Room was very basic. We had to ask for a shower curtain, mattress toppers as the beds were so hard, extension lead as there are no sockets near beds in second room and a fan as the air conditioning didn’t work very well so the second bedroom was like a sweat box. Bathroom stank constantly of drains and toilet was stained terribly. I was shocked to find the soft drinks were not proper brands such as coke or Pepsi. These tasted awful as they were cheap own brands. Only local spirits wine and beer in all inclusive. You had to pay for cocktails which were around 9 euros. Staff were really miserable and rude at bars in particular and man on reception in the evenings was so rude. Restaurant is chaos at peak times as it’s not big enough for the amount of guests staying. Food was ok and was replenished well. Pools were good with plenty of sun beds however a lot of sun beds were broken. This is a very honest review. This is definitely a 4 star hotel. It’s only got its stars for having extra facilities such as a spa, gym which you have to pay extra for. I would rate this more like 2 or 3 star max. Luckily we just used our room as a base as it was pretty awful to stay in.

The Concrete bridge over the Pool Collapsed, Broke in half and fell into the Pool. It is luck no one was under it. Very scared of the bridge from he mail hotel up to the rooms behind.

A nice hotel with good friendly staff.

As a family we really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly go back there. The food was a good variety and plentiful, the hotel staff were were all friendly and helpful, the room we had was a four bed with the main bedroom having air con (the other room was a bit stuffy but the weather was very hot and the hotel itself is in a pretty good location with Hersonisos a 10/15 minute walk if you turn left, with shops bars and clubs. Turn right out of the hotel and it's a five minute taxi ride ( 8 euros) in to Stalida where there are mainly shops and family friendly bars, shops and very good restaurants. Our only gripes were the all inclusive alcohol which was fairly limited as we've stayed at similar hotels and they have a bit more to offer and the edge of the pool was quite slippy. But all in all it's a good place to stay. We like to mix it up a bit with a few nights in the hotel bar and restaurant and eating and drinking out and about which can be as cheap or expensive as you make it with a bit of research on google. Heraklion ( one of the main large towns) is worth a visit. It's half an hour on the bus and cost us €12.4 one way for a family of 4.

Good hotel with great staff

Overall we where happy with the Hotel. The food was good and the staff where very nice. The pool was clean. The only issue we had was with the bar in the evenings. They often had only one barman on and where reluctant to serve more than one drink at a time. I would recommend the hotel though.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a guest who was lactose intolerant and another who was gluten intolerant and the kitchen were very helpful with ensuring we got good food, and bought in gluten free bread and pasta for us. Amenities were great, and a brilliant karaoke etc in the evening run by the animation team! The reception and bar staff were absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

I had never booked an all inclusive stay. It was great. This hotel served 3 hot meals, buffet style, per day. They had many items to choose from, some Greek dishes, some German items, and some British. They had white wine, red wine, and beer on-tap. Certain long drinks were also included. There were 2 separate and large, beautiful pools. There was a cafe (included) located near one of the pools. The hotel was located right across the street. There is a main highway to cross but there was a tunnel, that ran under the highway, which you used to get to the beach. Every night there was a D.J. that played music and they would play music-themed games. This hotel is very children friendly. It could get very noisy and the children seemed to not have much parental supervision. There was a gym and a spa, they have a small store on the premises. The entire resort was well contained. We booked a villa which was roomy for 4 people. It had a large bedroom and a nice sized living room. The bathroom was modern, simple and clean. We had the second floor of a 2-floor villa. It had it's own entrance, a balcony/lanai with sliding glass door, and a beautiful view of the water. Each villa has a personal pool. The maids were friendly and our room was tidied daily. The area is nice with lots of archeological sites around, great convenience stores and a nice town center. It was a 20 min ride to/from the airport. I would book again.

One to avoid

This sounded like a reasonable place from the reviews however our experience was awful. Firstly all the pools are salt water which wasn't mentioned in the description. There is a constant stench of sewage around the resort. Guests leave towels on the sunbeds overnight to reserve them and staff ignore this. The beach volleyball court was covered in cat faeces. The food was very disappointing with no real distinction between lunch and dinner offerings and wasn't at all aimed to appeal to children. Odd choices of main courses such as rabbit and beef liver were provided and we struggled to find anything apart from pasta and salad to give the children. Drinks are poor quality especially the beer and wine. No drinks were available between 09:30 and 11:00 which we found odd. The reception staff did nothing to resolve a problem which we reported twice concerning our bathroom (emptying the bath would flood the bathroom as water came up through a drain in the floor). Our family room was well presented and the beds were comfortable. The air-con was inadequate and we had to ask for a fan. The room was made up each day but on two occasions maids let themselves into the room whilst we were there without sufficient warning, so don't expect any privacy! This hotel is far from the 4 star standard it claims to be and overall was a real disappointment.

Relaxing holiday, super friendly locals, lots of tourist destinations, easily accessible, nice beach.. Plenty of culture..lots of facilities in and out of hotel.. Nice hotel and very helpful and friendly staff made it a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience

Slecht eten, verouderd, luidruchtig, ontbijt ok

Kamer is verouderd , zeker als ze het een junior suite noemen. Zeer luidruchtig en tot laat in de uren. Avond eten was vreselijk, geen smaak, echt een vreetschuur, veel te druk. Geen gebruik kunnen maken van de zwembaden dus geen mening, kinderspeeltuin is niet veel waard. Binnen in een donker hok is er nog een playgarden voor kleinere kindjes. Receptie is ok, ontbijt ook.

Super hôtel !

Chambre avec vue superbe ! Vu le niveau de prestations, il ne manquait qu'un peignoir des pantoufles et une boite de mouchoir pour se croire dans un 4 étoiles. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche et grande baignoire profonde. Petit déjeuner très bien !

Chambre nettoyée quotidiennement ainsi que changement serviettes tous les jours. Nettoyage mal fait surtout dans la SDB.

Nous avons aimé le buffet très varié et d'amabilité du personnel. Par contre cet établissement est beaucoup trop bruyant! Nous etions face à la route et chambre au dessus de l'accès au local poubelles et aux cuisines, avec un défilé de camions.

Avis hotel

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, pour vous faire comprendre en francais Maria et Angelo sont top. Petit bémol pour le all exclusif, tous les cocktails sont payés seul le rhum, vodka, gin et uzo sont proposés en all exclusif et jusqu'à 23h. Après tout est payant. La nourriture est correcte, mais les thèmes reviennent d'une semaine à une autre (ex le samedi c'est mexicain). Nous avions une chambre familiale avec vue jardin, très calme. Je vous déconseille l'offre SPA que nous avons fait en famille pour 10 euros par personne, eau peu chauffée, et quasiment pas de bulles. L'hotel est à 10 minutes à pied du centre qui est très animé le soir, la plage n'est pas très belle, petite crique.

Mooi hotel met een prachtig uitzicht!

Samen met vier vriendinnen verbleven in de villa's met een privézwembad erbij. Heerlijk was dit, omdat je direct vanuit je bed in het zwembad kon springen. Ook staan deze villa's op de berg, waardoor het uitzicht prachtig is. Zeker een aanrader!

Super Hotel in Strandnähe

Hotel sehr schön, saubere Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. All Inclusive.... einfach wunderbar. Wirt haben meistens das hervorragende Frühstück genossen und waren den ganzen Tag auf Tour. Abendessen einfach lecker.

mauvais rapport qualité/prix : nourriture variée mais très quelconque - fruits coupés en morceaux indigne d'un hotel étoiles (les bananes en 4) vue la grande capacité d'accueil aucune animation. Plage la plus proche à un quart d'heure et payante ! (9 euros pour 2) un non sens en Crète !!!. climatisation quasi inexistante : obligation de régler à 16 degrés c pour avoir 25/26 degrés C. De plus la clé alimentant l'électricité, à chaque sortie de la chambre la climatisation s'arrête et il faut plusieurs heures pour refroidir la pièce :UN ENFER POUR TROUVER LE SOMMEIL. a mon sens ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles (je voyage souvent avec le groupe Accor MERCURE ET AUTRE SIMILAIRE qui sont des 4 étoiles : aucune comparaison. n'ai pas retrouvé une prestation égale, sauf la qualité de l'accueil salle de restaurant très très bruyante ! a mon sens cet hotel serait très bien s'il avait un restaurant pour proposer le choix entre la pension complète ou la demi pension, et donc une meilleure qualité de restauration. ayant loué une voiture pour explorer la Crete, nous n'avons déjeuné que 2 fois en 15 jours. De plus, nous préférions acheter des boissons car ceux proposés en all inclusive sont vraiment de très mauvaise qualité.. salle de bain plus qu'exiguë !!! douche, lavabo et toilette tiennent dans 3 mètres carré ! du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles !

Hôtel agréable seul bémol animation en deçà du niveau de l hôtel' il y a les installations mais les animateurs ne se sentent pas concernés...dommage..

Très bon accueil, arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel, plage juste en face mais trop touristique, on est quasiment obligé de payer des chaises longues et parasols si on veut y rester car il n'y a pas de place sur le sable. La plage de Malia, bien plus agréable n'est pas loin (seulement 5minutes en bus). Autres : Piskopiano est un jolie village, et excursions à l'île de balos magnifique!

très bon séjour en tout compris. chambre avec vu superbe sur la mer et la piscine, seule petit souci bruit de la rue et du bar le soir (animations).

Personnel très sympathique

Le personnel est très chaleureux les repas sont de bonne qualité !par contre club n'est pas pour les enfants français et les chambres sont vieillottes mais propres (noter également que le 3 eme enfant dort sur le canapé qui n'est pas un convertible !!!!)

Nous étions en all inclusive, nous avions le droit qu'aux boissons locales" ouzo, raki et brandi" tous les coktails étaient payant, complètement mensonger de la part d'Expedia. Concernant le repas: tous les soirs la même chose, pas de viande ni poissons grillés, dessert insuffisant et degueulasse. Au Ptit déjeuner pas de jus de fruit frais, ni croissant ect.... Je déconseille formellement cet hotel

Acceuil excellent, proche de la plage

Acceuil excellent on nous a attendu pour le repas du soir malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive et joli attention pour l'arrivée dans les chambre corbeille de fruit, bouteille de vin et fleur naturel en déco ! Personnel aux petits soins, piscine propre et beaucoup d'équipements pour les enfants. Un peu déçu sur la nourriture menu répétitif !

Merveilleuses vacances !!

Le personnel est très professionnel, très cool. La nourriture très bonne mis à part le jus d'orange sinon le reste est très varié, beaucoup de choix. Le all inclusive est de 11h à 23h. Juste les alcools locaux sont compris (Brandy, ouzo, raki, vin rouge blanc et rosé..) Les piscine très propres ainsi que la chambre. L’hôtel est juste à coté du centre animé de Hersonissos. Beaucoup de magasins, de bars, restaurants, club.. J'ai adoré ce séjour, que je recommande vraiment !!
