Turned up friday arvo air conditioner was on unit was clean & tidy king size bed was so comfy

All good but both nights around 11pm there was people walking outside wheeling bins or something

Great sized 2BR unit. Full kitchen. Super comfy beds and lounge. Split system A/C. Smart TV’s in every room. Lovely relaxing home away from home! ☺️

This apartment is fabulous. Large, modern, beautifully decked out with everything you could want, including a washing machine (with detergent, drying rack, etc.) I enjoyed it (and Mildura) so much I extended my stay.

Property was very clean and had everything I needed. The only negative was the sofa. It was way to low for me to sit on with my back problem's. So i checked out two day's early.

The property was lovely to stay at as it was so clean, quiet and accessible. The grounds are immaculate. The pool, garden and the bbq areas are spotlessly clean and very enticing. Overall this is an excellent place to stay.

The property is like a beautiful oasis totally unexpected .. Very quiet and has everthing you need and so cosy and comfortable..Reasonably close to super markets.. A quick drive into town about 5 minutes to all restaurants shops and the river. I would most definately book there again.

it was clean roomy and had everything you would require for a long stay. My only criticism was the shelf in the shower was too high and the showerhead was loose and could have been cleaner. it was comfortable and had plenty of towels, toiletries and dishwashing supplies

Beautiful accommodation. Small group. Roomy. Would definitely stay again. Only minor complaint is nowhere to hang clothes.

The Villa we had was very comfortable and roomy However there was a distinct lack of bench space in the kitchen area and it appeared as though the kitchen was designed and built but then realised that they forgot the sink

Villa with pool.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The unit is in need of some repairs/upgrades. The fridge was quite noisy and the front privacy blind was ripped along the bottom edge. The pool was clean and nice on a hot day. Only concern would be the first step into the pool is quite steep so if you have legs problems, no swim for you. Needs another step to make it accessible. Parking was sufficient if people parked in their appointed unit. Otherwise pleasant units with large areas.

Very clean well set up great spot

Excellent venue, the bed was superb! One negative, the settee was most uncomfortable, not suitable for evening reading or watching television.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mildura Holiday Villas. Our villa was very comfortable, well set up with all requirements for a very easy and relaxed holiday. The on-site ammenities were an attractive addition, and very well setup. Location was quiet and accessible to cafes and essential shopping, although a small drive to main shops and supermarkets. We certainly felt very thankful for the AC and fan throughout our stay as the outside temperature was 40C and inside a very comfortable 22C. We certainly would recommend the Villas to families and couples looking for a quiet, well setup and maintained self catering holiday property in Mildura.

A comfortable villa with a large BBQ area. However,.... The water pipes in the adjoining villa banged loudly when their washing machine or dishwasher was operating. At 11pm, it sounded like doors slamming for 2 hours! Other trivial things include a missing kitchen carving knife, or paring knife, and a heater with an erratic thermostat.

Home away from Home

Great facilities. Quiet and comfortable. Secure set up. Would recommend to a couple like ourselves or a young family

Mildura Getaway

Villas are great very comfortable almost home like. Pool is great but could do with some lounge chairs on the lawn area,some where to dry off. Plenty of shade for the hot days. Great BBQ area with good back yard feel. The only thing missing is security lighting at front of main entrance to villa .We had no light when we arrived home and door locks where hard to see. Globes are missing from the front light . Overall a good place to stay in Mildura .Close enough to main part of town and the border. I would come here again

It was really nice to walk in sit down and relax because it was very quiet though the day and night ,everything was spotless and worked with out a hitch

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The grounds and outside amenities were inviting and clean.

This property was great. It was clean and stylish, had a pool and, with a car, was convenient distance from everything we needed (truth be told, you could easily walk to the city center and a lot of other places of interest, but Mildura summers are brutal, so a car is often the better option). However, the absolute best thing about this accommodation was that it was comfortable. It was a nice place to be. There was plenty of space, chairs and beds were comfortable, the shower was comfortable, etc. It was just a really nice space to relax in. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Spacious property in a quiet area and well equipped. Unfortunately washing machine was broken but able to use an alternative machine in the complex. However villa had not been cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. Surfaces were dusty inside including a line of dust on the bed sheets. Window blinds had not seen a duster for some time. The patio area outside was covered in red dust and not been swept or mopped. We reported our concerns immediately but apart from the blinds being dusted no attempt was made by the management team to visit us during our 2 night stay which was very disappointing. An email from “ someone “ at the property insinuated that our concerns over the cleaning were unfounded. It was a shame that our stay in a comfortable property was marred by poor customer service.

Comfortable 2 bedroom unit.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the lounge area. Full kitchen and formal dining area. Nice pool, but it was winter so we didn't use it.

As some of the other reviews here say, there are a few things that are perhaps showing wear and tear. However, that all fades away because there are few places so large, clean, comfortable and well equipped for the price. Located in the relative quietness of Walnut Ave it's within easy reach of everything. The facilities are excellent and this would be an awesome place for the family in great weather. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Very nice

Nice place to stay and very clean. Love the amenities provided. Thoughtful because when we get to the villa the heater was on and that is the little things that we will remember.

We loved the size of the property, everything was practical and functional. Beds were so warm!!! The kids loved having a tv in their room. Park across the road was fabulous for doing a morning run and kicking footy with the kids

Interesting.... staying here was a bit of an unusual experience. On one hand the unit had almost everything you may need the kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean. The unit was relatively close to shopping centre and the main street which was fantastic and despite being on quite a busy road the room was quiet. The BBQ area and pool area were great and if your staying in the warmer months it would be a great place to spend some time. On the other hand the complex was poorly sign posted, there was almost no lighting if you arrive after dark, i pulled over because after being followed through 8 u-turns i thought we were being followed by an unmarked police car, as it turns out it was another patron trying to find the villas. Also, there was no lighting under the car parking space which made getting things out of the car and into the unit a bit of a challenge. On entering the unit you are met with a list of rules longer than most novels, and we all were perplexed by this list. There were some places where the paintwork wasnt finished or hadn't been touched up after repairs including a door jam and around a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, which took the shine off the style of the villa. All in all a decent place to stay without being outstanding, if you have a family or two couples we would recommend it but dont expect to be amazing.

Very clean, nice towels and bed linen, very comfy bed. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Maybe some little packets of salt and pepper would have been good.

We loved staying here. Very well equipped and comfortable. Mildura was a very lovely town and we would stay here if we ever get back to that area

This is the cleanest and most modern studio apartment that we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and contained so many thought out quirks in terms of design. The bathroom especially was exceptional. And the outdoor area, we only wish we could have used. We loved the concept of getting a text with the code to access and not having to stress about our arrival time. We’ve already decided to book again for a weekend away in the future.

3rd but not last stay

This was our 3rd stay at Mildura Holiday Villas & certainly won’t be our last. Absolutely love these villas for comfort, amenities & close proximity to supermarkets & places to eat

The property is really good value with excellent facilities and a ten minute walk to town. Due to an unexpected problem we had to leave early and the manager would not give a refund even though it was let to others after we left and that was very disappointing

Property was meticulously clean and tidy. Kitchen well equiped. Very luxurious linen and towels were provided. It is so spacious and owner has provided every amenties to ensure all guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

It was everything the add said it would be. Clean easy to find.

Close to hospital.Very good Kitchen and a very tidy unit .We will be booking every time we need to go to Mildura.

The only thing I would have liked is a few more towels. We only had 2 bath towels, no flor mat, no hand towels. And I would like it if we got 2 hand towels, one gor eavh person.

Unit 2 bedroom window faces road. Didn't sleep well.

We like everything about this property,from security,communication,clinliness,a beautiful little kitchen,just everything.Close to city.No complains at all.

Smooth check-in process, no onsite reception - but no problems. Very clean and has everything you need. Aircon was on for us when we arrived which was much needed on a 44 degree day! Great place to stay

A really nice comfortable place to stay, the area is not to from the main area.

Comfortable and convenient

Convenient for our overnight stop on the way to Renmark. Only problem was getting in and out of the car space, which doesn’t have its own driveway.

Convenient location close to CBD

These units have been recently refurbished and are spacious and modern, attractively presented. Modern workable full kitchen with full cooking utilities supplied. Comfortable large bed, plenty of room for 2 or a family. Well done to the owners who clearly have an understanding to presentation and requirements of travellers.

The villas were comfortable two bedrooms that were suitable for a small family group. Convenient to all of Mildura's offerings. Only draw back is the close proximity (outside front door) of the pool. This could be quite noisy in summer.

2 nights in Mildura

The villas appear to be a group of houses and units that have been grouped together to form the property. We had villa #6 which was obviously part of what had previously been a house. It was modern & spacious with a kitchen (although no oven) and the bathroom included a washing machine. The bathroom was very good although the hot water took a while to reach the shower. The bed was quite comfy and we slept well. The whole place had tiled floors but for one small rug and was very clean. Overall it was excellent value for the money.

Overnighter

The property was spacious and super clean. Being an overnight stay we needed to be fresh for the following days drive. The beds were comfy and it made our trip a lot more bareable.
