Excellent location and amazing service. Rooms condition could be improved slightly. High use areas like outlets needed to be replaced but we’re still usable.

Great location & fabulous hotel.

This was a really great hotel. Well located within walking distance of the Imperial city. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. We stayed in a suite with lounge access and it was very spacious & we could have some great drink & snack options from the lounge. We had left an iPad on the plane & the front desk staff rang the airport & managed to track down someone who found the iPad & it was returned to the Vietnam Airlines office 450m from the hotel the next morning. They were also very helpful arranging our transfer to Hoi An our next destination.

The staff at the Level were very curious and helpful and we had a comfortable stay.

Modern and wonderful.

Love this swanky hotel. It’s a high rise so you get amazing views from your room and the bar in the 34th floor. Go to happy hour—you won’t regret it. There m was quite large and well Appointed and the breakfast was spectacular.

Very comfortable and clean

A luxurious spot and extremely comfortable. Not your typical Hue accommodation but we were ready for a bit of luxury.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Vinpearl Hue for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, offering luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in the heart of Hue.

Swimming and gym is top notch, good staff on duty. Loved the rain shower, great pressure!!! Bed could be softer, liking the 3 pillows. Some Breakfast items could be warmer. Overall I would recommend and stay here and other Melia Vinepearl, great staff all around. Thanks

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and spa was good. Only negative was dinner in the ‘best steakhouse’ - food was not very hot and the NY bone in steak was more fat and gristle than meat. It was poorly cooked, more parboiled than grilled and was overdone for medium. We weren’t charged for it so that worked out but food was a dinner was a disappointment

Awesome stay at Meliá

Loved our stay at Meliá in the centre of town, close walk to the main walking street with lots of restaurants. Staff friendly and hotel very clean. Loved our view from the 16th floor

Biggest heated indoor pool in Asia and very clean,,great staff e so NGYEN in VIP lounge on 32. Great cocktail hour. Easy parking Easy check in. Good gym. Best hotel in vietnam

Ideal for short stay

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Spacious room and en-suite. Great variety at breakfast. Reasonable sized pool to chill at after walking about all afternoon. Central location, easy walking distance to the Citadel

Exceptional Stay

Our stay was amazing! The Vinpearl hotel chain never disappoints. My family of 5 had a beautiful suite, comfortable beds and all of the comforts that we are used to in the states. The breakfast buffet was great with a full array of selections. Service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. The manager of the hotel went out of her way to greet us upon arrival and send us off upon our departure, which was very nice. A special thank you to April, whose customer service went above and beyond. Super friendly and professional and always with a smile on her face. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Hue.

I will start by saying, staff were wonderful and welcoming. This review does not pertain to them but the hotel itself. My family and I booked four rooms, they were able to have us on same floor which was great however two of our rooms needed our aircon fixed as it was not working the first day. My room also had a heavy odor to which they offered to move me to a different room. I declined as I wished to stay with my family on the same floor, so an air diffuser was brought to my room to remedy the smell (it didn’t help). Then the following day, my key wasn’t working so I went to check with front desk, long story short- my door lock battery needed to be replaced (at 11pm). I really appreciated management’s apology but it was back to back issues with my room for some odd reason, lol. The rest of the fam did not have issues, so maybe it was just my luck.

Amazing stay!

Great stay in Hue, couldn’t recommend enough! The service is exceptional and the room is really clean. We also went to their SPA which was really good - pricer than usual for Vietnam but an amazing experience. Breakfast has a lot of options which is nice. Only callout is the frozen pizza from the Zenith bar, which wasn’t great. Otherwise a really nice stay, no complaints!

Love everything about this hotel — the panoramic view of the city & the river, the friendly staffs, walkable distance to restaurants and to the bridge. The hotel is the highest building in the city you can see it from any direction…. Lastly love the breakfast!

It was at a wonderful part of the city.you can see the hotel building almost from everywhere. Next to a mall very convenient. Lots of nice restaurants around the hotel. Night walking area is walkable distance. Breakfast is amazing. We enjoy the staying very much. Will definitely recommend this.

This modern hotel, perhaps the tallest building in the city of Hue is poorly planned. With 35 floors it has only four elevators, and only one of them reaches the bar at the top making the waiting time to use it incredibly long. Being an hotel mainly attending international travelers, the communication in English with the staff was very difficult, with some exceptions such as the gentleman responsible for the swimming pool whose work and professional attitude was excellent. Basic information was not provided upon checking in, such as the need to scan the room key to use the elevator (something typically not common in Vietnam) or the need to deposit a credit card in order to charge whatever was consumed into the room account. The food at the restaurant was good, although the lights were so dim that made almost impossible to see what was on the plate and properly handle the food (separating the skin from the salmon, for example). In the menu, they offered Spanish ham croquetas but what they delivered had nothing to do with the bechamel based delicacy, it was just a ball of breaded smashed potatoes without Spanish ham on them. It was no use to discuss it because such a discussion would had been impossible. Finally, the music at the Bar on the last floor was too loud. Together, the quality of the service provided was not that of a five star hotel.

The location is notably convenient, as it is within walking distance to many nightlife activities. Additionally, the staff is friendly and provides helpful assistance to guests.

The staff was helpful and nice. My room was a level Room which included nice perks but my room was not as clean as I would like it to be. The tub had some hair. However everything was great and the breakfast selection was amazing.

The hotel was very clean and well located. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We also had a spa treatment which was amazing. We highly recommend.

The staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had so many options for everyone, the dining room Alma offered fine dining in the true sense that everyone should try at less once - bravo to the chef and staff!

Wonderful service

On checking in, we were greeted with a friendly service. It was my husbands birthday that day, and the hotel kindly gave us a room upgrade along with some complimentary treats in our room. We made dinner reservations for the 33rd floor restaurant and on finishing our meal my husband was given a lovely birthday dessert along with a happy birthday song. The level of service was exceptional and we will be sure to tell our family and friends.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was fabulous, and the other facilities were a great bonus. Loved the pool and the view from the sky bar and restaurant were spectacular. Only thing that could be improved was the restaurant food and drinks. Not bad, just need to fix a few things to bring these up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Great stay in a good location. Easy to walk around or get Grabs cheaply. Very comfortable bed and pillows with a view of the city. Enjoyed the breakfast as well as the sky bar food and drinks. They even arranged airport pick up which worked perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again

Perfect one night stay, spacious comfortable room. Good location, easy to visit tourist sights. The level club lounge was great for checking and refreshments. Good food & views in restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel building has a modern architecture with multiple amenities and with rooftop views on the city, the Perfume Riverfront and the old emperor’s residence. All employees are welcoming and ready to help. The rooms are quite large, bright and well maintained. Highly recommended

Great hotel with a nice view

The service is very friendly and the rooms are clean and very spacious (we booked a double delux room). Great view from the rooms. The pool area is nice but the sauna and steam room are part of the spa and you have to pay extra which is disappointing. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice but we were there on a busy day when they struggled to top things up quickly like hot water for tea and fruit. The sky bar is nice and has a happy hour for beer every evening. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre with supermarket and cafe and you don’t need to go outside to get to it if raining. The location is ok, about a 15 minute walk to the more touristy restaurants and the night walking street area or you can get a taxi which is cheap.

Amazing hotel, incredible service and meal choice, treated like royalty, great rooms and facilities, safe to walk to local eateries which were awesome.

Is a good location, but it should have better standars the carpet is super super dirty and the breakfast is expensive and you don’t even get fresh coffee.

Outlet plug didn’t fit

My experience was excellent; the only true complain I had is that I had to call to check in with my laundry after the promised return. Other than that, the stay was very good.

Best hotel in Hue to stay at. Staff welcome us with warm. They are fluent in english. The room has the best view in town, and all amenities were provided. All staff are professional and always accommodate at their best. We stayed there 3 nights and wished we could have spend more time there! You won’t regret booking this hotel!

Daycare bar???

Hotel is beautiful and service was outstanding. The reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because of the Sky Bar. The views were beautiful and drinks were very good. The main complaint is that when we got off the elevator, it felt as if we were in a daycare center and not a BAR!! There were so many kids running around screaming unsupervised. This is a BAR and children should not be allowed. Most people come up to relax, have a drink and enjoy the views. There should definitely be age restrictions for this venue. Please have something that is ADULTS ONLY!! Other than the bar, the stay was lovely.

Customer service is excellent. I got a food poisoning and sick all day. When I asked for more bathroom tissue, they offered for me to see the doctor and provide medication treatment to me. They also cooked soup and brought it to my room twice: late at night and early morning…

This is an upscale hotel. Rooms and service are excellent. Conveniently located within walking district, massage and entertainment.

The AC unit is not cool enough in the hallway. In the room we can adjust the temperature but whenever we stepped out to the hallway to go to the elevator, it always hot and humid. The temperature should be a cooling setting.
