I had a feeling that the people who work there really take pride in providing a top-notch customer service. I was extremely happy with my stay, and should I have a need to stay in Taksim area again, Midtown Hotel will be my first choice. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, the breakfast options were plentiful (fresh fruits, vegetables, some hot dishes). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in years!

The room was clean and the furniture in good condition. Cleaning service was good too. However, bathrobes and private hot spa were falsely advertised for the deluxe twin room that we had reserved.

The Midtown hotel is a very well appointed 4-star hotel in a very good location close to Taksim square, plenty of restaurants and heaps of shops and the Metro. The hotel rooms are good size with comfortable bed and smaller bathrooms - clean and tidy and quiet - all good!

We stayed at midtown hotel from second November till sixth November 2024, our stay was quiet relaxing and comfortable. It was a couple stay. Received the first floor corner suite facing the road. It’s better to book well in advance to avail the cost benefit, last minute booking is always expensive. The entire staff is at its best and few names to mention are Serkan, Trainee Mohammed, Esma, Berkan, Esra, ilhan emir Han. We reached the hotel by the airport shuttle bus and the same we took for the return journey, the bus stop is three minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is surrounded with many hotels very close proximity to each other. Booked our day tours next door. For information, the hotel has its own tour desk. Right side of the hotel is the road to Taqsim square. We went walking to Taqsim square and istiklal street. Pharmacy, convenient store, money exchange, restaurants, pubs and tour operators are available near the hotel. Mid town hotel breakfast is satisfactory but needs to have the live omelette station. But overall it was quite okay to start your day with energy especially when you are going for the full day tours. The shower was excellent and beds are comfortable, a good night sleep after a long day tour. House keeping was done regularly and all the essentials were refilled on a daily basis, eg: tea and coffee, toiletries items. Bathrobe and bath sleepers were provided. I previously used to stay at a nearby hotel but this was better in price and was as good as the other hotel. Providing their prices are reasonable I’ll be staying in this hotel again

Midtown hotel is in good location near Taksim square. Easy to go anywhere. The staff were all friendly and the room was good but view from the room was one of the inside streets. Overall good for a short stay.

The property location is one of the best in and around Taksim square; very quiet and lively area. The room is not as comfortable as it could be and a little overpriced for what it offers.

We had booked for 3 nights. We arrived from California after a 20 hr trip, around 9:30 pm. The hotel and the room were very different from what Expedia had advertised as a VIP experience at a 4 star hotel. The room was smelling really bad (cigarettes). We tried 4,5 rooms and all smelled really bad. We tried to find another hotel, but it was 10:30 pm in a foreign country, and we were exhausted after 20 hours of non-sleeping. It also felt extremely unsafe to walk in a foreign country. We decided to stay for 1 night and leave the day after. But we couldn't sleep at all. The central AC was bringing in the smoke from other rooms! We got really bad headaches that kept us awake for the rest of us. Turning off the AC didn't help. Without the AC the room was intolerable, with the AC it was getting even more smoke. We left the first thing tomorrow, without even eating breakfast. The sheets and bathroom were not what we call clean. Expedia should stop false advertising.

My staying in the hotel was amazing Everyone was so helpful starting from the reception. I hurt my knees while I was travelling, as soon as they saw me they brought ice they offer to bring me a cream from the pharmacy. They are so friendly and caring. They show us how to use the metro and help in organizing our tours. I will stay in Midtown hotel when I will visit Turkey again

The hotel was clean convenient but the service crew was terrible, I brought some frozen food to the hotel with me and asked them to keep it frozen for me but the put it in the fridge and lost it all, I really don’t recommend it to anybody.

Staff was so good and helpful especially Ismael, what I didn't like is the air conditioning system which is not controllable by the room, we had a very hot night.

This property was near Taksim Square. Even though I was there in November, it was warm so I had to keep the window open- thus heard noise all night even though I was on the 6th floor. Staff was helpful. If someone gets frustrated with the language barrier, then this is not the place for you. I was fine, and staff worked hard to communicate with me(I am American.)

.perfect place, great breakfast, wonderful helping stuff. Location near the Taksim, amenities, everything was great. We even got nice lunch box upon leaving early in the morning. We'll come back in the future. Most recommended!!!!!

I highly recommend Midtown Hotel. The Hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Ferat. Whenever we needed them they were ready to help us with a smile. The breakfast is really good with many food options. The Hotel is very close to Taksim Square and within minutes to Istiklal Street. I would visit Midtown Hotel again for sure.

Ok in general, expect less! You literally smell the odor of cigarette smoke in every detail in the room, including the carpet, curtains and furniture. Breakfast is below average. Although the breakfast was included in our stay, we decided to eat outside after giving it a second chance. The check-in experience was great with an experienced manager, but not the check-out. Not a convenient stay especially when you are with a child.

Positives: Location was ideally away from busy main street yet close enough to walk. Hotel was not far away from the Havabus station. Staff friendly and helpful. Negatives, rooms were a bit small, no gym, staff's english especially at breakfast time is not great so communication is always a struggle.

Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Excellent location within one minute from Taksim square. Good breakfast. Good value for money. The only limitation is the poor sound insulation. I could hear the noisy street all the time until late night.

Very rude bald guy at the counter

Cleaniliness and standard was really good but the staff especially one bald guy at the counter was cery rude and could not care less about the customers. One luggage guy at the counter was very friendly though

Great stay...

Our stay at Midtown Hotel was simply great. The location was perfect. Reception great. We got a top floor room with Bosphorus view. The room was not that big, but pleasant to stay in. Cleaning service was perfect. Next time we visit we will definitely stay here again.
