Person manning the front desk was nice, but it wasn't manned half the time and check in instructions were a little unclear. The people at the restaurant were rude though and they stayed up late being loud (even though they told us they closed at 8pm).

Late night check-in needs improvement

I was pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and modern decor. Check-in was a bit difficult, we arrived from the airport at 12a, there isn't an actual front desk. The hotel's confirmation email instructed us to call a number to get the code for the lockbox designated to the space.We called and no one picked up, I left a message and had to wait 20 minutes for the concierge to call us back. Once we checked in everything else was great.

Not as advertised

This was just a private room, no hot tub as advertised. The room smelled strongly of mold/ mildew. It would fulfill the needs of someone just needing a place to sleep overnight, but I do not think was worth the booking fee.

Trying to communicate with the operator about the down wifi and received no reply. Ran into one of the relative and he said he will take care of it and finally get a slowest internet on my last day of stay (4th night). Puerto Rico lost power, trying to communicate to find out more information and get no reply. No communication about how to checkout and ran into the cleaning lady that able to take the key. Bedsheet is so thin that I have rash from dust mites bites.

Not worth the price

They said there's was a garden on property,not so... Microwave and coffeemaker were dirty, said free parking but only for 4 cars, if you park first and need to go out you have to find the persons parked behind you to move their car. Resort fee was ridiculous, not worth the price.

Worst place I have ever stayed.

This place was horrible. It was so falsely advertised. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in, in my entire life! Angel was rude and would do nothing to make the situation right with us. If I were you, I would remove this place from your site. It was so dirty and run down. The pictures were so falsely advertised. f we had not been traveling for 23 hours straight I would have taken a taxi and found some other place to go. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

THE POROPERTY LOOKS NICE ON THE PICTURE BUT IT IS REALY UGLY THE ROOMS ARE VERRY BASIC

Like many other reviews said doesn't feel like it's in a decent neighborhood. Definitely not a hotel or motel which I expected. It is a refurbished apartment building. Which would have been fine with me if the place looked like the pictures inside. however the gates were all locked up we couldn't talk to anybody and we couldn't get in the front door to speak to someone at a front desk. We couldn't even get in to see the building . If they have reservations then they should have somebody greediness at that gate so that we could at least have gotten in and disgust situation. We had to find somewhere else to stay . We were charged for the night of stay even though we had to go somewhere else and pay for a night there. I am disputing charges.

Excellent for the price and very close to everything.

I was so disappointed to find a cabana in the middle of San Juan's downtown. In the “hotel” were no glasses in the windows whatsoever, only mosquito nets and sun shades. So you can hear all sounds from all rooms around and from a busy street. No closet space or drawer was in the room, only a small corner with curtains with a closet rod and mop/water heater/other household items in it. The base of my bed was broken, bedsheets thin and low quality. And all appliances very old and rusted as that space has not been renovated for decades.

Not satisfied

The address didn’t even match the one that is showed here at the app, when we arrived we had to call the owner cause nobody opened the door, he never showed up,he just gave us another address and instructions about the keys, doors, etc. The place doesn’t even look like the pictures. And the worst of all was that while we were there someone tried to open the door, had all the keys for all the doors, and when I shout out, they just walked away leaving all the outside doors opened.

It's a walk in, pick the key from a lockbox, dropp it back when you leave. It was so bad, dirty, moldy, roaches and mildew lingering non stop. Had to open windows to breathe clean air. No staff around to assist. I complained, nothing was done and the very next morning I received a text message from the manager, loaded with insults, personal judgement and a detailed description of how I was going to die. I posted the original content, but it was not allowed as a valid review. This facility needs to be demolished and management needs to be educated. All travel companies should immediately remove this place from rental. another renter that came in after me, called the police and was requesting a refund.

Horrible experience

I was placed upstairs but the stairs were so tight for even one person to go through and the door lock is broken. So you will not be comfortable thinking of someone breaking in. The place needs serious upgrade in order to do business.

Not a hotel, and almost only property available in

Booked this overpriced property as a measure of desperation. Sketchy neighborhood, so I never left the unit. Noisy street. Unit had no soap, no ice, poorly furnished and decorated. Would not recommend to others. Once out of the neighborhood the location was o.k. Street very noisy and people on property were noisy as well.

Centralized location. Mattress needs upgrading. AC is wonderful.

STAY AWAY

please do not book this Miramar village apt, its a shambles, dirty and unsafe, it needs major construction before anyone should stay there, I made the mistake of not doing my own homework on the property. lesson learned. i was ripped of for a cleaning fee and additional guest fee, when i booked the apt based on accommodations for 5 my 2 kids, myself, mom & husband. we arrived late didn't notice the conditions right away until we started up the steep crumbling steps, got inside greeted by broken dirty floor, broken light fixtures, dirty bathroom, crumbling facade, dirty furniture, the list just goes on. so we had to leave, Needless to say we stayed the night having no where to go and left 1.5 days into a 4 day stay. I texted the manager advising him that my mom tripped and was almost hurt in these unlivable conditions to this day no response. I feel ripped off by this awful experience. Expedia please do your homework on these properties you advertise, this one should be removed immediately before someone gets hurt.

Funeral Emergency Stay

Apartment was extremely hot during the day. Only has 1 window air conditioner in jealousy window in the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen can be cleaner and need new kitchen pots and pans. Not worth the price.

Horrible Experience

The phots are not what the place or the rooms look like, I would never recommend it to anyone for the price that is charged you can stay at a 4 star hotel or better. The conditions inside is horrible, holes under the A/C stuffed by the curtain, no door handle to the door that leads to the closet and to the bath room, windows don't close all the way, bath tub in horrible condition, kitchen sing leaking with HUGE CONTAINER LEFT UNDERNEATH....WHAT A JOKE, I will ask for a full refund

A roof over your head

This an apartment building that needs a fresh look, not a hotel. There is no lobby. I had to go all the way in the back to find someone. I wasn't sure how I was going to get in at first. I had a two bedroom apartment, which ended up just by myself. The kitchen had a smell, small bathroom. The big thing though, there is no glass for windows, only screens and metal loovers, so you here all kinds of noises.....construction was going on one morning, one morning woke up to dogs backing at 4am and wouldn't stop, people talking normally, i heard someone sneezing and another one coughing up a lung. The place was clean, had three double beds. One of the window air conditioner units was not working. I was charged a cleaning fee and it was never cleaned during my 4 night stay. I was able to have wifi for only three days, but wouldn't let me connect the last day and a half. The door didn't even have a door knob. Not sure how they have Luxury listed in their title description, I didn't have a car.....good luck if you do....one drive and no parking spaces....street parking was always full.

Horrible "hotel"!

If you want to get a phone call from the owner to ask you to move your car at 1:30AM because one guest wants to park -there is a long parking for all the guests- (do your math) or even better, if you want the owner calling you as a crazy OUT OF YOUR DOOR at 2:30AM to ask you to move your car because another guest wants to get out, this is your hotel! But no for me!

Basic - You pay for what you get. Good value,

This is a very reasonable priced option. It does however have some drawbacks It does not have central Air conditioning (It has 2 window mount air conditioners - one in each bedroom) It does not have glass windows - only shutters and fly screens The strength of the air conditioners and the lack of glass windows ensures only a portion of the apartment can be cooled Parking is shared and requires moving cars when you want to get in and out. On the positive side, it is well located, quiet, and easy to find It has excellent resources nearby such as small restaurants (good) nearby (walking distance) There is also an excellent supermarket (walking distance) The furnishings and supplied china is basic but complete The fridge and stove work The beds are comfortable

Nice spacious apartment close to convention center

Love our stay. we were working a convention at the Pedro Rosello Conevntion Center and its was so close it gives us extra time in the morning its really close to great restaurants of different budgets..rooms were spacious and beds were confortable. i would stay again next convention

Overall a great place to stay with a couple of friends. Nothing too extravagant but, does the job .

The apartment itself was spacious and well furnished, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, but it was lacking in supplies like hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom and there was no oven tray and very little crockery. These minor things would have made the apartment feel like more of a home-away-from-home. Our check in experience was not great. We arrived late in the day (17:30) to find the host had just arrived to clean our apartment, despite check-in time being 16:00. It was kind of awkward to then have to sit and wait for them to clean the apartment. It was also a little strange to have to pay via email rather than through hotels.com. Overall this place suited our purposes, but we wouldn't consider it as "luxury".

this Hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. The hotel is centerally located for easy access to both old san juan and new san juan. It is 2 blocks away from the major bus line and minutes from the airport.The owner has several hotels throughout Puerto Rico which made it possible to experience ALL of Puerto Rico. The service and accomidations will ensure future bookings from this customer. A great time was had.

San Juan

Angel and Adrian were very nice. The apt was in a decent area that was walkable. The apt fit my needs.I had A/C in my bedroom and a fan in the living room. Luckily, I didn't spend large amounts of time in the apt. The apt is within walking distance to bus stops. Direct bis routes to old San Juan was a plus.

Run-down apartment falsely as a luxury retreat

This was the worst stay in my decades of traveling to Puerto Rico. The owner of the apartment conveniently left for a trip to Miami on the same day I arrived, and he had a friend meet us in the apartment for the keys and to collect the balance of the rental money. I had to accept a hand-written statement from his friend that the balance was paid since he could not provide a receipt. The apartment was very hot and the only a/c was in the bedroom, and it could only cool that room, the rest of the apartment was unbeareable due to the heat most days of our stay. The toilet failed by the second night, I called to have it fixed and instead he explained that the water pressure was low in San Juan due to the drought; however, everywhere we went the water pressure was fine and the toilets worked fine. I finally bought a plunger and then the toilet worked, but I needed to plunge it repeatedly. There were ants in the kitchen, and sparse kitchenware, no dishwasher, no dish drying rack. No laundry facilities in the building. The restroom also lacked towel racks. Parking available was in a narrow driveway and cars needed to park in tandem and it was very inconvenient.

Me fue bien me gusto El lugar es comodo y limpio. lo unico es que la distancias de los lugares no es como la indican pero es recomendable.la pase de maravilla.

Sinceramente y en mi opinión, es la primera vez, donde me he alojado, estar en un hotel donde la dirección del hotel no es la misma que aparece el anuncio, en particular el cuarto 1A no está en condiciones para quedarse. Primeramente el baño necesita cortina ya que hay un peligro de caida por el agua que hasta el inodoro moja, y hay que pasar mapo cuando se usa, no tiene safacon pequeño, necesita toalleros para poner la toallas, el clóset necesita una barra para poder acomodar trajes de vestir, en el cuarto muy pequeño para un matrimonio(cama), cables tv. encima del gavetero, cortinas muy clara y se filtra la luz de la calle. Yo pedi primer piso, ya que mi esposa tuvo cirugía en su pie derecho, y lo que no puedo entender el porqué no nos dejaron el cuarto 2A. que si estaba en condiciones rentables. Además mi recomendación para el precio por el cuarto 1A debería ser no más de $50.dolares

Te cobran un cargo después que te registras y el lugar nunca lo encuentras porque es bien complicado llegar.

Nothing like the photos

We decided to go somewhere else to stay. The room looked nothing like the photos. The building was old and in bad condition. Room smelled like mold and was very humid. When we turned on the AC the mold smell just got worse. I am allergic to mold, and started sneezing right away.

No assistance to guest

there is no hotel staff, no cleaning the room in daily bases. The room key was left outside the room. Never asked if we need something

Lyckat efter påpekande.

Första rummet inte bra. Efter påpekande ställde dock värden upp omgående med bättre boende. Hyresvärden,Angel Abreo,extremt seviceminded och trevlig. San Juan lite jobbig. Inget naturligt centrum,stora avstånd. Gott om bussar men ingen information tillgänglig om sträckningar och tider. Man måste hela tiden fråga sig fram och förvånandsvärt många på sta´n som inte pratar engelska.

The apartment was located not far from old San Juan, the beach and La Placita. Me and 5 friends stayed here for 2 weeks and everything went well. Angel who owned the place we're friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. We had 2 separate bedrooms with AC. I have nothing to complain about and would go there If I ever visit San Juan again!

Yläkerrassa parempi sänky ja enemmän oleskelutilaa. Sijainti loistava, lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle ym. Bussit kulkevat läheltä.
