Clean and comfortable room. A bit of road noise particularly on the weekend, but to be expected given the location. Parking is onsite but tight, especially for large vehicles. Oversll great value for the location.

Clean room, very pleasant staff. On corner of 2 busy streets so traffic noise was a slight issue but didn't affect sleep. Room locks with a deadbolt. In an emergency, it would be best if the deadbolt unlocked automatically with a turn of the doorknob. The room was inexpensive for the area and adequate for a 1 night stay.

Friendly staff and Clean

The rooms were clean, the staff were great. They were very accommodating to point out all facilities and offer any help if needed, and clear communication throughout for a late night check in and check out. The only downside is it being so close to the main road the noise can be a bit much, but is to be expected before booking.

Road noise from Boy Racers on a Friday and Saturday night not good. Right in one of the four Avenues. Rooms/space a lot smaller than what photos depict. Staining on mattress protector

The air conditioner was noisy and there were a lot of strange noises at night, making it very difficult to fall asleep. I couldn't sleep all night. Everything else is OK, the staff service is very good, some maintenance management is needed

Clean modern hotel with very friendly owner/staff. Only draw back was limited food restaurants close by but easy enough to walk 20 minutes or so to more options. Would stay here again.

Lovely Christmas Stay

Checking-in was a breeze, they had noted our licence plate as we were parking up. The room was clean and tidy. We didn't expect a service on Christmas day but were pleasantly suprised on our return to the room. The bed was a little bit on the softer side to my liking but not too much of an issue. Otherwise, would happily stay here again.

Room carpet literally had an upward facing sharp pin that hadn’t been cleaned by whatever last cleaner, which pierced me sharply in my foot when walking barefoot in the room. Also, property has no lift for upstairs rooms & only accessible w/ stairs

This property came under new management / ownership recently. I have noticed a significant improvement in customer service since this change came into effect. Clean, safe, and well located… an excellent choice for personal or business travel

Friendly staff very amiable and willing to help. Room was fresh and modern and all we needed for our stay. Well priced and good location. Our room was right on the Bealey Street intersection, and even with the windows fully closed, it still got very noisy over night due to traffic stop starting at the lights.

The place is well equipped and presented we have stayed a few times it has been great. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working as someone had unplugged it this is apparent a common issue with people do this being funny

Always stay here when in Christchurch and that’s a lot. Great accommodation with nice rooms that are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly too.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, towels were damp, rubbish in the bin, bed looked suspiciously like it had already been slept in.

It was a little disappointing that the host was not there on site to answer any question,place needs someone there to make sure guest are comfortable. Had only coffee in the room, would of been nice if there was a selection of teas and hot chocolate and more milk

NOISY - our room was the the end of the building backing onto Bealy Road. It was extremely noisy. Even though they claim sound proof rooms, it wasn't. Apartment was small, no one at reception. Overall not pleasant, will not stay here again.

Checkin not so easy as I booked quite late in the day & no reception. But once I had worked out the key code & lockbox all was ok

its a modern place but i stayed in room .Disable unit and water from the shower goes every where ,So carpet had been wet and had a smell in the room ,also toilet seat etc needs to be fixed otherwise another good stay

Did Not supply any hand towels, only a tea towel, bath mat and bath towel. A hand towel would be a good idea especially with COVID.

Have stayed here several times, starting to look a little tired. Scuffs on wall, old uncomfortable sofa . Chicken wire on windows of manager's accommodation looks awful

Due to covid.It’s self check-in but no servicing during your stay. Don’t give you enough bathroom towels or shampoos, etc. service is very poor. Also very noisy location

great location and easy to use check in/door entry system. Room was well presented and exactly what it said it was

substandard rooms.

No toilet paper and rubbish left from previous occupants had not been emptied from bedside drawer including a 1/2 used vial of something. Not good.

Check in was a problem and altbough thd room was comfortable there was only 2 coffee and 2 tea sachets and we were staying 3 nights.

Close to City Centre. Bit noisy being on main road.

Great place to stay but i was disappointed that even during level 2 our towels weren't renewed and our tea coffee etc wasnt topped up daily. Have stayed here alot but kind of feel a little let down this time.

Was handy to town, easy to get in and out of. Reasonably priced. Sound proof, minimal road noise considering high traffic. Would highly recommend

The lockbox with the key in it didn’t have Cleary written numbers or figures on it so when dark too is quite a while to figure it out
