Really impressed by hotel haven’t done all inclusive for years and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Only negative evening entertainment was ok but some guests that were there before us said it was better.

The air con through out the hotel was so low that the hotel and dining area was not cool made it stiffling and unpleasant when eating your meals, dissapointing that the drinks in the sports bar were not part of the inclusive package even though the sports bar is on the complex,being charged for pool towels per person per towel cheaper to take your own towels l

Great value clean accommodation. Food good value and quality. Negatives - just a bit far from beach (although there's a free bus 4 times/day) or else it's a taxi ride to get anywhere. Great for families. Pool bar was very good and had great snack options between meals.

Overall good impression. Improve it further by some less harsh lighting in the dining room and reception.

I loved the reception team, so helpful and very quick and efficient to help you. In general hard working staff, clean and central!

Smells of raw sewage throughout. One of us got food poisoning within first day. Children disturbed seeing ants consuming cockroach carcasses. Our room was right next to a music stage even though we had young children so extremely loud music kept us up til 11 every night. We asked to move but reception staff fobbed us off - come back in 10 mins, come back in an hour, come back this afternoon, come back tomorrow - my manager is in a meeting, my manager is in another meeting. Staff were just as bad on simple requests like the euro got stuck in the pool table: after queueing at reception 15 minutes, 'one moment please', while they serve another queue of people and ignore us. Food was poor and we didn't trust it after one of us spent day 2 vomiting, so the children would only eat bread and were desperate to go home. We paid £600 to airline to leave 2 days early.

Happy with stay, sonnenland is about 4 km from the beaches but a shuttle bus is provided. Standard of food is fairly good. And the rooms are very nice.

busy hotel

Huge hotel with lots of people lying around the pool and pool bar, not the usual place I go to but I wanted all inclusive. Food was plentiful and good with excellent lengths of meal times. My room was spacious, well maintained, serviced and quiet and the tv had English channels, be they only news. Parking my hire car was a bit of a problem and it usually ended up a couple of streets away [5 min walk] from the hotel.

Avoid block D

D blockis exceedingly noisy with traffic passing at all hours day and night, and the doors are certainly not sound proofed. Entertainment was good and food acceptable but limited variety.

Recommended hotel

First time all inclusive and I was concerned about how good the food would be. I need not have been concerned, the choice and quality was excellent. I looked forward to what would be on offer each lunchtime and at dinner. The room was spotless and very comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, not that I had any cause to seek any help. It didn't cause me any issues, but the 'towel on sunbed' brigade were in full flight each morning, which I find anti-social. This was despite the hotel literature saying it was not permitted to reserve beds. The WiFi was a complete contrast to a lot of hotels, which often have lobby only access. Great signal in rooms and outside by the pool. Best I've experienced. The entertainment I seen was fine. It obviously tries to cater for young and old, so not all will like the boisterous start to the day, but kids seemed to enjoy it. Overall I'd recommend.

Lively, fun, clean, well run all inclusive hotel.

We're just back from a fantastic family break at the Dunas mirador maspalomas hotel over October half term. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were attentive but not intrusive. The energetic and friendly entertainment team had an action packed programme for all ages through the day and night. The all inclusive timings worked perfectly, and the 'help yourself' drinks made it easy to have whatever you liked, whenever you liked. There was a fantastic continental feel to the hotel and it's customers with entertainment staff managing to cater in French, German, Italian, English, Spanish and even some Polish! There were also some Scandinavian guests too! The only thing that let it down was some guests (mainly English I'm disappointed to admit) hogging front row sunbeds with their towels all day. Two sets turned up at 3pm to use towels left at 8am whilst they went to the beach. Don't do it! There are plenty of sunbeds to go around. Even with this issue we never had any trouble finding 4 seats together for our family. Recommendations to the hotel for improvements : heated pool ( though the whole family used it anyay, so it didn't detract ) Thank you to all the staff!

Family holiday

Mad rush for Sunbeds at 7am which was amusing, food was plentiful and good choice. Very well run hotel for such a large hotel.

Very enjoyable holiday, room was very comfortable and clean. Pool area is a little crowded with sunbeds but heated swimming pool was great.

Best food

Probably the best food among 3-star AI hotels I've ever seen. Only drawback was absence of fresh (or packed) fruit juices - only usual powder drinks available for breakfast. Otherwise food choices were great, staff worked really fast and there were always free places to sit in the restaurant. Also, there is no problem to get some food if you arrive too late or leave too early. Disadvantages of this hotel would be the fact, that it is not close to beach (free bus only runs 4 times per day), and, except the food and beach shuttle, everything else needs to be paid extra (Wi-Fi internet - 20€ week / 2 devices, in-room safe and even use of pool towels). Internet speed was okay, though we experienced two short disruptions during the week.

Worst Hotel in 15 years of going on Holiday!

Very bad hotel no customer service actually my worst ever experience of a holiday ever in my life would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. The food at the hotel is awful and didn't have a good variety. The Hotel is infested badly with fly and would say its down to slow tidying up and lots of thing where left for hours. The fly's where all over the food it made me feel sick to even think about eating at the hotel. The pool area was out of bounds for us to as too many fly's. Really horrible unpleasant

Ok for a 3* but we'll be sticking to 4* in future

Hotel first impression excellent looks well, however not a great choice of foods on menu. Food more like cafeteria food. Grounds lovely except sunbeds were on top of each other. Poor entertainment at night. Far from beach and places to go. We'll be going to 4* from now on.

The hotel is very nice the staff is always smiling

You can everything what you just going out the reception walking 20 meters there is a pharmacy next to it you can get all to the diving center and they will recomend you all kinds of activities the staff speek english so there's no problem comunicating with them. You can plan your holidays with them for a reasenoble price. Every day from the hotel there is a bus it drives you to the beach for free and drives you back. I realy like more of an active holiday so my stay was realy brilliant the room was in the 4 floor with the swiming pool view so it's realy nice at night when you come back from your all inclusive dinner to have a realexing talk with your friend in the balkiny. As I was saing I like the room because we where only sleeping there not watching Tv. Overal it was my first holidays in a 3 star hotel and a really injoide it.

Good, affordable hotel

The hotel is only a 5 euro taxi ride from the Yumbo and has local amenities such as a Spar convenience store and a couple of restaurants right outside of it. The hotel itself was clean and was accurately illustrated in the photos. 3.5 stars.

Ok for a cheap holiday

Good value for money. Would not go AI again - food was very repetitive and low quality, and we were always out during the day. Good if you hire a car and can explore the beautiful surroundings and beaches. Customer service was hit and miss, some staff members went out of their way to help whilst others look miserable. Beware of loads of hidden costs, charging 10 euro for 3 days of bad wifi in this day and age is daylight robbery.

A great value hotel for a relaxing time

My friend and I went for a week of relaxing winter sun and that's exactly what we got! The hotel is rated three star and I think that's fair. The food was of a good standard and there was plenty of choice. We were half board and so had massive breakfasts and dinners (which were tasty) and didn't need any lunch. The staff were helpful when we wanted to book cycling for the day. The facilities were good - the pool was nice and there was table tennis and pool tables. The demographic of the hotel was weighted to the older generations (due to time of year) but this was fine with us as it was quiet. The hotel is about 45 mins walk to the beach but there is a complementary bus. We always walked as the weather was great and it was a nice walk. The beach is good - normal sand (not black). No complaints about the room - did the job nicely and was very clean. There was a TV with BBC World News. No unwanted noise from inside or outside the hotel. Not 4 star but a great value hotel and perfect for a relaxing time.

Dissapointed Mirrador but happy with Don Gregory

The staff was grate, the food was good. Everything was clean. But we had a 4 year old with us and see wanted to use the pool, but the heater for the pool was broken and had not worked for 3 days as a front desk employe told us. Since this is all inclusive hotel people stay in the garden alot, and the garden is just way to small for all those people. The garden was crowded. But we contacted Expedia staff and got a grate support from them to help us move to another Hotel owned by Dunas also. That Hotel I reconment 100%. The Hotel name is Dunas Don Gregory. Perfect hotel they say it is 4 stars, but I would say that they are almost 5 stars. The staff there was perfect, food was very good and the location on the beach. Expedia thanks for grate support. I never felt that your where far away in helping us to solve our vacation. It was like you where next door.

Everything is fine but the cleaning and maintenance quality has a room for improvement. The door lock was not fixed properly thus feeling unsecured and unsafe through every night.

Good - but too noisy food and hard to find sunbeds

We are a group of 10-15 friends going on a cycling holiday once a year. We have been staying at Mirador 3 times and we really enjoy the resort. But we consider to find another place to stay for two reasons: 1- the food court, although with a lot of good food, it is extremely noisy. Some noise dampening definetly is needed. It must be a health concern for the eployees at the restaurant. 2- although it is very vell communicated that reservation of sun beds are not allowed, it is very much practised by the guests. It would be easy to stop the practise simply by doing what is written on the info paper - remove any items on sun beds not being used for a period of time.

God og mye mat. mye støy i matsal, dårlig støydempet. Veldig energiske ansatte rundt bassenget - ganske støyende.

Sehr hellhöriges Hotel. Ausserdem an Autobahn und Hauptstrasse gelegen. Essraum laut wie Bahnhofshalle. Schöner Pool, aber die Gäste, naja. Essen war gut.

Oppholdet var fint. Hotellet var bra men de som jobbet som aktivitører var noe dårlige med info og at det snakkes bare spansk, fransk av og til engelsk er litt dårligt.

Collocato in una zona molto tranquilla , l’hotel offre una navetta gratuita per raggiungere la spiaggia di Maspalomas Malgrado le camere siano molto minimal, sono dotate di un balcone privato molto carino . Cucina internazionale abbondante e variegata . Soggiorno molto gradevole .

Vi hadde ett fint opphold, men rommet er veldig slit. Det var noe galt med låsen til rommet, for jeg måtte 3 til 4 ganger om dagen få nye nøkler. Hadde en lås teknikker på besøk to ganger.

There was a good selection of food veg/pork/chicken/fish opinions every day. But a lot of the food (pancakes, desserts, jam/cream) tasted like chemicals and I wish there was more of Spanish dishes. The pool area was very nice and relaxing I just wished people didn’t have to call dibs on the sundbeds. A lot of people would leave their towels on the beds and didn’t event come down to the pool until afternoon. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and gave good service and I wish the staff in the reception should learn a thing or to from the staff in the restaurant!!

Experiencia Muy Mal

Desde del principio, con la entrada todo era muy muy desorganizado y todo mal comunicado. Recepción no nos dio hora para la cena gala de noche vieja, no proporcionaron ningún horario de actividades ni guía del hotel, nada. Todo era inconveniente y manejado mal por recepción y encargado de comedor. Las camas de la habitación horrible e incómodas. La habitación como un horno sin aire acondicionado (tuvimos que pedir una máquina de aire) y baño pequeño con media mampara para mojar todo el baño. Ningún control de distancia de seguridad durante esta pandemia y un montón de huéspedes todos encima de uno en la pequeña zona de piscina. No controlaban el uso de mascarilla ninguno. No ofrecieron nada festivo para noche vieja / año nuevo y casi nada para niños. En fin una experiencia muy mal de verdad. No recomiendo este hotel ni en temporada baja. Horrible.

Tiszta szálloda, zsíros ételek.

Évek óta visszatérő vendégek vagyunk a Dunas Mirador hotelbe, így kíváncsian vártuk hogy mi változott a COVID helyzet óta. Pozitívum: minden nagyon tiszta, sok helyen van kihelyezve kézfertőtlenítő. A bejelentkezés gyorsan és gördülékenyen zajlott. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedvesek, kiemelném a recepeciót és az étterem személyzetét. Negatívum: - a reggeli ételek továbbra sem változatosak, a vacsora ételek nagyon zsírosak, szinte mindenben fokhagyma van. - Nem lehet a medence bárnál dohányozni. Tudom, hogy ez nem feltétlenül a szálloda által hozott szabály, de sokat ront az élményen. - A mellettünk lévő szobába nagyon hangos vendégek kerültek, akiket csak harmadik este rakott ki a szálloda, addig vizont engedte őket minden este tombolni a folyosókon hajnali ötkor is. A hangok alapján végül a rendőrség oldotta meg a helyzetet. Öszességében jól éreztük magunkat.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie på hotellet. Der var sødt og i mødekommende personale. Maden var fin fra en stor buffet og flinke tjenere i baren. Området var pænt og rent, både på værelserne og i poolen.

Kellemes szálloda a pihenés szigetén

Évek óta visszatérő vendégként még mindig jó ár-érték arányú szálloda kedves vendégekkel. Pozitívumok: Tisztaság, vendégszeretet, kényelem, nem idegesítő animátorok, szórakoztató műsorok. Negatívum: évek óta ugyanazok az ételek, egy kicsit nagyobb változatosság ráférne a konyhára. A medencében bizonyos helyeken hiányoztak a csempék.

Når det det gjelder maten så er frokost og lunsj ikke noe å utsette, men middagen der er det fare for at man blir matlei. Middagen så var det ikke noe variasjon, dårlig sammen setting av matvarer.

Programmen på hotellen kunde varit lite bättre Samt servering av kaffe till middag samt lunch

Helt greit hotell med hyggelig betjening og god mat. Rent og ryddig hele tiden.

Bortset fra maden og larmen hver aften fra underholdning, var alt andet fin fin.

Familietur i høstferien

Vi koste oss veldig på Mirador Maspalomas. Kjekt bassengområde, veldig fint og rent rom med god seng. Kjekke folk som jobber der. Det ligger et stykke fra standen, men det går gratis shuttlebuss begge veier. Det fungerte helt fint. Vi hadde All Inclusive. Maten var får ikke full score av meg, den var til tider kjedelig og smakløs. Brus var utvannet, og vanlig vann i dispensere smakte ikke godt.

Some reception staff were sort of rude and very impolite. The staff in the restaurant and pool bar are much better!

Hotelli oli todella siisti. Sopii hyvin lapsiperheille. Löytyi lasten uimalallas ja paljon ohjattua ohjelmaa. Hotellilta pääsi kätevästi merenrantaan ilmaisella bussikuljetuksella. All inclusiveen kuului kaikki juomat ja ruoat. Koko ajan oli jotain naposteltavaa tarjolla.

Había poca variedad de comidas en el bufet. Las hamacas están demasiado pegadas unas a otras y en temporada alta es dificilísimo conseguir alguna. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien.

Good choise for some nice stay in Maspalomas

Brekfast with all you need for your day. Fantastic lunch and dinner buffet. You don't have to go hungry in any time. The people in the pool bar are nice and serviceminded. There are a little bit noisy in the eating are and some noise from the freeway if you have the room in wrong direction. Staff is always helpfull and we will come back.

Dejligt hotel. Fine værelser. Søde medarbejdere, der er klar til at hjælpe med alt. Fin pool. Ok mad, men men restauranten er støjende og minder om et cafeteria. Irriterende at alle stolene ved poolen er booket af folk der ikke bruger dem, men det er gæsterne, ikke hotellet der er noget galt med. Ligger lidt langt fra alt, men det er nemt at komme til stranden med den gratis hotelbus.

Good for family holiday

Nice hotel for family holiday. Warm pool, clean rooms, decent food and friendly staff. However if you are looking for quiet place, this is not it. Especially dining room is very loud.

Erittäin hyvä vastike rahalle. Allas oli lämmitetty joten myös talvella uida. Ruoka ihan hyvää kun ottaa huomioon hotellin hintatason.

Herlig sted

Generelt veldig bra, vi var heldig som fikk balkong med sol og utsikt over pool området ( bygg A mot sørvest. Rommene var bra med gode senger. Haltende internett. Hotellet har full forpleining og maten på buffeen var bra dog noe ensformig om oppholdet er lengre enn ei uke. Vi var der i 7 dager i midten av januar.

Tiene un amplio buffet y variedades en comida

Al entrar a la habitacion hacia muchísima calor ya que estaba cerrada y no tiene aire acondicionado, practicamente no podrias estar durante la mañana en la habitación, la piscina es grande y durante la mañana hacen actividades al igual que todas las noches en un gran escenario y la calidad de la comida es buena con amplia variedad

El personal muy amable, atento. Los socorristas sobre todo uno de ellos un poco borde, entiendo qie tenga que hacer su trabajo pero podria decirlo con amabilidad. Tambien tendria que haber alguien que impidiese que las personas extranjeras reservaran hamacas en la piscina pero no aparecisn en todo el dia

Hemos estado del 22 al 24 de junio en unas fechas de lleno total, a pesar de todo el personal te atendían rápido y atentos a lo que necesitara. El grupo de animación geniales, conseguian involucrar a la gente en las actividades

Expectacular

Nos ha encantado muy cómodo, buenas comidas, relajacion, abinacion para los niños...

Estancia muy buena la verdad,pero tenian detalles a mejorar, se echo de menos a un metre en la entrda de las comidas para organizar las mesas y por lo visto no las podias unir y te veias con una familia de 4 adultos y 3 niños buscando mesa y todo ocupado y las mesas sencillas vacias

El hotel esta lejos de la playa, en un colina en la que corre bastante brisa y como la piscina esta rodeada de edificos ,el sol se va pronto y te da frio,aunque una de las piscinas mas pequeña es de agua caliente.Las habitaciones estan muy bien, estan reformadas desde hace poco. La zona de la piscina es pequeña y enseguida se llena de gente. La comida en general es regular. Hay poca variedad en los almuerzos y cenas. En las meriendas en el bar del hotel siempre dan sandwich de atún y maiz. No hay nada más. Es un hotel que recomendaría a familias con niños pequeños con ganas de marcha, porque hay música y animación casi todo el dia.

Jätte fint poolområde för små barn att leka o bada i. Bra mat som barnen blir mätta o nöjda utav. Jätte roligt knattedisco. Ta taxi till stranden för 4 euro o strunta i bussen som hotellet har. Lämna tvillingvagnen hemma då den inte kommer in genom varken dörrar eller hiss (bugaboo donkey).

Dejligt hotel i Maspalomas

Dejligt hotel med mange faciliteter og god underholdning fra et fantastisk underholdningsteam i løbet af dagen. Mange gæster på hotellet så meget proppet ved måltider hvor køerne til kaffe og juice om morgenen ofte var lange. Maden var god men havde lidt for meget fisk og fugl efter min smag der manglede noget rigtigt kød

Goed, schoon hotel

Var en veckan för 50års firande. Hotellet är ren o rummet är helt ok. Ligger lite isolerande om du vill tar dig ut någonstans. Maten är en stor besvikelse. Nästan samma mat varje dag o helt smaklös! Vi äter ute flera kvällar då var det skillnad !

NO NOS AVISARON DEL BUS DE VUELTA A PESAR DE TENER UN FAX EN ESE SENTIDO.

Dunque premetto che e la seconda volta che andiamo in questa struttura e come al solito mi sono trovato bene, il servizio e gradevole e tutto corrisponde a cio che si prenota,il rapporto qualita prezzo e ottimo lo consiglio vivamente e' logico che qualcosa puo andare storto in una vacanza ma qui non ci sono sorprese e ripeto che e la seconda volta che andiamo.

Agua de la piscina a 28 grados, una gozada. Muy apetecible. Colchones muy cómodos, pero cama plegable no. Mini club de niños normal, más guardería que otra cosa. Comida no muy variada pero rica. Llegamos un día más tarde de lo previsto por el mal tiempo en la península y avisamos con tiempo y nos hicieron "el gran favor" de respetarnos el resto de días ya reservados y pagados (Por si a alguien también le pasa). Lo mejor, la piscina calentita.

Hotel pulito e camere spaziose...staff cordiale e disponibilissimo..ristorante a buffet e molto buono anche se il menu non cambiava particolarmente.. l unica pecca è che è leggermente distante dalla spiaggia e dal centro....non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema...esperienza ottima e un soggiorno piacevole...

Hotel ideal para familias con niños pequeños

Instalaciones en perfectas condiciones. Personal agradabilisimo. Comida buffet variada y correcta. Animación muy buena. Ambiente muy, muy agradable. Hemos estado una semana en todo incluido con una niña de 2 años y todo ha sido estupendo. Muy recomendable.

Det værste hotel nogensinde.hvis I rejser som familie med mindre børn,fravælg dette hotel.børnepoolen er ikke opvarmet,men den ene pool for voksne er opvarmet.ingen logik.børneområder er gemt godt væk fra alt,lige op af en motorvej.personalet er overhovedet ikke servicemindet.hotellet ligger langt fra alt.værelserne er meget små.gammelt og nedslidt hotel.udvalget af maden er ok,dog gentagelse.det endte med,st vi forlod hotellet efter 3 dage,til fordel for Radisson blue resort i mogan.vi fik ingen penge tilbage,endte med at skulle betale for 7 dage,til trods for at vi forlod hotellet som utilfredse efter 3 dage. mirador hotel får vores absolut dårligste anmeldelse.

Bra hotell

Vi bodde på hotellet i början på november 2017, 2 vuxna och ett barn på 14 år. Vi fick först ett tråkigt rum på bottennivå i byggnad C, trots att vi önskat ett rum med balkong högt upp. Efter en natt fick vi byta till ett fantastiskt rum i byggnad B, med utsikt mot poolen och man kunde se havet långt bort. Båda rummen var dock väldigt fräscha och fina. Sängarna var ok men tonåringen tyckte att bäddsoffan var alldeles för hård. Poolområdet var stort och bra och en av poolerna var uppvärmd. Bra aktiviteter både på dagarna och kvällarna. Matsalen var tyvärr mycket bullrig och maten tråkig och smaklös. Hade matsal och mat varit bättre hade hotellet fått full pott. Hotellet ligger ganska off men det är väldigt billigt med taxi.

Espectacular.... Las estrellas de los hoteles y resort se deberían dar por el trato y el personal del Hotel y este debería de tener 10 estrellas. Para repetir sin duda. El personal de animación excelente.

Jeg er her stadig da jeg har 2 bookinger i forlængelse af hinanden. Hotellet er dejligt, god mad, venlig betjening etc. Parkeringsplads forholdene ikke specielt gode. Specielt ikke når man som jeg er afhængig af en bil. Flere handicap p- pladser ville hjælpe meget.

Siisti hotelli Maspalomaksessa. Allinclusive paketti hyvä hinta/laatu. Bussikuljetus rannalle. Siisti huone ja hyvä ruoka.

Skøn ferie

Skøn ferie på et hotel med masser af underholdning. Charter som vi slet ikke er vant til. Gode senge på pæne værelser og bad med kar. Pænt og rent og dejlig mad med masser af grønt og frugt.

Gutes 3 Sterne Hotel

Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, Cocktails sind leider nicht gut, da die wie aus einer saftmaschine vorgemischt kommen. Größter Kritikpunkt, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator an der Decke

Es un hotel muy bonito, ideal para ir con niños.

Todo muy bien, mejorable el servicio de bar, deberian de tener todo el dia la opcion de comer.

Pésima estancia, no recomendable para nada...

En general muy mala estancia: la comida muy básica y poca variedad, las camas y el sillón incómodos, sin aire acondicionado y con ventilador de techo que en ola de calor poco ayudaba, la zona de la piscina intransitable y sucia, el agua de la piscina sucia y caliente, animación pésima, no dan agua para la habitación siendo régimen todo incluido, la piscina llena de colchonetas y no lo controla el personal... Lo bueno...el personal de limpieza y restaurante y la zona de la piscina infantil. Nos fuimos por motivos de enfermedad de mi hija y no nos reembolsaron la estancia pagada por adelantado, poco más que nos echaron de prisa y corriendo. No volveremos nunca...
