Good service

Staff was friendly and courteous and my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. My only disappointment was the bathroom towels were old and worn out but clean.

Its close to Tunjungan Plaza which add value to this hotel.

Receptionist is not doing their job

The wall has lots of scratches and the floor is rough and old. I got some view facing the main road. That is a nice one. Really enjoy the view at night. There were waiting times to request for toilet paper. They just seems not doing a good service. Also, there was one time a driver ask the receptionist to call my room and they said no such a name stay in the hotel. This is ridiculous. The second time a driver ask the receptionist to call me and they did not call me and the driver had to wait for 3 hours at the lobby because he thought I was not ready. Can you believe that...3 hours? A really bad example on how the receptionist neglected their job and not even called my room. Can a management explain what is going on here?

It's a good hotel, very comfortable and the service is great. The only thing that can be improved is the maintenance of the hotel. The shower leaks and the button of the AC controller is broken

Average room

Staff were helpful & quick to switch rooms for me after the airconditioning in my first room was found to be spoilt. The rooms were small, but decently clean. Hotel is located near Tunjungan Plaza. However my electric kettle was faulty. The shampoo & soap provided also smelled like dish soap, so i was glad i brought some on my own.

Area is convenient, close to shopping centre.

Need fitness facilities(gym), need mini bar in the room.

The location is very close to a huge mall, easy to fins cafe house, restaunrants, and shopping.

Nice hotel in small space! Worth to grab it.

It was overall good and nice but have some wifi network and speed issue only. Less food variety option for vegetarian. But still worth to stay because of it descent look...!

Room lighting is rather dark.

The breakfast is very good with many varieties to offer. Both, continental and local food breakfast are available. The room service and housekeeping service are excellent. Kudos to Rezky (works at the restaurant) who was always busy during breakfast time to keep the dining area clean and always offer us for coffee with his smile. Kudos also for April (housekeeping service) who was always kind and with big smiles keeping our room tidy and clean during our stay Sep 23 - Oct 1 in room 903.

Good location, decent pricing and cleanliness

It was a good stay overall however found stains on the bedsheet, I didn't bother to ask to change since it's already quite late by the time I saw it.

This is my seconds stay here.Location is great as malls and food is walking distance away. Hotel service is good as staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is ok.

Generally is good in term of cleanliness and comfortability because its a new hotel BUT the room SOUNDPROOF VERY POOR. We can hear toilet flushing noise, water sound from water tap all from top and/or next door, as well as people talking at neighbour room. Seem short of staff because call to operator and reception many time and no one pickup calls BUT staff is friendly.

Need to take note of room safety

The hotel management stuck a no smoking notice on the room table. It has very sharp edges and cut my kids by accident. Really not safe so hope hotel management can do something to avoid more injuries to guests.

Everything was good except for the following: 1. Lights inside the room are so dimmed. 2. No fridge inside the room.

Close to the train Station

Hotel was good for a one night stay. Close located to the train station and a ca. 30 min taxi ride to the airport. Rooms are good, clean and quiet. Service was good too. The breakfast is overpriced if not included in the booking. Overall a good Hotel

Good location at the center of Surabaya. There is a mega shopping mall, Tunjungan Plaza, near the hotel. Our room was very clean and had a good view because of at 12 floor.

generally a good experience. staff are rather helpful. for example, rooms are not equipped with hairdryer, but they can be loaned from the front desk. a quick call and someone will send it up in no time. however, i thought the wifi is poor in terms of coverage, speed, and connectivity.

The hotel is on very good location in Surabaya, near to many sight seings areas, malls, restaurants. parking facility is too small, no swimming pool, and doesn't provide iron in room. Overall is good.

A week's visit Surabaya - for the first time

The location of the hotel makes it very accessible to shopping facilities, money changers, good food at reasonable price, especially considering that we stayed before Christmas and left after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just that for those unable to speak much Bahasa, it can be a little difficult, although the staff tried their best to make up for the lack. We consider the overall condition to be very good-to-excellent mainly because, even though there were many guests and people dining at the hotel due to the pre- and post-Christmas day period, we noticed the staff were prompt in clearing the tables and serving the guests. The cleaning team also did a very good job in cleaning our rooms. The counter staff were also very helpful in giving us tips and details about places of visit and how to get there, sometimes even how long it would take to get there.

What more can you ask for? Situated on one of the busiest road in Surabaya, the building gives you the impression that it's small and narrow, but the room size is just nice. Comes with wifi, complimentary mineral water and breakfast! The staff speak adequate English, while the taxi ride to the airport costs around IDR 150k.

Satisfied with location and value

Convenient location; hotel staff were friendly during our brief interactions. Room was nicely furnished, except for the bathroom door which came without a lock. At least it had frosted glass instead of clear glass, which some other reviewers mentioned (we stayed in room Splendid, not Groovy). Bed was comfortable, and we had a great view of the city at the 17th floor. Our room was at the corner, which might have affected Wi-Fi reception. Once we went to the lift lobby, Wi-Fi worked all right. Complimentary welcome drinks and mineral bottle water provided in room. Room is not very big, but still all right for the good value price we paid. Able to walk to Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall in 5-10 mins, which was why we chose this hotel. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

this hotel is fresh because it's quite new and the design is simple and modern. The service is really good and the best thing about it is the location that near to the tunjungan plaza (walking distance about 5-7 minutes).

Thin walls, staffs couldn't solve noisy issues

Hotel is in the enter of the city, clean though is quite a small room. Our night of sleep was ruined due to some noisy coming from the room next door. I called the staff twice and nothing happened. Manager should have more attention to this kind of issues. Breakfast was ok, not many choices. We asked for a omelette and over-easy eggs, and got an over-cooked ones.

Disappointing

I stayed at Midtown recently for my overnight transfer. First of all, finding the hotel was not easy. The location map in the hotel website does not show the hotel location, which is very weird. It is not shown in the google map either. The hotel staffs were nice and professional but the room was very disappointing. I believe the room was given to me before finishing the cleaning works. The shower and toilet were stink. There was no amenity except one soap and shampoo in a small no-name plastic bottle.

Hotel condition, bedsheet were clean but there's no hair dryer and mini fridge which is essential. Hotel near to Tunjunggan Plaza, many food courts and restaurants nearby.

Great central location

Ok rooms are decent in size, greatly located in the central Surabay near TP. Walking distant to TP Mall. Limited car park for those that drive. A new hotel which just passed its 1 year mark. Check in was slow.....waited almost 1 1/2 hours before room was ready. Restaurant in hotel closes at 11pm. No life after which in hotel.

Modern and clean

it's modern and comfortable hotel within 10 mins walking distance to a shopping mall with Kiliney Kopitiam, Starbucks, 24hr Macdonalds. And Gubeng Train Station is just 1.5km away which goes to Yogyakarta. There is always a few Blue Bird taxis outside standing by to get you anywhere using the meter. Rooms are clean but service is not the best. Strangely this 3 start doesn't have fridges and hand towels in the rooms and breakfast was unfortunately a bit cold.

Hotel ini mempunyai nilai plus karena lokasi di jantung kota dan dekat mall, bahkan dengan naik becak banyak lokasi makan dimalam hari, selain itu hotel juga bersih, sarapan enak, dan staf menyambut sewajarnya, cuman dengan harga segitu masih minus untuk luas kamar dan parkir.

Hotel minimalis dengan layanan maksimal

Pelayanannya sangat ramah, dari proses check in sampai check out. Selain itu lokasinya juga cukup dekat dengan Tunjungan Plaza, salah 1 mall besar di Surabaya, hanya kurang lebih 7 menit jalan kaki. Pilihan sarapannya pun cukup variatif bahkan bagi anak saya yang punya kecenderungan susah makan. Kamarnya pun nyaman & cukup luas. Secara keseluruhan, nilai yang dibayarkan sangat sebanding bahkan bisa dibilang cukup murah untuk layanan yg tersedia.

ホテルフロントのサービスはよく、気持ちよくチェックインできた。宿泊した１５階の部屋からの眺めもよく快適に過ごすことが出来た。ただ、車での乗り入れの際の渋滞を改善してほしい。

シャワーの温度がぬるめでした。部屋の掃除ももう少し丁寧にしてほしいと思います。アメニティも少なめでした。
