Hotel is beautiful. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. But it’s outside the busiest parts of Tokyo so it’s relatively peaceful. It’s a beautiful view of the bay. I would definitely stay there again.

TravellerAmazing views, beautiful art installations, delicious, varied, high quality breakfast, excellent staff and service, spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms, convenient location which was good for transport links and also easy walking distance to Ginza area. It’s very difficult to find any faults. More clothes storage in the room would have been nice but I feel very fussy mentioning it when really this is just a fantastic place to stay.

Concierge was always helpful !!!! staff were always welcoming no matter what time of the day and night, room was immaculate every time ,stayed for an extra 4 days bacause of location subways so easy, accommodation with beautiful views. Will come back definitely when visiting Tokyo.

Hotellet er nytt. Men ingen taxi-sjåfører finner frem til hotellet, da det er i nytt område. Veldig få gjester. Tungvint med resepsjonen på 16 etj. Frokost er særdeles begrenset. Alt i alt var det en dårlig opplevelse å bo på dette hotellet
