The hotel was a great location, super clean & well designed with nice style. However there was no presence of staff everytime I would be in the lobby (within the hours), more staff is needed to accomodate clients. I would need to walk around asking if anyone is there to hopefully get a response. It always looked empty. Lastly, no doorman or man to help with the luggage up & down the steep stairs. Roula was nice enough to help, but we felt bad so we helped along the way. Overall. We loved our room & comfort. However, the staff needs help. Thank you!
TravellerBeautiful suites (we stayed in the duplex) and impressively impeccable! the only thing I would have liked is for its location to be in a less busy street, but that is the nature of the town. Overall we loved our stay!
TravellerGreat location, hotel and staff were amazing but the area is very noisy, can hear noise from the street up to the early hours of the morning.
TravellerExceptional hotel. We initially stayed for 2 nights and later rerouted our trip to come back to Chania and stay with them again. Beautiful hotel and the best possible service. Manolis, Eleni, Stefania and all the staff did everything to help you and made you feel at home. Really great people. Can’t wait to stay again. Dermot and Juli.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was easy and convenient to walk,buses and taxi close by too. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We had a spa on the balcony and housekeeping services every day very luxurious place thoroughly recommended! Thanks
