This property will place a credit card authorization at check-in of AUD 100 for Studio Suite and One Bedroom Suite bookings, AUD 200 for Two Bedroom Suite Bookings, AUD 400 for Three Bedroom bookings, and AUD 2,000 for the Three Bedroom Pacific Penthouse. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected. The minimum check-in age is 21 during Schoolies Festival (mid-November through mid-December annually).
