The property is nice but they need to upgrade food options. They also need to equip the rooms with charging ports. Staff needs to be more friendly while the guest are there and when they are leaving.

Had a great experience. Wide selection of foods for the taste. Received excellent service from Ebru, Fatma at restaurants and Ali at sandwich bar. The room cleaners did an amazing job as well!

Unable to book excursions and tours as most staff can barely speak English.

Food good. Staff friendly. Clean property. What we don't like is beach didn't have a pier into the water. Didn't have traditional bread Turkish bread making for guests to watch. Neighbor hotels very loud at night. Overall, great place!

Fun weekend

Great place to relax at the beach or pool. Food is tasty and a good variety for all meals. Evening shows are fun to watch. Don't forget to tip the staff ;)

The hotel is in great condition, right on the beach with great pool and entertainment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are planning to stay in Lara area this is the place to be.

Very Clean

It was busy during our stay but very hardworking staff handled everyone all very beautifully. We definitely would come back again. It was a joy to stay here and they went above and beyond to please every guest while making everyone feel safe with extreme cleanness at every corner.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our wedding anniversary with friends. As soon as we arrived at reception we were all welcomed by the friendly and efficient staff. Temperatures were taken on entry to the hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable and a good size, with a side sea view. The hotel surprised us by decorating our bed with beautiful fresh flowers for our anniversary. They also supplied us with a complimentary large fruit bowl & a bottle of wine. It was a lovely gift. We even decorated our dinner table that evening with beautiful flowers. The restaurant was well organised. Temperatures taken before you entered & spotlessly clean throughout. There was a great choice of dishes which varied throughout our 4 day stay. The food was delicious. The bar had a great selection of drinks Comfortable arm chairs and quiet areas to sit and relax. The hotel outdoor pool looks fantastic. It was just opened on our last day. We went to the beach every day which is a short 5 minute stroll through beautiful plant arranged gardens. We also used the indoor pool. It was a nice temperature, not too big but we always went early in the morning when it was quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful throughout but what really makes your stay exceptional, is the staff, in all of the departments. They work extremely hard to give you an excellent customer service. They are all working as a team and it’s a pleasure to stay. Needless to say we are returning.

Antalya vacation

Even though most of the restaurants were closed, we still got a great stay. The service was excellent and the food quite good for an all inclusive. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the views from our room were amazing.We would repeat if we are ever back!

Nice hotel in a very noisy area

If you are not ok with a very loud tasteless music from several directions simultaneously, and the fact that there is nothing around the hotel where you can go or run, including the beach, which is only clean where you paid for it, then it's not your option. The beach is super clean and private, but it's squeezed between the two neighbouring private beaches with pears, which steel the sea panorama... Otherwise the hotel, the staff (excluding the lady working at the pool bar and the one called "doctor" who doesn't even want to know what happened, she says "i can only do disinfection" immediately when she sees you) could not do more to please the guests, the food was tasty (the drinks were not, but that's not a problem for us), rooms are cosy (but don't open the balcony door or you get hit by sound wave, at least in the evening). We stayed here in the end of october, and the hotel was one third full, which was pleasant but hardly will be the same in summer. And since it was not full it was particularly closed: no steam bath, no fish restaurant (see that beautiful terrace with the sea view at the pictures? It's closed), even the menu shrank during our stay, the last days whey had less food bars comparing to the beginning. Otherwise good:) The price was good, too, and it's close to the airport.

I had hard time to communicate . No English and no Arabic. If ask question, I will get different answer for different questions.

Good Budget Option

It's a good budget option.

The hotel was nice, however the food was very bland. I stayed for 5 nights and every time I had the food it lacked seasoning but it was ok.

pleasing experience

it was an overall great experience although i have two suggetions 1-you should add sheesha in your hotel, this was one of the things i really wanted especially at night when there is nothing to do 2- please consider putting a tall mirror in the rooms so costumors can change clothes easily

we liked the food, it was very tasty. the rooms was good and the servise was perfect. the hotel has only one swiming pool and the water slides not good enough. in the good price i will come back to this hotel

Hotel was good ayran at reception was a valuable assets to the hotel The bar staff did have a slight attitude and where abit rude but food was decent pool room generally very good enjoyed the stay worth the visit

In die Jahre gekommenes 5 Sterne Hotel- eher kleiner im Vergleich zu den Riesigen Hotels in der Nähe. Bevor ich anfange, erst mal danke schön an der Rezeption an den Mitarbeiter Enes, der mit seiner professionellen Art unser Problem gelöst hat. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken ist sehr reichhaltig , vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einfach nur lecker. Großes Kompliment an das Küchenteam ! Leider gibt es am Abend immer wieder Gäste, die mit Badelatschen und schnuddeligen Achselshirt zum Essen kommen, obwohl ein Hinweisschild vorhanden ist. Das finde ich nicht gut in einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Vielleicht sollte man seitens der Hotelleitung, diese Gäste noch mal zum "Umziehen" schicken. Das Italienische Spezialitäten-Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen, da dort der Service nicht gut war und die Speisen nur lauwarm.Vielleicht wird dieses Problem ja inzwischen gelöst sein. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch einen gepflegten Garten getrennt, der Übergang zum Wasser ist kieselig. Nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Privat-Transfer dauerte die Fahrt zum Hotel 25 Minuten. ***Ich würde diese Hotel weiter empfehlen***

Mit wenig Worten, einfach super

Die Gartenanlage ist schön. Die Animationen der benachbarten Hotels sind leider sehr laut, fast andauernd von morgens bis nachts.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles zuvorkommend und absolut tolle Einrichtung…. Im Sport Raum gibt’s ein Squash Raum…. Das Essen ist einzigartig…. Ich habe bisher schon viele leckere Hotel Restaurants Besuch jedoch hat dieses Hotel alles übertroffen…. Sicherlich werde ich hier erneut herkommen

Habe leider wegen täglicher Motorrad Endurotouren die zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten, die angeboten werden, gar nicht nutzen können, aber alles in allem sehr freundliches Personal und neben a la Card Restaurants hervorragende Küche.

Es war alles sehr schön .Die Unterkunft sehr sauber , das Personal sehr hilfsbereit . Das Essen war absolut vielfältig und abwechslungsreich und die dort angebotenen Aktivitäten schön . Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr grün. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in der Region ist verhältnismäßig eines der kleineren jedoch wird hier die Gastfreundschaft und Service groß geschrieben . Das Personal spricht ganz gutes Deutsch man kann sich also relativ einfach verständigen . Falls jemand sich eigenhändig unter das Land und Leute mischen will dem steht eine Bushaltestelle in ca 5 min Fußweg zur Verfügung . Dafür benötigt man allerdings eine aufladbare Buskarte (bekommt man am Flughafen auf dem oberen Deck der Bahnstation am Automaten oder auch in verschiedenen anderen Orten einfach in der Rezeption nachfragen )
