es waren sehr sehr viele Kinder im Hotel , ergo alles sehr laut und wuselig - im Nachbar Zimmer bis 11:00 Alarm mit Bettenspringen , weinen gegen die wand treten etc etc ebenso beim Frühstück , wie in einer Bahnhofshalle des weiteren das schlechteste Wlan im Zimmer was ich die letzten 5 Jahr ein einem Hotel hatte

Perfect for short stay but didn’t feel the safest because foreigners was outside the street bothering hotel guests

A great stay

Only two things, first the access road to hotel was horrible. Second, the parking lot needs improvement with a fencing around the parking lot with a manageable access gate.

This is certainly not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3. Surrounded by construction and the highway it's not a vacation spot. Also, I believe there is an immigration facility right next door due to the amount of middle eastern men lingering about outside at all hours. Felt unsafe to walk around. There is a 15 euro a day charge for parking however the barrier was up almost all the time. Hotel staff made us come to the front desk to retrieve extra pillows, more coffee pods, clean cups. They don't deliver to your room. The small restaurant and bar had a limited and expensive menu. They really push the breakfast buffet but at 25 euros didn't look worth it. The AC in the room barely kept up. All in all not a great experience and not someplace I would stay again.

Flies in the room

Many flies in the room when I checked in, I took down 2, still like 3 or more. There are a lot of construction on going, which took us a little inconvenience when we drove there. This could be noticed before we arrived, instead of early check in, breakfast and others promotion.

Nice hotel, staff advised pool was under maintenance and we could not use. Was one of the main reasons we choose this place. Ac didnt work well the first night and opening balcony door let in flies. Staff at restaurant was not that friendly and had very limited items on menu.

Second time staying here and would definitely recommend it. Spacious and comfortable room. The pool is nice. All staff were friendly and breakfast is very good.

THE HOTEL ALLOWED TWO LARGE DOGS TO ROAM THE 4TH FLOOR AND BARK NONSTOP FOR NEARLY AN HOUR DESPITE HAVING CALLED THE FRONT DESK NUMEROUS TIMES OVER ONE HOUR. THE HOSPITAL FRONT STAFF AND GM SHOULD ALL BE FIRED AS THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AGGRESIVE , LARGE DOGS WHICH WERE THREATENING THE PHYSICAL SAFETY AND CALM OF ITS GUESTS ON THE 4TH FLOOR. THE DOGS ACTUALLY CHASED ME TO THE FIRE DOOR (THANKFULLY THERE WAS A FIRE DOOR THAT COULD BE CLOSED AND THE AGGRESSIVE DOGS BE STOPPED FROM BITING ME). IN FACT, I RE-INJURED MY BACK AND LEFT KNEE WHICH HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED WHILE RUNNING FROM THE DOGS AND I EXPLORING LEGAL ACTION OPTIONS FOR THOSE INJURIES. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL: THE GM AND FRONT OFFICE STAY ARE LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE AND IT IS, AT BEST, A TWO STAR HOTEL THAT IS WAY OVERPRICED AND IN A HORRIBLE AND UGLY INDUSTRIAL AREA.

We booked this last minute to have a restful night sleep , because of traffic we were delayed and came very late. We were very tired and just wanted a clean bed , my daughter had found hair in the quilt and the hotel room was smelly so was the hallway, it smelled of damp. If we hadn’t been dead tired we would have gone somewhere else or asked for another room. We had such a long shower to feel fresh again and put our dirty clothes in strong bags to ensure we did not bring anything back. The breakfast was also very limited and the noisiest waiter a large & tall gentleman kept banging plates and cups etc it was not enjoyable at all! We would definitely never go back here. It is such a shame as the general area looked very nice.

Super fint hotel tæt på motorvejen. Vi oplevede en yderst skuffende oplevelse af deres restaurant.. Tjeneren kom ikke med menukort, må flere gange bede om drikkevare, tilbehør, bestik. Vi får leveret den mest kedelig mad til en høj pris og ovenikøbet fik vi ikke det rigtige mad!

Not the best

Hotel is located a fair distance from Stuttgart centre €50 + in a taxi. Rooms are reasonable and facilities are good although air conditioning is very poor in rooms. Also if you open window you can hear main road. Disappointed considering they are a Mercure Hotel Chain.

Lack of communication between staff and mangers.

In general it was good, but seem the staff have not been trained professionally to talk with customei in a manner and respectfully , mainly the restaurant staff which we have been asked ID during our breakfast even the hotel knew that we have paid for everthing on advan on our 2nd day as we have stayed there for 5 days, but seem there a lack of communications and report failing betwwen staff and managers to check before talking with guests. Wasn't happy on the day this happened and the hotel except an apology which i made their attention, not have offred us anything to make our stay as welcome.

Oppressively hot rooms - was told by staff it was because heating was still on the run-down, even thought it was 20 degrees outside. Electrical socket hanging out of wall. Sink plug stuck ‘down’. Coffee machine inoperable - would have preferred a kettle. But, friendly staff and decent breakfast.

My family and I lived at this hotel for 3 months back in 2008 and we throughly enjoyed it. We’ve been back a few times since and it was always a great place to stay. However, this time wasn’t so pleasurable. We noticed a decline in service. For example, breakfast, which we paid for, was very disappointing. They offered the same items every day. The breakfast now is what you get at an “breakfast included “ hotel.

Inside the hotel it was nice, only complaint was my room was very hot at night and this during the energy crisis in Germany, left the outside door wide open all night. If you don't have a car then the location is not so great for public transpotation option and no rent bikes at the hotel

Great hotel from the moment we checked in. Friendly and fast receptionist. Room was spacious and modern. Wish AC did get a little cooler. Had dinner at hotel restaurant twice. Staff was great and food was too. Breakfast was great many options and very attentive staff. Pool was great for my family! Parking was 14 euro which I thought could be cheaper due to location of hotel, you pretty much have to drive there. Overall great experience !

They were not specific about what was required in terms of testing for children. Both children were under 10 and in school (tested 2x a week) but they still wanted them tested. They provided a lateral flow test at 5€ a test. This was unnecessary. The pool was ok, not very clean. The tiles in the water need a good scrub and the water smelt stale.

Breakfast had a great selection, staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and nice. Only downside was a/c was too hot meaning we had a poor sleep. Unable to lower temperature.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The wifi was super fast. If the hotel had a gym it would’ve been a 5 star hotel to be honest.

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Zwischenstopp.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in direkter Lage zur Autobahn. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm und es gab keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer bei über 25 Grad unerträglich wird. Das wir den Parkplatz mit 14 Euro als Hotelgäste bezahlen mussten, fand ich sehr unangemessen. 5 Euro würden es auch tun, zumal der Parkplatz nicht überdacht oder abgeriegelt ist. Das Frühstück war grandios. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Für einen Zwischenstopp kommen wir gerne wieder.

Great customer service

It was nice that they had the couch bed pulled out since it was 4 of us traveling when we arrived. We were tired from driving so it was perfect in time for us to just sleep. The check out was very friendly as well. Wished breakfast would have been more budget friendly, since it was 20€ per person. Also we couldn't figure out some of light switches in the room since the whole room was connected to certain outlets. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we had too.

One day get away Stuttgart

Some rooms pet friendly and on this trip we took out small dog as his normal accommodations were fully booked. The hotel was accommodating, clean and you could not tell Other pets were even there. The hotel was clean, organized and we will definitely go back.

My husband and 4 kids stayed here over a 3 night period. We booked the day of so we had to settle for two rooms on two different floors (not the hotel’s fault at all). Beds and sofa beds were very comfortable. Everything thing was clean and tidy. WiFi was easy to access and reliable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We ate at the restaurant once and it was pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers, probably not families. I am unfamiliar with the area, but you definitely need a vehicle to get around. Also, in an effort to be eco conscious if you forgo room cleaning for a day, you get a free drink voucher, which I very much appreciated.

It’s right next to a warehouse that is constantly loading and unloading trucks on the street making it difficult to leave and enter to the hotel. The trucks and workers are also extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night.

Paid parking

The property was clean, conveniently located close to a mall, restaurants and bar. Staff was friendly and polite, parking on the hotel grounds is expensive 14€ daily for guests which is weird that guests have to pay to park. Because of the additional cost for parking I would not stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, very well located for someone travelling with a car. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only dislike was a slightly pricey breakfast and the additional charge for parking. Overall a very nice hotel.

Super and comfortable nights stay

It was pleasure stay at this hotel. It was clean and perfectly arranged for our family stay if 4 persons. Rooms are super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was good. My kids loved the pool and it was close to the mall and food shopping. But the air conditioning was terrible, which unfortunately I read that same complaint in previous reviews. It's true. Luckily it wasn't very hot at night but it was still uncomfortable at times. Also, they advertise laundry facilities in one website, which is false. You have to pay the hotel to send out your clothes to be cleaned. Laundry was one of the selling points for me when booking because we are travelling as a family with 2 kids. That was disappointing too.

Great hotel

Great hotel- easy access to Stuttgart. Fun area where we found some local restaurants and the hotel restaurant was a great place to hang out too. Clean and roomy hotel room.

The inside of the duvet was smelling of urin and had some blood too. We had to change the room in the late night and had almost no sleep!

Nice and clean place, friendly staff, great breakfast, decent WiFi internet. Unfortunately he pool was not open and for the gym I only had the option to go to the other Mercure Hotel close by. I could say that I was not too lucky to encounter this. It was only temporary though and the pool was fixed the day I left. Other than that I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the place.

The reception staff is nice and polite. But the old waiter is kind of rude. After I used up last two pan cakes at the pan cake machine. I remind him that it need to be changed . But he shouted out to me with no reason.

Hotel is great. We had a car so this is why we chose it. Would be challenging if you didn’t have transport. Parking expensive. Staff are fantastic and super helpful. Room is good.

Newly renovated hotel with great rooms and facilities but requires some regular maintenance. One of the bulbs was not working and the staff could not replace it, we had to manage with less light. The manager compensated by not charging parking.

The Hôtel has a great location next to the shopping mall. Also next to it there is a massive bicycle store with German and imported brands. They also vary equipment. The Hotel staff was fantastic and always available to help and offering good tips on places to visit.

nice hotel located next to the Messe, also in driving range from Mercedes, but take note that some GPS systems take you to the parallel street. room are nice and comfortable, there is plenty of parking and a nice restaurant. hotel staff were king, helpful and friendly. my only issue was that there wifi is terrible, even the high speed one.

iPhone charger was taken

My iPhone charger and uk adapter was taken and not handed into reception. Hotel spoke to me like and idiot and denies all responsibility. The cleaner must have needed one..

Cozy hotel

This was a very cozy hotel and received a great welcome by the receptionist. The price was right, nice size bathroom and even there isn't much to do by walking distance you can drive to the mall or restaurants from here. I recommend that you google a place you wanted to go and enter the address in the GPS and then find it. The downside was the parking fee but other than that, I was very happy with the hotel.

The hotel was in a VERY industrial section of town. The air conditioning did not work in my room or my co-workers room next door. When I informed them, they were not surprised and did not even apologize. I had the door open all night which was loud as it was facing the roadway and woke to flying bugs. I will not be back.

The lobby looks good but the rooms are old and tired. I wouldn't stay here again.

Single night stay before departure from STR

Chose this hotel since all hotels in the direct airport vicinity were booked or very expensive. I thought this hotel had a five dollar shuttle to the apt, but didn't.. the cab ran about thirty-seven euros. For the rate still expensive, but very good quality in all aspects. Beware - the pool is awesome, but /cold/ and naked men hang out in the sauna.. welcome to Europe! Wish they had more than 1 pillow per person - guess I could have asked for one. No outlets by the bed, but 2 ext cords were brought up promptly upon request. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast - we opted out due to price. Nice deep tub in the room.

How does room cleaning work?

The hotel is located right from the autobahn exit behind the local convention center.Parking is outside The hotel does not have a workout room, but has a very nice pool. A mall is nearby in walking distance. The Staff was OK and the Hotel was all together not bad, but had a couple of issues that should be fixed. - In 10 days our bed sheets were never exchanged, only when we requested it. - The carpet was vacuum cleaned once after we requested the change of the bed sheets. - We lived with one glas for our tooth brushes for 8 days, never have been added one. - Our bottles with refund on it were removed from our room as well as one of our ceramic bowl for cereal. Staff should be trained in properly cleaning rooms and know what belongs to the hotel. - I applied for the rewards program, have been promised to be processed the next day. Never heard from it again. Restaurant - Is available. Positive: We asked for a room with a connecting door. After the information from the reception the hotel is not equipped with rooms like that, an email to the hotel, was very nice answered with a reservcation for 2 connected rooms. All togehter, the hotel was not bad or dirty, but the staff for the rooms seems to lack some training.

CHANGE AGREEMENTS WITH BOOKING COMPANIES FOR PREPAID ETC SO THAT CUSTOMERS WHEN NEED TO CHANGE RESERVATIONS THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF REUND CAN BE MADE AT THE HOTEL DESK. WILL NOT BOOK AT THE MERCURE AGAIN.

Quiet and Comfortable - lovely one night stay

Quiet, clean and modern rooms. ..The usual lovely mercure experience! The on site restaurant also had some excellent food and great service!

Top Hotel & staff

Stayed for two nights, everything was excellent, food really nice all local produce, service was outstanding, hotel spotlessly clean and tidy. One small issue swimming pool Temp for an indoor pool it was on the fresh side. Defiantly number one on the list when near Stuttgart.

Stay over on vacation

Nice hotel close to the highway - perfect for travelling with a car. The room is spacious and the restaurant was good. Good facility and nice staff. The free internet could be a bit faster.

Good hotel for its price.

Stopped by during a long road trip. Receptionists at the front desk was more than friendly even though, a large tourist group was checking-in at the same time. First-come-first-serve was maintained very well! The structure is not new yet, the rooms are adequately comfortable and clean. Since the neighbourhood is a industrial/commercial area, if parking is free for in-house guest instead of Eur. 12,00, I would give out the final star!

Good Hotel

The Hotel was very nice, everything was OK, but...... The inside pool had very cold water was located in the same room with a "nude" SPA. As a family hotel (with WII and kids' entretainment in the lobby), they should avoid this kind of things. It was not nice to enter the pool room with my daughters and see Naked men going to the SPA. We had to leave the pool.

Great hotel, if you have your own transport

The hotel itself was really nice. Very clean and comfortable, modern. It would be fine if you've got your own transport, but it was a long way from public transport - a good half hour walk or 5 euros in a taxi and nothing interesting nearby, a bit of an industrial/retail park area. The hotel breakfast was superb, so much choice, and we had dinner in the restaurant, which was also good. If you don't want to pay so much for breakfast, however, there is a MacDonalds a few minutes walk away.

Great Hotel in ideal location

Although this Hotel is surrounded by Office blocks it is quiet, close to the motorway, the food is good and the price very reasonable

Far from bahn station

I think sindelfingen is too empty nothing at all it is so clean but no people no help in hotel they do max effort to help but there is no enough tools to do no bus for hotel to send u in nearst place no body lotion in rooms very expensive to this level of accommodation

Best selection for business trip

I was on a business trip. This hotel looks perfact for business trip. Clean, Quiet, Friendly staffs... I'll stay in this hotel for my next business trip.

Surprise car park charge at nice hotel disappoints

A one night stop over en route to skiing in Austria. We stayed at the sister hotel opposite last year and booked this one by mistake this year. A little harder to find, a disappointed to have a €7 surprise car park charge added to bill when leaving.

We had a great 3 night stay. Very comfortable room with great service. Great location. Good price. Will definately use it again. Used pool and sauna daily. The only negatives : expensive overnight parking and expensive breakfast.
