Very nice hotel. I stayed here for a week and was very impressed. Comfortable, luxurious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Angenemte Unterkunf

Very upscale and nice, definitely located in a nice clean area away from the hustling and bustling of a typical Vietnam city.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast brunch was absolutely amazing! Along with the complimentary drinks in the room, it was truly a great experience

It's perfect for a trip

But it's a little unfortunate. I always like to use a suite. However, the facility has not been repaired. I couldn't use the safe because the bathroom sink was broken, or because there was no electricity in the safe in the room. Every time I visited, I witnessed the same phenomenon and asked for improvement, but it hasn't always changed. Except for this, the hotel service was all satisfactory. It's a little less detailed, but it's a pity that it doesn't bother me much. The hotel is very satisfactory for the price.

The only issue I experienced is that the maids there doesn’t do a good job cleaning the room and bed when guest is staying more than one night. But the issue was quickly solved by the staff there and I am satisfied.

Top level hotel

Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel follows highest standards in matters of cleanliness, comfort, cooking, guest service.

Reception Staffs were very helpful, lots of food choices for breakfast , resort was very relaxing,

Staff were all attentive and guest oriented. Hotel suite rooms were great , breakfast buffet was good. The pool area is nice, just wished it stayed open later than 6pm

Spacious, clean, grand scale. The lounge was empty of people and staff most of the time it was open. Dislike were the lobby walkways which were open and exposed to the elements so when it rained, walking to your room would require skill to avoid slipping on the wet tile floors.

Great stay

We stayed on The Level floor and were greeted immediately and everything explained clearly by very friendly staff. We were very happy with our room and also used the lounge that evening. At breakfast we were able to order extra items to those at the buffet, however breakfast is in the main restaurant, which was busy. We had a one night stay as we had a flight from Haiphong Airport the following day. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

The Staff, reception, room size and ambiance were amazing. Ms. Tammy, at the front desk, was really helpful and courteous. Appreciate her help.

Amazing hotel - super clean and maintained. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids with 3 different pools and a foosball table available in the pool area. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Jeanie, guest relation officer, was amazing! with scheduling tours and transportation. Highly recommend!!

Very beautiful hotel, clean , staff are very polite, excellent service. Only need to improve food quality and menu selection needs to have more Vietnamese food, we are in Vietnam we wanted to try Vietnamese food . Hotel is very well maintained.

Beautiful property, poor service.

Beautiful property. But, the service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. Almost no one speaks English, even at the front desk. The food was good.

Clean and good value

You get great value for your money at this hotel. Everything is nice and clean, and in a good area of the city. Only downside is we had some language barriers, especially at the restaurant. We don’t expect them to be fluent in English in anyway, but considering this hotel is international and five stars, we do expect them to know basic words. However we had a nice stay and would recommend it.

More choice of vegan dishes at the breakfast buffet.

Nice room and service

훌륭한 객실과 좋은 서비스

방은 청결하고 usb 층전포트가 있었고 와이파이 잘 터짐. 직원은 잘 웃고 영어가 능숙합니다. 테라스가 있어서 편리했고 수압 좋고 에어컨도 잘 작동됩니다. 조식 뷔페도 괜찮아요. 제대로된 5성급 호텔을 식사포함해서 성수기에 이 가격에 누릴 수 있어서 좋았습니다

하이퐁 출장 시 항상 찾는곳

출장가면 항상 이용하는 호텔 입니다. 깔끔하고 방이 기본적으로 넓어 쾌적 합니다. 욕실도 따로 있어 탕에들어가면 Good 룸서비스 잘 되고, 레스토랑 음식들도 모두 맛있습니다. 수영장 정말 잘 되어있고 이뻤습니다. 숙박객은 수영장 이용과 헬스장이용이 무료에요
