It was a great experience. However the housekeepers seem to cut corners. For instance the soap holder in the shower was dirty my entire stay (10 days). I never used it. The side of the floor close to the window remained dusty. On the day I checked-in the towels didn’t look fresh they had multiple stains unfortunately I found it out after my shower. I gave it the benefits of the doubt thinking that at least they’ve been washed but later in the week, my used towels were folded and put back on the shelf like in lieu of new ones. Mind you they were on the floor. Other than that the staff was really nice. The location is great . Everything you might need is at walking distance.

Say they recommend deliveroo for food as they only serve breakfast but then make you come down and get it after saying they let the drivers come up. No Iron was available when I requested one so had to steam up the bathroom to get rid of the creases in my clothes

Unfortunately the shower was dirty, my towels were dirty, and when I asked for new towels I had to wait until the morning which was unfortunate. The amenities were decent, and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was overly expensive for what it was. The room otherwise spacious and clean Good location

Just so you know that all bathrooms in this hotel are not the same, they do not give you a choice on checkin.. So if you like a bath or shower please request, the default is not shower. If you dont request and then change the staff at the front desk seem to take offence at the fact that you didnt request on check in and they're doing you a massive favour by changing room type

CRYPTO-FRIENDLY BOOKINGS
Your money’s good here.
We got switched rooms when we first arrived because the safe wouldn't lock, but it was handled quickly, politely and easily with no stress. The staff were very friendly. The lobby, lift and rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, great pillows. There were plenty of USB sockets in the rooms for all our gadgets. The only minor tweaks that I would make is that we didn't have a socket in the bathroom to charge our electric toothbrush and the shower head wasn't mounted to the wall, it was a handheld shower head. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel on every level. It's location 5 minutes from the A'd'T, 15 minutes from the Sky Bar, a handy distance from Gard De Nore and having a great Monoprix store 2 doors down, a great range of restaurants, just fab location. Thanks for looking after us.
