Consistent quality with other Quest hotels. One Morgan Restaurant food and service was excellent.

Had a good stay

A fantastic hotel in a really great city. Wagga is growing and is an amazing place and the quality and attention to detail of this hotel in this town reflected this. A great place to put the feet up for the night on the way from Melbourne to the north of NSW.

Room was nice and clean, bathroom was pretty squashy, a bit of an awkward spot to sit on the toilet. Wasn’t happy being woken by housekeeping when I had the Do not disturb tab on the door. I had to be up early to drop my mother at hospital for day surgery and was trying to grab a couple more hours sleep and was disturbed by knocking on door then door being opened by housekeeping before they realised I had requested not to be disturbed!

Average motel

Clean tidy motel, easy to access. Maybe another checkin staff member at peak check in time. Great menu options though didn’t access restaurant. Would definitely stay again

hotel room was not as per expectation of big name of mercure group. The room was full of damp smell and smoke smell. Aircon was not working when we enter and did not work untill one hour when staff has to come to fix it. In the night it was off again and we were without good sleep. Noise was coming off and on from. surrounding rooms or exhaust system from other rooms. Overall its not worth it

Excellent location with parking by the door. I ate in the restaurant and the food was good. I don't know why more people don't eat here. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

Great value and great service amd rooms

Great place all round in every way bar one! The main reason I booked this place was for the spa. Filled it, turned it on, all seemed great, but after a minute or two I started to notice a brown film around the edge. Was so thick it made my stomach turn. Was an absolutely horrible buildup of body fat and whatever other stuff you might get in there. My time in it was over!!

The property itself us quite good. Disappointed with price gouging over Henty week. Normal price $155, Henty week $400. Ridiculous for an average motel room.

Good Stay

The property is located a short distance from the main street of Wagga. Our room was spacious, clean and secure with ample parking for the car. While this hotel is quite large, it was very quiet and we did not hear anyone else even though the car park was quite full. Definitely stay again.

Awesome accommodation!

Rooms were super clean, comfortable, towels were actually fluffy and thick! Shower was amazing! Breakfast was pretty good too! All staff interactions were helpful and pleasant with a smile!

After initial problems with tv casting that wasn't set up, stay was comfortable. Special mention to the restaurant chef: I had one of the best steaks ever. Only grizzle is the sky high (and unreasonable) room cost: $350 for a country motel. 4 star? Same standard as the 3* motels I stayed in my drive: nothing special. Case of supply and demand. Wagga was totally booked out that weekend.

Clean and good value. Pool is good for the kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Bit of a funny smell in the bathroom. Body wash dispenser in shower was pretty much empty.

Less than impressed

Upon arrival, hotel seemed ok, quick check in, a little smaller than expected room, bathroom had lots of messy silicone repairs. Spent the afternoon in the hotel pool. Around 9pm my husband asked me where the breakfast was served, it was at this time realised I wasn't told anything at check in. After searching, found a sml QR code on the wall for the hotel information. Found out breakfast finishes at 9am (industry average 10am), also read that guests can enjoy free entry to the nearby aquatic centre, unfortunately it was far too late by then. Pity nothing was said at check in, our young son would have loved it. Went to have breakfast, arrived at 8:45am, and the Bain Marie was empty, asked staff about cooking some breakfast, unwilling at first, but reluctantly agreed, we were happy to wait. Went to eat my breakfast, after a few bites, I then noticed a black hair around my hash brown EEWWW!!! That was the end of breakfast for me and the rest of my family.  Told restaurant staff, they apologised, but didn't seem fussed, confirmed the chef indeed has black hair. Spoke with receptionist, and showed her photo, she went out the back and returned a min or so later asking 'is there anything else I can help you with?' Really?? How about breakfast without the chef's 'special seasoning'  Wouldn't return, there are plenty of options in Wagga Wagga that value their guests.

A really neat stay and close to shops etc. The only thing I found challenging was the restaurant menu not having enough for plain eaters. I can usually find something like schnitzel or fish and chips. The staff were very helpful but the menu not so much.

Great location, very clean. The negatives the bathroom needs a revamp. They do not have toilet roll’s anymore. Beds were too soft. Loved the free Foxtel.

Comfortable stay. Milk at buffet breakfast was off but otherwise a nice offering. Condition of property was fine for the price.

Messed up with my booking. First they couldn't find my booking, and then they said breakfast is not included while I had booked breakfast. The restaurant almost charged me for someone else's food. And after I asked for the bill they realised it was wrong. Overall, they're unapologetic.

TV didnt function and had to get assistance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is tired and needs a refurb.

The room is pretty tired! Feels like it all needs a re-paint and new lighting. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and towels were fine, but initial feeling was a little disappointing when arriving. My childs bare feet were dirty after running around in the room for a night so made me wonder how clean the floor really was!

An excellent area - close to the CBD but very quiet. Room was stylish & very clean. Couldn't have wished for anything better.

Very nice place to stay, room are basic but clean, there was no extra pillows, the beds are verrry soft, felt like your feet are way above your head the whole family , didn’t have a very good night sleep.

Was not told the resturant was closed on the web site or by the lady at the reception. This was the reason why i picked this hotel. There was no freezer in the fridge so i could not freeze my ice packs ready for the next days journey. The toilet paper dispenser belongs in a public toilet at the local football ground not in a 4 star motel. Didnt like been gouged on price because i had a late booking. Wont stay at mercure again. Better value else where.

Everything with great, I will say the staff in the restaurant seemed unhappy (particularly one of them), I bumped into someone else who stayed there the same night as me and they had the same opinion of the restaurant staff (the same staff member too).

To stay here overnight and not use any breakfast or dinner options would be okay if you like soft old beds. Reception staff were very nice and tried to help wherever possible. Breakfast and dinner staff were the worst I have ever had to deal with. Stay clear

Shower had some mould in it and breakfast hot food was cold if you didn’t get there right at the start. But staff were lovely, the place was quiet despite being booked out, and the room was generally comfortable.

Arrival check-in was efficient, room clean and quiet and the continental buffet breakfast was delicious offering a wide choice.

Excellent. Staff were friendly and obliging. In House Dining was excellent, as was the Farmers Hotel. Rooms were clean, and showed no tiredness. Bed was excellent.. sunk into softness and slept like a log. Heater (winter) was excellent. Big motel and most rooms were booked, parking was sufficient and mostle in front of room.. One inconsiderate Tesla owner muscled into a gap that was not a park so they could steal electricity from their room, which forced two to park askew a bit and ourselves to find another park, but what do you expect from the 'entitled' .. Apart from that, a wonderful place to stay. Shopping Center and other attractions were also great. Lightshow/market/concert were great despite the inclement weather. Loved Wagga as a functional and accommodating town/city. We will be back.

Loved our stay. Lovely soft towels. B/f was lovely, staff doing our room each day, were quick and thorough. Only needed champagne glasses in room to be perfect. See you next year for Wagga Wagga Cup.

Mattress was very poor and cockroaches were found in the room.

The motel is conveniently located with a 10 min walk to the shop I g and dining precinct. Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and the the buffet breakfast is well stocked. Overall, a nice place to base yourself while working or exploring g the Riverina.

Property is not at all a 4 star experience. Its not even a 2 star infact. We got room 239, And at 2-5am they would run washing machines (or something like that next door) that would hammer against our wall, lots of vibration and loud operating noises. Main door was covered with spiders and webs on the inside! No cleanliness, carpets needed steam clean badly! Please don’t waste your money on this hotel.

The staff were excellent. Parking was great. The rooms excellent and the bed was Devine. Could not hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was disgusting. They’re very old and dated. There was old hair in the bathroom. The carpets were so foul I didn’t even want to walk on them and there was spiders webs. It was just off to pay over $200 for something that’s disgusting is a rip-off

A very nicely planned out property, delightful staff, cleanly presented and well appointed room.

The room is clean and big enough for my family with teenagers. Will be considering a next visit with this. However staff need to improve their service as they are not being friendly when I’m checking in.

Welcoming and quiet

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. The reason for the rating is because of the woman in the dining area running the breakfast service. She talks down to junior staff, and is particularly rude to customers. I think she's forgotten she's in a customer service environment, and not in her own home.

Breakfast staff not very friendly. They tried to charge us for breakfasts we did not order. Rooms were ok but the tv was very small and mounted high on the wall. Also no microwave.
