TravellerThis property is clean stylish and spacious. The service is very impressive. The room is contemporarily decorated. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. There is also complimentary evening snacks service in the lobby lounge area. The French style hotel is really value for your money. Love the hotel. Will come back to see all the staff and the robot delivery machine.

I stayed for 2 nights, great hospitality and room is clean and comfortable. Nice selection of Breakfast Buffet. Hotel location is a walking distance from metro and mall is just down the street. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Suzhou

很舒適，可免費洗烘衣物，近地鐵站，附近走5分鐘有些餐廳及大超市。唯一缺點是飯店入口不在大馬路旁，去景點得一直搭車，不過，CP值算高~

酒店很整潔和現代感，性格比高，mercure 品牌一般都可以。淋浴水壓也夠，只是附近有建築工程，稍有噪音，隔音未完善。

It's not very close to the train station, have to take taxis or subway (1 stop), some areas are not allowed to walk through. There's a shopping mall across the big road, 10 mins walk. If you wanna stay walking distance to the train station then it's not a good option, but overall this hotel is valued for money.

酒店很新很干净，设施设计都很不错，床头有插座，电动窗帘，房间感应灯。离苏州火车站只有一站地铁。出门离万达广场很紧，附近还有一个大的生活广场。到苏州落落脚非常适合，价格便宜。
