Awesome service and very accommodating as I had a very late arrival. Clean and tidy and just what we needed for an overnight stay.

Location was convenient and the staff were very helpful, not to mention that the food isnt half bad either. Decent things all around!

There was about four of us waiting to check in @4pm for at least 20 minutes even though we rang the phone number multiple times and were told someone was coming. Staff member came no apology, room was dirty, smelly and damaged lights and shades and heavily soiled and stained carpet. Would not recommend $270 for a family room definitely not worth it and easy to see why it was available. Did not have much option but to stay here. Won’t be staying again. Apparently hotel had good food but we did not eat here

Hallway musty - reception not maned but resturant excellent good location

I had to stay here for work as it was really close to my meetings the next day. The road traffic was relentless all night and there was little sound proofing between the walls of the other rooms. at one point I thought someone was walking in my room, but it was next door, it sounded so close. Despite the noise. It was extremely clean, and super convenient.

Room smelt of years old cigarette smoke, A/C unit filter filthy (honestly plenty of reviews highlighting this you'd think hotel would have actioned to remedy). Noisy location, windows do not open, nil fresh air. At the price point being charged I would never stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely not worth 269 AUD per night. It's a terrible hotel, not suitable for peaceful living at all. The conditions are absolutely terrible — no cleaning, smelly, and bad.

On arrival at 4pm the reception was difiicult to find, the need to approach bar staff to get attention at the reception only to end up calling a number to get attention at reception. There was no information provided other than here is a key and put this in the wall to opeate the air conditioner. After returning from a business meeting at 10pm to the facility there were a number of intoxicated people in the carpark. At the hotel entry with some inapproriate language was another intoxicated man leaving me feeling unsafe. On departure at 8.00am again no one at reception I had to ring a number to be told just leave the key in the metal box at the reception desk!! Overall poor experience definately wont go back at $204/night you'd expect a bit more!

Stuff were good but Aircon was nosy tv was crap

For a pub room it was acceptable. Rooms need a little TLC though. The air con had not been serviced or cleaned for a very long time as the filters were 1/4" thick with dust making it inefficient and unhealthy. Cleaners could be doing a much better job too.

Electric jug did not work,hair dryer did not work, the only window blind was not able to be retracted, additional power points for electronic devices were needed, WiFi was not advised at check in. No reception personnel were available between 4am and 10am. We were in Room 14 on Thursday 18 January. We would appreciate some compensation. Look forward to your response

Room we had was a family room. Plumbing issues, toilet would need the tap turned off each time after use and shower drain was blocked and would not drain.

The room was adequate however the food at the restaurant was shocking! We had roast of the day. It was cold on the outside and slightly warm in the middle which have us the impression that it had already been pre-served and was just reheated in the microwave. It was aweful. Nonetheless of you require a bed and a shower the room is adequate.

The Location is Great for the Logan Hospital, Marden and Meadowbrook Areas. The available parking while well monitored, is in early Morning Sun. We had two different Room, Room 11 with west facing wall never got cool, even with the AC on Max. Room 18 on the other hand as far as the AC was concerned was excellent. We will stay there again, provided we don't get Room 11. Staff at the Accomodation and Hotel were excellent

It's close to the shops, Logan Hospital, and the nursing home which my Father resides at. It's comfortable and there is a Pub Bistro downstairs for a meal. However, the lamp in my room was thick with dust, the sheets had rips, there is no microwave, plates, knives and forks in the room and no Netflix on the tele. My coffee sachets were not replenished and the cups could do with a jolly good scrub. Check-in and out was easy.

it is a old hotel that is a bit tired. the room was acceptable. a very good strong flow shower and tub. fridge was old and didnt seal fully. a/c could have needed a recharge. I didnt eat at the hotel but menu was good.

Hi there The meadowbrook hotel isn’t satisfactory at all. The why is this hotel is very dirty, without any manager at the reception at the check in and check out time , the air conditioner doesn’t work properly and the sheets are dirty as well , after I checked out I got itching up until now .The facility in the room is incomplete for 2 guests. And the price according to these worst conditions of hotel was very expensive . I took the photo of all these bad conditions as proof.

Over all it was okay. The location, while convenient, was noisy due its proximity to some major roads. The bed and furniture was okay, but the air conditioner dripped water non-stop. We put a container under it to catch the water, but the dripping got annoying so we ended up having to turn it off. We told the staff in the morning about the A/C and they said they would get it fixed.

Property was fine as a budget motel. Staff were lovely and it was very clean. The tap dripped all night from the bathroom and the sound of the fan in the bathroom was so intense and unable to turn off. Aside from that, it was convenient as I had an event in the pub downstairs.

Staff were very helpful. Convenient location after a long drive. Rooms were clean. Only downfall was it was very noisy during the night from traffic and the beds are soo hard.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Dusty tv cords and splatters on walls and tables/benches not wiped down each day. Rooms look nothing like as advertised, very disappointed. Making sure everything worked prior to guests arrival would be good, especially as the front desk is not manned. Coffee and tea provided, shampoo etc also available but there was no microwave or toaster. With no option for breakfast without having to leave the room would this would have been helpful, especially for guests staying more than one night. The bistro is well presented and has a nice vibe, the food was good though staff are not able to assist with hotel issues after managers go home. The staff are lovely, it’s a shame the hotel rooms let them down.

Where do I start… waited 25 minutes for reception service, the air conditioner was a “part unit” and then didn’t work properly, the TV had only a few Channels - ALL channel 10 (only) and shower over bath tub. On the positive side, Andrea was extremely helpful and the renovations to the Hotel since we last visited approx 3 years ago has seen a remarkable improvement. We were attending a nearby function and after waiting 35 minutes for a local taxi, unavoidably took the option of driving

Check in was easy, good clean room with everything you would expect, good bed, tv, fridge, kettle etc, great hot water in a large bathroom ! My room overlooked a main road, but it was reasonably quiet. The big blind in the window helped to block out the light from the Hotels sign at the front of the premises. Being at the end of the corridor meant that there was little pedestrian traffic up and down the hall. The Hotel is conveniently located across from a small shopping centre, offering Woolies, bakeries, fast food and more. Win/win situation and I highly recommend the Meadowbrook Hotel as it is only a 25 minute drive to the City centre.

On checking not very friendly, the room not clean mildew In the bathroom and no hand rails in the bathroom. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

While I'm ok with a 'cheap and cheerful' hotel, the Meadowbrook wasn't really either. I expected the property to be noisy given the location right on a main road, and being at the front room meant I heard every truck and motorbike during the night. I will note that the linen was crisply fresh and the bathroom, while quite dated, was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning louvers were broken off which meant not only did it look unsightly, the air was aimed directly at the head of the bed. The towel rack in the bathroom had been broken off and not mended or replaced, and one of the sink taps was leaking. And seriously - at these prices you could offer more than Nescafe Blend 43 as a coffee option. Some attention to mending broken items and including some niceties such as better coffee and perhaps a box of tissues, could improve the quality of the stay at Meadowbrook Hotel.

Hotel was what I expected, Last minute booking, so a little pricy for what it is but made do.

The pub, beer, staff, security, restaurant menu, bars, and room were all very nice.

Air con was really noisey, sirens all night, shower hot water had major issues, stains all over carpet, doors being banged all hrs of the night. Couldn’t wait to leave to be honest

Although a dated room, bed was very comfortable, lovely towels.

The room has an unbearably strong mouldy smell. It is very run down in almost every way. A self rating of 3 1/2 star is very generous. Ended up leaving after a few hours to find alternative.

Avoid at all costs

Wow! A bunch of dilapidated rooms on top of a pub at a busy intersection between 3 petrol stations. Stepping over the vomit, around the puddle of urine and having to ask the drunk vagrant sleeping in the doorway to move so i can check in. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car still intact and unbroken in to the next morning. The soothing sound of bottles being smashed in to dumpsters sang me to sleep at 11pm as the pub closed. The swearing tradies at 5 am woke me. And the sirens of passing police cars got me out of bed. To look out the window at my delighful view of overflowing dumpsters, a rank alley, and the shell servo. Avoid avoid avoid. There is much better to be had for the same money elsewhere.

The bistro was undergoing refurbishment in which we were not informed of, we stayed for 2 nights and were hoping to dine and drink in the bistro as the photos of the room and food looked good but we were shocked to see there was nowhere to dine there, the advertisements should state as the refurbishment was ongoing,

We were in between moving houses and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable for our 5 night stay. Situated near shops, hospitals and the highway

The room overall was okay. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom however smelled funky, when I looked around I found old vomit stuck to the walls behind the toilet. Later that night there was another real bad smell coming from the bathroom. Not sure if it was the drains or what. The front desk and entrance needs sprucing up and cleaned up. The food at the hotel was good.

A beautiful hotel indeed!

The rooms are very lovely and clean with nice clean carpets. Split system air-con. There is a lift that takes you up to the accommodation level (one floor up). The lift has nice clean carpet! The accommodation area has swipe card access, so only hotel guests can access the rooms. A huge plus is the bistro. The food is good and good value! Not to mention a Woolworths across the road and a Macca's there too. In the midst of all this convenience there is a noise factor. The hotel is situated on quite a busy road. I don't mind the rumbling of trucks or the rare squeal of an ambulance siren. What I don't like is the irregular put-puttering of souped-up cars driven by hoons. This DID quieten by midnight. This will not bother romance holidayers I should suspect, but people who want sleep from 10pm for an early morning start could be bothered. The hotel has no natural noise insulation as it is surrounded by roads and shops and any room will be subject to the sounds. But the rooms - fantastic. So much care is taken to make sure guests needs are met. Glass tumblers, wine glasses, an empty plastic water jug for the fridge... Extra pillows.

I liked everything about this place. The location is perfect. It's in the middle of town near everything. The room was clean and nice. The staff are wonderful. You can check in after midnight as they have a 24 hour manager. The food at the bistro really good and the atmosphere is even better.

The reception male staff unfriendly, reception door locked, kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes with no one to talk to. Corridor to room malodorous. House keeper Hannah very friendly. Overall, loved the room though with no microwave.
