Did not like that it was closed and locked up with nobody there when we arrived in the afternoon. Siesta time? We had to walk around the neighborhood with our luggage for over an hour.

Great hotel but expensive for the amenities, which were very limited.

We were arriving by car, always a challenge in a strange city, but the staff were very helpful and we got into a public garage not far away. You need to be aware that there is no restaurant or even a real breakfast area - just an area where you can get free self-serve coffee etc and snacks from a vending machine any time, and sit at one of the many tables. That might not suit everybody, but it is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, monuments etc. Also the reception is staffed only limited hours, but they go to great lengths to ensure that's not an inconvenience. The hotel itself is lovely: newly renovated, comfortable and stylish. Pity it was too cold to make use of the roof garden!

Accommodating Accommodation

We had 2 nights, a trip combining taking part in an event and also meeting up with some friends, so wanted somewhere that made getting to the event on the outskirts of the city easy, but was also "walkable" to meet up for a drink or meal without needing to use transport. The location was perfect for this, just off the main road alongside the Turia park ( but far enough in for there not to be any traffic noise). This seemed like a relatively new hotel, so was clean and well appointed. The welcome we received was second to none, friendly, helpful, and with a choice of rooms as it was a quiet weekend. The room as comfortable, clean, and well equipped ( fridge, kettle etc). Bonus discoveries were the free hot drinks machine on the first floor and the roof terrace, which was beautifully appointed. There was the opportunity to store bags after check out so we could extend our exploration of the city later into the day of departure. Free street parking was available about 10 minutes walk away across the park. The cathedral and central tourist areas likewise were within 10 minutes' walk.

There is a roof top terrace and free coffee. Room is clean and comfy, situated near to the park. However, when we can’t connect to the wifi. The staff gave an absolutely nonchalant reply - “there must be a problem with iPhones cos they have always recieved the same feedback” they were absolutely determined to blame it on my device until finally they did a wifi reset and I got connected immediately. One staff even said that she is using a iPhone too and after 2hrs I shd be able to log on. Like what?? I travelled all round the world and this is abt the lamest excuse I have heard. Work on that attitude of urs. Else I would suggest all iPhone users to stay awway from the hotel.

Modern! Very spacious and clean rooms

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcomed us into the hotel. This hotel is very minimalist so if your looking for a lot of amenities you will not like this hotel.

Very centric and clean. Highly recommended for visiting Valencia a couple of days.

The hotel was a short walking distance to old town sites and restaurants. The hotel staff (Caroline) was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and décor is beautiful. Breakfast is not available but there is a kettle and a fridge in the room. It's a short 10 - 15 minute walk to the old town which is full of shops and restaurants. Parking is also close by and around €20.00 per night.

The rooftop was a nice touch...went up there to watch the sunset and drink sangria. Beautiful view of the surroundings and relaxing.

Worth a visit

Very modern, confortable and clean hotel. Caroline is helpful and friendly. She knows the best places to see and best restaurants to eat in. The rooms are spacious and modern, big bathrooms, nice decor, heater/aircon, fridge in room. Parking is close by and it's a short walk to the centre of the old town full of shops and restaurants. There's no breakfast but we got local produce stuck it in the fridge and made do. Excellent stay 11/10.

Basic but convenient

We arrived after 8pm so we used the code we were provided with to gain access; this worked fine. The hotel is basic and simple, we stayed for one night, the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The floor was not particularly clean, and the towels a little musty but that’s counterbalanced by a great location, a quiet street but right in the heart of the casco antiguo; walking distance to everything.

Nice modern hotel in the center of everything. Close to all sightseeings, parking lots, shopping and food.

Perfect Location

The best location and the staff are wonderful as well as the owners. Provided us with a really good map and indicated to us what to see and even recommended a really good jewelry store , where my wife purchased some very nice antique earrings. Room was just beautiful , clean, quiet and comfy bed, nice hot shower with plenty of water, what more do you want. Parking is in the street if you want free, don't let that scare you off , may have to walk a bit, but the location was the best. Would return again.

Ducha con agua fria

No es un hotel, sino un conjunto de apartamentos, por tanto carece de los estándares de servicio de un hotel, por ejemplo, no hay recepción propiamente dicha y solo hay una persona allí en horario reducido. El problema vino porque no tuvimos agua caliente para la ducha temprano, no había nadie en recepción, llamamos al teléfono de emergencias y nadie lo atendió, enviamos un mensaje por la web y nos duchamos con agua fría. A las dos horas cuando ya habíamos salido nos llamaron del hotel invitándonos a volver a la habitación para comprobar que el agua sí estaba caliente, lo que nos pareció insultante por dudar de nuestra palabra y fuera de lugar. En ningún momento hubo una disculpa por parte del hotel. Luego llamé a hoteles.com para presentar una queja y me ofrecieron un cupón de descuento. Siempre uso hoteles.com porque aunque el hotel tenga problemas, ellos siempre responden. El hotel está limpio, es bonito y muy bien situado. Aparte del problema con el agua caliente y el trato, mencionaría los colchones incómodos, normales en un apartamento de Airbnb, pero no con el estándar de colchones de un hotel. En resumen, es un alojamiento correcto, pero no es un hotel, es un apartamento y si tienes un problema no tendrás el nivel de servicio de un hotel y si te quejas del servicio se lo tomarán mal.

Alternative aux hôtels plus classiques du quartier

Séjour agréable dans cet immeuble de la vieille ville transformé en petit hôtel (5 étages, trois chambres par palier). Même si les chambres sont petites (idem pour les salles de bains), elles restent très fonctionnelles. C'est propre, bien tenu, relativement neuf, la literie est de qualité, et le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement (idem pour la clim'). Petit bémol concernant l'insonorisation des chambres, de l'intérieur (on entend nos voisins passer dans le couloir). Présence d'un personnel d'accueil limité à quelques heures dans la journée (code pour accéder au bâtiment), pas de prestations hôtelières, en cette période de crise sanitaire, mais on trouve plusieurs cafés et restaurants dans le quartier. Bien situé (vieille ville, mais en dehors des lieux à rassemblements touristiques, accès direct au jardin du Turia), calme, mais un peu cher (rapport qualité/prix) en pleine saison estivale.

El duplex para dos niños y dos adultos estaba genial. Muy bien situado. Esta muy cerca de la catedral pero calle tranquila.

Die Lage ist toll, die Terrasse auf dem Dach hat Stil und ist cool für ein bisschen chillen.

Bestes Stadthotel für Kurzurlaub , zentral ,ruhig, bester Service,sehr geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet.Die Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight mit Blick über die Stadt .kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

Fräscht och rent hotell, perfekt för den som klarar sig själv och inte behöver någon service på hotellet. Knappa tider för bemanningen men det gjorde inget alls för oss eftersom allt var välplanerat med incheckningen som vi fick göra själva. Riktigt smidigt!

Buen sitio para alojarse

Me parece un buen sitio para el alojarse en el centro de Valencia; muy bien situado, nuevo, cómodo, limpio y con personal amable. Tiene una terraza desde la que hay buenas vistas. El hotel es nuevo, así que no pudimos disfrutar del servicio de desayunos, que nos dijeron estaría listo en menos de un mes. Como cuestiones a mejorar, parecía extraño que la recepción no estuviera abierta durante determinados períodos del día, y las camas de matrimonio, aunque eran grandes y cómodas, realmente no eran tales, porque eran dos camas grandes juntas, y creo que eso debería advertirse previamente. Por lo demás, todo muy bien, y muy contentos con nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Hotel neuf, avec une décoration moderne, bien situé dans le centre historique, dans une rue calme et facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport en métro. La terrasse aménagée sur le toit est très agréable. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon et je le recommande vivement.

Buena experiencia

El hotel es de reciente apertura, al estilo de ahora, no hay armario para guardar maletas, estanterías abiertas donde cabe poca cosa e incomodas para guardar su ropa. En nuestro, caso viajé con mis padres que son mayores y se echa en falta en la ducha una repisa o algo en la pared para poner el gel de ducha etc. solo se pueden dejar en el suelo por lo que llegaría a ser peligroso para una persona mayor al agacharse para tomar las cosas. La chica de la recepción muy atenta amable y educada, quisimos dejarle una propina y no quiso porque dice que es su trabajo y que ya cobra un sueldo. Es muy raro encontrar una profesional con tanta ética y dedicación a sus clientes. Bravo! Por un error mio, no me di cuenta que no estaba incluido el desayuno, de hecho, todavía no lo están dando, por lo cual me parece el precio un poco alto, hay muchas opciones mas económicas y con desayuno incluido en la zona, pero igualmente fue una buena experiencia. Por ultimo, soy persona de levantarme y necesitar un café urgente para ponerme a funcionar, en la habitación hay un kettel para hervir agua y unos sobre de té y azúcar. Aunque hay una maquina de café en la primera planta, podrían poner un par de sobres de café soluble. Esto a modo de sugerencia. Un gran punto a favor es el ascensor, que para mis padres era una comodidad muy importante, muchos alojamiento de la zona no lo tienen por ser casas antiguas.
