We were in this beautiful place, where the attention and service was 1st quality, rooms are very clean and confortable. We will came back to this place for sure,100% recomendable.

We arrived very late but we were greeted warmly by staff. The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. Breakfast was wonderful!

Everything was good, however the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not function. The hotel is a little older but was very clean and most of it was freshly painted. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here, great value. Great location

NICE HOTEL BUT WITH HOT WATER PROBLEMS.

Everything was perfect until the day of check out, they did not have hot water and it was very cold that day. We waited for 3 hours but they did not fix the problem so we had to check out and leave to the airport.

I LIKE BECAUSE , IT IS A QUIET HOTEL, WITH GOOD SERVICE AND CLOSE TO LARCO AVENUE AND LARCOMAR CENTER. HOWEVER, I SUGGEST TO MIX THE FOOD WHICH IS OFFERED AT BREAKFAST.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our flight arrived late in the evening and he was there to greet us with a smile and warm welcome. The day we left, he had the breakfast opened an hour early for us and arranged transportation

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. Extra blanket in the room already. Biggest bathtub I’ve ever seen. The only minor issue is there are only two garbage bin and no option for recycle.

Miraflores Colon Hotel was lovely! The rooms were spacious and of nice quality. The reception and staff were very accommodating. In a great area of Miraflores and close proximity to the beach.

Great location & nice safe area. Close to many attractions, parks, restaurants & shopping. Most dogs on leashes & owners pick up after them. Very friendly & helpful staff that spoke good English.

Really loved this location. I was a female travelling with my two kids and we were able to walk around late at night. Best breakfast and variety in all of the hotels we stayed at in Peru and we had lots of wonderful breakfast options. Very spacious bed room. Plus, they stored our luggage until late the day we left.

Made reservations around noon, went to the hotel at 10pm to check-in. Property could not log in to their Expedia account to confirm the reservation and had to wait 30 min at the lobby. Turns out the did not check for any additional check-ins for the day and gave us double-beds instead of the king beds we originally requested. Had to push the beds together myself to make it resemble what I asked for. At the end a hotel fee was charged which came out to be about as much as a whole extra night at the hotel, and they charge $30 if you have someone over for over an hour. Overall my worst experience at an Expedia hotel yet.

We only stayed one night post 19hr flight from UK. It was super comfy and the service was great. Our room was on the main road so was a little loud. Breakfast was pretty good with a wide range of continenntal available.

3 night stay with family

Overall had a good stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and hotel located close to beach front and restaurants and stores in Parque Salazar which are open until 11pm. Breakfast had a wide variety, food was decent tasting. Only complaint was they charged us a 10% services fee not indicated on Hotels.com for supposedly WiFi and other services.

Everything was good except for the drainage was going down fast. But customer service was great.check in was easy and check out was good. Continental breakfast was ok.

This hotel is very well located in Lima. All staff is very attentive, the room is large and very clean. The bathroom is also large and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

They had my room ready upon arrival! I had a late flight and the held my luggage for more than 10 hrs after checkout. Everyone was helpful!

This hotel has a great location for the price, it’s close to everything shops, food and beach! The hotel is not the most updated but it is clean and the hotel staff is customer service oriented. The price was perfect, I would stay here again.

Hotel is good but did not like the currency manupulatiom done since I reserved in dollar they said they can only charge in local currency which is still ok but the rate they chraged is about 8% more when it converted back to dollar thru my credit card. Its not fair since all other hotel I stayed during this trip charged in dollar that was booked for.

Comfortable local hotel well located in Miraflores

I had miscalculated our arrival date due to an overnight flight but the overnight staff were very helpful and arranged a room for us as soon as possible when a guest had checked out. Varied breakfast, large rooms (particularly three bed rooms for family), close to Larcomar in Miraflores and reasonable prices. Only issue is converting room rate to Soles at a very high rate which then gets converted back into local currency at an unfavorable rate on your credit card, so you get hit twice - couldn't they just bill in e.g. USDollars as most other hotels do? Also Wi-Fi availability is a bit sporadic

I booked online and they told me I will pay only $80 For my surprise when I did the check in they charged me $100 because of taxes and other things! so I was very furious but they didn't care even when I show then how much the website said I had to pay..plus the hotel is good located the room was nice but the breakfast was not good. So it's annoying when u set up to pay something then when u get there the prices are other.

Loved this hotel. I actually ended up missing my flight from Lima to JFK due to some uncontrollably issues so I booked this hotel for the day while I was on a waiting list from the airline. I could've just booked a hotel near the airport but I heard so much about the MiraFlores area and just had to check it out before leaving Lima. I'm super happy I did. The location of this hotel is perfect. There are many restaurants around and Locamar Mall is literally like 5 minutes away walking. Along with the mall, the beach is just an extra 2-3 minutes walk. The room was spacious and the bath tub was like my own personal jacuzzi because it had jets in it. I literally relaxed for an hour just getting a jet massage in the tub. For once, I had a hotel room with an AC that made me too cold that I had to turn it off at times...usually the ACs don't work good enough for my liking. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. It really made the best out of a bad situation for me. I would say I experienced only 3 negative points about the hotel, 1. my safe wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to actually set a code and use it. 2. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and 3. for a hotel being in a high tourist area, I'm surprised that there were only like 4-5 English tv channels out of maybe 250. Overall, I would stay here again if I was every back in Lima, short term or long term.
