Excellent location. Public transport right outside property. Walkable to a lot of attractions and Southern cross Station. Comfy bed, very clean. Very pleasant stay.

Excellent view. Close to public transport. The carpets where very badly stained and could do with a deep clean. That was the only negative about this 2 bedroom unit.

Great Location, nice apartment a little dated but overall great value for money. The office was not open at all during our stay, so we were unable to leave our bags on departure day, bit inconvenient as our flight home was not until 3pm Overall I would definitely recommend Melbourne Sky High Apartments

Great views, good apartments with good facilities (although a little small), excellent location close to everything; however, reception/office is too slow to respond and unlucky to be staying when lifts were being serviced and 2 out of 3 were out of commission. Can highly recommend and will definitely go back though!

Great location. Train and trams both short walking distance from apartment. Close to cbd convention center and casino. Apartment had an amazing view however bedrooms were small and there were some issues with bathroom lights not working and fire alarms in unit had been disconnected by someone. We reported this to property management so this has hopefully been sorted. I would definatley stay here again

This property rated 4.x however I don’t believe it is correct. Inside the property is very old half of the lights are not working. Toilet and shower was not clean. Really disappointed by this stay. Only advantage was the location, however with car it was challenging to find a car park nearby.

Property was very average quality and dirty inside the apartment, lots of dust, very noticeable behind doors. the shower had build up of soap scum with black mold starting in some places, the fan didn't work, the front door had a gap at the bottom so noise and draft from the hallway, a piece of cardboard is covering a hole next to the aircon system in the lounge. Property manager was nice though

Hotel was nice, great view and good location, but the beds had someone’s hair on the sheets, the bathroom was dirty and had hair everywhere in the shower and the drain was blocked, the shower flooded and filled the bathroom with water.

We had to wait 45 minutes before someone could check us in and the apartment wasn’t clean. ☹️

Our 2 bedroom apartment was so dirty!!! Carpet was covered in stains, in the hallway and in the apartment. Bathroom was dirty, the toilet brush holder was so disgusting on the outside. Will never stay there again.

Everything we needed for a night in the city, clean with an amazing view!

Very close to Southern Cross station so handy to the Skybus, but also a tram to the city. Not for those who are averse to heights.

The property has potential but the overall cleanliness was terrible. the carpets were heavily stained. The balcony doors were extremely dirty. there was no daily service to take rubbish and make beds. The dishwasher has a foul odor coming out of it which permeated the apartment

Great location and amazing views. Few items missing from the kitchen and would have preferred a service over the four days we stayed to refresh towels and linen.

The photos you see and the room you get is completely different. It’s deceptive, carpets are stained, walls are dirty, rooms almost look like prison cell with no life or colour in it. Internet did not worked, there were no instructions provided for the WiFi passwords. It was just terrible. I would rather donate that money but to stay here again.

The views were amazing, very spacious rooms. In a convenient location. Will definitely be making this the place to stay from now on.

Stayed on Level 59. The views were absolutely amazing. Large windows which make it even better. Close to the station, trams etc. Will definitely be back again.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Wifi didn't work. Provided with a usb a day later, and a day after that someone had to come and connect it to tue smart TV. No access to pool, spa or gym. We were only told that it was "closed" on arrival, even thpugh a wotif reviewer had usef these amenities a weel pripr, there is also photps of these on the listing. The elevator frequently smelt of chlorine and had wet footprints so it was clearly open, just not to guests. The living room walls had black marks all over them and the carpet was quite stained. The communication from reception was very disappointing. They never answered the phone and gmtyey vc

The gentleman was wonderful and very communicative, we were early he secured our suitcases until our return. Our key was to a room on the 60th floor, amazing views.

Wonderful family weekend away!

We had a fantastic time. The view was amazing! Close to DFO Spencer Street outlet and trains. The tram was right out the front. The apartment had a far bit of dust but overall was good.

Fantastic room with amazing views. The room was very large with everything that you could want. Couldn't stop looking at the views. Very happy.

Awesome views and great location, but communication leaves a lot to be desired. I called 3 days before the trip to ask about facilities and was told the pool was open. Once we arrived, we were advised that you need to book a slot 48 hours in advance. For a weekend stay we had 2 EXTREMELY disappointed children as we were simply told "there's nothing we can do" ad nauseum.

Just needs to be clearer that the hotel check in finishes at 6pm. Also the fitness facilities you need to book 48 hours in advance.

This property has an truly amazing veiw..glass windows the whole way around the apartment but it was filthy..stained carpet, under furniture has never been vacumed..a rug in the bedroom was folded in half andcwe constantly tripped over it andcwhen it lifted the dirt was everywhere...location fantastic..thats it...

Lovely and friendly staff, very clean room, wonderful views outside the window, great location. A few issues with the body corp shared pool but was sorted (but not an issue if you aren’t going just for the pool).

Very convenient location, clean rooms, a great spot for a minibreak

The location of the apartments is great and central , if you want to be in the hart of the city then its great. We had two rooms , and the cleanliness was average , but did not help with the construction going on in the building. We also had allot of construction going on in the surrounding buildings which did not make the heavy machinery jack hammering starting early in the morning pleasant as we were woken up early every morning except Sunday.

Weather was terrible. But there are still so many attractions in Mebourne that are indoor. Still had a great time.

The front desk staff were very helpful and went out their way to make our 7 day stay welcoming. Beds and pillows were the best ever. Only shortfall was the sofa. A bigger and more comfy sofa would make watching tv and the stunning view a true relaxing end to the day.

I had read many reviews about this place and I now know that some were very accurate. It is just so noisy, sleep quality is extremely poor. I was on level 30 and could hear conversations on the street below. Only positive I have is that the location is good.

What a terrific experience I had at these apartments! The front desk staff was awesome, the room (room 2701) was brilliant and clean! Great accommodation in the perfect location!

Any apartment on floor 43 with a spectacular view is off to a good start. Clean, well equipped, good aircon. A good flat.

The property is located in a very central location, just a stone's throw away from Southern Cross Station. The tram stations are also very close by, with 1 right in front of the building. Would have preferred the apartment to have bigger bedrooms and 2 toilets instead of 1

Very easy check-in process, friendly staff and quick. The views from our flat on the 59th floor was amazing. Location superb. Carpets were terribly stained, lift hallways dirty also with stained carpets. Furniture not very comfortable. The unit is in dire need of a refurb. But a good place ... made even better with a little money spent on new carpets or ripped up and hardwood floors put down.

The views are to die for. The two bedroom apart was fantastic. So close to tram and all other central attractions The only downside which really didn't worry us was the lifts seems to be out of order a lot. 1/3 lifts always working 2/3 lifts sometimes working 3/3 lifts never working.

I didn't liek how 1 of 3 lifts worked. I didn't like how the shower flooded the bathroom floor. I didn't like how the hall way on our level smelt like cat piss. I didn't like how the beds had bad amounts of dust and lint. I like the reception lady, she was really nice.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the lock on our door but otherwise very satisfied.

Situation with lifts was terrible 3 lifts for 60 plus building and lucky if 2 were working. At night only 1 working

The room given is near the road, so around 6.00 am you can hear the construction noise as well as tram screeching. In the night there are creaking noise from the building, so it is a nightmare to stay here. The sound of rope n some thing knocking against the wall whole night. My four nights stay is so bad. The bathroom has many small black insects flying around though they don't bit but but gives you the creep.

This property is a little tired cosmetically in the lifts and hallway. The apartment itself had modern amenities and a stunning view.

Property was in a great spot, made use of the gym and pool. Close to station and supermarket.

The Room was great and the rates were also very accommodating, however I took my kids to the pool and there were used bandaids in and around the spa, people swimming in the underwear and there was even a pair of underwear left theft near the door.
