Good location for Garibaldi station and airport transfers. Not central but the city is very walkable. There are good fine dine options and average restaurants and a good supermarket. A Starbucks, Eataly and Princi all in 5minutes of walking distance.

The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.

Perfect quiet place to explore Milan from the very center of it. Close to many dining options and transportations

The view they use for the property on the rooftop is only available if you book the Penthouse Suite an extra £1300. Took ages to find this out as reception was very slow on Saturday night. False Advertising. Won't be going back as there are plenty of other hotels at this price point.

Modern

The location of the hotel was nearby one of the train stations Milano Porta Garibaldi and there’s restaurants, mall, ice cream shops, etc nearby the hotel, literally like 5-10 minute walk. Amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay - our room was pristine and very comfortable, and staff was helpful and accommodating. The bar is lovely, with delicious creative cocktails. Great location - we walked almost everywhere. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. It felt that we were profiled to being young guests, and as a result of that we were treated less than the rest of the guests. I had asked for access to the gym, was said my keycard had been granted access, and I had to come back three times before finally getting a member of the team to escort me.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff were very nice and great to work with. It is in a great location close to some nice restaurants and bars.

The hotel facilities, services and location were great. The breakfast was not as fresh as you would expect in Italy.

Overall a good hotel but not the most comfortable knowing a peeping Tom from the next building could be watching you shower - bathroom was pretty much an open view in the night time (perhaps this is peculiar to that side of the building, stayed on 831).

The location is a plus, close to restaurants and the Metro. The rooms are comfortable.

All was very good. Most staff were very polite, friendly, and helpfull. One or two were not so friendly.

Nice clean hotel, room is spacious with good lighting. Nice espresso machine and good wifi.

I hope that they improve the parking area and the housekeeping as I paid 34€ extra for the parking. After that, they don’t want to return it back

No rooftop access to everyone

The room was great and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately i chose this hotel for the rooftop access. When we checked in we were notified th rooftop was only accessible for 1 person in our party of 3 and for only 1 day. The others would have to pay an additional $50 to access the rooftop. I decided to wait to go up on our 2nd night. Around 9 pm i went downstairs for them to grant me access but they said it was closed. I was annoyed because it had just gotten dark and the rooftop photos were the reason i chose the hotel. Needless to say I did not get to see it at all. The spa was the same way. Only 1 person could access the spa and the others would have to pay an additional $15 each. I decided to go down to take a look and it was no spa. Just a large jacuzzi with a wet and dry sauna. In the summer that is a useless amenity. The location was ideal and the balconies were great but no wifi on the balconies within the room and the 1 outlet that was outside didnt give off power. Also, when i went to access the rooftop and got off at the 12th floor, i went trhough a double door that lead outside to stairs, but there was no reentry. Sadly i had to walk down 12 flights of stairs then buzz through the parking garage to then walk back through the lobby to regain access into the building. so i give the review a 3 out of 5. the suite luckily was advertised accurately and that saved the trip.

Excellent stay!

Excellent experience, everyone was helpful and accommodating. The hotel smells wonderful and the room was large, clean and the shower was heavenly. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning in the room did not get cold enough, I sleep very hot, to the hotels defense I did not inquire if it could be colder.

Don’t fall for the pictures.

Really disappointed about this. The pictures of this hotel make it look like it’s got a lovely hot tub and rooftop bar with an amazing view of these sky scrapers… it doesn’t - there is no rooftop hot tub, there is no rooftop bar or place to sit, these are a 3000 euro per night penthouse suite and not for any guest to use. Ruined our holiday Breakfast was poor. Over run, running out of everything within seconds. Tables weren’t cleared so we had no where to sit on two days until we had to ask a waiter to go and clear a table for us. The staff were always helpful when asked, but it appeared they were just over run at breakfast time.

The Hotel Overall is perfect ,location ,staff ,rooms ,positive vibes all around ,definitely whenever there is availability it will be my first choice when I visit Milan next time

The room this time was a bit noise as its to the tram side. Breakfast a bit messy, always lacking something. But still my favorite hotel in Milan

Very modern and well kept hotel, 5 sate for cleanliness. Only thing it could be really noisy from the trains, next room or people above. Complimentary water each day would be a nice touch as well like other hotels.

Perfect for our first time to Milan!

Great location, very easy to get to the centre via the metro and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. All the staff were very pleasant and we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel! Comfortable & clean! My room had an amazing balcony, staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is full-on buffet. Only comment is that the coffee could be better.

Amazing hotel, very clean, modern and perfect access to metro. Staff was amazing, had an issue at hotel however was resolved right away. I will be looking forward to come back to UNA Milano Verticale soon.

I would have liked to see the terrace they advertise on their page, but I was told it was exclusive. I was not happy about that. I think customers should be allowed to see the terrrace with the view.

So overall the property and stay was good. Most staff were nice and knowledgeable. What I didn’t like was on my first night the gentleman helping me seemed like he was all over the place, told me I got an upgrade to my room so that I had an excellent stay but the room was what I had paid for..then when I got to the room, the door to the patio was broken (so I couldn’t access the patio) and I told him but he brushed me off and said it wasn’t broken, just locked. I told him the handle had come off and he said someone would look into it. They didn’t fix it, they opened a different door/window so could have been a misunderstanding. The night crew is who helped me and fixed the door, so I appreciated that. The kettle was full of dirty water and a couple towels had stains on them and bed had no top sheet, so that concerned me a bit on the cleanliness but overall the rest of the room and bed seemed ok. Very comfortable bed but LOUD room. I could hear everything outside which was no fun in the last night when we needed to get to bed early for a very early flight the next morning. Otherwise, very convenient location. Great Sushi restaurant right on the corner and shopping area beside the hotel.

This hotel advertised a roof top bar, but there was none except for the penthouse suite. However, the rooms were completely renovated and clean. The rooms over the restaurant were quiet and had cute little balconies. Street side was louder. (Street cars going by all night). The location was perfect for walking at the train station

Lovely hotel, an oasis in Milan. So welcoming and relaxing, helpful, friendly staff, luxury feel and lovely room with balcony. Would highly recommend. Minutes from the metro and lovely restaurants just around the corner to eat out.

I can’t rate this hotel highly enough, the staff were so so lovely and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, so clean and modern. 100/10 the hotel experience was the best part of my trip to Milan. The location was perfect, near to restaurants and a few mins to the metro. The hotel also had a drive for Uber or taxis to pull up. The spa/fitness centre was lovely too. So nice to have the option to book solely for our use. Thank you so much to the whole team, we really enjoyed the stay.

Beautifully designed hotel. Bartender A Desk staff A Maurcio and Alessa the concierges A Risotto at the restaurant showered with red saffron leaves. The hotel even smells heavenly.

AC does not work. If you need air conditioning do not stay here. Had to use a wet towel in order to cool down enough to sleep. Asked for a different room and call was not returned. Window was locked and we could not open it, this certainly would be terrible in case of fire.
