Decepção

Experiência pessoa desta vez…recepção do hotel em obras - confusão no check-in não havia quartos disponíveis - liberaram nosso quarto quase as 15:00 - onde estava marcado para as 14:00 Não nos comunicaram que a entrada seria por outro prédio…para chegar ao quarto tivemos que utilizar 2 elevadores - o primeiro nos levava até o subsolo - garagem - onde tivemos que pegar um segundo elevador que nos levava até ao quarto. Andava bastante de um elevador até o outro. Fora que o hotel estava lotado e para cada elevador ficávamos muito tempo esperando. Chegando ao quarto o mesmo estava com odor horrível - no banheiro estava exalando retorno de esgoto - cheio pessimo. Ligamos na recepção e nos informaram que no dia seguinte estariam verificando - fato este que não ocorreu. Serviço valet - apenas 2 funcionários para atender as 2 torres do hotel - impossivel oferecer um bom servico com uma demanda grande e com apenas 2 colaboradores… Ficamos muito decepcionados - primeira vez que tivemos muito contratempos neste hotel. Pessima estadia. O que era para ser un fds para relaxar e comemorar meu aniversário, se transformou só em aborrecimento e decepção com tantos problemas que o hotel nos apresentou.

I hope they review the sofa bed.

We only stayed two nights, we didn't get to use the hotel's infrastructure. The service was very good, the room is spacious and well equipped and the shower is very good. The double bed is very comfortable, however, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for the amount paid for the stay. The couple settles in well, but their teenage son doesn't sleep well...

Excelente custo-benefício

O hotel é excelente, confortavel, café da manhã muito bom, excelente atendimento. Minha unica ressalva é em relação à posição do papel higiênico no banheiro. Tem que ser contorcionista para pegar o papel sem levantar do sanitário.

O hotel é muito bom, mas é irritante o nível de barulho das camareiras de manhã. Ficam falando alto de uma ponta à outra do corredor e ainda com walkie talkie em volume alto. Impossível dormir entre 9h e 10h da manhã. Esse serviço precisa ser discreto e silencioso.

My friend and I stayed here in September of 2024. We had a twin bed room for 4 nights. The beds were rock hard and the pillows disappointing. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel. The showers were great: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It was a nice location with a nearby metro stop and a small grocery store close by. There was a small miscommunication where staff told us at checkin that breakfast was included but when we checked out they wanted to charge us for the 3 times we ate at the breakfast restaurant. They had to call a manager and it took some time but they ended up letting it go - we had the paper they gave us with our keys about breakfast being included.

Horrible the fact they have two towers And you nerd to take your children under rain And windy weather só they can have breakfasf. Do not recommend.

I have contacted hotels.com to modify my booking, and they said everything a was fine , but when I arrived I had to pay an extra night for no show . The wifi connection was bad.

It's a good hotel at a fair price. Super well located.

Nice location. Funiture was missing wheels and when staff was notified, nothing was done. After third reminder they were frustrated by the request and said that it would be taken care of. After two nights, I checked out and it was never resolved.

The hotel is amazing, good location, 1 block from subway. The staff is so friendly. I’ll stay again next time.

From a tourist point of view, this is one of the safest areas in São Paulo. The hotel itself would benefit of some renovations, but acceptable in general. The staff are helpful and nice.

All simple and good

O wifi nao funcionou nenhuma vez na minha estadia de 2 dias. Tive que cancelar um dos quartos reservados e não houve estorno do valor. Os vidros eram finos e eu fiquei ouvindo um cachorro do prédio residencial ao lado latindo a noite toda. Em uma das noites ouvi marteladas de alguma manutenção em um apartamento vizinho.

Excelente Hotel

Hotel confortável, bem localizado, quarto moderno e com bom espaço, fui muito bem atendido por todos, destaque especial para recepcionista Luiza Amorin muito atenciosa! Café da amanhã simples, porém muito bem feito. Fiquei com a minha família por três dias para resolver algumas coisas na cidade e passear.

The staff was amazing - friendly, going above and beyond. Great price - room was huge, with great shower. I opted for the breakfast through Expedia which was well worth it - great coffee and buffet selection. Wi-Fi was slow and unstable at times. Drawbacks - no USB outlets in room, no cups, hair conditioner or iron.

Hotel sem agua quente.

O hotel estava sem agua quente. Eu tinha eu reuniao de trabalho, estava chegando de uma viagem de 6 horas e sequer consegui tomar um banho.

Great location

We were actually moved to another wing of this hotel, called the Adagio, which I understand to have the same rooms but with a small kitchenette. Excellent room, wood laminate floor, with small living room. The bedroom even has a small closet. Breakfast is descent, location is great, close to a mall and 10 minutes from the airport (you might softly hear airplanes fly over the building, but it almost sounds like rain). Would stay here again.

The bathroom shower leaked the the floor and there was black mold on it. No towels in the room when we arrived and took more than 30 minutes to get them . The breakfast was terrible. I changed the hotel the next morning. I was very disappointed because I had been to others Mercure with always a good experience, in Brazil and overseas

I always stay there the location is very good ! Easy to arrive and have lot amenities around , transport like metro and buses ! Really nice restaurants!

Se você gosta de som de obra, esse é o hotel perfeito! De 7:30am a 5:30pm o barulho de uma obra enorme em frente ao hotel te incomoda sem parar! No check-in pedi um quarto em andar alto e longe da obra. Fiquei no 15 andar mas de frente para a obra. Mudei de quarto, após constatar que meu ar condicionado fazia um barulho horrível, e no segundo quarto a descarga não funcionava direito. Fui tentar resolver por conta própria e cortei o dedo... experiência realmente ruim. De positivo o quarto é espaçoso e o café da manhã não é ruim e o staff é gentil.

Complete disappointment

I have stayed here several time and during the pandemic and cannot remember the service being this poor. First with checkin I was a day late and my reservation was almost given away due to no show. Then I was offered a disability access room but after insisting on another I was spared the inconvenience. During the 4 night stay not once was my room cleaned or bed made. They cleaning staff empty trash and if you ask they bring clean towels. The reception said their policy right now is every 3rd day they will clean. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. One evening I waited over an hour for an iron, after several calls to reception and an in person visit to reception I finally got one but was late for dinner date. Finally, the hotel was not able to grant late check in after I have had multiple stays within this year alone.

Good location, plenty choices for restaurants and shopping for a business traveler. The reception desk staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. What the administration needs to do is work on their housekeeping and the restaurant staff. For me, traveling for work, a clean made up bed when I get back is very soothing. The housekeeping staff had to be requested multiple times. It took them two days to make my room. The same repeated again and they just changed the toiletries but did not make the bed. Same goes for the restaurant staff for breakfast. No one welcomes you or acknowledges any guests beyond confirmation of the room number. I love the location and the safety. Fran’s Cafe which is in the front is my option to have breakfast and meals all day. They have a great staff and good WiFi to sit and work all day.

Construction out front. Lobby is very small and breakfast is across the street...? Not good. Long waiting times at front desk with one person working and two people in the back doing other things.

Everything was pleasant, except the stoic doormen

Everything was great except the doormen. They were neither helpful nor friendly, distracting from but not necessarily spoiling an otherwise great stay. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is not bad, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The internet speed was also not good but I was rarely in the room.

A business hotel. Very close to Moema metro station and bus stop to get around São Paulo. Walking distance to Shopping Ibirapuera. A lot of bakery, coffee shop, and restaurants, from simple to elegant, in the neighborhood. Although nothing special in the hotel to mention, it is sufficiently new, clean, and quiet.

Decent hotel for business

This hotel is small, but nice. The elevator is small and is slow. The room is spacious. There is a large desk in the middle of the room with an office chair and two lounging chairs and a small table to one side. I loved the lounging chairs because it was nice to be able to relax on someplace other than a bed, but still be in a private setting. I didn't care for the odd panel near the mini-bar. I don't know if there is electrical items or plumbing behind it, but it felt like wasted space. There were no luggage racks in the room either. The bathroom was decent-sized and in decent condition. The water pressure was very good. The swimming pool had to be accessed through another hotel which wasn't the most convenient. Towels for the pool were available, but had to be picked up in the lobby of the other hotel (it's right next door). The pool is mostly a lap pool, so long but not wide. It probably wouldn't be my first choice of hotels if I was traveling with children who wanted to swim. The breakfast had to be purchased separately (not included in the room cost). It wasn't a good breakfast, especially for the price paid. Breakfast items similar to most hotels I stayed at in Brazil. Fruit, breads, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, teas. The only two items I didn't find at any other hotels were tapioca and bacon. Room was clean. Front desk staff usually didn't speak English or limited English. Staff was nice, but not friendly. Wi-Fi was a little slow.

Outdated, in terrible conditions.

Very outdated. Very old worn out carpet and upholstery. Had to wear my shoes all the time and sandals in the shower. Had to laid a towel over the desk and tables to put on my stuff. Couldn't use the sofa or the chairs they were disgusting!!Front desk staff agreed that conditions are the hotel is heavily deteriorated and needs renovation. After multiple complains the second night I was moved to a room that didn't have carpet but laminated floor. It was in better condition but it had a tween bed. They said that they only have 5 rooms without Carpet in the hotel. I will never stay again in this hotel!!

My home away from home in SP

I've been staying here for more than 10 years. It's basic type room with kitchenette . Location in Moema is great. Safe neighborhood. Several good restaurants in walking distance.

Great hotel, very central in a safe area.

I stayed for 16 days at the Mercure Times Square. Most of the reception and restaurant staff spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had great security, you needed a room card to use the elevators and there were guards present all the time there. It's in a very safe area, close to large shopping malls and Ibirapeura park. I can highly recommend it if you're looking for a good value hotel with great facilities, good food and friendliness.

It was very nice day dduring our staying in the hotel. It is very nice location and the amemities are very well. I think that was perfect to my family during that period.

Good value

We stayed in the hotel in December 2013, it is a good hotel, simple and confortable, in a very good location. Close to restaurants, Ibirapuera Shopping Centre and just beside a church. I'd recommend it.

Good Location.....Safe Area

I liked the hotel and the staff were nice. I think the cleaning staff could have done a better job. There were chips on the floor for 3 days until they finally got vacuumed up. Beds are ok. Never used the pool or sauna.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked the layout of the room and the fact that there was a tv net decoder in the room which meant the option to change languages on the movies. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and covers available in the room

I liked this hotel enough to use it again the following week. The room was agreat size but a little tired, but the Brand is updating all its hotels. A good reliable brand and the Staff were excellent. Starbuck around the corner!

De um modo geral a estadia foi muito boa. Hotel próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas com um ótimo café da manhã. Quarto amplo e cama muito boa. O que pode melhorar é a simpatia dos funcionários.

Estávamos em família, foi solicitado cama extra para o meu filho, nós prometeram que logo levariam a cama extra, toalha, travesseiros e cobertas, porém nunca levaram nenhum desses itens.. Ligamos para recepção para cobrar umas três vezes e em todas falavam que logo estaria subindo, porém nunca chegou, dormimos super desconfortáveis , tendo que dividir travesseiros e uma única coberta! Não recomendo

Atendimento pela recepção frio, falta acolhida, equipe despreparada, sem treinamento e fora do padrão MERCURE MUNDIAL.

Quarto amplo e limpo. Pessoal do atendimento simpático e prestativo. No geral, um excelente hotel em Moema. Apenas dois apontamentos: 1) toalhas que já estão um pouco ásperas e 2) a reposição dos itens do café da manhã de um dos dias não foi feita.

Apartamento conforto?

Reservamos um quarto que segundo anunciado deveria ter uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro. Ao chegarmos descobrimos que na verdade se travava não de uma cama de solteiro mas um sofá cama horrível, em que o colchão era na verdade almofadas do sofá. Tivemos que dormir três adultos na cama de casal. Não volto e não recomendo.

Horrível! Sem isolamento acústico e Péssimo atend

Péssima experiência! Quarto sem isolamento acústico, e pior, vc ouve toda e qualquer agua que passe pelos encanamentos. Tv pessimamente localizada. E para fechar com chave de lata: Esqueci uma sacola com Whey Protein + Barras de Proteína e Chocolates. Voltei para buscar no dia seguinte, me fizeram esperar por 40 minutos e quando peguei a sacola, só estava o pote de Whey, visto que, era muito grande para ser "subtraído"! Péssima experiência.

De forma geral gostamos da estadía, nao gostei do atendimento na recepção da torre 1, uma moça loira. O café da manhã achei muito fraco para um hotel desse porte e preço, precisam colocar mais opções, so tinha algumas opcoes de pao, 1 sabor de bolo, mini croissant que acabou rápido, ovo, salchicha e frios. Precisam colocar mais opções..

Equipe de atendimento muito prestativa. Localização excelente, ao lado do metrô Moema. Porém em chuvas muito fortes a rua da frente alaga! Quarto grande, cama confortável, conta com frigobar, porém o banheiro era pequeno e o chuveiro ruim!

Falta recepcionista no check in

O check in foi muito ruim. Apenas uma recepcionista linga espera, tinha que atender telefone e ainda nos informou que o cafe esta incluso na diária e marcou isso nos documentos que entregou. Porém a informação estava errada. Eu ja sabia disso ao reservar apenas a funcionária que não.

Hotel em decadência

Box vazando, chuveiro com pouquíssima vazão de água, teto do banheiro mofado e faltando ítens básicos como sabonete, sacola higiênica e touca de banho. Tivemos de ligar na governança 04 (quatro) vezes para ter um pedido de cobertor atendido no intervalo de 90 minutos. Frequento o hotel há 02 anos e lamentavelmente está em decadência. Uma pena, pois a localização é excelente.
