my first stay and extended my stay. There was an issue at the end of the stay because of renovation next door - I could smell the paint. But the front desk was very prompt and reassigned me a new room. This time it was one bed but a bigger bed - 504. Both rooms that I tried were good and comfortable.

This hotel is great - location, staff, facilities are all great. And yes, they offer crabtree and evelyn bath products! I booked a three-night stay to try the hotel and ended up staying a total of nine nights. If you want to be near Taksim, this is perfect. There are food places and convenient stores right around the corner.The staff members are very professional and friendly and Ali is the best. Looking at his smiley face just brightens the day. I was a little concerned with the size of the bed (i got two small beds in my room) but it is so comfortable. In any case, different rooms have different bed sizes. The only drawback is the noise that ends at around 4-5 am. It didn't bother me but I can see it being an issue for some. The owner who is really friendly has started some renovation to dampen the sound. I am in the famous 105 room facing the club but the music is somewhat entertaining to me. So I didn't request for room change - too lazy anyway.

Wonderful Location, Great Price

My husband and I were walking through Istiklal Caddesi when we found this hotel by chance. We had already booked a hotel for that night but we changed our reservation to stay in this one for the following night. The price is wonderful, especially for the quality of the rooms, service and overall experience. The hotel staff were very accommodating, the rooms were amazingly clean and the bathrooms in the room were all the latest fixtures. We booked the economic room- which was small, really nothing but the bed, a small mini fridge and bathroom, but the design made it comfortable and completely worth it.

Quaint but too noisy.

Such a quaint and comfortable hotel but the noise from the street below continues all night making this stay unbearable. Sadly I'll can not return.

Over all a nice hotel

It was a nice hotel during the day, but very noisy at night because it is on the bar street. Not recommend for business trip, but not bad if you would like to have fun and drink at night.

Beste lage und hotel. Nur leider bis 4 uhr nachts laute musik. Ansonsten top.

Las habitaciones son muy estrechas / Pequeñas La limpieza no es la adecuada. Paredes sucias y cojines no limpios del todo. Mucho ruido por la noche por los bares y la música de la calle. La recepción y la atención del personal un 10. En definitiva, por el precio que pagamos, esperábamos recibir un poco más de calidad.

Die Lage ist Top! Jedoch ist direkt Nebenan eine Bar mit Livemusik und gegenüber ein Club. Nachts läuft bis 3-4 Uhr die Musik. Habe ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen können.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Istiklal Caddesi (Taksim). The workers are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, just like the pictures. It’s also very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Die Reise nach Istanbul und der Aufenthalt in der Stadt waren sehr beeindruckend. Das Hotel jedoch würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel auf den Fotos wirkte sehr großzügig und neu. Schon der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption waren sehr beengt. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr unwohnlich und es war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Man musste immer aufpassen, dass man sich nicht am Bett stößt. Es gab nur die Möglichkeit, es sich auf dem Bett bequem zu machen. In 10 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Bad war ebenfalls schlecht gereinigt. Die Dusche war total verschimmelt und am Waschbecken fehlte das Sieb vom Wasserhahn. Der Duschschlauch war auch undicht. Es waren während unseres Aufenthaltes Maler dabei, die Zimmer zu streichen, aber eben nur oberflächlich. Es muss auch mal eine richtige Reparatur vorgenommen werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar zentral in einer Nebenstraße der Istiklal, dafür aber sehr sehr laut bis morgens. Im Umfeld sind nur Cafés und Bars und zwei Diskotheken. Zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage, so dass man die Fenster schließen konnte. Auch bei laufendem Fernseher drang die „Musik“ bis in unser Zimmer. Ich möchte mich in einem Hotel auch wohlfühlen und mich gerne dort aufhalten und nicht nur als Schlafstätte und zum Duschen nutzen. Morgens war man froh, dass die Nacht vorbei war und man wieder losziehen konnte. Das war wirklich schade. Da war der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Das hätte man in Istanbul günstiger bekommen.

Die Lage war einzigartig. Leider viel zu laut bis 3-4 Uhr nachts. Das Personal war mega nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht & wir fanden es super. Kommen aufjedenfall nochmal.

Great location. The hotel was not as clean and fresh as the pictures shown. The room smells smoke all the time. The shower had mold and was broken.

Отель с претензией на высокую моду. Интерьер красивый, очень приятные тона.Входная великолепная. Но не сомкнула глаз из за страшного гула, шума. Под отелем ночной клуб и такое ощущение,что они танцуют у тебя на голове.

Hotelin kendi ambiance'ı ve design'ı gerçekten güzeldi. Fakat hiç bir yiyecek ve içecek hizmeti yoktu. Hotel personelinin kılık ve kıyafetleri personel kıyafeti gibi durmadığından çalışan mi değil mi anlamadık. Lobide her gördüğümüzde televizyon izliyor ve başların bile bazen kaldırıyorlardı. Sabah' a karşı 03:00 - 04:00 arası müzik sesi halen net duyuluyordu bu yüzden dinlenmeye ve uyumaya pek fırsat bulamadım. Böyle bir hotel ve hizmet için ücret yüksekti.

good hotel

Hotel was good, i stayed for 6 days. Clean, nice room, WiFi was good, very helpful and friendly staff. Close to metro, tram. Big shopping street around the corner and lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The only negative thing about my stay was something that the hotel has no influence on is that the area / street is full of clubs and bars and they do not have any closing time (except for Monday) So you can hear the sound of the bases (dance music!) all night even the windows do have double glass. Open window is no option if you like that and if you are in the hotel for Business trip, i advice to bring earplugs.
