Great location, and comfortable stay. Restaurant and front desk staff especially Manon are very helpful! Merci Buku!
Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice clean. Little small but comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Dislike. Shower a little dangerous and slippery Overall a good stay. Breakfast beautiful
Recoomend this hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Room fair size, clean and with large rainfall shower, bed very comfortable. Comes with fridge and free safe. Had issue with our fridge light and reception girl couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, Duliex metro opposite hotel and easy to walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was limited but had the usual pastries and had scrambled egg, bacon, baked beans, toast and cold meats and some fruit. Staff super friendly. There is no actual bar in the hotel, but alcohol is in fridges in breakfast room if required. Overall, we couldn’t fault it.
We stayed at Mercure for the 2024 Olympics! The accommodations were great and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and available. Sending Thanks to the Staff for your hospitality and making our stay easy!!!!
Very good very comfortable clean and nice excellent service
Fantastic hotel in an ideal and convenient location. Every staff member was helpful and kind.
Hotel was lovely and staff were all very friendly. Location for transport was perfect and only 15 minute walk from Eiffel tower.
Very good location and super helpful staff. The only thing that I think the hotel should improve is to upgrade the plugs - u can’t charge with a cable directly; it is not USB plug built-in.
We had items taken from our luggage and the hotel has refused to take any responsibility This is not about the value of the items but the principle and we were able to illustrate where our items were because we had an air tag in the bag that was stolen and could show an address in Paris! They did not accept responsibility
Clean & affordable
Nice property in a handy area and would recommend. Just be aware shuttles and taxi's are a nightmare because of another Mercure in the area. Staff were very helpful when we had such an issue..... twice
Pleasant stay overall. Recommended and will go back.
Paris
The staff was very nice.. the carpet was very dirty. Location was good.
Best Paris hotel in every way!
Paris hotels can be a bit hit n miss, with many excusing themselves for tiny rooms and sub standard facilities by reminding you that "you must expect thees, eet eez Parree" However this hotel is the best! Location unbeatable, Metro outside the front door, Eiffel Tower an easy short stroll, lovely area, amazing friendly helpful staff, from receptionist welcome all the way up to chambermaid and housekeeping team. No joking! I'm as fussy as it gets when staying at and reviewing hotels. I couldn't find fault and this hotel is now definitely my "go to" Paris hotel. Well done Team Mercure Grenelle Dupleix. If you're looking for super comfy spacious luxury at a very fair price, You won't find better than this!
It is not clean
Room was very good. Was an excellent location. The staff was helpful.
Close to sight seeing. Larger rooms than expected.
Very small rooms, but decent
This property exceeded my expectations. Smaller rooms but overall nice.
I had a very pleasant stay for 6 nights - it was really close to all the attractions and I would definitely come back here again!
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The rooms and hotel were clean and cute!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was right next to the train station and we have a view of the Eiffel. I would stay here again.
Walking distance to Effiel tower and mall and food spots
The whole experience was perfect. We checked in with ease, even though we only speak English. The staff was delightful and the rooms were so pretty with peak of the Eifel tower
Good location close to Eiffel Tower but staff was not very helpful and friendly breakfast was so so location was okay
Reception staff very helpful and polite Room clean and spacious Great location to Eiffel Tower
Overall a delight
This hotel was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and always endeavoured to assist when asked. The lobby was pleasant and inviting, the room we had (a premium room with a view of the Eiffel Tower) was very nicely furnished. The elevator that we were required to use (in order to access the 4th floor and above) was frustratingly slow and seemed to work randomly. The other elevator that had access to the 3rd floor and down to the gym was much more modern so hopefully the hotel are planning to upgrade the poorer version to match this. The gym itself was small and mainly cardio focussed with working and modern machines, some free weights or bars would have been a good addition. In our room, the television was large and modern. Frustratingly it was a smart TV with all the smart features disabled. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and fitted with a combination shower and bath. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the room’s fridge were a pleasant surprise and the selection of teas were good.
Great service and proximity to Eiffel Tower (10-12 min walk). Metro right across the street was a plus!
Great location. Convenient to most sightseeing spots. Friendly staffs and hospitality.
Amazing hotel, nicest staff! Especially the two guys working in the front made the whole experience much better! Both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Staff is a 10/10, location is 10/10 , only a few minute walk from eiffel tower! So many cafes around the corner! I would come back!
Excellent services. Friendly and helpful staff from receptionists to the housekeeper. The only thing that i dont like: no bum gun.
Amazing Hotel
Amazing hotel and staff, forgot my passport & some money in the locker, housekeeping gave the passport & cash to the receptionist (ileina) , hope I have the spelling correct, kudos to the staff and appreciate every bit
Good place, 10 min walk to Eiffle Tower, friendly staff and would recommend!
Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower
This was a wonderful hotel, and I would defintiely stay here again. My room was perfect - it looked out onto the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and had a great view. It was extremely clean, and the bathroom was excellent. As a tourist, and a woman by myself, the location was very good. I felt safe walking around alone. There was a security guard outside the hotel the whole time. The metro is right across fhe street, and there is a taxi rank two streets down. The breakfast was very good too in terms of the selection and quality of the food. However, the service from the staff was terrible! The concierge appeared unable to secure me a taxi, twice, resulting in me missing the tour I had booked! She somehow managed to book a taxi for other guests!? She also declined to tell me that there were more than 15 taxis waiting all day, every day, at a designated point, two streets down and within easy and safe walking distance! The breakfast staff were also unhelpful and unfriendly at best! Despite this, I would definitely stay here again. They would do well to understand and to teach their staff; that tourists are the essence of their industry, as is communication whether it be in French, or English!
Amazing, highly recommend!!
Amazing hotel for the price!! Such good location, 10 min walk from Eiffel Tower and metro line across the street. Such great eating places next door and we got a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room without request in a standard twin room. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Place was so clean and smelt amazing like a spa as u walked in. Staff was so friendly and super helpful!!
I really enjoyed the location of the property and as I stayed for 8 nights, I really valued having a view to the street. the room was very comfortable and clean. I would come back.
I liked the proximity to the Eiffel tower and restaurants and shops. Comfortable stay. Would stay again
Good hotel
Good location, clean and quiet room.
Air conditioning didn't co well which was a requirement when I was bookingod
My stay was relatively beautiful save for certain restrictions that were beyond control of the management of the hotel (COVID-19). I was initially not happy with the size and condition of the room I was offered upon my arrival. My attitude however changed when I was removed to an executive room on the same floor though the size was still similar. I was more intrigued by the manner in which staff try their best to satisfy clients and make their stay as much comfortable as possible. Cleanliness is pretty fair but an upgrade needs to be done in that regard.
Usman & Aqsa in Paris 4-7.03.20
We travelled to Paris for our honeymoon. The hotel was located in a fantastic position – with a stone throw away from the Metro link. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes walk away from the Eiffel Tower. We found the carpet in the room to be unclean. There was no window or adequate air vent in the toilet. Bedsheets and towels were not changed on a daily basis. But everything else was great!
Perfectly located with respect to accessibility to everything, from the Eiffel Tower, great restaurants, to shopping malls.
It is directly across the road from the train station, so convenient! It has restaurants on either side of it, and is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The staff speaks perfect English, always has a smile, and are so accommodating anytime you need anything. The room is very clean. This is an all around great hotel!
Great location, affordable, but hotel is dated I would rate the property 3 stars.
Make sure if you want to really experience the 4 start hotel, you pay extra because it felt like a 3 star hotel for the classic room. We did not feel welcomed when we checked in. Compared to all of the other hotels we stayed in, they had limited amenities.
Not great
Not great. You get the feeling that every corner is cut to save money. No bathroom amenities. Plastic cups you get in 2 star hotels. 2 tiny paper cups for tea and coffee. Don’t buy anything in the bar - prices are outrageous. Cleaning is below standard. It’s really 2-3 star level for 4 star price. Staff were good.
Great hotel, customer service, and access to train
Great hotel with delicious breakfast, awesome customer service, clean and comfortable rooms and right across the street from a metro stop. We enjoyed our stay there. It was easy access to the trains from the airport and to Versailles and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
This little hotel’s staff was the best of all. Compared to to more expensive hotels, this team if hotel employees were amazing, the front desk hotel employees were great, especially “Melanie”, the breakfeast area was extremely cosy and breakfeast was great, it is worth the price, away from the hustle and bustle of The parisian cafe’s and with a full buffet, housekeeping was very friendly. Hotel is recent/very modern and clean. Decor is a bit oriental/zen and very comfortable. Location is great. You can see the Eiffel tower if you face the street, I will definitely go again, even if I am not so queen on the 15th arrondissement, to go and rest at the end of the day and start in a relaxing atmosphere it is great. Shopping on rue du commerce nearby is fun. Rooms ate really sound proof, bathrooms are very modern😊😊😊😊😊 and the price is amazing for the quality you get.
Loved our view of the transit/Eiffel Tower, and cleanliness.
Clean , great location, nice staff, great breakfast.
The lift was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. When we asked the staff to give us a room on another floor they said it was all booked and on the day we arrived no one was there to help carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. After touring all day the last thing we wanted to do was climb so many stairs! Our door handle also broke off every time we tried to open our door. When we told the staff they just said ok. Also I would expect staff to have better recommendations we asked about going somewhere around the area for brunch and the lady told us to go next door to the cafe. The options were limited and it was expensive for 2 hot drinks and 2 crepes we paid over 30 euros - I think we were just told to go there because the hotel has some kind of partnership with the cafe to send guests there.
The lift was not working so you had to use the stairs, and when I arrived for breakfast @ 8.45 the staff were helping themselves to the croissants leaving little choice left for the residents. I may have been the last person expected for breakfast but I think they should have waited until any residents had left the breakfast room before sorting staff out with their breakfasts.
This Hotel is in a great location..It is close to a Metro Station and has plenty of transport options with buses running past the Hotel. Also it is within walking distance of a variety of famous attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. On the downside the Hotel Lift had been out of action for 2 weeks!
The lift wasn’t working during our stay, however the hotel is in a great location right by a metro stop and only a 10 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower.
staff and location.Excellent location for business and leisure.Staff are very attentive and friendly
Great Stay at Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle
We had a great stay of 4 nights. The rooms are clean and a good size for two adults with enough room to spread out our luggage. The hotel is about 15 min walk away to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The staff is friendly and offered help on how best to get to Versailles on a day trip. There was good breakfast at the hotel as well making it convenient before starting a long day of site-seeing. The rooms are dated and could use some upgrades of the flooring, paint, muskiness.
The property was really clean and has a nice location. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are really caring (especially female staff members have a lovely smile for customers). On the other hand, the rooms are really (though a bit small) and cozy. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is not so clean.
Very kind. Near the effel tower. But there is no toothbrush and tube.
Excelent location, just crossing the street from the Dupleix M6 metro station. Very nice room, with big size for Paris standard and an excellent mattress. Also the bathroom was big enough. Breakfast was perfect and well-priced. I would return next time.
Very close to the main attractions and close to the metro station
Considerate & Patient
Top shelf Dropped my phone in an unidentified cab and even without hope for recovery, the staff was genuinely helpful, supportive, and hopefully contact me if the driver retrieves and per chance, tries to track us down.
I liked that rooms were clean and was in a good location for walking.i didn’t like the fact that it said it had a bar but it was drinks in a fridge.
We had a nice stay! We were really only there to sleep, but it was right next to the metro station and a short walk to a bakery where we got delicious sandwiches everyday for lunch for a great price! We paid €16 for 2 of us. Overall, I would recommend!
Excellent location, walking distance to Eiffel Tower.
Bar didn’t seem to stay open late. Staff very short with us.
Loved the service...room are pretty small but clean, modern and good enough. A metro station is just beside the hotel which is perfect for easy movement. Overall am satisfied mostly because the service was great! Weldone guys👌👏
A nice surprise . . .
The hotel is located just across Metro Dupleix station (Line 6) which is only a few stations from Gare Montparnasse. Ideal if you are transferring from there. There are also plenty of local restaurants and stores around it. This is definitely one of the safer neighborhoods I have been to in Paris; at least that is how I feel during my stay over the weekend.
Nice property and only 10m in walk to the Eiffel tower. Great location with a lot of places to eat and shop in the area. If I go back, I'll absolutely stay there again.
Accommodations , Friendly Staff, location was excellent
Clean room and friendly staff. A nice place to stay in Paris.
Great stay
Loved it. Close to everything, clean and affordable
Overall average , good location
Very Small room , not helpful reception , aggressive and not friendly special Ms Frances, during the check in and check out they hadn’t 200 euro for change
Comfortable stay
Room on the smallish size but comfortable and had all amenities. Nice view of the Eiffel tower. Also great to have tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good.
The hotel would turn off the air conditioner every single night. Horrible with the heat and the staff did not provide any reasonable information as to why . They kept insisting they don’t turn it off when my parents and I stayed in different rooms and it was happening to both my parents and I. 1-10 I give it a 4.
Nice hotel by metro station. Nice little exercise room.
Nice hotel
Very Clean and near to the Metro. Also about 500 metre to eiffel. Good staff
So-so service
The first room we were given had a smell of feet & cigarette smoke. We asked if we could be given another room since I’m asthmatic to smoke, & I was then questioned if I was sure I wasn’t the one who smoked. Very rude.
Nice hotel. Perfect location. Super friendly staff.
Very nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Right opposite to the metro. Rooms are little small , but well kept. Eiffel Tower is at walking distance. Will stay again.
Excellente
Clean and comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Lots of shop nearby that you can buy food.
Great location for easy walk to cafes and tower
Excellent friendly staff . Small boutique hotel ambiance. Windows of room opened to a courtyard and fresh air . Rooms were spacious with full sized shower and dual shower heads. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room with a fridge. Ironing board on request. Overall very clean rooms and helpful staff in a hotel in a great location to trains, restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definately stay at this hotel again.
Ok hotel
The service was great and very friendly staff. They are very helpful. The building seem to be a bit old, but c'mon is Paris but the room was very modern and we'll distributed. The mattress was not that good but after walking the whole day it was not a problem.
Perfect Room in Paris
The room was the perfect size for one person. It was small, but it was had an incredible view and was very comfortable. The hotels location was also in the center of a very lively area with tons of great restaurants, as well as walking distance to almost everything (including the metro). Would highly recommend.
Not a 4* based on staff service
We stayed here for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. It was a last minute booking so expected it to be expensive given the location. Overall though I didn’t think it was worth the money or value. It’s a great location near the Eiffel Tower only a 10min walk away and two metro stations really close by, one is directly opposite the hotel. This gives great links to the rest of the city. The hotel is clean, the rooms were nice if not small but fine for a weekend trip when you’re out and about most of the time. The bathroom and shower were really good. I expected toiletries rather than a squeezy shower gel container on the wall. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty limited which was a big thumbs down given it’s a 4 star hotel. And they don’t do lunch or dinner, only an even more limited room service menu. These things are essential in a 4 star. We asked for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and they didn’t send one. They failed to refill the tea coffee and water in the room. The staff at the reception when we arrived were really good (baldish guy with a grey beard) and looked after our bags as we were early. He gave us some information and a map to tour Paris which was great. The rest of the staff from the evening and the next day we’re not very good, and a little rude. Maybe I’m not used to French custom but that’s my opinion. Overall, it’s poor value.
Great location in Paris
Just a few steps of the Metro. Paris is really a magical experience.
Terrible hotel and terrible service
Checked in at 3am from a long flight to a dirty hotel room with blood on the bedsheets, conceriage was useless and didnt have spare sheets change the bed and then started being rude to us. Do not recommed this hotel.
Enjoyable stay
Great stay at the hotel. Room had a great view of the eiffel tower. Such memorable stay we had. Clean and neat room. Staff was great too!
Good service
wonderful
Lovely stay
Stayed for 3 nights for a short break in paris, great location, right by the metro station that can get you about everywhere you need to go, loads of good restaurants very close. Lift was broken and unfortunately it remained that way for the whole of our stay, our room was right by the stairs with a very loud door however it didn't bother us, had we visited a few weeks earlier in peak season I think I would have needed to change rooms.
Perfect location near the Effiel Tower
We stayed here for two nights from 7/9/17. It has all the amenities close by and the metro station was right outside too. We were worried when we arrived about being so close to the station but actually we didn't hear one sound from the metro. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was so clean. It has everything you could need, we even asked for an iron and iron board from reception and they got it for us straight away. I'd recommend this hotel as it's a perfect location and only a ten minute walk from the Effiel Tower, well worth a visit.
Great Paris Hotel
I stayed on the recommendation from a friend. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable answering transportation and direction questions with courtesy and ease. The rooms are exemplary and the location is close to landmarks and the metro.
Great bang for your buck
Enjoyed the stay.... nice restaurants nearby... good location... very friendly staff...
Eifel tower
Nice Hotel, close to the Eifeltower
great location.. highly recommended
location is great...few minutes walk to eiffel tower, many shops, grocries, cafes nearby..staff named frances was very helpful.. we were there on a sunday and there were makeshift shops just across the street... only drawback was that our window was directly facing the metro so we had to close the curtain all the time
the decor was quite modern, and staff were friendly; location was very convenient; towels were not clean occasionally
Wonderful staff and nice hotel
We were very happy with our stay. The staff was exceptional. The Manager and the Receptionists work extremely hard to provide the best for the guests. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Our room was small, but very comfortable, clean, refurbished, and decorated beautifully. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is several blocks to walk to the Eiffel Tower Center.
Local Parisian neighbourhood near the Eiffel Tower. Friendly local cafes and restaurants, not too expensive and excellent transport links. The hotel has all you need.
Excellent location as a tourist
Excellent location with lots restaurants around and typical French environment around

3 nights stay
We stayed at Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle for 3 nights. It was okay. The check-in was fast. Room was clean, not so big but just okay for 2 people. 1 water per day only for 2 persons. NO VIEW which I requested but they said it's because they are undergoing renovation, which they did not inform us before we booked. They did not put a note on their website at Hotels.com. I booked at their hotel because I saw the pictures but it was totally DIFFERENT when I got there. That's why even the UBER drivers are having a hard time finding the hotel because there's no signage.
