Mestril hotel was clean, staff were very helpful, and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Kampala!

Good clean property. Big rooms. But the area is poor. No shops or restaurant around. Unsafe to walk around. the arena mall is too far about 20 minutes away by walk. It looks close but it is not.

The property was very clean, quiet and the bed was most comfortable. I booked this hotel because I wanted a bathtub after my long flight from the US, and it was well worth it.

Offered a late check out with no hassels.

The property is one year so it is in great condition. The rooms are very spacious and well lit. Highly recommended for personal as well as business stay. As the property is new, mostly local crowd are available which will change in due course.

The property is very new, one year old so everything about the property is amazing. The room and outdoor are vary spacious. For indian, food options are limited and is bit away from city centre to look for restaurant. Highly recommended

The property was clean, nice and the staff were awesome. Only problem is they’ve never upgraded me as a VIP member for all the times that I’ve visited the hotel which is numerous times and even consecutively.

It was an amazing stay, and the personnel are always very helpful and help you with any circumstance that can arise from your trip there! Anne was extremely helpful with some personal things that came up with my stay in Uganda to help me get them resolved!

Excellent hotel with a spa

An excellent hotel. The rooms are modern, stylish, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are extremely polite and helpful.

The staff were great, the facilities are nice, the breakfast was great. However no upgrades, they didn’t recognize my Expedia VIP status nor did they give me an upgrade nor even water when I told them my VIP status.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The hotel's hospitality service was "top-notch." The restaurant food was good although pricey. There was some noise from the roof on the top floor. This is a 5 star hotel.

I loved this property and will definitely return. It's close enough to the central business district to be there in 20 mins but far enough away to be peaceful. Facilities great and staff/service fantastic. Not cheap but good value.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff are rude! Pretend not to speak English. Treated us like garbage. When i shared this information with the staff I coincidently suffered food poisoning on our last night. I do not recommend this hotel.

mooie lokatie, nieuw en derhalve goed verzorgd. ruime kamer, maar safe werkte niet en ondanks 2x beloven, werd er niets aan gedaan. ontbijt had geen cappuccino (moest je weer voor bijbetalen, beetje knullig)
